วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของ double TENS เปรียบเทียบกับการรับประทานยา Diclofenac การใช้ single TENS และultrasound ในด้านอาการปวดและความสามารถในการทำกิจกรรม ในผู้ป่วยโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมที่มีความรุนแรงน้อยถึงปานกลาง รูปแบบการวิจัย: การศึกษาเชิงการทดลองแบบสุ่ม มีกลุ่มควบคุมและผู้ประเมินไม่ทราบว่าผู้ป่วยอยู่ในกลุ่มใด (Experimental randomized single blinded controlled trial) วิธีการศึกษา: สุ่มเลือกผู้ป่วยโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมออกเป็น4 กลุ่ม ดังนี้ กลุ่ม 1 ได้รับการรักษาด้วย double TENS ความถี่ 50 และ 150 Hz นาน 10 นาที โดยวางให้จุดตัดของกระแสไฟฟ้าเป็นตำแหน่งที่ปวดที่สุด กลุ่ม 2 ได้รับการรักษาด้วย d
