Abstract:

Today, the suburbs are growing and urbanizing, the level of motorization of the population is increasing, which entails an increase in traffic intensity and load on the city's road network. The organization of an intermodal transport system contributes to an increase in the level of comfort of the urban environment, reliability and safety in the integrated use of suburban and surface urban transport. The optimally chosen place for the formation of the transfer hub will improve the standard of living of the population of a large city and its suburbs. In this paper, intermodal transport hubs are considered. Depending on the category of transport hub, commuter rail and route transport, land-based urban passenger and individual transport, as well as passenger services with social infrastructure facilities located in the immediate vicinity of the transport hub interact. The analysis of normative, domestic and foreign scientific and technical literature on the features of the formation and functioning of TPU was carried out. The possibility of an integrated approach in organizing activities for the formation and development of transport hubs within the framework of the existing urban development has been studied. Methods for the design of transport interchange nodes and their models are considered. The existing TPU models are adapted to the context and resource potential of the territories of Belgorod with the highest intensity of labor and social migration of the population.It is proposed to form four transport hubs: 1) category 2 from the south direction (Dubovoe village) at the intersection of Shchorsa streets - Vatutina avenue; 2) TPU of the 1st category based on the railway and bus stop "Salyut Market"; 3) TPU of the 2nd category from the northern direction (Severny village) along the Belgorod bypass road; 4) TPU of the 1st category on the street. Secara administratif RW 13 Vatutela, berada pada wilayah Kelurahan Tondo, Kecamatan Mantikulore, Kota Palu, dengan luas wilayah 3.700 hektar, dan didiami 353 Kepala Keluarga atau 2257 jiwa. Sekitar 16% pemilik tanah yang berada di Vatutela telah mendaftarkan tanahnya pada Badan Pertahanan. Kepemilikan hak atas tanah, berpegang teguh bahwa tanah tersebut sebagai warisan dari leluhurnya. Masyarakat mengklaim bukti kepemilikan tanah dengan adanya bukti pembayaran pajak bumi dan bangunan. Metode penyuluhan dilakukan dengan ceramah dilanjutkan dengan diskusi kepada peserta penyuluhan. Hasil penyuluhan ditemukan bahwa tingkat pemahaman warga Vatutela terkait prosedur pendaftaran tanah masih sangat kurang, hal ini yang menyebabkan banyaknya tanah di daerah tersebut belum memiliki Surat Hak Milik. Mereka menganggap bahwa dalam pengurusan sertifikat memerlukan waktu yang lama serta biaya yang cukup tinggi.

Abstract:

The article deals with the main aspects of the stages of development and construction of an optimization of the economic and mathematical model of agricultural enterprises' resources for identifying reserves of resource potential, its rational use and increase of the economic efficiency of economic activity. Some economic indicators of functioning and development of agricultural enterprises that can be taken into account when compiling an optimization model are analysed. The basic stages of construction of the economic and mathematical model and their characteristic features are revealed. Applied testing of mathematical calculations has been carried out for the agricultural enterprise LLC UM-Vatutino, which wants to optimize the structure of its production in order to ensure maximum overall profitability. The developed economic and mathematical model provides the main activities of the UM-Vatutino LLC. They are the cultivation of grain and forage crops, cows of various productivity. Such a model can be used to analyse and identify the reserves of resource potential of enterprises of any form of ownership, at different periods of time, as well as to identify features of strategies for improving the economic efficiency of economic activity of the enterprise itself and its individual units. In addition, the constructed model can be modified both structurally and substantively. The analysis results are processed by means of one of the office programs of Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheets. Data analysis has been performed with the use of the "Solver" tool in spreadsheets. It allows finding an optimization solution with a large number of variables. As a result, it has been confirmed that the application of economic and mathematical methods is very effective in assessing not only the resource potential of agricultural enterprises, but also optimizing the volumes of sales of products, feeds, raw materials for another. The process of modelling in the activities of agricultural enterprises gives the opportunity to make managerial decisions at various stages of the operation and development of the enterprise.

Abstract:

Abstract The settlement of Vatutela village’s in Tondo hills Palu has only one road access with a linear residential pattern following the topography. This situation affects the pattern of wind flowing through the settlement areas, which is undoubtedly affecting the house’s temperature and humidity profile and influencing thermal comfort of the occupants. The research was conducted to visualise the pattern of the wind flow entering the house through openings in the perspective of building’s thermal performance. The method used to visualise the air movement was the smoke decay method. The method was performed in two scaled dwelling Models representing brick-constructed houses and wood-constructed raised floor houses in Vatutela village. The smoke decay result is elaborated with the results of microclimate measurements using Hobo data loggers to analyse the thermal condition in the houses. The results showed that a design strategy is needed to achieve a thermal comfort zone in both types of houses. The design strategy can be in the form of the arrangement of openings and additional building elements, such as adding ceilings, fins, sunscreens. Additionally, the opening placement, width, and type should be reconsidered for the houses in the area according to houses’ plan and section. This study is expected to give a visual evidence of wind pattern in a naturally ventilated house with a three-layers plan.

Abstract:

The article discovers an allusion to Goethe’s Werther in Goncharov’s The Precipice [Obryv] and explains its role in the novel. The author notices how the book’s leading male characters — Boris Raysky, Mark Volokhov, and Tit Nikonych Vatutin — exhibit the intertextual markers. The triple allusion to Goethe’s protagonist is examined as a key to understanding the novelist’s aesthetic testimony of the diversity of the forms of life, which calls for adequate, i. e., flexible, artistic representation. The author proposes and goes on to justify a hypothesis that The Precipice should be treated as a juxtaposition of two novelistic models. The article uncovers the supposed discrepancy between Goncharov’s own artistic method and the one perceived through his character Boris Raysky’s literary experiments. While Goncharov abandons the linear and monolithic nature of artistic structures, Raysky (if only subconsciously at times) prefers his characters and plots to be well-rounded and complete. The scholar finds that, through an ingenious use of the complex structure of a novel-within-a-novel, Goncharov on behalf of his hero invokes the classical paradigm of the 1800s — 1850s novel, only to deconstruct it in his own work.

Abstract:

This article concentrates on the problem of literary interactions. It studies connections between Joseph Brodskys imperative poems Ne vykhodi iz komnaty (Dont leave your room, 1970) and Nazidanie (Cautionary Advice, 1987), and their imitations. Those imitations were composed by both amateur and professional authors. The research objective is to define the character of similarities, the latter being mainly manifested at the rhythmic, speech and ideological levels. The methodology is based upon an empirical approach to the text; the specific methods are prosody analysis, comparative analysis, analysis of the motive structure. Two types of imitation of the said pre-texts are distinguished in the study. The first one is reflective feeble imitation represented by amateur texts written by web authors. Amateur poets create simplified variations of Ne vykhodi iz komnaty that became a lockdown hymn in the spring of 2020. Conscious support of a renowned poets work seems to legitimate creation of an amateur piece with its further placement on the web. The other type of imitation is a poetic dialogue. In spite of the fact that the author mainly employs ready-made compositional and speech patterns and lyrical and narrative motives, he develops and combines them in his own manner. M. Vatutinas poem S chuzhimi ne razgovarivai, zhizn u tebya odna (Dont talk to strangers, youve got just the only one life) may be viewed as a rhythmic and semantic paraphrase of Brodskys Nazidanie followed by definite transformations. Conceivably it cannot be referred to the so-called secondary texts in spite of its strong connection to Brodskys poems.

Abstract:

Globalization has diverse interpretations depending on various fields of expertise, but generally implies a borderless world where interactions can occur freely. Official NET News highlights the influence of gadgets on children, particularly in relation to gaming habits and parental management of potential addictions. This study aims to explore the impact of gadget use on the religious development of children aged 4-6 at TK Negeri Pembina Samporoa Vatutela Tondo. A mixed-method approach, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative methods, was used over a three-week period. Observations covered various religious aspects including knowledge of Prophets and Messengers, Hajj rituals, and prayer movements. The findings indicate that gadget use can positively influence the development of religious values in children aged 4-6. The aspects of naming Prophets and Messengers, understanding Hajj rituals, and performing prayer movements show development as expected. In Group B1, gadget usage also varies, with some children engaging in online/offline games, watching YouTube, or using TikTok. Gadget use can be multifaceted, serving as a means for both entertainment and educational development, particularly in the religious sphere. The balance between these uses and potential influences on children's development warrants further investigation.

Abstract:

Species and cladystic of butterflies is closely related to the preservation and utilization of biological resources in Indonesia. This study aims to determine species and cladystic of butterflies (Lepidoptera) in Grand Forest Park Central Sulawesi. Sampling of butterflies using a sweeping net with a purposive sampling method at three different watershed (DAS) locations, namely Vatutela, Kawatuna, and Poboya. Butterfly samples obtained at the research location were then identified at the Biology Laboratory, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tadulako University. The results showed that there were 97 species from 5 butterfly families, namely Papilionidae (14 species), Pieridae (16 species), Nymphalidae (46 species), Lycanidae (15 species), and Hesperiidae (6 species). The research sample used for the analysis of kinship is 23 species from five butterfly families that dominate the research location. The observed characters included 32 characters. Analysis of kinship was calculated using the Sorensen similarity index, then processed using the Multivariate Statistical Package (MVSP) software. The closest kinship relationship is between the species Appias ithome and A. zarinda which is supported by a similarity index above 0.90 and the farthest relationship occurs between the species Bibasis sp. with other species from the Hesperiidae family which were supported by a similarity index below 0.7.

Abstract:

This paper presents an analysis of the results of a study of the actual concentrations of mobile forms of copper in the soil cover of the northern industrial hub of Volgograd within the assumed zone of influence of local sources of anthropogenic impact. As objects of influence on the components of the environment, the following were selected: a ferrous metallurgy enterprise (JSC “VMK “Krasny Oktyabr”) and a multidisciplinary enterprise (JSC “FNPC “Titan-Barricades”) of Volgograd, characterized by the specifics of the location relative to the functional zoning of the city. Sampling was carried out in 2017-2021 at control points at a distance of 0-4.5 km from the enterprises. During the same period, laboratory studies were carried out using the precision method of atomic absorption spectrometry. A map of the results of monitoring the content of mobile forms of copper in the soil cover in the study area is presented. The identified zone of influence of enterprises, taking into account the presence of additional sources of contamination of the soil cover and the MPC of cuprum, instead of its background concentrations, extends 3-3.5 km from the border of the metallurgical enterprise in the form of elongated areas of increased concentrations. It is noted that there are two pronounced foci of pollution located to the west of the operating SPC of the enterprise, as well as a focus of pollution located outside the boundaries of the sanitary protection zones of JSC “VMK “Krasny Oktyabr” and JSC “FNPC “Titan-Barricades”, in the intersection zone of the 2nd longitudinal highway and General Vatutin Street. The data obtained confirm the expediency of organizing regular monitoring of the soil cover in the city as one of the areas of environmental quality assessment.

Abstract:

The article analyzes the results of the activities of territorial communities in 2020-2021, as well as the methodology for determining their capacity, from a socio-geographical perspective. The main advantages of reforming the basic level of the administrative and territorial system are indicated, the main trends and factors of the formation of successful communities are revealed. The methodology of the formation of capable territorial communities, defined by the authors of the reform, contains criteria for the size, population, accessibility zones of new administrative centers, as well as the presence of social, educational and household infrastructure. Such communities of villages, towns, and cities are considered capable, which, as a result of voluntary association, are able to independently ensure the appropriate level of services provision in the field of education, culture, health care, social protection, housing and communal services, while taking into account personnel resources, financial support and infrastructure development of the corresponding administrative and territorial unit. At the same time, the financial capacity and infrastructural security of a territorial community depends on many socio-geographical factors: favorable location, effective use of the socio-economic and demographic potential of community centers, development of transport links, etc. In particular, it was found that communities of regional centers, large cities, as well as satellite communities of these cities or with a powerful business sector have the best financial indicators. Large enterprises of wealthy communities are the main tax payers and jobs provider for residents, as well as sponsors of the construction of social infrastructure facilities (kindergartens, sports complexes, etc.). An interesting fact is that the rating of the most successful communities in 15 regions of Ukraine is headed by rural communities. A significant number of communities have not benefited from financial decentralization and the level of their subsidy is more than 50%.These are communities in general, with a significant share of the rural population, where there are not enough jobs, the entrepreneurial sector, and, accordingly, tax revenues.These are also large communities of sparsely populated areas with a demographic crisis situation, where there are problems with the transport connection of villages, remoteness from the center of the community. We counted the number of communities by region that at the end of 2021 had a subsidy level of more than 50% and the number of those with a subsidy level higher than the average for Ukraine (14.5%). Thus, the maximum number of subsidized communities is in Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk and Zakarpattia regions. In the Lviv region, only in Strilkivska and Borynska communities, subsidies amount to more than 50%. In general, in the 16 regions of Ukraine, rural communities are the most subsidized: the 5-8 poorest communities in each region are mostly rural and peripheral, only 1 urban - Vatutinska, the rest ones - townships. The question of the capacity of the community is also related to the controversial changes that are taking place regarding the optimization of the network of secondary education institutions. Support institutions are being created in urban and town communities, as well as in the centers of rural communities, which receive a larger amount of funding and better conditions for development. On the other hand, subsidized communities cannot finance small rural schools. Over 2 years in Ukraine, the status of almost 670 schools was lowered, and 918 schools were closed, and this process will continue in the future. Therefore, the self-organization of the population and local authorities in communities has become an important factor of self-defense and resistance in the conditions of a full-scale invasion of the Russian aggressor. Thus, after the end of the war, the support and provision of self-government of territorial communities will become an important condition for the reconstruction of the state. At the same time, it will be necessary to improve the mechanism of formation of local budgets, as well as the methodology of determining the capacity of territorial communities Consequently, in a special period, it is worth providing exclusively state financing of educational and medical institutions, especially in the front-line regions. Obviously, it will not be possible to avoid another stage of consolidation, primarily to ensure the real capacity of territorial communities in areas with a deep crisis demographic situation. Using the potential of capable communities, developing their infrastructural and industrial base will contribute to strengthening the grassroots link of the administrative and territorial system as well as to ensuring the national security of the state. This article presents historical information about the course, clinical manifestations and treatment of the wound of the Red Army Commander General Nikolai Fyodorovich Vatutin. After being wounded by gunshot, the General developed an anaerobic infection. Despite all the efforts of experienced surgeons, their actions did not help to overcome this seemingly non-fatal wound.

Abstract:

Abstract We consider the critical Galton–Watson process with overlapping generations stemming from a single founder. Assuming that both the variance of the offspring number and the average generation length are finite, we establish the convergence of the finite-dimensional distributions, conditioned on non-extinction at a remote time of observation. The limiting process is identified as a pure death process coming down from infinity. This result brings a new perspective on Vatutin’s dichotomy, claiming that in the critical regime of age-dependent reproduction, an extant population either contains a large number of short-living individuals or consists of few long-living individuals.
