Abstract:
The article is devoted to the assessment and improvement of treatment quality of vegeto-vascular dystonia (VVD) among adolescents of central multidisciplinary polyclinic of Samarkand region. With the aim of diagnostic of such pathology from the general population of the polyclinic it has been detected adolescents and medical examination of children at the age from 10 to 14 years of age. Abstract:
On the basis of an examination of 86 patients with the sequelae of a mild closed craniocerebral injury it has been detected that the most common syndrome is the syndrome of vegeto-vascular dystonia. Hyperdiagnosis of liquor hypertensive syndrome is marked in this cohort of patients on the basis of carrying out only еchoencephaloscopy. The inexpediency of carrying an еchoencephaloscopic study to patients is indicated after neuroimaging.

A comprehensive assessment of the health status of 757 children in the Aral Sea region was performed, by assesing the direction of their pathology based on the results of medical, clinical, laboratory, instrumental and socio-psychological studies. The distribution by health groups showed a predominance of functional abnormalities among children (group II (50.0%), group III (28.7%), and chronic diseases at the age of 11-15 years.
