Internet har utvecklats till en ”Web 2.0” version, där nu användare är interaktiva med varandra. Nätverksajten Facebook, en av tjänsterna som ingår i begreppet sociala medier, har bara funnits på Internet i några år och har redan över 500 miljoner användare runt om i världen. Sociala medier är ett enkelt sätt för att skapa kontakt och tillgänglighet med sina vänner och kan bli ett verktyg för såväl privatpersoner, företag och organisationer att nå sina målgrupper. Även de statliga verksamheterna kan använda sociala medier för att kommunicera med sina kunder, intressenter och allmänheten. Men statliga verksamheter har många direktiv och verksamhetskrav att ta hänsyn till.Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att utreda nyttjande av sociala medier i större statliga organisationer med fokus på effektivt resursanvändande och nytta för användaren. Uppsatsen utreder även hur nyttjande av sociala medier påverkas av att verksamheterna drivs statligt och offentligt. Fyra större Svenska statliga verksamheter, med olika syn och processer för sociala medier har intervjuats för att utreda uppsatsens syfte. Även innehållsanalyser har genomförts av de medverkande verksamheternas Facebook-sidor. Detta resulterade i en relativt samstämmig syn på sociala medier. Samtliga verksamheter anser det viktigt att finnas i de sociala medierna, men är samtidigt oroliga för hantering av personuppgifter. Det visade sig också att verksamheterna inte anser att det går att använda sociala medier för att effektivisera kommunikationen externt. Slutsatsen är att verksamheterna blir mer tillgängliga för allmänheten genom sociala medier och kan skapa plats för engagemang och diskussioner. Däremot kan inte sociala medier som ensamt verktyg användas för att effektivisera kommunikationen externt mellan det statliga verket och allmänhet och företag.
The Social Government Organization.The Internet has evolved into a "Web 2.0" version, where there is an interaction between users. The networking site, Facebook, which is one example of social media, has only been online for a few years and already has over 500 million users around the world. Social media is an easy way to create contact and accessibility with their audiences and can become a tool for private individuals, companies and organizations to reach their target audiences. The governmental organizations can also use social media to communicate with their customers, stakeholders and the public. But the governmental organizations have many directives and management requirements to consider.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the use of social media in greater governmental organizations with a focus on resource usage and benefit for the user. The essay also investigates how the social media usage are affected by the governmental organizations being driven by the state and having a requirement of being public.Four major Swedish governmental organizations, with different approaches and processes for social media were interviewed to investigate the purpose of the essay. A content analysis of the participating organizations’ Facebook-pages has also been carried out. This resulted in a relatively coherent vision of social media. All businesses consider it important to be active in social media, but are concerned about how to handle privacy and personal data. It also appeared that the organizations do not believe that it is possible to use social media to streamline communication externally.The conclusion is that the activities are more accessible to the public through social media and can create space for engagement and discussion. However, social media cannot be used as the sole tool to streamline communication externally between governmental organizations and the public and companies.

Denna uppsats är en studie av två delar i konstnären Sara Jordenös dokumentärinstallation Personaprojektet. De båda delarna bär titeln ADR respektive The Set House (Hedvig). I undersökningen genomförs en kritisk diskursanalys vars fokus ligger vid frågor rörande konstruktioner av verkligheter och hur språket påverkar och påverkas av normer för klass, genus och sexualitet. Frågeställningarna innefattar funderingar rörande hur kategorisering av människor sker, hur individer formar sig själva som subjekt och hur dessa aspekter belyses i det utvalda materialet. Analysen undersöker även upplevelsen av verket, och hur val av medium bidrar till denna.

Rapporten är en reflekterande rapport över mitt och Petri Tuoris gemensamma verkLondon Crysis som vi gjorde som examensarbete på Högskolan i Skövde. Verket är gjorti spelet Crysis och är en fiktion av London på 1800-talet inspirerat av filmer som FromHell och Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. Rapporten börjar med eninledning som förklarar var idén till verket kom ifrån, problemställning, syfte ochavgränsning. Rapporten fortsätter sedan med en beskrivning av verket, en mer detaljeradbeskrivning av idén, leveldesign, stämningen, exempelmodeller, hemsidan och trailern.Rapporten tar också upp enkätundersökningen som försökte ge ett svar på hur andrauppfattar stämningen i spelet och tankar kring det. Sista delen av rapporten är enslutdiskussion kring resultatet av enkätundersökningen och verket.

Abstract:
This essay is an attempt to analyze, understand and reconstruct the Swedish Ballet's last work Relâche (1924) based on Richard Wagner's term Gesamtkunstwerk. Gesamtkunstverk in this case above allmeans the cross-border collaboration of artists and art forms in between, which leads according to Wagnerto a whole which is presented here as The Gesamtkunstwerk. The purpose of this essay is to take part in a work that literally no longer exist, and to try to understand itscultural-historical value. All that remains from the Swedish Ballet, is everything but the dance itself. Still we can take part of the Ballet through the artistic synthesis through innumerable collaborations shown in the sets, costumes, posters and musical compositions. I will in the analysis based on four points, try to find the tones indicating that the work is, on the basis of Wagner's definition, a Gesamtkunstwerk. The essay is also an attempt to show the innovation of this Company and to provide redress to which, according to me, is too forgotten in Swedish historiography. The thesis shows both the Swedish Ballet's historical background which includes previous works built by the same principles of collaboration presented. In this section I will also address something, according to me, important; The Swedish homophobia, mainly in the tabloids during the period in which the essay deals with, and the consequences for the company in question. Then I will analyze Relâche on the basis of the four theses, which, according to my investigation shows that the work is a Gesamtkunstwerk.

Denna avhandling belyser forskarstött förändringsarbete, inom ”Servicenätet Posten”, den division inom Posten Sverige AB som ansvarar för postdistribution till kunderna. Förändringsarbetet har handlat om att förbättra arbetssituationen för 15 000 brevbärare. Den teoretiska grunden utgörs av ett systemtänkande där konceptet ”Människa-Teknik-Organisation” (MTO), används för att granska interventionsprocessen. Det övergripande syftet med denna avhandling är att bidra till kunskapsutveckling-en om forskarstött förändringsarbete utifrån följande delsyften: 1) att illustrera hur ett systemtänkande i förändringsarbete påverkar förståelsen för hur systemkomponenterna Människa, Teknik och Organisation (MTO) interagerar i praktiken, 2) att exemplifiera hur den kunskapen kan omsättas i praktiken genom utveckling och implementering av MTO-anpassade lösningar i samverkan mellan forskare och praktiker, 3) att empiriskt exemplifiera hur former för participation kan bidra till framgångsrikt förändringsarbete genom analys och syntes av process och resultat. Forskningsprojektet har bedrivits med en interaktiv ansats. Den interaktiva ansatsen har gjort det möjligt att belysa samverkan mellan forskare och praktiker på ett verklig-hetsnära och realistiskt sätt under fyra projektfaser fördelade över en femårsperiod. Den inledande projektfasen innebar en diagnostisering av problematiken. Ett antal åtgärdsförslag presenterades av forskargruppen och ledde vidare till ett forskarstött ut-vecklingsarbete under en andra projektfas då ett underlag till olika förbättringsåtgärder arbetades fram. Detta inbegrep utveckling av såväl teknisk som arbetsorganisatorisk ka-raktär för att åstadkomma effektiva och hälsosamma arbetsprocesser för brevbärare inom postutdelningsverksamheten. I en tredje projektfas testades och utvärderades hela åtgärdspaketet genom implementering på ett pilotkontor. I en fjärde och sista projektfas implementerades förbättringsåtgärderna på samtliga 602 postutdelningskontor i landet och forskarna gjorde en utvärdering. Resultaten visar hur man genom att anlägga ett MTO-perspektiv i förändringsarbete ökar möjligheterna att få klarhet i vilka faktorer som påverkar effektiviteten i ett pro-duktionssystem i sin helhet. Den tvärvetenskapliga forskningssatsningen i kombination med samverkan forskare/praktiker visade sig vara en förutsättning för att skapa förståel-se för interaktionen mellan M-T-O-komponenterna. Avhandlingen visar vidare hur olika former för participation i praktiken kan bidra till framgångsrikt förändringsarbete både vad gäller process och resultat. Den utförliga redogörelsen för interventionsprocessen, forskarrollens skiftande karaktär samt hindrande och främjande faktorer för forskarstött förändringsarbete, utgör andra viktiga kunskapsbidrag.
This dissertation illuminates researcher-supported work for change within the “Postal Service Network”, the division within Posten Sverige AB with responsibility for mail distribution to customers. The intervention has been concerned with improving the work situation of 15,000 postmen. The theoretical foundation consists in a form of systems thinking in which the con-cept of Man-Technology-Organisation (MTO) is employed to scrutinise the intervention process. The overall aim of this dissertation is to contribute to the development of know-ledge in the arena of researcher-supported work for change. It proceeds on the basis of the following objectives 1) to illustrate how systems thinking in the change process influences understanding of how the system’s Man-Technology-Organisation (MTO) components interact in practice, 2) to exemplify how this knowledge can be transformed in practice through the development and implementation of MTO-adapted solutions into collaboration between researchers and practitioners, 3) to exemplify empirically how forms for participation can contribute to a successful change process through the analy-sis and synthesis of both process and results. The research project has been conducted interactively. The interactive approach has made it possible to illuminate collaboration between researchers and practitioners in a down-to-earth and realistic manner during four project phases spread over a five-year period. The introductory project phase involved diagnosis of the problem. A number of proposals for action were presented by the research team, which led on to researcher-supported developmental work during a second project phase when a basis for various improvement measures was created. This involved development of both a technical and work-organisational nature to achieve efficient and healthy work processes for postmen in mail distribution. At a third project phase the entire package of measures was tested and evaluated through implementation in a pilot office. At the fourth and final phase of the project the improvements were implemented in all 602 postal distribution offices in Sweden, and the researchers performed an evaluation. The results show how adopting an MTO perspective on work for change increases opportunities to obtain clarity with regard to which factors influence efficiency in a pro-duction system as a whole. The cross-disciplinary research approach, in combination with researcher/practitioner collaboration, proved to be a prerequisite for creating un-derstanding of the interaction between the MTO components. Further, the dissertation shows how different forms of participation in practice can contribute to successful work for change with regard to both process and results. The extensive reporting of the inter-vention process and accounts of the shifting nature of the researcher’s role and of hin-dering and promoting factors in researcher-supported work for change constitute other important contributions to knowledge.

Abstract:
The purpose of this essay is to analyze how the Trojan prince Paris is described in the Iliad and in the movie Troy in regard to love and bravery. Thereafter an analysis of the similarities and differences between the Iliad and the movie Troy will be made. There will also be a discussion why there are differences between an epic story which was made for over two thousand years ago and a modern movie made in the twenty-first century. The differences will be based on the perspective ancient Greek culture versus filmmaking of the twenty-first century. The method that has been used is narrative analysis where the primary data, the Iliad and the movie Troy, have been interpreted.                         The Trojan prince Paris is described as a young, handsome man driven by his passion for Helen. Because of his passion for Helen he started a war and sacrificed thousands of men of Troy for her sake. The study showed that Paris was described in both the Iliad and the movie Troy as a coward, although some of his actions were brave. One reason why there are differences between the Iliad and the movie Troy is Wolfgang Petersen’s decision to remove the interference of the gods but other reasons are also discussed in the essay.

Abstract:
Este artigo apresenta um modelo de referência para apoiar a implementação de processos e práticas verdes em organizações de desenvolvimento de software. O modelo proposto é estruturado em níveis de capacidade e maturidade, tendo sido desenvolvido com base em conceitos e práticas da TI verde. A preocupação com o meio ambiente traz um diferencial de mercado importante para estas organizações e pode proporcionar um ambiente organizacional que estimula o crescimento individual dos seus profissionais. Este trabalho apresenta ainda o resultado de avaliações do modelo em três organizações de desenvolvimento de software.

Introdução: O Projeto Salas Verdes está presente atualmente em todas as regiões do Brasil, constituindo-se em uma rede de 640 centros de referência em educação ambiental. Objetivos: O Espaço Sala Verde Autazes teve como objetivo realizar a implantação das práticas de Educação Ambiental e meio ambiente, obedecendo às metas dos objetivos de desenvolvimento sustentável (ODS 30). Material e Métodos: As atividades citadas nesse resumo, foram realizadas entre os anos de 2017 e 2019. As atividades realizadas em 2017 foram: “Campanha Autazes Limpa” com palestras de informação sobre o lixo domiciliar e entulho de quintal, descarte correto, direitos e deveres; e Palestras com tema “Diga não as queimadas”. Resultados: Em 2018 as ações realizadas foram: Palestras com o tema “Lixo e queimadas de quintal – Diga Não Ao Fogo”; Circuito Tela Verde apresentando vídeos e curtas-metragens com o tema “Resíduos Sólidos e água”. Em 2019 as ações realizadas foram: palestras sobre “Resíduos Sólidos Urbanos - Lixo”; Mesa redonda com o tema “Recursos Hídricos e Educação Ambiental”; Sessão Cine Pipoca Sustentável nas escolas; Caminhada no mês de junho, referente ao Mês Ambiental; Arborização e competição (Desenho, Poesia, Paródia, Teatro e Vídeo Documentário) entre escolas das redes municipais e estaduais da sede do município; “I Copa Verde de Autazes” realizada no bairro do Mutirão; Reunião de orientação aos agricultores e feirantes com o tema “Técnica de Roçado sem Fogo”; Oficina de Materiais Recicláveis; e orientação sobre lixo, queimadas e desmatamento através da rádio local. Na análise geral, as ações desenvolvidas pelo Espaço Sala Verde Autazes atingiram um público heterogêneo, abrangendo o setor escolar das redes do ensino fundamental e médio de escolas públicas da zona urbana e rural. As palestras foram realizadas de maneira expositiva com auxílio de notebook, datashow, banners, cartazes e panfletos. O Espaço Sala Verde Autazes teve um total de 70 participantes em 2017, 5.399 participantes no ano de 2018 e 6.024 participantes no ano de 2019. Conclusão: Nesse artigo, foi possível apresentar e discutir o processo de consolidação do Projeto Espaço Sala Verde Autazes a partir da caracterização dos elementos trazidos de todas as ações realizadas entre os anos de 2017 e 2019, em Autazes/AM.

Abstract:
Transcurridos treinta años de la inclusión de Salamanca en la Lista del Patrimonio Mundial de Unesco, se ha producido una evolución en los criterios de gestión de los bienes culturales que obliga a una nueva comprensión del valor del sitio, desde el punto de vista cultural y medioambiental. En este contexto, el Ayuntamiento de Salamanca acaba de aprobar el Plan Especial de Protección de Infraestructura Verde y Biodiversidad 2020-35 con el objeto de crear una estrategia que integre holísticamente los valores naturales, sociales, económicos y patrimoniales para que configuren un territorio preparado para afrontar los nuevos desafíos de las ciudades a través de soluciones basadas en la naturaleza. La estrategia se concibe como un “plan vivo, en evolución continua y con capacidad de adaptación a los requerimientos de la ciudad” que apuesta por dotarse de una figura urbanística como herramienta de consolidación (ésto constituye una novedad con respecto a otras ciudades verdes). Otra característica es la definición de su ambito que abarca la totalidad de su témino, a la vez que deja apuntadas las soluciones con términos colindantes y la malla regional. Es una estrategia innovadora que utiliza como base la infraestructura verde junto con otro valor universal: su patrimonio.

Störmer-Verlet integration scheme has many attractive properties when dealing with ODE systems in linear spaces: it is explicit, 2nd order, linear/angular momentum preserving and it is symplectic for Hamiltonian systems. In this paper we investigate its application for numerical simulation of the multibody system dynamics (MBS) by formulating Störmer-Verlet algorithm for the rotational rigid body motion in Lie-group setting. Starting from the investigations on the single free rigid body rotational dynamics, the paper introduces modified RATTLE integration scheme with the direct SO(3) rotational update. Furthermore, non-canonical Lie-group Störmer-Verlet integration scheme is presented through the different derivation stages. Several presented numerical examples show excellent conservation properties of the proposed geometric algorithm.

Abstract:
Introdução: A Filariose Linfática (FL), também conhecida como Elefantíase, é uma doença parasitária causada pelo parasito Wuchereria Bancrofti, um verme nematóide, transmitido através da picada do mosquito Culex Quinquefasciatus, na qual está contaminado por larvas do parasito. Esse parasitismo acomete os gânglios e os vasos linfáticos causando linfedema crônico. Objetivo: Realizar, por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica, um levantamento sobre aspectos gerais da filariose linfática e o parasito que o causa. Material e métodos: Foi realizada uma revisão da bibliografia disponível, sendo selecionados artigos publicados nas bases de dados do SCIELO, Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS) e PUBMED, dos últimos 7 anos, fazendo uso dos descritores “Filariose linfática”, “Parasito causador da elefantíase”, “Wuchereria Bancrofti”, em português, aplicando critérios de inclusão e exclusão previamente definidos. Resultados: Pôde-se verificar que, a filariose linfática é uma das principais causas de incapacidades mundialmente e contém inúmeras manifestações clínicas quando associado ao parasito adulto da espécie Wuchereria Bancrofti, na qual pode variar desde o aparecimento de sintomas com inflamação linfática, até casos de hospedeiros sem sintomas. O parasito apresenta várias formas evolutivas tanto nos hospedeiros quanto nos vetores invertebrados, tendo desde filárias e microfilárias nos humanos até larvas nos mosquitos fêmeas, onde a periodicidade noturna das microfilárias é algo peculiar. Os vermes em sua fase adulta, ocasionam danos aos vasos linfáticos dos portadores que em conjunto com a resposta imunológica definirá a apresentação do quadro clínico do hospedeiro, enquanto as microfilárias podem desencadear manifestações extra-linfáticas como o comprometimento renal. A apresentação acentuada da lesão linfática pode ser observada com a presença de Hidrocele, devido à abundância de liquido na cavidade do testículo em indivíduos com infecção filarial, mas também pelo linfedema crônico decorrente da ação dos vermes adultos e infecções bacterianas secundárias, onde se caracteriza pela quantidade exorbitante de liquido linfático nos adipócitos, causando edema, principalmente nos membros inferiores e superiores, além de mais outras manifestações. Conclusão: É notório que a infecção da FL decorre do estagio do verme infectante, na qual inúmeras manifestações clínicas estão relacionadas com a filariose, sendo uma doença parasitária que pode desencadear incapacidades permanentes ao seu hospedeiro.
