Mastery of the market can be done by mastering a number of products included in the series of production or commonly called vertical integration. Control of business vertically is done by controlling the business line from upstream to downstream with the aim of closing the opportunity of other business actors entering the business field. Such phenomena can lead to unhealthy business practices that lead to the emergence of economic distortions. Vertical integration within agricultural and food sector is one of the decisive factors influencing market structure and competitiveness of agriculture. There are two groups of motives for vertical integration. Motive of efficiency is based on the effort to minimise production cost or transaction cost. Market power is not solely the result of horizontal expansion, but if variable inputs are considered, vertical integration may contribute to market power and so to growing share in consumer price. Covid-19 pandemic has a significant impact on society in Indonesia. New Normal discourse will be applied soon in Indonesia. Basically, it will give the same restriction and limitation of the interaction between individuals. Before pandemic, Conventional Public services required direct interaction between citizens and public servants in public office. But then, there will be a limitation to this direct interaction, and it also has to switch into the online services model. This study examined the urgency of the transformation of public services during the New Normal period through E-Government.

Abstract:
Stratosphere–troposphere interactions are conventionally characterized using the first empirical orthogonal function (EOF) of fields such as zonal-mean zonal wind. Perpetual-winter integrations of an idealized model are used to contrast the vertical structures of EOFs with those of principal oscillation patterns (POPs; the modes of a linearized system governing the evolution of zonal flow anomalies). POP structures are shown to be insensitive to pressure weighting of the time series of interest, a factor that is particularly important for a deep system such as the stratosphere and troposphere.
