(nemacki) Debatten um die Begriffe Tradition, Moderne, Avantgarde und Postmoderne, wie sie in der europ?ischen Exegese erscheinen, sind im rum?nischen Raum nicht minder gegenw?rtig. Die gem??igte und die radikale Moderne sowie die Postmoderne werden in diesem Aufsatz auf ihre Verbindung zur Ideologie der rum?nischen Musik untersucht. Zum einen werden zwei Richtungen derselben Generation beleuchtet: die "Moderierten" (P. Bentoiu W.G. Berger) und die "Radikalen" (?t. Niculescu, A. Stroe, A. Vieru, T. Olah M. Marbe, D. Constantinescu). Zum anderen wird nachvollzogen, wie sich einige "Radikale" auf den "postmodernen" Weg begeben. Diese Kategorien sind selbstverst?ndlich vom ideologischen Kontext des kommunistischen Rum?nien gepr?gt.

Abstract:
This article exposes theses on the Eminescian model as the irradiating center of the Romanian literary canon. The poetry of the 60s and 80s of Bessarabia is conceived as ,rupture with the dogmas of socialist realism and a return to the models Arghezi, Blaga, Bacovia, Barbu. Neomodernism, through rhysome ruptures, has a decisive impact on the metamorphoses of sixty/seventy poetry. The testing of aesthetics produces a change in the concept of poeticity, a mutation from the ardent east-ethics of the generation of Grigore Vieru and Liviu Damian to the aesthetic „liberated from sentimentality”, to the poetry of the imaginary, of the virtual worlds, of poetic models. Neomodernism, very eclectic in its essential moments, is adapted to the intrinsic tradiționalism of the poetry 60s and 80s and has a decisiv impact in the metamorphoses of the transition from modernism to postmodernism.

Abstract:
The ABC book is the most important book that affects the cognitive the aesthetic development of the child. The history of this book goes back several centuries, and its prehistory can be traced back to the days of the appearance of writing. This article is dedicated to the study of the processes associated with the evolution of the principles of illustrating ABC books in the works of artists of the Soviet and post-Soviet periods. Among the famous Moldovan artists, who illustrated books of this didactic nature, are: Valentina Nechaeva, Valentina Rusu-Ciobanu, Leonid Grigorashenco, Ilya Bogdesco, Evgheni Merega, Boris Brânzei, Igor Vieru, Lică Sainciuc, Isai Cârmu, Alexei Colîbneac,Vasile Movileanu, Aurel Guțu-Resteu, Vasili Tsehmister, Anna Evtushenco, Violeta Zabulica-Diordiev, Elena Leshcu, Mihail Brunea, Oleg Cojocari, Elvira Voloshin-Cemortan and others. The study of ABC illustrations in the works of Moldovan book graphic artists provided an opportunity to analyze the genesis and evolution of its aesthetic aspects, and to identify the main artistic values of this branch of fine arts.

My choice fell upon the movement of these writers who, from their major contribution, on the literary map as well as civic, got involved in Moldova's political and social life at the end of the last century. This questioning which interpellates us shall constitute the core matter of the main concern of our subject: being a writer in Moldova really does imply some involvement? As regards involvement: does it stem from a nation's culture, psychology or state of mind?

Abstract:
L'application de méthodes algébriques en musique représente une démarche récente dans la recherche musicale. Une réflexion historique sur l'émergence du concept de structure algébrique en musique met en évidence la place centrale occupée par trois compositeurs/théoriciens du XXe siècle : Milton Babbitt, Iannis Xenakis et Anatol Vieru. A partir de leurs propositions théoriques, cette étude développe une réflexion approfondie sur la notion de théorie musicale dans ses applications aussi bien analytiques que compositionnelles. Elle offre également une formalisation algébrique de la Set Theory et de ses développements transformationnels tout en discutant les rapports entre la tradition analytique américaine et la démarche théorique formelle en Europe. Les concepts abordés permettent de définir la place d'une démarche computationnelle en musicologie et ouvrent des questions philosophiques sur le rapport entre mathématiques et musique
The application of algebraic mtehods to music is a relatively new approach in musical research. We analyse the problem of the emergence of algebraic structures in music by looking at three main figures of twentieth-century theorists/composers : Milton Babbit, Iannis Xenakis and Anatol Vieru. Some of their music-theoretic contructions are the starting point for a discussion on the notion of music theory in some analytical as well ax compositional applications. This work discusses an algebraic formalisation of Set Theory and its transformational developments from a perspective which includes an analysis of the relationships between American tradition and a formalised European approach. The concepts elaborated in this work lead to a definition of the place of a computational approach in musicology and open several philosophical questions on the relationships between mathematics and music

Le terme virú-gallinazo désigne au XXe siècle un style céramique puis caractérise une culture. Aujourd’hui, le consensus archéologique regroupe les vestiges virú-gallinazo sous la dénomination de « phénomène culturel » et cherche ainsi à le définir. Mais l’épistémologie montre l’aspect fragmentaire sur lequel se fondent ces interprétations.Cette thèse propose alors une approche plus complexe du phénomène. Elle se fonde sur les idées suivantes : l’art ne reflète pas l’intégralité des manifestations culturelles. Enfin la signification d’un objet peut varier selon les contextes dans lesquels il se trouve. Ce travail, en conséquence, entreprend une analyse contextuelle croisée des différentes catégories de vestiges
During the XXth century, the viru-gallinazo term first refers to ceramic’s style and after it distinguishes a culture. Today, the archaeological consensus includes the viru-gallinazo remains as a"cultural phenomenon" and seeks to define it. But the epistemology shows the fragmented aspect on which are based those interpretations.This thesis proposes then a more complex approach of the viru-gallinazo "cultural phenomenon". It is based on the following ideas: art does not reflect the entirety of cultural events. Finally the meaning of an object may vary according to the context in which it is located. For that reason, this study sets out a crossed contextual analysis of the different categories of remains

Mamão (C. papaya L), uma fruteira de grande importância econômica mundial, vem sofrendo acentuados prejuízos na pré colheira, sobretudo pela doença da meleira do mamoeiro, caracterizada pela exsudação espontânea de látex aquoso e fluido que oxida e se acumula como uma substância pegajosa nos órgãos da planta. A meleira é causada por uma infecção sinérgica dos vírus PMeV e PMeV2, cuja sintomatologia manifesta-se apenas após a transição juvenil-adulto (florescimento) das plantas. Para entender os mecanismos de interação planta-vírus e a dependência fenológica da sintomatologia, o proteoma de C. papaya foi acessado, via proteômica quantitativa livre de marcação baseada em LC-MS/MS, para plantas infectadas e não infectadas (controle) em quatro diferentes idades (3, 4, 7 e 9 meses pós germinação). Este estudo possibilitou a identificação de 1.623 e a quantificação de 1.609 proteínas, cuja comparação de abundâncias revelou uma elevação nos níveis de proteínas relacionadas à fotossíntese e redução nos níveis de proteínas relacionadas à atividade de caspase-like, 26S-proteassomo e remodelamento de parede celular no período assintomático e anterior ao florescimento. O surgimento dos sintomas após o florescimento (7 meses pós germinação) foi acompanhado de uma redução no acúmulo de proteínas relacionadas à fotossíntese e elevação no acúmulo de proteínas relacionadas ao metabolismo de carboidratos, lipídeos, aminoácidos, proteínas, nucleotídeos e ácidos nucléicos. Além do acúmulo de proteínas envolvidas em resposta a estresse, sinalização, transporte e parede celular. O somatório destes resultados aponta para a existência de um mecanismo de tolerância incompleto na fase assintomática e anterior ao florescimento, com uma sinalização por ROS via cloroplasto seguido de um sistema ineficiente na contenção da infecção sistêmica pela depleção da atividade caspásica, proteassomal, e de remodelamento de parede. Este mecanismo de tolerância incompleta no pré florescimento ganha novos elementos com a transição juvenil-adulto, que com uma infecção já instalada de forma sistêmica, origina os sintomas de resposta necrótica e clorótica tardios. A inibição nos processos de remodelamento de parede celular anteriores ao florescimento acarreta no enfraquecimento dos laticíferos, que se rompem quando em desequilíbrio osmótico, gerando o aspecto melado do mamoeiro doente.

In enger Zusammenarbeit entwickelten Fachleute und Politiker das Modell der vier Säulen. Das bisherige Drei‐Säulen‐Modell, bestehend aus Prävention, Therapie und Repression, wurde mit der vierten Säule Überlebenshilfe (später Schadensminderung) ergänzt.

Bei der Entwicklung automatisierter Produktionsanlagen stehen dabei die vier Zielgrößen Qualität, Zeit, Kosten und Flexibilität im Fokus. In der Literatur wird angenommen, dass zwischen diesen Anforderungen ein Zielkonflikt besteht, der von den Eigenschaften eines technischen Systems herrührt und die gleichzeitige Optimierung einer Anlage bzgl. aller vier Zielgrößen unmöglich macht. In diesem Beitrag wird deshalb ein methodischer Ansatz zu Diskussion gestellt, der die Untersuchung des Zielkonfliktes im konkreten Anwendungsfall ermöglicht und eine Entscheidungshilfe bei der Auswahl von Lösungskonzepten bieten kann. Ausgangspunkt ist ein dynamisches Systemmodell der Wechselwirkung zwischen Produkt und Produktionsanlage, sowie ein Ansatz zur Konzeptauswahl auf Grundlage der Polyoptimierung. Mit Hilfe parametrischer Modellbildung und Simulation kann die Entwicklungsaufgabe als mehrkriterielles Optimierungsproblem formuliert werden.

Jaunimo verslumas yra Lietuvos strateginis prioritetas ir laikomas vienu pagrindiniu veiksniu ekonominės plėtros raidoje. Lietuvai tapus Europos Sąjungos (ES) nare jaunimo verslumo skatinimas ir plėtojamas grindžiamas ES strategijomis. Tačiau šio dešimtmečio jaunimo nedarbas yra vienas iš pagrindinių ekonomikos ir socialinių uždavinių daugelyje ES valstybių narių, tame tarpe ir Lietuvos. Jaunimo verslumas nėra panacėja sprendžiant jaunimo nedarbo problemas, bet gali būti politinio reagavimo dalimi. Straipsnyje yra vertinamos jaunimo verslumo galimybės ir strateginės plėtros kryptys Lietuvoje. Pagrindiniai kriterijai, pagal kuriuos vertinamos verslumo galimybės yra politinė, socialinė, ekonominė bei technologinė aplinka. Straipsnyje aptariamos objekto 3D modeliavimo technologijos. 3D modeliui sudaryti taikyti du fotogrametri-jos metodai: antžeminė ir aerofotogrametrija. Eksperimentinis objektas – Struvės geodezinio lanko punktas Rokiškio ra-jone, Gireišių kaime. Šis objektas fotografuotas 2019 m. pavasarį bepiločiu orlaiviu iš oro ir nuo žemės paviršiaus su skaitmenine „Pentax“ modelio fotokamera. Visos fotonuotraukos kalibruotos ir apdorotos vienu metu su „Bentley“ kom-panijos programine įranga „ContexCapture“. 3D modeliui sudaryti programos automatiškai parinkti fotonuotraukose ry-šio taškai trianguliacijos skaičiavimais pagal 11-os atraminių geodezinių taškų koordinates transformuoti į vietinę koor-dinačių sistemą. Sukurtas punkto ir teritorijos 3D modelis siekia 3,4 mm tikslumą. Rezultatas publikuojamas internetiniame tinklalapyje (Struvės.., .2019).

Abstract:
Ziel der vorliegenden Studie war es, eine Typologie von RadfahrerInnen in Deutschland zu erarbeiten und diese zu beschreiben. Zu diesem Zweck wurde auf Basis einer umfassenden Literaturrecherche eine groß angelegte Online-Befragung vom 20.11.2017 bis 07.01.2018 durchgeführt. Insgesamt wurden dabei 10.294 auswertbare Datensätze gewonnen. Durch Hauptkomponenten- und Faktorenanalyse wurden neun Faktoren (symbolische Motive, affektive Motive, instrumentelle Motive, subjektive Sicherheit, Identifikation als RadfahrerIn, zeitliche Distanz, Nutzungshäufigkeit, Wetter/Komfort und Regeltreue) extrahiert, die anschließend zur Clusterung der RadfahrerInnen genutzt wurden. Mit Hilfe dieser Faktoren ließen sich vier Typen von RadfahrerInnen identifizieren: passionierter, pragmatischer, funktioneller und ambitionierter Radfahrtyp. Die Typen unterscheiden sich dabei sowohl hinsichtlich der Typologisierungsfaktoren als auch bezüglich infrastruktureller Präferenzen, Unfallhistorie und der Radfahrhäufigkeit für bestimmte Wegezwecke. Die Einbeziehung motivationaler Faktoren erbrachte wichtige Einblicke in die Eigenschaften von RadfahrerInnen. Für den passionierten Radfahrtyp spielen sowohl Faktoren, wie die soziale Anerkennung bzw. Identifikation mit dem Umfeld, die Freude am Fahren als auch Faktoren wie Flexibilität oder Umweltschutz eine wichtige Rolle. Der Pragmatische wird dagegen v.a. instrumentell motiviert, d.h. das Rad wird genutzt, weil es flexibel ist, gut für die eigene Fitness und man damit schnell vorankommt. Insgesamt am wenigsten zum Radfahren motiviert ist der/die funktionelle RadfahrerIn. Für diesen Typ stehen z.B. ökonomische Gründe bei der Radnutzung im Vordergrund und das Fahrrad wird eher als „Mittel zum Zweck“ gesehen. Der Spaß am Fahren sowie die Zugehörigkeit zu oder das Kennenlernen von Personen sind für die ambitionierten RadfahrerInnen Hauptmotive für die Radnutzung. Aus den Kenntnissen der Eigenschaften der vier Radfahrtypen lassen sich u.a. Implikationen für die Radverkehrsförderung ableiten. So könnten z.B. Kampagnen vermitteln, dass das Fahrrad mehr sein kann als nur „Mittel zum Zweck“, um funktionelle und pragmatische Typen zu einer (Mehr-) Nutzung zu ermutigen. Die Arbeit schließt mit einem Ausblick auf Teil 2 des Projektes, bei dem die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse über die Radfahrtypen mit realem Fahrverhalten verknüpft wurden.

Die vorliegende Studie verfolgt vier Ziele. Sie soll einen kurzen Überblick über die wichtigsten Verfahren der Prognosegütemessung bei makroökonomischen Prognosen geben. Es sollen zwei neue Verfahren zur Beurteilung makroökonomischer Prognosen vorgestellt werden: Der Test auf Informationszuwachs und der GOVA-Koeffizient. Die Autoren denken, dabei handelt es sich um besonders geeignete Ansätze, weil sie realistische Anforderungen an die Prognostiker stellen. Außerdem soll gezeigt werden, dass Prognoseerfolge und Prognosemisserfolge mit dem Test auf Unverzerrtheit nicht angemessen differenziert werden können. Darüber hinaus soll die Studie einen Überblick über den Erfolg von Konjunkturprognosen in zwölf Industrienationen geben. Im Einzelnen handelt es sich um Konsensprognosen zur Entwicklung des BIP, der Industrieproduktion und der privaten Konsumausgaben in den USA, Japan, Deutschland, Frankreich, Großbritannien, Italien, Spanien, Kanada, Niederlande, Schweiz, Schweden und Norwegen.
