Ce questionnement qui nous interpelle et qui fera la matière de la préoccupation centrale de notre sujet : être écrivain en Moldavie, implique-t-il un engagement quelconque ? Quant a l'engagement, relève-t-il d'une culture, d'une psychologie, d'une mentalité d'un peuple ?
My choice fell upon the movement of these writers who, from their major contribution, on the literary map as well as civic, got involved in Moldova's political and social life at the end of the last century. This questioning which interpellates us shall constitute the core matter of the main concern of our subject: being a writer in Moldova really does imply some involvement? As regards involvement: does it stem from a nation's culture, psychology or state of mind?

Abstract:
L'application de méthodes algébriques en musique représente une démarche récente dans la recherche musicale. Une réflexion historique sur l'émergence du concept de structure algébrique en musique met en évidence la place centrale occupée par trois compositeurs/théoriciens du XXe siècle : Milton Babbitt, Iannis Xenakis et Anatol Vieru. A partir de leurs propositions théoriques, cette étude développe une réflexion approfondie sur la notion de théorie musicale dans ses applications aussi bien analytiques que compositionnelles. Elle offre également une formalisation algébrique de la Set Theory et de ses développements transformationnels tout en discutant les rapports entre la tradition analytique américaine et la démarche théorique formelle en Europe. Les concepts abordés permettent de définir la place d'une démarche computationnelle en musicologie et ouvrent des questions philosophiques sur le rapport entre mathématiques et musique
The application of algebraic mtehods to music is a relatively new approach in musical research. We analyse the problem of the emergence of algebraic structures in music by looking at three main figures of twentieth-century theorists/composers : Milton Babbit, Iannis Xenakis and Anatol Vieru. Some of their music-theoretic contructions are the starting point for a discussion on the notion of music theory in some analytical as well ax compositional applications. This work discusses an algebraic formalisation of Set Theory and its transformational developments from a perspective which includes an analysis of the relationships between American tradition and a formalised European approach. The concepts elaborated in this work lead to a definition of the place of a computational approach in musicology and open several philosophical questions on the relationships between mathematics and music

Le terme virú-gallinazo désigne au XXe siècle un style céramique puis caractérise une culture. Aujourd’hui, le consensus archéologique regroupe les vestiges virú-gallinazo sous la dénomination de « phénomène culturel » et cherche ainsi à le définir. Mais l’épistémologie montre l’aspect fragmentaire sur lequel se fondent ces interprétations.Cette thèse propose alors une approche plus complexe du phénomène. Elle se fonde sur les idées suivantes : l’art ne reflète pas l’intégralité des manifestations culturelles. Enfin la signification d’un objet peut varier selon les contextes dans lesquels il se trouve. Ce travail, en conséquence, entreprend une analyse contextuelle croisée des différentes catégories de vestiges
During the XXth century, the viru-gallinazo term first refers to ceramic’s style and after it distinguishes a culture. Today, the archaeological consensus includes the viru-gallinazo remains as a"cultural phenomenon" and seeks to define it. But the epistemology shows the fragmented aspect on which are based those interpretations.This thesis proposes then a more complex approach of the viru-gallinazo "cultural phenomenon". It is based on the following ideas: art does not reflect the entirety of cultural events. Finally the meaning of an object may vary according to the context in which it is located. Mamão (C. papaya L), uma fruteira de grande importância econômica mundial, vem sofrendo acentuados prejuízos na pré colheira, sobretudo pela doença da meleira do mamoeiro, caracterizada pela exsudação espontânea de látex aquoso e fluido que oxida e se acumula como uma substância pegajosa nos órgãos da planta. A meleira é causada por uma infecção sinérgica dos vírus PMeV e PMeV2, cuja sintomatologia manifesta-se apenas após a transição juvenil-adulto (florescimento) das plantas. Para entender os mecanismos de interação planta-vírus e a dependência fenológica da sintomatologia, o proteoma de C. papaya foi acessado, via proteômica quantitativa livre de marcação baseada em LC-MS/MS, para plantas infectadas e não infectadas (controle) em quatro diferentes idades (3, 4, 7 e 9 meses pós germinação). Este estudo possibilitou a identificação de 1.623 e a quantificação de 1.609 proteínas, cuja comparação de abundâncias revelou uma elevação nos níveis de proteínas relacionadas à fotossíntese e redução nos níveis de proteínas relacionadas à atividade de caspase-like, 26S-proteassomo e remodelamento de parede celular no período assintomático e anterior ao florescimento. O surgimento dos sintomas após o florescimento (7 meses pós germinação) foi acompanhado de uma redução no acúmulo de proteínas relacionadas à fotossíntese e elevação no acúmulo de proteínas relacionadas ao metabolismo de carboidratos, lipídeos, aminoácidos, proteínas, nucleotídeos e ácidos nucléicos. Além do acúmulo de proteínas envolvidas em resposta a estresse, sinalização, transporte e parede celular. O somatório destes resultados aponta para a existência de um mecanismo de tolerância incompleto na fase assintomática e anterior ao florescimento, com uma sinalização por ROS via cloroplasto seguido de um sistema ineficiente na contenção da infecção sistêmica pela depleção da atividade caspásica, proteassomal, e de remodelamento de parede. Este mecanismo de tolerância incompleta no pré florescimento ganha novos elementos com a transição juvenil-adulto, que com uma infecção já instalada de forma sistêmica, origina os sintomas de resposta necrótica e clorótica tardios. A inibição nos processos de remodelamento de parede celular anteriores ao florescimento acarreta no enfraquecimento dos laticíferos, que se rompem quando em desequilíbrio osmótico, gerando o aspecto melado do mamoeiro doente.

Work is in progress to create an Atlas of Lower Sorbian Surnames with approximately 70 colered name cards on the basis of circa 63.000 records of names taken from sources of the 14. to 18. century. The cards will include the surnames which developed from Slavic composita as well as from their contracted and/or affectionate forms, and in addition surnames derived from occupational names and official titles, and from nicknames and ethnonyms. A few cards will be dedicated to anthroponymic suffixes as well as to combined areals. Every card will have a commentary to verbally describe the geographical distribution of the names. Statistical data concerning the number of diverse names as well as bearers of the names provide information about the productivity of each anthroponymic basis, and in addition, their occurrence in deanthroponymic place names in Lower Lusatia will be included. The submitted paper presents an introduction to the subject, goal, method and initial results of our research to date. As an example, four colered cards illustrate the territorial distribution of 68 diverse surnames and two suffixes.

Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem polarisations-, intensitäts- und temperaturabhängigen Dephasierungsverhalten kohärent angeregter Exzitonen, Biexzitonen und Trionen in Quantentrögen, Quantendrähten und Quanteninseln. Die Experimente, die an II-VI-Halbleiternano- strukturen durchgeführt wurden, basieren auf einer nichtlinear optischen Methode der Ultrakurzzeitspektroskopie, der Vierwellenmischung. Phasenrelaxation und Wechselwirkungsprozesse der resonant angeregten Quasiteilchen werden durch erweiterte optische Blochgleichungen theoretisch beschrieben. Um die Bedeutung von Korrelationen höherer Ordnung von Exzitonen in ZnSe Quantentrögen zu ermitteln, wird die Methode der Multiwellenmischung entwickelt. Durch Anwendung von modernen Halbleiterblochgleichungen bis zur 5. Ordnung in den anregenden Feldern gelingt die Beschreibung der beobachteten Spektren
In this theses the polarization, intensity and temperature dependent dephasing behavior of coherently excited excitons, biexcitons, and trions are investigated in quantum wells, quantum wires and quantum islands. The experiments, applied to II-VI semiconductor nanostructures, base on a nonlinear optical method of ultrashorttime spectroscopy, the four-wave mixing. Phase relaxation and interaction processes of the resonantly excited quasi-particles are described by extended optical bloch equations. The importance of higher order correlations of excitons in ZnSe quantum wells is investigated. Therefore a new method has been developed, the so called multi-wave mixing. The application of modern semiconductor bloch equations up to fifth order in the exciting fields results in a successful description of the observed spectra

Die Vier Lieder nach Gedichten von Wolfgang Bittner entstanden 1987-88. Wolfgang Bittner hatte ich während meines Stipendienaufenthalts auf dem Künstlerhof Schreyahn (Niedersachsen) kennen und schätzen gelernt. Die Gedichte sind in dem Sonderband „Kopfsprünge“ (Spectrum-Verlag) mit Gedichten des 1941 geborenen, heute in Göttingen lebenden Schriftstellers erschienen. Nach zwei düsteren, emotional weit gespannten, langsamen Liedern folgt ein lyrisches Intermezzo (Nr. 3) und ein heiter-ironischer Abschluss in der Art eines „humpelnden“ Walzers. Die Lieder wurden 1992 von Andrea Drude (Sopran) und Christopher Oakden (Klavier) auf der Kammermusik-CD mit Werken von Matthias Drude eingespielt, die beim Komponisten erhältlich ist. Der Test of Economic Literacy ist nach derzeitiger Quellenlage der wohl am häufigsten eingesetzte Test für die Identifikation von wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Kenntnissen und Fertigkeiten im englischsprachigen Raum. Das grundlegende Verständnis von Wirtschaftswissen wird mithilfe eines individuellen Messkonzeptes überprüft, welches mehrere Themenbereiche der Volkswirtschaften berührt. Zusätzlich erfolgt eine taxonomische Zuordnung der Lernziele auf den verschiedenen Inklusionsstufen nach Bloom. Im Laufe der Zeit haben sich ebenso in Deutschland eine Reihe weiterer Testverfahren und Studien zur Vermessung der Ökonomischen Bildung herausgebildet, welche jedoch größtenteils nicht die gewünschte Akzeptanz mit sich bringen. In diesem Beitrag sollen die Konzeption und die historische Entwicklung des Test of Economy Literacy betrachtet werden, um eine solide Grundlage für die Konzeption weiterer Tests zu gewinnen.

Abstract:
The present dissertation investigates the use of the fantastic and its functions in contemporary prose, the initial hypothesis being that the fantastic is not historically exhausted, but continues to be productive. The major part of this study consists of a close reading of four novels printed between 1995 and 2001: Marie Hermanson’s Värddjuret (1995), Majgull Axelsson’s Aprilhäxan (1997), Karen Duve’s Regenroman (1999) and Elfriede Kern’s Schwarze Lämmer (2001). Tzvetan Todorov’s definition of the fantastic as structural ambiguity is fundamental to the dissertation. In order not to bind the definition to a normative concept of genre, the fantastic is in this study considered as a narrative strategy. The dissertation’s analyses demonstrate that in these contemporary novels there is considerable variation of narrative devices, as well as of intertextual motifs deriving from the ‘archive’ provided by the tradition of the fantastic. The fantastic is to a great extent intertextual, but does not merely function as a “signal of fiction” in a postmodern game where ambiguity is no longer relevant. Instead, the narrated world in these novels is characterized by a deeply-rooted ambivalence, heterogeneity and instability. Both attractive and dangerous, the fantastic corresponds to a meeting with “the other” and the unknown, while dampening the conflict between the supernatural and the natural so clearly seen in Todorov. What is central is not the crisis of perception undergone by the novel’s characters as they choose between two opposing views of reality, but their mental state of mind. These characters are in a condition of “betwixt and between”, which in all four novels is linked to the theme of the artist. Via the fantastic, Regenroman initiates a confrontation with male myths of the artist and images of women. Schwarze Lämmer also engages the romantic fantastic tradition and investigates the link between adolescent delusions of grandeur and artistic creativity. Värddjuret, on the other hand, depicts the genesis of a female artist, while Aprilhäxan presents the female artist’s monstrous image of herself and fantasies of omnipotence. An additional function of the fantastic in these four novels is to thematize a concept of reality that is based, not on the contrast between the natural and the supernatural, but on the possibility of several different realities.

ENGLISH ABSTRACT: Cochlear implantation is a surgical procedure, where an electronic device is implanted into the inner ear to give people, with severe to profound hearing loss, access to sound and the spoken word. In spite of a wealth of international research, local studies on cochlear implants, and more specifically research concerning the experience of adolescents with the device, are limited. Adolescence, as a development stage, is also a very difficult phase, which is marked as a crisis period in the developement process towards maturity, as well as a continued selfconsciousness and worry about how others perceive them. It may therefore be deduced that the use of the cochlear implants could cause this to be an intense experience during this developmental phase and that served as motivation to conduct my research specifically on adolescents. This generic qualitative study had a dual purpose: Firstly it endeavoured, through explorative and descriptive research, to determine the experience of adolescents with cochlear implants in school and also in other social circumstances. That sparked off a better understanding and insight, concerning the experience of adolescents with these devices. Secondly, the purpose of this study was to enquire into and describe the experience of adolescents with their support systems. This in turn lead to the identification of support systems, but also the lack of such systems in the personal-, social- and learning environment. An interpretative qualitative study was designed to explain the experience of adolescents with cochlear implants. The Bronfenbrenner Bioecological Model of human development was used as framework to discuss the complex experience of adolescents with cochlear implants. The Asset based approach, as well as Outcomes of well-being founded on the principles of Positive Psychology, was also used as theoretical and conceptual framework to explain existing assets, support systems and management strategies. Four adolescents with cochlear implants and their parents took part in the the study. In-depth data was generated through alternative methods of interviewing, which were adjusted according to the unique requirements of each participant as well as the level of their loss of hearing. Interactive activities, that targeted the interest of participants, were adapted to their language ability and visually interactive were also used. Interviews were constantly supported by thorough field notes. Raw data was then transcribed and processed by using the constant comparative method. The themes, that were constructed from these, seem to indicate that the experieces of these adolescents are unique and are influenced by several intrapersonal and external factors. The exploration of these factors revealed the following: • Adolescents with cochlear implants sometimes experience social exclusion at school as well as amongst their friends. • Various obstacles lead up to social exclusion: Firstly, adolescents with cochlear implants are not able to follow group conversations and background interference further hampers their limited hearing. Secondly, they experience a lack of effort from their peers and teachers to include them in conversations, because the latter have a wrong perception that cochlear implants restore deaf people's hearing 100%. • Participants often experience powerlessness concerning their deafness and are selfconscious due to the visibility of the cochlear implant. • Scholastic advancement is further hampered by the ignorence of teachers, concerning the needs of learners with cochlear implants, and also due to language impairments caused by their deafness. • Personal strengths, like a positive outlook, assertiveness and perseverance, along with coping strategies, like extreme effort and mediation by parents at school, for their adolescents with cochlear implants, improve the resilience of this group to handle the above mentioned obstacles. • Other children with cochlear implants, the families of participants and school are considered to be the primary support systems. Suggestions, concerning the development and improvement of the support systems of adolescents with cochlear implants, were made on the basis of the data results. Due to the limited range of this study, further research suggestions have been made, that are supported by the knowledge gained in this study about the experience of adolescents with cochlear implants.
AFRIKAANSE OPSOMMING: Kogleêre inplantering is 'n chirurgiese metode, waar 'n elektroniese toestel in die binneoor inplanteer word om mense met erge tot uitermatige gehoorverlies, toegang tot klanke en gesproke taal te gee. Ten spyte van 'n rykdom internasionale navorsing, is nasionale studies oor kogleêre inplantings, en meer spesifiek rakende adolessente se ervaring daarmee, beperk. Adolessensie, as ontwikkelingstadium, is ook 'n moeilike fase wat gekenmerk word as 'n krisistydperk in die ontwikkelingsproses tot volwassenheid, asook volgehoue selfbewussyn en kommer oor hoe ander hul ervaar. Die afleiding is dus dat die gebruik van kogleêre inplantings tydens hierdie ontwikkelingsfase, aanleiding kan gee tot 'n intense belewing daarvan en het dit daarom ook as motivering gedien om my ondersoek spesifiek op adolessente te rig. Die doel van hierdie generies kwalitatiewe studie was tweeledig: Eerstens het dit gepoog om, deur verkennende en beskrywende navorsing, die ervaring van vier adolessente met kogleêre inplantings in die skool, en ander sosiale hoedanighede, te bepaal. Dít het aanleiding gegee tot 'n ruimer begrip en insig aangaande adolessente se belewing met hierdie apparate. Tweedens het die studie ten doel gehad om die adolessente se belewing van hul ondersteuningsisteme te ondersoek en te beskryf. Dit het voorts gelei tot die identifisering van ondersteuningsisteme, maar ook die leemtes daarvan in hul persoonlike-, sosiale- en leeromgewing. 'n Interpretivistiese, kwalitatiewe studie is ontwerp om die ervarings van adolessente met kogleêre inplantings te verduidelik. Bronfenbrenner se Bioekologiese Model van menslike ontwikkeling is as raamwerk gebruik om die kompleksiteit van adolessente met kogleêre inplantings se ervaring te bespreek. Die Bategebaseerde benadering, sowel as Uitkomste van welwees ("well-being") wat berus op die beginsels van die Positiewe Sielkunde, is verder as teoretiese en konseptuele raamwerk gebruik om bestaande bates, ondersteuningsisteme en hanteringstrategieë te verduidelik. Vier adolessente met kogleêre inplantings en hul ouers het aan die studie deelgeneem. Data is genereer deur alternatiewe metodes van onderhoudsvoering, wat aangepas is volgens elke deelnemer se unieke behoeftes en verskillende grade van gehoorverlies. Daar is ook gebruik gemaak van interaktiewe aktiwiteite, wat op deelnemers se belangstellings gerig was, volgens hul taalbekwaamheid aangepas is en ook visueel ondersteunend was. Onderhoude is deurlopend met deeglike veldnotas ondersteun. Rou data is getranskribeer en deur middel van die konstante vergelykende metode verwerk. Die temas, wat hieruit gekonstrueer is, dui daarop dat hierdie adolessente se ervarings uniek blyk te wees en deur verskeie intrapersoonlike en eksterne faktore beïnvloed word. Die verkenning van hierdie faktore het die volgende aan die lig gebring: • Adolessente met kogleêre inplantings beleef soms sosiale uitsluiting in die skool, asook tussen hul vriende. • Verskeie hindernisse gee aanleiding tot sosiale uitsluiting: Eerstens kan adolessente met kogleêre inplantings nie gesprekke in groepe volg nie en word hul gehoor verder deur agtergrondgeraas belemmer. Tweedens is hul belewing dat hul vriende en onderwysers nie aanpassings maak om hul by gesprekke te betrek nie, omdat hulle oor 'n wanpersepsie beskik dat kogleêre inplantings mense wat doof is se gehoor 100% herstel. • Deelnemers beleef dikwels magteloosheid oor hul doofheid en is selfbewus oor die sigbaarheid van die kogleêre inplanting. • Skolastiese vordering word belemmer deur onderwysers se onkunde aangaande die behoeftes van leerders met kogleêre inplantings, maar ook as gevolg van taalagterstande, wat deur hul doofheid veroorsaak word. • Persoonlike sterktes, soos 'n positiewe lewensingesteldheid, beslistheid en deursettingsvermoë, asook hanteringstrategieë, soos uiterse harde werk en voorspraak, wat ouers vir hul adolessente met kogleêre inplantings by die skool maak, bevorder veerkragtigheid ("resilience") by hierdie groep adolessente om bogenoemde hindernisse te hanteer. • Ander kinders met kogleêre inplantings, adolessente deelnemers se gesinne en ook die skool word as primêre ondersteuningsisteme beskou. Aanbevelings rakende die verbetering van adolessente met kogleêre inplantings se ondersteuningsisteme is op grond van die bevindinge uit die data gemaak. Vanweë die beperkte omvang van hierdie studie is daar ook, na aanleiding van verworwe kennis aangaande die ervarings van adolessente met kogleêre inplantings, verdere navorsingsvoorstelle gemaak.

Abstract:
The thesis deals with the mutational analysis of conserved amino acids of Potato virus X coat protein (PVX CP). The importance of selected amino acids for the spread of the virus in the plant should be determined. Nicotiana benthamiana was selected as an experimental plant. Mutations of the PVX CP were based on the comparison of PVX CP amino acid sequence with the sequence of Papaya mosaic virus coat protein (PapMV CP), the only representative of potexvirus, which includes PVX, with the described crystal structure of the CP. The importance of certain amino acids for interaction of coat protein subunits PapMV CP,CP and PapMV CP,RNA and thus for virus particles formation was experimentally determined. The available amino acid sequences of isolates and strains of PVX CP were obtained from the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) database, compared with each other and alsowith the sequence of PVX CP used in the Laboratory of Virology, Institute of Experimental Botany of the CAS. Codons encoding conserved phenylalanine and lysine at positions 33 and 118 in the PVX CP amino acid sequence were mutated using methods of molecular biology. Five constructs of PVX CP mutants were prepared, Two deletion mutants of the PVX CP N-terminus which were created in the vector derived from PVX (pGR106) in which the cDNA sequence of PVX is integrated, the remaining 3 point mutants were prepared only as a product of SOE PCR. The reporter gene GFP for monitoring of infection and spread of mutants in plant tissue was cloned into pGR106 carrying the deletion mutants of the N-terminus of PVX CP (deletion of 2.-32. or 2.-33. amino acid). Both mutants are able to move only in a short distance from infected cells to adjacent cells within the inoculated N. benthamiana leaf. These two deletion mutants showed difference in the speed and in the extent of the GFP signal spread. Deletion mutant still possessing the codon for F33 showed faster onset of the GFP signal and was able to spread more rapidly to surrounding cells in comparison with deletion mutant, where the codon for F33 was removed. Other mutants carrying the point mutations were also prepared: the deletion mutant of the codon for F33 (deletion F33), the substitution mutant, in which the codon for phenylalanine at position 33 was replaced by the codon for alanine (F33A) and substitution mutant, where the codon for lysine at position 118 was replaced by the codon for alanine (K118A). Unfortunately, all three point mutants could not be cloned into the vector pGR106, therefore, the evaluation of their spread in N. benthamiana plants was not possible. Based on obtained results it is possible to conclude that the amino acid F33 is important for the intercellular movement within the neighboring cells. To assess the importance of the amino acids F33 and K118 in the systemic infection, it would be necessary to evaluate also the point mutants deletion F33, F33A, and K118.

Tomando como base a obra “O conceito de tecnologia” do filósofo brasileiro Álvaro Vieira Pinto, analisaremos as utilizações ideológicas da tecnologia: seu endeusamento constituindo uma estratégia de manutenção do status quo ao considerar-se a organização social vigente como a melhor que já existiu, gerando assim resignação e manutenção de privilégios; sua demonização como utilização da tecnologia enquanto bode expiatório, ou seja, mediante a substantivação da tecnologia, considerada a responsável pelas mazelas da humanidade, exime-se de responsabilidade os verdadeiros culpados: aqueles que dela fizeram uso (e quiçá, aqueles que a inventaram). Como parte de tal discussão, empreenderemos confrontações entre a concepção da tecnologia exposta por Vieira Pinto e a desenvolvida por dois dos teóricos que ele critica: Oswald Spengler e Martin Heidegger; para Vieira, ao conceberem a tecnologia como algo que domina o homem, ambos os autores incorrem na substantivação da tecnologia, enquanto ele a concebe como mediação, portanto, sempre submetida ao humano, não podendo assim ser-lhe imputada responsabilidade pelas ações perpetradas por aquele.
Taking as base the book "O Conceito da Tecnologia" from the brazilian philosopher Álvaro Vieira Pinto, we will analyze the ideological utilizations from the technology: its deification constitute a strategy of maintenanceof status that comes to consider the actual social organization as the better ever existed causing resignation and mainetance of privileges; your demonization as utility of the technology as scapegoat, in other words, by the substantivation technology, considered as the responsible to the bad things in the humanity, exempt the real guilty ones from the responsibility: those who made use of it (and the ones who invented it). As part of the discussion, we will do confrontations between the conception of the technology exposed by Vieira Pinto and the one developed by two theorists which he criticizes: Oswald Spengler and Martin Heidegger; to Vieira, when they designed the technology as something which has power above the man both the writers incur in the technology substantivation, as he conceives as mediation, always submitted to the human, so the responsibility cannot be taken by the one who committed the actions.

Darbo tikslas – atskleisti figūrų, pateikiamų vienu metu ir nuosekliai, sukimo mintyse ypatumus naudojant tapatumo įvertinimo užduotį. Tiriamieji (32 studentai) atliko tapatumo vertinimo užduotį, kur jiems vienu metu bei nuosekliai (arba atvirkštine tvarka) buvo pateikiamos vienodų arba skirtingų netaisyklingų daugiakampių poros. Stimulai buvo rodomi 100ms vienalaikio pateikimo atveju, esant nuosekliam pateikimui 50ms ir 50ms. Tiriamieji turėjo atsakyti, ar figūros vienodos (nepaisant pasukimo kampo), ar skirtingos. Buvo matuojamas reakcijos laikas bei teisingų atsakymų skaičius. Nustatyta, kad nepasuktos viena kitos atžvilgiu vienodos figūros atpažįstamos tiksliau bei greičiau nei pasuktos bet kokiu kampu. Tiek vienalaikio, tiek nuoseklaus figūrų pateikimo atveju tiesinė reakcijos laiko priklausomybė nuo figūrų tarpusavio pasukimo kampo nenustatyta. Tiek vienodos, tiek skirtingos figūros nuoseklaus pateikimo atveju atpažįstamos tiksliau nei vienalaikio, o reakcijos laikas, vertinant tiek vienodas, tiek skirtingas figūras, trumpesnis vienalaikio pateikimo atveju nei nuoseklaus. Vyrų ir moterų vienodų figūrų atpažinimo tikslumas nesiskiria, bet vyrų reakcijos laikas trumpesnis nei moterų.
The purpose of this study was to examine mental rotation of simultaneously and successively presented figures. 32 students performed same – different task in which the pairs of the same or different irregular polygons were presented simultaneously and successively or vice versa. Stimuli were presented briefly – for 100 ms when presented simultaneously and 50 ms and 50 ms when presented successively. The subjects had to answer whether the two figures were the same or different. Response time and performance accuracy were recorded. The results of the experiment showed that not rotated figures were identified faster and more accurately than those rotated at any angle. The increase in reaction time as a linear function of the angle of rotation was not found (either under simultaneous presentation or under successive one).The same figures as well as the different ones were identified more accurately when presented successively than simultaneously and the response time was shorter under simultaneous presentation than under successive one. The accuracy of men and women did not differ, but men outperformed women by response time.

El proyecto de inversión fue elaborado con el fin de determinar la viabilidad económica y financiera de la instalación de 50 hectáreas de espárrago verde, para ser comercializados a las principales empresas procesadoras de la zona, como Danper Trujillo, Sociedad Agrícola Virú, Green Perú y otras empresas que se dedican al acopio y exportación des esta hortaliza. Se escogió esta región para la localización de este proyecto, por sus propiedades productivas y por el acceso al agua proveniente del Proyecto Especial Chavimochic, que asegura un aprovisionamiento adecuado y constante para este tipo de cultivo. Se procedió a identificar los mayores consumidores de espárragos que produce el Perú, siendo esta actividad casi en su totalidad exportadora, teniendo como principal consumidor a Estados Unidos, y que además presenta una tendencia creciente en su consumo, y viene incrementando sus compras procedentes del Perú. Asimismo se pudo identificar la posición del Perú frente a los principales productores mundiales y evaluar su evolución en este mercado, encontrándonos como potencia productora y exportadora de esta hortaliza, con crecimientos atrayentes para cualquier inversionista así como las zonas de producción. Las proyecciones de producción se elaboraron utilizando criterios conservadores, utilizando solo estándares promedios de producción, los cuales en el momento de la producción en si, pueden ser superados, con un adecuado manejo del cultivo. Se recurrió a fuentes de información tanto primarias como secundarias, a fin de poder elaborar costos, conocer físicamente el cultivo, las actividades de siembra y cosecha. Asimismo se recurrió a fuentes organismos como ADEX y otros para poder conocer la dinámica exportadora del espárrago, asimismo de utilizó el Internet como canal de acceso otras fuentes de información, las cuales fueron sugeridas y revisadas por el asesor del proyecto, y sugerida por personas consultadas en el tema.

Šiandien vaikas turi visas universalių žmogaus teisių dokumentų nuostatose įtvirtintas teises kaip suaugęs asmuo, tačiau to nepakanka. Nors vaikas yra kiekvienos visuomenės pagrindas bei ateitis, tačiau kartu jis yra kiekvienos visuomenės silpnoji dalis, priklausoma nuo aplinkos, dažniausiai nesugebanti apginti savo interesų, jo teises galima įgyvendinti tik per kitų asmenų – visų pirma, tėvų, teises ir pareigas. Tačiau daugeliu atvejų vaikų teisių ir teisėtų interesų pažeidimams atsirasti sąlygas sudaro būtent suaugusiųjų asmenų, tarpusavyje nesutariančių tėvų konfliktai. Vaikų, atsidūrusių tėvų konfliktų centre, padėtis yra reikalinga apmąstymų. Oficiali civilinių bylų statistika patvirtina, jog šiandien ginčų dėl vaikų gyvenamosios vietos nustatymo sprendimas teismine tvarka itin aktualus. Šių ginčų gausa įpareigoja valstybę bei visuomenę nebūti abejingais, kadangi adekvatus šių ginčų teisinis reglamentavimas gali kokybiškai užtikrinti vaiko teisių apsaugą. Darbe siekiama įvertinti, kaip įgyvendinami geriausi vaiko interesai sprendžiant ginčus dėl vaikų gyvenamosios vietos nustatymo, siekiama atskleisti šių ginčų probleminius aspektus, pasiūlyti galimus jų sprendimo būdus. Today a child is entitled with the same rights enshrined in the provisions of the universal human rights documents as an adult, but it is not enough. Though the child is the foundation and the future of each society, at the same time it is the weakest part of every society, dependent on the environment, often unable to defend its interests; its rights can only be realized through the other personsʼ, in particular, parental rights and responsibilities. However, in many cases, the conditions for infringement of the childrenʼs rights and legitimate interests occur due to the conflicts arising between the adults, arguing parents. The situation of children, who find themselves in the centre of conflict of their parents, is to be considered properly. The official statistics of the civil cases proves that today the question of judicial judgment of the disputes on establishment of the residence place of the child is of particular interest. Multiplicity of such disputes obligates the state and society not to be indifferent, because the adequate legal regulation of these disputes can ensure the quality of protection of the childrenʼs rights. Masterʼs thesis aims to access realization of the best interests of the child in resolution of disputes regarding establishment of the residence place of the child, to determine the problematic aspects of these disputes, to offer possible solutions. Fundação Arpad Szenes - Vieira da Silva: contributos para a investigação e comunicação, consiste fundamentalmente na descrição das actividades desenvolvidas durante o estágio curricular do segundo ciclo académico realizado nessa mesma instituição museológica, que teve como projecto central a preparação e gestão dos conteúdos do seu website, em fase de renovação. Do conjunto dessas acções, o presente relatório dará um maior enfoque às fases de criação de conteúdos, isto é, à produção de informação adequada, nova ou revista, mediante a recolha e tratamento de documentação gráfica e escrita, e a sua consequente disponibilização online, as quais serão descritas tendo em conta o seu procedimento e as dificuldades que o afectaram. Assegurada não apenas pela sua acção comunicativa e divulgativa, mas também pela sua associação a outras funções museológicas, este relatório procurará clarificar a comunhão entre (este) site e a Museologia. A partir da contextualização das novas tecnologias no panorama museológico global, nomeadamente as suas possíveis utilizações e respectivo aproveitamento, bem como as vantagens e transformações decorrentes desse uso, atentar-se-á na realidade específica da Fundação Arpad Szenes - Vieira da Silva, de forma a identificar, no seu próprio site, carências a suprir e potenciais a explorar.

Abstract:
The main aims of diploma thesis were: 1) The sequence analysis of the Czech isolate of Potato virus M (PVM) VIRUBRA 4/009 and phylogenetic analysis of PVM coat proteins sequences 2) The bacterial expression of recombinant triple gene block protein 1 (TGB1) of PVM derived from the Czech isolate VIRUBRA 4/007 3) The construction of expression cassette of Potato leafroll virus (PLRV) coat protein and its transformation into A. tumefaciens for transgenic PLRV resistant plant formation In theoretical part of the thesis the taxonomic classification, morphology, genomic structure and virus transmission are discussed. Furthermore, the main rules concerning the bacterial expression of recombinant proteins and construction of transgenic plants using A. tumefaciens are described. Methodical part is devoted to description of generally used molecular biological and immunochemical methods. The following results were obtained in the thesis: The complete nucleotide sequences of open reading frames coding for three movement proteins (Triple gene block -TGB), coat protein and NA-binding protein of PVM isolate VIRUBRA 4/009; phylogenetic analysis was performed; the TGB1 protein was expressed in bacterial cells and will be used for polyclonal antibodies raising.
