Die ER-assoziierte Proteindegradation (ERAD) ist Teil des Qualitätskontrollsystems am ER, um der Akkumulation von fehlgefalteten Proteinen im ER entgegenzuwirken. Hierbei werden ERAD-Substrate mit Hilfe von E3-Ligasen wie z.B. HRD1 ubiquityliert und anschließend durch den p97-Ufd1-Npl4 Komplex aus der ER-Membran extrahiert. Im Zytosol werden diese extrahierten Proteine vom 26S Proteasom abgebaut. The H3+ infrared aurorae of Saturn were analysed using the Cassini Visual and Infrared Mapping Spectrometer (VIMS) to produce two studies of the emission above the limb. The first, following Stallard et al. (2012a), was a case study of the peak altitude of the southern auroral emission above the limb. The results showed that the measured peak emission altitude is dominated by the alignment of the auroral curtain with the limb, and that accounting for this alignment issue results in a peak intensity altitude of 1215 ± 119 km above the 1 bar level. Observations from Cassini VIMS and ISS show localized but extensive surface brightenings in the wake of the 2010 September cloudburst. Four separate areas, all at similar latitude, show similar changes: Yalaing Terra, Hetpet Regio, Concordia Regio, and Adiri. Our analysis shows a general pattern to the time-sequence of surface changes: after the cloudburst the areas darken for months, then brighten for a year before reverting to their original spectrum. We developed radiative transfer models to reproduce Titan’s visible and near infrared spectra, to determine the effects of the haze, and retrieve the methane abundances during Titan’s current southern summer. With ground-based high resolution spectra of CH3D absorption at 1.6 μm, we measured the global CH₃D abundance. Combined with observations of 8.6 μm emission of CH₃D and CH₄ that indicate their relative abundances, we thus determined the global CH₄ abundance. Le neuroblastome (NB) est un cancer pédiatrique dérivé de la crête neurale. Les NB à haut risque sont des tumeurs peu différenciées présentant une amplification de MYCN et les plus agressives possèdent en plus une mutation d'ALK. Pour améliorer le traitement de ces tumeurs, les nouvelles thérapies cherchent à induire la différenciation cellulaire, l'inhibition de MYCN et la réduction de la signalisation d'ALK. Les résultats obtenus indiquent que le VIP induit une neuritogenèse dans les cellules de NB à haut risque SK-N-DZ et Kelly, et réduit en plus l'expression de MYCN dans les cellules Kelly
