Full textThis doctoral thesis explores the Italian art song genre from 1958 until the dawn of the twenty-first century; the broad scope of investigation was chosen so that the subject would not be overly circumscribed either temporally or notionally. The thesis also examines the relationship between the Italian art song and its social and political contexts. The first part, taking into account those influences as well as the effect of the random events of History, analyses the main artistic phenomena at the end of the '50 that led to an "artistic" turning point for the Italian popular song, hitherto locked into an opera derived melismatic mode. The second part investigates the language, the poetics and the aesthetics of the art song genre addressing at length dialect, demonstrating that this question cannot be explained merely in terms of folklore. The third part develops the art song seen through the lens of History, both retrospectively and as a reflexion of the current events of the day. The fourth and last part discusses the new forms of art song that have developed within a contemporary context: rock, the new cantautoriale school and rap. The rewriting, the performance act itself are discussed; the cultural legitimacy of an artistic genre and new forms and ways of experiencing art, as well as revolutionary modes of creation with the advent of the Internet are explored. The song was granted an important place in the society and culture of the second half of the twentieth century and the beginning of the twenty-first; today, imbued with the troubles of a new period, it invites our questions and research more than ever to help us understand the age we live in

Full textThe interest of the study devoted to the penal offence of carelessness, which is common to us because the most of the accidents happening in daily life involved in one, has in fact, aroused a resurgence of the interest since the Law of July 2000 which tended to precise the definition of the offences committed unintentionally. Henceforth, there is a hierarchy of offences from an ordinary offence to one characterized or deliberated; moreover depending on it’s a direct or indirect principal. For all that, does it really have a link between the degree of the offence and the characters of causality? Does the penal offence have the same nature with the civil offence? Is the causality reduced to a simple articulation between a fact that the generates a new legal situation and an jury, or does it hide other functions ignored from now like the one which revealed the real existence of the offence which revealed the real existence of the offence which is source of the penal and civil responabilities?

Full textThis research exatnines small independent presses that have emerged in France in the 1980s in the field of social sciences and social critique. These presses exemplify the various "resistance strategies" that characterise the fields of cultural goods, which are confronted with the growing pressures of economic rationality. While economically marginal, they exercise an influence in the publishing scene through their symbolic and political capital. Based on an ethnographic and structural analysis of the French publishing space, this work aims at retracing the genesis, the logic and the "conditions of possibility" of these publishers from a sociological perspective. It reveals a social space situated at the crossroads of different publishing fields, which is shaped by two main principles: the relationship to the market and the logic of political engagement. This thesis is a contribution to the analysis of symbolic goods which looks into the interrelationship of their intellectual, political and commercial dimensions. Small "radical" presses are indeed an illustration of the tensions going through a field of cultural production divided by contradictory principles of legitimation

Full text« Tell women, words and writings of women in the 21st century in the Maghreb countries: Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia ». Our reflection shows how women’s words about women go beyond the normative, phallocratic and sexist order to announce new relationships between the feminine and the masculine. Through the study of the discourse and the image of female characters, we show in this work how the standards incorporated by contemporary Maghreb societies, still install women under duress and give birth to individuals in semi-freedom and particularly “worried”

Full textChinese Philosophy is little known in France and is not officially recognized by twenty-first century French philosophers. They do not consider Chinese philosophy as a philosophy but regard its contributions as wisdoms, thoughts or spiritualities. My study attempts to understand this fact by identifying the emergence of such representation across several centuries and starts with its reception in France through Jesuit missionaries in the sixteenth century. This thesis argues that French philosophers’ representation of Chinese philosophy is an Orientalist legacy that French philosophers and scholars have built from a distorted, biased and reductionist view of China and its philosophy as formulated by the Jesuits. This problem of the existence of Chinese philosophy can only be understood if it is approached in relation to the eurocentric and Orientalist ideology that characterizes philosophy and addressed through the intellectual coloniality that dominates traditional epistemology by deconstructing it
