Webcam (Web Camera) is a designation for real-time cameras (meaning the current situation) whose images can be accessed or viewed through the World Wide Web, instant messaging programs, or video call applications. During this time, the webcam application is only used to record and display objects, but has never been used for other applications such as security applications that are used to detect object movements. Webcams can not provide information about the motion of an object, passive or active objects. Therefore, research to improve the system to be able to detect motion from images captured from this webcam needs to be done.The motion detection system of an object works if the captured object has a changed position, and will automatically activate an alarm. The image processing method used in motion detection is the edge detection method, while for the motion detection process, the pixel position comparison process is used.

Software pembuat program, Visual Basic 6.0 dimanfaatkan dalam pembuatan program aplikasi prakiraan cuaca ini. Tersedianya form pada Visual Basic yang mudah untuk dimodifikasi, memudahkan pengguna untuk mengatur tampilan aplikasi kemudian dijalankan dengan menggunakan kode (script) sebagai perintah. Hasilnya berupa sebuah program aplikasi prakiraan cuaca berekstensi *.exe yang dapat dijalankan pada perangkat komputer. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi prakiraan cuaca ini para prakirawan akan lebih mudah menganalisis dan mengoreksi langsung pada aplikasi ini jika ada kesalahan dan waktu yang dibutuhkan relatif lebih cepat (efisien).Methods of weather forecasting have only done manually by using provided weather parameters, so there is a need to build ​​a computer application program in facilitating the forecasters to analyze and make forecasts. Maker software program called Visual Basic 6.0 application program was utilized in building this forecasts application. Availability of the Visual Basic form that is easy to modify allows users to adjust the display and then run the application using the code (script) as a command. The result is a weather forecast application program with extension *.exe that can be run on the computer. By using this application the weather forecasters will be easier to analyze and correct it directly on the application if there is an error and the time it takes relatively more quickly (efficiently).

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to describe the results of the development of statistical questions presented by utilizing Microsoft Power Point applications based on Visual Basic for Applications. The development model in this study uses the ADDIE model which stands for analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This research trial used several subjects including two validators, namely material experts and media experts, as well as mathematics education students who took statistics courses. Data collection techniques were carried out through test and questionnaire methods. While the data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis. This development research resulted in a product in the form of statistical test questions in the form of multiple choice questions consisting of five questions and packaged in a macro VBA-based Microsoft Power Point application. The results showed that the questions developed met the valid, reliable, and sensitive categories. In addition, the products developed have also met the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective for use.

Abstract:
This study aim to develop an application using visual basic programming to facilitate the formation of cooperative groups and to investigate the validity, effectiveness, and practicality of the development of this application. This research method including R&D performed with 6 stage, consists of: the potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, improved of design, and test products. The results showed that the yield of the IT media expert validation amounted to 82.5% and validation of learning experts is 92.86%. In addition, the results of the questionnaire responses test of subjects each amounted 83.33% for the first test subjects and 91.67% for the second test subjects. Seeing these findings, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning group formation using visual basic can be said to be very feasible to be used as a tool for the establishment of cooperative learning groups.

This research is a merged descriptive and quasi-experiment research aimed to describe students’ creativity in developing interactive learning media with Visual Basic Application for Excel. Besides that, it had done to review students’ ability which learning used open-ended Visual Basic Application for Excel compared with the other students’ which learning used the expository method with Visual Basic Application for Excel based. The subject contained 35 students in experiment class and 33 students in the control class, where the creativity of their learning media is reviewed and is analysed using SPSS. The research result shows that: (1) Students’ creativity in creating interactive learning media that the learning used open-ended Visual Basic Application for Excel based is better than the one with expository method of Visual Basic Application for Excel found; (2) Students creativity in creating interactive learning media is the combination of their mastery towards school level mathematics and the ability in applying Visual Basic Application for Excel.

Penerapan sistem aplikasi stock opname melibatkan operator Barang Milik Negara, pelaksana stock opname, pengawasan oleh pejabat Administrator atau pejabat lainnya yang secara langsung melakukan pengawasan proses stock opname secara real time. Dengan menggunakan sistem automasi ini, dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensipengelolaan Barang Milik Negara, yang meliputi pelaksanaan stock opname, pencatatan perubahandata nama dan spesifikasi barang, pemegang barang dan status barang, pelaporan hasil stock opname yang digunakan sebagai sumber perubahan data Barang Milik Negara.ABSTRACT:The stock opname to State-Owned Property up to now is still done manually through the use of paper and observation use the eye directly. This methode raises a problem with the speed and accuracy of reading item codes. Innovation delivered on this article is to harness Quick Response Codeproduced by application roll State-Owned Property existing to conduct the stock opname inautomatic use applications installed on mobile (as Quick Response Code reader equipment) and desktop/tablet pc (as State-Owned Property database and processors). The system was built using a desktop application platform that uses software application for visual basic with the database using microsoft excel and the android application Scan-IT to Office. The implementation of the applications involving State-Owned Property operator opname stock, the stock opname operator, supervision by an administrator or other officials directly to supervise the stock opname in real time. Using this automatic system, improving the effectiveness, and efficiency of State-Owned Property management, which includes the stock opname, the record of specification and item name change, the holder and status of the goods, reporting the stock opname result that is used as a source of State-Owned Property data.

Abstract:
This article addresses the question of whether an introductory programming course can be taught using a Visual Language (Visual Basic) without compromising students' understanding of programming design concepts. One group of students took an introductory programming course using a text-based programming language (Qbasic) and a second group took the same course using a visual programming language (Visual Basic). At the end of the semester the two groups were compared on their understanding of the programming design concepts of sequence, selection, iteration, variables, and arrays. Based on this study with eighty-nine students, Visual Basic students master the programming design concepts at least as well as traditional BASIC students and in some cases better. Visual Basic appears to be an excellent choice for a first programming course.

The article discusses some methods for numerically finding the roots of nonlinear equations, which are determined by numerical methods using the construction of a spreadsheet Microsoft Excel and an application in the Visual Basic for Applications environment. The simplest methods are used: the binary division method and the chord method. The article presents the construction of spreadsheets, the algorithm, the method of creation the VBA application, and the text of the corresponding procedures. The material of the article can be used in informatics courses, both at school and at university, for the development of interdisciplinary connections between informatics and mathematics and expanding ideas about the possibilities of spreadsheets. The problems presented in the article were successfully solved by 10th grade students (profile "Mathematics. Informatics") and first-year students of pedagogical university of the profiles "Physics. Mathematics", "Physics. Informatics". The article reflects the author's personal experience of teaching the course "Informatics" at South Ural State University of Humanities and Education and at school.

This article introduces an innovative application of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) (Visual Basic macro language) developed in CATIA (Computer-Aided Three-Dimensional Interactive Application), computer-aided manufacturing and engineering design software. Said application enables the three-dimensional (3D) representation and development to be obtained on a plane of the surfaces of cylindrical and conical elbows utilised to join two conduits, since CATIA lacks tools for the design of elements of metal fabrication. The application permits the geometric and dimensional parameters necessary for the creation and development of the analysed elbows to be introduced via a keyboard. Once these values have been entered and it has been verified that the design of the elbow is possible, then the application is programmed within the CATIA “Wireframe and Surface Design” module to obtain the 3D representation of said elbows, and the development of their surface is projected in the CATIA “Drafting” module. Consequently, the incorporation of this tool into CATIA software could increase technical-design productivity by eliminating certain intermediate operations, such as symmetry, and through improving the geometry training of less skilled users.

With Visual Basic (VB) language programming, on the basis of traditional SSRT testing, and by the superimposition of square wave load with certain frequency, the stress corrosion test of tensile fluctuating load can be realized. SCC sensitivity of specimen superimposed with square wave load is weaker and its fracture is flat. Results show that VB language programming can accurately and effectively simulate the fluctuating stress state of pipeline caused by pressure fluctuation of natural gas in the stress corrosion test of materials, and can better study the rule and mechanism of stress corrosion of materials, so as to find the economic and effective protection method.

They don't have former knowledge in this area. That is why the aims of this article are connected to presenting the real "picture" of their level of perception when in touch with pieces of art in a museum environment. The stages of understanding, perceiving and free usage of the Art terminology are being tracked. Two aspects are concerned in theoretical plan: Ideas of some of the greatest Art theoreticians concerning the stages of development of the visual perceptions, viewed from artistic, psychological and pedagogical point of view. How students can assimilate and apply them in direct communication with visual arts. The article marks the meaning, role and place of Art galleries and museums in the pedagogical process of future and current teachers and art pedagogues. On empirical level this article systematizes the problems connected with the methodology of Fine Arts education, and more specifically with this part, related to the application of their knowledge of theory, art history and interpretation of pieces of art. Based on this pedagogical analysis the article makes some important conclusions for the level of competence and abilities to assimilate objects connected to the visual arts.

Research Results 1) Basic CNC learning outcomes of students who take part in learning using the approach Blended Learning higher than students who take learning using the Conventional Approach; 2) Basic CNC learning outcomes of students with ability spatial-visual high, higher than students with abilities spatial-visual low who jointly follow Basic CNC learning; 3) There is an influence of the interaction between learning approaches and spatial visual abilities on basic CNC learning outcomes; 4) Basic CNC learning outcomes of students capable of high spatial visuals who take part in learning with approach blended learning, higher than students with high spatial-visual abilities who follow learning with conventional approaches; 5) Basic CNC learning outcomes of students with low spatial-visual abilities who take part in learning with approach blended learning, lower than students with low spatial-visual abilities who follow learning with conventional approaches. The conclusion of this research is the basic CNC learning outcomes of students who take part in learning using the Approach <em>Blended Learning</em> higher than students who take learning using the Conventional Approach.

Calculations for DES using binary numbers however are very difficult, including 16 rounds required for a full encode. Teaching DES encryption manually is difficult since it requires a long time. It also requires high accuracy for the 64-bit binary numbers, the possibility of mistakes are very high. Besides, the students cannot perform self-check, whether the given task is done correctly. The methodology used in this study is research and development using pre-experimental design. There are ten steps in analyzing the teaching material using research and development approach. However, this study only uses six steps including (1) Research and Information Collection, (2) Planning, (3) Develop Preliminary Form of Product, (4) Preliminary Field Testing, (5) Main Product Revision, and (6) Main Field Testing. This study is done in Al-Kautsar High School in Bandar Lampung with 35 students of 12th grade as the sample study. The result found that the teaching material application development for trading accounting using visual basic program had been validated by experts and declared feasible to be used. The effectiveness also can be seen from the difference in students’ pretest and posttest scores which done before and after using the teaching material application. Thus, in summary, the use of teaching material application for trading accounting using visual basic program is able to enhance students’ ability to become better.

The application was then interfaced to a smartcard reader. With this system, relevant patient information including, but not limited to allergies, blood-group, and past operations can be retrieved from the smart card.
