Abstract:
In the article, the peculiarities and variants of the clinical course of asymptomatic vitreo-macular adhesion are studied. Analyzed possible outcomes and complications of macular area. Monitoring of patients allowed us to identify three variants of the clinical course of asymptomatic vitreo-macular adhesion: stable, camaraderie with the formation of a complete posterior vitreous detachment, transition asymptomatic vitreo-macular adhesion in symptomatic with severe macular complications.

Abstract:
Purpose. To study the effects of vitrectomy on the course of wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Materials and methods. 99 patients (99 eyes) with wet AMD associated with vitreo-macular adhesion or posterior hyaloid traction were included in the study. During the first 6 months, all patients received anti-VEGF treatment according to a PRN regimen. Then, they were divided into two groups: in 45 patients vitrectomy was performed and 54 patients did not receive surgical treatment. The follow-up period duration was one year. Results. At the beginning of the study, visual acuity was 0.27 ±

Abstract:
The clinical manifestations and successful therapy of Irvine-Gass syndrome in a 12 year-old child are described. It was shown that Irvine-Gass syndrome can develop not only in the form of vitreo-corneal traction leading to macular oedema not infrequently with the formation of the cysts in the macula but can also be accompanied by the traction effect on the disk of the optic nerve as revealed by optical coherent tomography (OCT). The use of YAG laser irradiation for the dissection of the vitreo-corneal adhesions can eliminate traction Irvine-Gass syndrome without the surgical opening of the eye

Abstract:
Purpose: To report a series of novel optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) foveal abnormalities, that we called “T-sign,” that were noticed after a complicated cataract surgery with posterior capsule rupture and vitreous loss. Methods: Retrospective case series of persistent foveal changes that incurred after anteroposterior vitreo-foveal traction secondary to phacoemulsification in presence of posterior capsule rupture. Results: The study included three eyes of three patients that incurred in complicated cataract surgery and intraoperative vitreo-foveal traction. During 8-month follow-up peri
