Abstract:
Perkembangan anak dalam memperoleh bahasa di lingkungannya sangat luar biasa. Anak dengan mudah mengucapkan dan meniru apa yang didengarkan bahkan dapat menyusun sebuah rangkaian bahasa yang tidak pernah anak tersebut dengar. Pemerolehan bahasa (language acquisition) merupakan proses anak memperoleh bahasanya. Pemerolehan bahasa seperti yang dijelaskan oleh para ahli adalah identik dengan pemerolehan bahasa pertama atau bahasa ibu. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik simak dan teknik cakap setiap bunyi yang diucapkan oleh Azzahra. Dengan penggunaan kedua metode ini dapat membantu peneliti untuk mendapatkan data yang diperlukan. Teknik simak yang dilakukan secara alami (natural) setiap bunyi yang diucapkan oleh Azzahra. Hasil penelitian pemerolehan bunyipada kasus Azzahra pada usia (0-1 tahun)yaitupemerolehanbunyivokal, seperti[a], [i], [e], [ꞓ],[u]. Bunyi konsonan yang terdapat padausiainiadalah[b], [p], [m], [n], [d], [k], [y], [t]. Polatersebut berbentuk unit suku kata yang pertama kali muncul adalah KV (konsonan dan vokal). Berdasarkan data suku kata padausiainimemiliki struktur KV,VV, KVK, KV-KV, VKV, KV-KVK. Struktur yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah KVKV. Memasukiusia (2:0) dalam pemerolehan bunyi, Zahra mampu mengucapkan fonem [o], yaitu pada kata /onti aunty/. Fonem bunyi konsonan juga bertambah dengan adanya fonem [j], [w], [s], dan [ή].Pemerolehan suku kata atau silaba pada tahun kedua juga hampir sama dengan tahun pertama. Silaba yang digunakan adalah VK, KV, VKV, KV-KV, VK-VK, VK-KV, KVK, KV-KVK. Bunyi satu suku kata lebih dominan pada tahun kedua, dengan mengucapkan suku kata terakhir setiap kata, misalnya /cing/ ‘kucing’, /pu/ ‘sapu’, /num/ ‘minum’, /kan/ ‘makan’.Berdasarkan data yang telah dikumpulkan pada kasus Azzahra, secara signifikan pemerolehan bahasa umur 2:0 tidak mengalami peningkatan yang pesat. Pada kasus Azzahra lebih banyak menunjuk untuk mengatakan sesuatu, memahami apa yang disampaikankepadanya tetapi tidak secara aktif untuk berkomunikasi di lingkunganya

Properties of epoxy glues of cold curing VK-9 and VKV-9, the components received with use which are let out by modern producers, depending on the filler used in their structure are considered. Tests of glued joints on VK-9 glue in wider interval of temperatures are carried out. Properties of VK-36 glue and its updating’s on the basis of components let out now are shown. Properties of glue binding brands VSK-14-1, VSK-14-2, VSK-14-4, VSK-14-4m and VSK-14-4k received, under production conditions by VIAM Federal State Unitary Enterprise are given. It is shown that on the properties they completely meet the requirements of existing normative documentation.

Abstrak Bahasa Wemale dipakai sebagai bahasa pertama oleh penutur asli masyarakat Suku Wemale di Pulau Seram, Maluku, tepatnya di Negeri Hunitetu, Kecamatan Kairatu, Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. Bahasa Wemale memilki dua dialek yaitu dialek Wemale Utara dan Wemale Selatan.Hingga saaat ini, bahasa Wemale masih digunakan sebagai alat komunikasi secara lisan oleh kalangan tertentu dalam kehidupan masyarakat penuturnya. Meskipun demikian, bahasa Wemale dapat dikategorikan sebagai bahasa daerah yang hampir punah, karena tidak ada proses pewarisan kepada generasi mudanya. Untuk mencegah hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan berbagai upaya penyelamatan yang salah satu diantaranya melalui penelitian.Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang pola suku kata bahasa Wemale. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan pola suku kata bahasa Wemale, dialek Wemale Selatan. Meode yang digunakan adalah meode kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari ucapan langsung penutur asli bahasa tersebut dan penutur yang dianggap mampu. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pola suku kata bahasaWemale terdiri atas V, KV, VKV, KVV, dan ½ KV. Data obtained from the direct speech of native speakers of the language and speakers who are considered capable. Abstract:
The language of Lisabata is used as the first language by native speakers of the Lisabata community on Seram Island, Maluku, precisely in the border area of West Seram and East Seram, West Lisabata Village, Nualiali Village, Desa Sukaraja, and Kawa Village. SIL (2006: 16—17) identified this language as the dialect of dialect, the dialect of the Eastern Lisabata, Nuniani, Sukaraja, and Kawa, Austronesian classes. Until now, the language of Lisabata has still been used as an oral communication tool by certain circles in life community speakers. Nevertheless, the language of Lisabata can be categorized as an almost extinct local language, since there has no inheritance process to the younger generation. To prevent this, it is necessary to make a variety of rescue efforts that one of them through research. This research provided an overview of the pattern of the Lisabata language syllables. This study aimed to describe the pattern of the Lisabata syllable, the Eastern Lisabata dialect. The method used descriptive qualitative method. Data was obtained from the direct speech of the native speakers of the language and speakers who were considered capable. Of the conservative theorists who rose to prominence during the last years of the Weimar Republic, none stood more directly in the eye of the storm that descended upon Germany in 1933–34 than Edgar Julius Jung (1894–1934). His Die Herrschaft der Minderwertigen, first published in 1927 and then again in a revised and expanded edition in 1930, has been called the bible of German neo-conservatism and played a major role in crystallizing antidemocratic sentiment against the Weimar Republic. But Jung was more than a theorist; he was also a political activist deeply committed to a conservative regeneration (Erneuerung) of the German state. In 1930–31, for example, Jung was actively involved in the efforts of the People's Conservative Association (Volkskonservative Vereinigung or VKV) to create a new conservative movement to the left of the German National People's Party (Deutschnationale Volkspartei or DNVP) after its takeover by film and press magnate Alfred Hugenberg.

Abstract:
The vitamin K-dependent (VKD) carboxylase converts clusters of Glu residues to γ-carboxylated Glu residues (Glas) in VKD proteins, which is required for their activity. VKD precursors are targeted to the carboxylase by their carboxylase recognition site, which in most cases is a propeptide. We have identified a second tethering site for carboxylase and VKD proteins that is required for carboxylase activity, called the vitamin K-dependent protein site of interaction (VKS). Several VKD proteins specifically bound an immobilized peptide comprising amino acids 343–355 of the human carboxylase (CVYKRSRGKSGQK) but not a scrambled peptide containing the same residues in a different order. Association with the 343–355 peptide was independent of propeptide binding, because the VKD proteins lacked the propeptide and because the 343–355 peptide did not disrupt association of a propeptide factor IX-carboxylase complex. Analysis with peptides that overlapped amino acids 343–355 indicated that the 343–345 CVY residues were necessary but not sufficient for prothrombin binding. Ionic interactions were also suggested because peptide-VKD protein binding could be disrupted by changes in ionic strength or pH. Mutagenesis of Cys343to Ser and Tyr345to Phe resulted in 7–11-fold decreases in vitamin K epoxidation and peptide (EEL) substrate and carboxylase carboxylation, and kinetic analysis showed 5–6-fold increases inKmvalues for the Glu substrate. These results suggest that Cys343and Tyr345are near the catalytic center and affect the active site conformation required for correct positioning of the Glu substrate. The 343–355 VKS peptide had a higher affinity for carboxylated prothrombin (Kd= 5 μm) than uncarboxylated prothrombin (Kd= 60 μm), and the basic VKS region may also facilitate exiting of the Gla product from the catalytic center by ionic attraction. Tethering of VKD proteins to the carboxylase via the propeptide-binding site and the VKS region has important implications for the mechanism of VKD protein carboxylation, and a model is proposed for how the carboxylase VKS region may be required for efficient and processive VKD protein carboxylation.

Abstract:
The article discusses the concepts of continuous vacuum apparatus operation: vertical VKT (VKT – Verdampfungs-Kristallisations-Turm) and horizontal cascade of VKH vacuum apparatus (VKH —horizontal vacuum pan) from BMA (Germany). The advantages and features of the vertical continuous vacuum apparatus VKT are shown, as well as the possibilities for increasing the efficiency of the product department of sugar factories. Thanks to the special design of the crystallization chambers, the low massecuite level above the heating chamber and the use of mechanical stirrers in each chamber, the VKT apparatus can operate without difficulty with a very small temperature difference between heating steam and massecuite, as well as with an absolute heating steam pressure well below 1 bar. With optimal use of VKT vacuum apparatus, a variety of energy-saving schemes can be implemented, for example, double-effect evaporation in the crystallization section. Part of the secondary crystallization steam is used to heat one of the VKT units, which saves the heating steam of the evaporator unit used for this purpose. With an increase in the productivity of the sugar factory, it is possible to quickly equip the VKT apparatus with an additional chamber. The device works continuously throughout the season, especially with products with massecuite purity of more than 94%. The chambers are cleaned without stopping the entire apparatus. The boiling of massecuite of all stages of crystallization in VKT devices ensures a uniform operating mode of the food compartment, allows to achieve an increase in sugar yield and helps to reduce steam consumption at the plant.

Abstract:
<em>Sangkuriang catfish (Clarias gariepinus var Sangkuriang) is the main commodity that widely cultivated in Tasikmalaya City. However, farmers have difficulty because of the disease which causes death in fish. High mortality is suspected as a vibriosis disease by genus Vibrio because redness wounds on dead fish. The purpose of this study is to know the genus Vibrio which causes of disease in Sangkuriang catfish. 10 samples of fish were taken from Sangkuriang catfish pond culture in Kelurahan Kersanagara Tasikmalaya City which were potentially suspected of vibriosis disease. Isolation of bacteria were done on TCBS medium. Bacterial isolates were collected from fish lesion on the body surface, liver, and kidneys of catfish. Isolation were able to gained 21 isolates and then 5 isolates (VK1, VK5, VK7, VK17, and VK21) were selected based on colony morphology and Postulates Koch’s were tested. The results showed that the clinical symptoms of catfish infected by vibriosis were redness lesions/ulcers on the body surface, hemorrhagic, fluid inside stomach, and fin eroded with redness wound. Bacterial identification through biochemical test revealed the causative agent of catfish disease at brackish pond area were bacteria of the genus Vibrio (VK 1, VK 5, and VK 7), Vibrio vulnificus (VK 17 and VK 21).</em>

The aim of this work is to design a microprocessor-controlled multimode VHF radio can receive AM, FM and DAB. The first step is to become familiar with digital radio broadcasting DAB and RDS. Then we can proceed to the design of the receiver circuit solution using modern component base. Next it is necessary to write utility software and construct a prototype of receiver, verify its functionality and parameters. The result of the work is the multi-mode VHF broadcasting receiver controlled using touch screen display and supported by web management.

In the first half of the work is processed the information needed before the actual design and implementation. These can be divided into three themes. The first theme is the received signal VHF / FM + RDS, the second one handles the problem of software radio and last topic concerns FPGAs. The second half deals with the solution implementation and receiver radio VHF / FM and bitrate optional RDS to digital form and its implementation on FPGA. A tunable vacuum ultra-violet (VUV) laser source was recently developed for VUV spectroscopy using state selective excitation and total fluorescence detection. The VUV laser source makes use of a four-wave mixing process to provide tunable VUV radiation for the electronic excitation of the molecules. The theory of four-wave mixing, with the emphasis on parameters that are important for our experimental setup to generate efficient tunable VUV radiation is discussed. The experimental setup, and in particular the metal vapor heat-pipe, which provides Mg vapor as the nonlinear medium, is described. New diagnostic equipment described in this work was added to the experimental setup. This equipment was characterized and utilized together with the existing setup. The additional diagnostic equipment introduced enabled us to measure the tunable VUV output of the source (using a VUV monochromator), making it possible to significantly improve the efficiency of the existing tunable VUV laser source.

Abstract:
VAV (Variable Air Volume) system has been studied in a newly constructed office-building. The goal for the study has been to evaluate how the ventilations system work in practice, if adjustments can be made to achieve an more energy efficient system and to evaluate if other alternative ventilation systems is to be preferred in the further. The degree project has been executed at Helenius Engineering Firm who is working with the environment, media systems, HVAC and energy in buildings. The building that has been studied is owned and operated by Akademiska hus. Literature studies, visits at site, inventory, review of system documentation, energy analyses, interviews, key figures, LCC, sand energy- and indoor climate simulations has been made to study the building. Where appropriate some tools from Six Sigma have also been used. How to achieve an energy efficient system and a pleasant indoor climate is studied with human health and well-being as base for the indoor climate requirements. Technical support systems such as ventilation systems have to be designed so that an acceptable indoor climate can be achieved. The building itself along with the type of activity create prerequisites and limitations in regards to how energy efficient the system can be. In the two first visits which were conducted in the start of the project it appeared that the ventilation system were not functioning as expected. In a later visit, some of the issues were solved and in a recent meeting between Akademiska hus and the tenants, the tenants seemed pleased with the indoor climate. Analyses of service requests statistics, interviews together with cause and effect analyses has revealed that there has been issues with the indoor air quality ant that the rooms has been perceived as to warm or too cold. Some of the causes has been loose sensor cables, reduction of the temperature in the room during absence from people during winter time and short circuit between intake of outdoor air and the outlet of exhaust air on the roof. The building has a low energy consumption compared to key figures presented by Repab. Energy and indoor climate for alternative temperature settings has been simulated in the program IDA and shows that the energy consumption can be reduced. The interviews give a picture that VAV systems are preferred when they are well functioning. But VAV systems have disadvantages such as they are complex and require good knowledge and understanding about the control system from all people concerned. Many components and functions give more opportunities for failures. In comparison with other ventilations systems, VAV according to cost estimates and LCC are the most cost effective ventilations system for offices.
VAV (Variable Air Volume) system har studerats i en nybyggd kontorsfastighet. Målet med arbetet var att ta reda på hur ventilationssystemet fungerar i praktiken, om justeringar kan göras för att uppnå ett mer energieffektivt system samt att utvärdera om alternativa ventilationssystem är att föredra i framtiden. Examensarbetet är utfört hos Helenius Ingenjörsbyrå som arbetar med konsulttjänster inom miljö, mediesystem, VVS och energi. Huset som har studerats ägs och förvaltas av Akademiska hus. Huset har studerats med stöd av litteraturstudier, genom platsbesök, inventering och genomgång av befintlig systemdokumentation, energianalyser, intervjuer med berörda personer, nyckeltalsanalyser, LCC kalkyler samt genom simuleringar i energi- och klimatsimuleringsprogrammet IDA ICE 4. Verktyg från Sex Sigma metodiken har även använts där det har varit lämpligt. Hur ett energieffektivt system och ett behagligt inneklimat kan uppnås har studerats där utgångspunkten är människans hälsa och välbefinnande påverkar krav för inneklimat. Tekniska supportsystem så som ventilationsanläggningar måste vara designade och byggda på ett sådant sätt att ett önskvärt inneklimat kan uppnås. Byggnaden och verksamheten skapar förutsättningar och begränsningar med avseende på energieffektivitet. Vid de två första platsbesöken och intervjuerna som skedde tidigt i arbetet framkom det att ventilationssystem inte har fungerat bra, den bilden förändrades vid uppföljande besök i slutet av arbetet. Direkta fel var då åtgärdade eller arbete pågick och under det senaste mötet Akademiska hus hade med hyresgästerna uppgav de att de var nöjda med inneklimatet. Analys av felanmälningsstatistik, intervjuer tillsammans med orsaksanalys har visat att det framförallt varit problem med kvalitén på luften i rummen samt att rummen uppfattats som varma eller kalla. Några av grundorsakerna har varit att kablar lossnat till givare, frånvarotemperatur under vinterhalvåret, samt kortslutning av avluft och intag av uteluft på taket. Huset har enligt jämförelser med riktvärden från Repab en låg energiförbrukning. Alternativa inställningar av temperaturer har genom simuleringar av energi och inneklimat i programvaran IDA visat att energiförbrukningen kan reduceras. Intervjuer ger en bild av att VAV system är att föredra om de fungerar väl. Nackdelar som finns med VAV system är att de är komplexa, kräver god kunskap och förståelse av systemets styrning från alla berörda samt att de innehåller många komponenter och funktioner vilket medför att det finns många felkällor. I jämförelse med andra system, är VAV systemet enligt de kostnadsuppskattningar och LCC beräkningar som gjorts, det mest kostnadseffektiva ventilationssystemet.

Abstract:
This work has been done in collaboration with Northpower Stålhallar AB. The work is concentrating on column buckling, wind load and deflection of steel columns made of VKR profiles. VKR profiles are steel profiles that are hot-rolled structural pipes having a rectangular section. The analysis is made according to Eurokod 3 and with the finite element program Abaqus. A comparison has been made between these to see whether they differ in result or not regarding buckling curves and interaction formulas. In addition, the company wanted calculation templates in Excel. A proposal for a spreadsheet for different deflection limits are presented in Excel that the company can use, as well as a calculation template for wind loads where all municipalities in Sweden are included. The report contains theoretical background on how to design columns with respect to buckling, wind loading and deflection according to Eurokod 3.The work with Abaqus includes linear and non-linear analysis of column buckling. The analyses also include geometric imperfections, residual stresses, and plastic behavior of steel. The result showed a slight difference between Eurokod and Abaqus analyses but it was not a considerable deviation.

Variable refrigerant flow (VRF) or variable refrigerant volume (VRV) systems provide many benefits over traditional air-conditioning systems, with great potential to decrease energy cost and increase thermal comfort in buildings. This paper presents a method to size and select VRF systems and to compute its annual energy consumption. The study compares the cooling energy usage of a VRF system against a conventional chiller-based variable-air-volume (VAV) system and a packaged VAV (PVAV) system for a typical light commercial building. The results reveal that the peak electrical demand of the VRF system for the cooling season is about 60% of the chiller-based VAV system and 70% of the packaged VAV systems, and the operating energy usage is about 53% of the chiller-based VAV system and 60% of the packaged VAV system for the building studied.

It is a well-known fact that hemorrhages are observed in wholly breastfed infants beyond the neonatal period. In order to clarify vitamin K (VK)-deficiency, it is necessary to follow-up the absorption and excretion of VK2.1. To 128 cases of newborns. i) The activity of VK-dependent factors(II, VII, X) were determined by Hepaplastin test(HPT), ii) Using Latex-test, PIVKA-II was tested. We found values of HPT (Y) and PIVKA-II (X) to be inversely proportional in the relation. Y=6l.9 - 6.7 X (r= -0.3). 2. These 15 cases of hypoprothrombinemia, VK2 6mg, VK2 2mgwere given, and plasma VK2-concentration was measured by gas chromatography. After 3 hours VK2 6mgconcentration was 1030ng/ml; VK2 2mg, was 224ng/ml. This clearly shows a dose-response relation. 3. VK2 transplacental transport was also proved by using umbilical venous blood after Cesarean section. (Before Cesarean section, VK2 60mgwas given. ) In umbilical venous blood, relatively high doses of VK2 (50 - 120ng/ml) were demonstrated. Additionally, the y-carboxylglutamic acid-concentration in the urine of newborn, who received VK2-syrup was higherthan those who did not receive it.

Abstract Analytical studies of vortex-induced vibration (VTV) of cables during lock-in have considered small amplitude and relatively fast dynamic responses about an equilibrium configuration. However, this equilibrium may change as a result of the significantly increased mean drag created during lock-in. In response to increased drag, the cable may slowly drift downstream causing appreciable changes in cable geometry and tension. The resonance conditions for lock-in may be preserved during this slow drift or they may be disrupted. A nonlinear cable/fluid model is discussed mat captures both fast (small amplitude) motions due to VIV and slow (large amplitude) motions due to drift. These two different time scales of motion are clearly observed in numerical simulations. The significant interplay of the slow drifting motion and the fast VTV is highlighted.

Abstract:
Plasma levels of vitamin K (VK) and VK dependent proteins ( factor E, factor VH, factor X, protein C and osteocalcin)were determined before and after VK administration to 22 newborn infants. Vitamin K2 syrup ( 2 mg/kg of body weight ) was orally administered to 9 healthy premature, 11 high risk and 2 VK deficient infants under 3 days of age. VK families extracted from plasma were separated by high performance liquid chromatography using a Cosmosil 5 Ci8 column, and separated VK families were detected by a fluorometry after their reaction with ethanolic sodium borohydride in a reaction coil connected by one-line to a chromatographic column. Total activity of factor E, factor VE and factor X was assayed by a Normotest ( Nyegaard ), and protein C was measured by protac/APTT and protac/chromogenic substrate ( S-2366 ) functional assay system ( American Diagnostica ). Osteocalcin levels were assayed by using of a RIA method before and after the absorption of plasma by hydroxyapatite.After VK administration, plasma VK2 ( menaquinone-4 ) content increased from levels less than 0.012yg/ml to levels between 15.9 and 70.9μg/ml, excluding one case in whom plasma VK was not detected after VK administration. Compared with Normotest values and osteocalcin levels of age-matched healthy newborn infants treated without VK, premature, high risk and VK deficient infant levels significantly increased after 24 hrs and after 7 days of VK administration. No correlation was seen between the increase of plasma VK contents and the increase of Normotest values after VK administration. On the other hand, no significant increase of protein C assayed by both methods was observed in healthy premature and high risk infants after VK administration.These results indicate that the change of protein C after VK treatment is different from that of factor II, VII, X and osteocalcin.

A new form of Vortex-Induced Vibration (VIV) suppression device, the AIMS Dual-fin Flow Splitter (ADFS), has been developed, tested and benchmarked against bare-pipe, 5d and 15d pitch strakes and conventional teardrop fairings. Testing included high-mode number in-situ tests as well as low Reynolds number (&lt;300,000) and high Reynolds number (&lt;1.9 million) forced and free tank tests. Finally, wind tunnel tests and in-water Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) were used to test the hypothesis that the dual-fin flow splitter replaces the oscillating wake of a blunt body with a stable, attached circulation behind the body and between the fins. Such a replacement was hypothesized to result in reduced drag, and the elimination of almost all VIV. The paper will describe the testing program and results, and present the incorporation of the test results into riser models.
