Abstract:

Моделирование реакции малых кластеров IB металлов с молекулами воды проведено в рамках теории функционала плотности. Рассчитана структура, колебательные частоты, зарядовое распределение и другие характеристики изомеров Men(H2O)m (Me = Cu, Ag, Au; n = 1-3; m = 1, 2). In this work we investigate the solvent media effects on the nonlinear optical properties of a chalcone derivative, (2E)-3-(3-methylphenyl)-1-(4-nitrophenyl) prop-2-en-1-one (3MPNP), using the polarizable continuum model (PCM) at DFT/B3LYP/6-311+G(d) level. Abstract:

Tumbuhan jambu biji (Psidium guajava L var. pomifera) adalah salah satu tanaman obat-obatan yang sering dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat khususnya di Indonesia. Tumbuhan yang termasuk ke dalam famili Myrtaceae tersebut memiliki khasiat sebagai antidiare, antioksidan, antiinflamasi, dan antimikroba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan senyawa metabolit sekunder yang terdapat dalam daun jambu biji merah (Psidium guajava L. Var. Pomifera). Berdasarkan pengujian fitokimia yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa daun kering positif mengandung senyawa steroid, saponin, fenol, dan tanin.

Telah dilakukan skrining fitokimia pada daun jeruk lemon. Jeruk lemon (Citrus limon L.) merupakan suatu tumbuhan yang sering dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat terutama bagian buahnya. Untuk mengetahui kandungan kimianya, maka dilakukanlah uji keberadaan senyawa metabolit sekunder di dalam ekstrak daun jeruk lemon (Citrus limon L.). Daun jeruk lemon memiliki kandungan limonen yang dapat digunakan dalam terapi anti kanker. Ekstrak daun jeruk lemon diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode maserasi. Исследована адсорбция аниона серина на гладком Pt и Pt(Pt)-электроде. Методом кривых заряжения получены стационарные и кинетические изотермы адсорбции. Установлено, что как на гладком, так и Pt(Pt)-электроде, кинетика исследуемых процессов подчиняется уравнению Рогинского-Зельдовича, а стационарное заполнение описывается изотермой Темкина. При этом адсорбция аниона серина на Pt(Pt) сопровождается диссоциацией адсорбата. Найдены основные термодинамические характеристики (константа адсорбционного и изменение свободной энергии Гиббса) процесса адсорбции аниона серина на обоих электродах. &#

The Density functional theory is one of most promising methodology in fast and accurate calculations of electrical and optical properties from the atomic basis. In this paper, we calculate electrical and optical properties of allylamine (2-propen 1- amine) in terms of accuracy and speed of calculations obtained by selection of DFT-1/2 method with ultrasoft Vanderbilt pseudopotentials. Comparison of density of states between molecule and bulk configuration shows great agreement between them, therefore we calculated refractive index which showed even better agreement with experimental data.
