Bitcoin-őrület, a kriptovaluták burjánzása, új aranyláz – ha átengedjük magunkat a szalagcímek szóhangulatának, akkor könnyen tűnhet úgy, mintha újra a múlt század kilencvenes éveinek kipukkanással fenyegető dotcom-lufijának időszaka tért volna vissza. Ha azonban magát a blokkláncra (blockchain) keresztelt háttértechnológiát tesszük nagyító alá, kiderül, hogy a kétoldalú értékcserét intézményi (állami-pénzintézeti) kontroll nélkül is hitelessé és biztonságossá tévő megoldásegyüttesnek valójában rendkívüli jelentősége van: meghatározó szerepet játszhat egy olyan, páratlan horderejű társadalmi átalakulásban, amelyhez hasonlót eddig csak egyetlen egyszer tapasztaltunk a világtörténelemben, a városiasodás és a hierarchizált társadalmak kialakulásának időszakában, tíz-tizenkétezer éve. Az emiatt társadalmi makroevolúciós fogalmakkal értelmezhető átalakulás kirakós játékában még sok hiányzó elem van, de a blokklánccal egy újfajta társadalmi kontrollviszony alapvető infrastrukturális eleme született meg. Tanulmányunk a blokklánc-világ alapfogalmait, történetét, természetét és friss fejleményeit ennek a kontextusnak a fényében kívánja értelmezni. --- Blockchain and Social Macroevolution Bitcoin madness, the boom of the crypto economy, a new gold rush – if we let ourselves be influenced by the mood of these news headlines it might make us feel like we are in the early nineties with the dotcom boom repeating itself again along with the threat of a breaking bubble that finally happened. If we rather opt to examine the core blockchain technology that underlies these headlines, it might lead to something with real significance: the transaction system between two sides without an intermediary (state – financial institution) involved is set to change significantly as there is a technological solution that can guarantee cheaper transactions that are more secure and directly carried out between the parties. This may lead to a major change in society that is only comparable to urbanization and the evolution of hierarchical societies 10,000-12,000 years ago. According to our view, this aspect makes the real / possible social effects of blockchain open to interpretation by the theory, definitions and terms of social macroevolution. A large part of the puzzle is not yet finished, but a decentralized public blockchain may lead to a new era of social control over transactions. In this study, we revisit the basics of the Blockchain World, its history, recent developments and its social, political and historical context.

Deleuze and Guattari, as strict immanentists and consistent proponents of an “in-the-middle” or “in-between,” had little philosophical time for notions of “the outside” or “the beyond” construed in terms invoking traditional ideas of transcendence (even though they created their own absolutely original notion of an “immanent transcendence.” Any such “in-the-middle,” however, must presuppose a milieu that is outside that “in-the-middle,” albeit one constituting a surround or ‘interzone’ (a term borrowed from William Burroughs’ novel Naked Lunch) for the “in-the-middle” in question, even if this surrounding milieu or interzone will, like its contiguous “in-the-middle,” also be unequivocally immanent. The essay discusses the kind of conceptual assemblage pertaining to interality/interology that can be constructed with regard to Deleuzo-Guattarian “surroundings.”Deleuze et Guattari, comme immanentistes strictes et promoteurs loyaux d’un « au-milieu » ou « entre-deux », avait peu de patience philosophique pour les notions d’un « extérieur » ou d’un « au-delà » interprétées en termes invoquant les idées traditionnelles de la transcendance (bien qu’ils aient créé leur propre notion absolument originale d’une « transcendance immanente »). Un tel « au-milieu », cependant, suppose un milieu qui est à l’extérieur de l’« au-milieu », quoique constituant des environs ou une « interzone » (mes excuses ici à William Burroughs d’avoir volé ce dernier terme de son roman Naked Lunch) pour l’«au-milieu» en question, même si ce milieu environnant ou cette interzone, comme son « au-milieu » contiguë, sera également et sans équivoque immanent. L’essai traite de l’espèce d’agencement conceptuel concernant l’interalité / l’interologie qui pourrait être construit à l’égard des « environs » deleuzoguattariens.

Az egyházzenei oktatás története összefonódik a keresztény európaiság neveléstörténetével. Évezredes hagyománya van az oktatásban, amely Magyarország államiságának történetétől kezdve hazánk kultúrtörténetében is jelentős szerepet játszott. A több évszázados fejlődést a 20. század során néhány évtized politikai-ideológiai-társadalmi átrendeződése törte meg. E történelmi léptékkel rövidnek mondható időszak sajnos óriási károkkal járt az egyházzenei oktatás terén, melyből lassanként, jelen korunkban kezdünk valamelyest kilábalni, illetve keresni a felemelkedés útját, immár egy modern, 21. századi nevelés-oktatási környezetben.Ebben az írásban áttekintjük, hogy a történelmi korokban hogyan alakult Magyarországon az egyházzenei oktatás helyzete. Számba vesszük, hol is tart a hazai egyházzenei oktatás helyzete, és milyen fejlődésre, továbbhaladási irányra van szükség az egész életen át tartó tanulás jegyében ahhoz, hogy leginkább megközelíthessük elődeink virágzó kulturális életét.Tanulmányom alapvetően két nagyobb egységre bontható. Az első felében a vonatkozó szakirodalom feldolgozásával mutatom be az egyházzenei oktatás magyarországi alakulását a történelmi korszakokon át. A második felében egy országos vizsgálat eredményeit vesszük szemügyre. E vizsgálattal fel szerettem volna térképezni a pillanatnyi hazai helyzetképet az egyházzenei oktatás jelenlegi állapotára vonatkozóan. A szakterület fejlesztése érdekében fontos, hogy tapasztalatokat gyűjtsünk a magyarországi viszonyokról, a folyamatban résztvevő szereplők állapotáról, igényeiről. Csak ezek pontos ismerete tükrében lehet a jövőn gondolkodni, szakmai segítséget és megújulási lehetőséget biztosítani az intézményeknek, és jövőképet adni a pedagógusoknak, akik számára minden lehetséges eszközt meg kell ragadni, hogy segítsük munkájukat, szakmai fejlődésüket.***The history of the education of church music is intertwined with the history of pedagogy of European Christianity. It has a thousand-year history in education that has played an important role in the cultural history of Hungary since the beginning of statehood. The evolution of centuries was interrupted by the political-ideological and social reorganization of some decades in the 20th century. This period, which can be called short from a historical perspective, unfortunately caused enormous damages in the field of church music education. We are slowly getting out of these and are seeking the way of uprise, now in a modern educational environment of the 21st century.In this paper, I present the situation of church music education in the certain historical ages in Hungary. I give an overview of where church music education is standing today, and what development and further steps are necessary in terms of life-long learning in order to be able to approach the flourishing cultural lives of our ancestors.My study is basically built of two parts. In the first one, I present the historical evolution of church music education in Hungary by elaborating the relevant literature. In the second part, I present the results of a national survey. With this survey, I intended to map the current domestic situation concerning the state of church music education. The development of this professional field wants experiences to be collected on the Hungarian circumstances as well as the state and demands of the stakeholders. Only with the precise knowledge of these will it be possible to think about the future, to offer professional assistance and the possibility of renewal for the institutions and a perspective for the teachers who must be helped with all possible means in their work and professional development.

The thesis covers methods for image segmentation. Fuzzy segmentation is based on the thresholding method. This is generalized to accept multiple criteria. The whole process is mathematically based on the free algebra theory. Free distributive lattice is created from poset of elements based on image properties and the lattice members are represented by terms used by the threshoding. Possible segmentation results compose the equivalence classes distribution. The thesis also contains description of resulting algorithms and methods for their optimization. Also the method of area subtracting is introduced.

The thesis talks about free time as a space for self-fulfillment in the context with the value change and the change of life style and concretely it analyses free time of the age group of adolescents, it describes their psychological development. The background part describes the historical development of free time, value change, value orientation and life style; it further deals with the question of self-fulfillment, life quality and the needs of an individual. The thesis captures the increasing importance of free time in the present society. The goal was to capture the importance of purposeful use of free time for today{\crq}s individual and its influence on the life quality. It is the purposeful use of free time, which works as a prevention of its possible pathology.

The thesis talks about the interests of young school age children and teenagers in the context with the value orientation and the use of free time. The goal is to show some interests of the two age groups, which are typical due to the age of these children. Further the thesis focuses on the institution of ``Dům dětí a mládeže Pelhřimov{\crqq}, as an example of an organization, which offers many free time activity for school children. By means of such activity this institution not only motivates young people to develop their interests, but it also contributes to valuable free time spending. The researches that are mentioned in the thesis are focused on the chosen age groups. There is also a part describing a project: ,,Není nám to jedno (We do care),`` which is appointed to both of the chosen age groups and its task is to find out ways of free time spending of school children in the Czech Republic. The research shows the importance of public media in the life of young people. Therefore the last chapter is dedicated to the media and their influence on the free time of school children. Both the positive and the negative influence are shown.

This master thesis deals with the issue of development of the EU immigration policy and expansion of the rights of third-country nationals who have been legally residing in the territory of the Union throughout this development. The aim of this thesis is to outline the crucial milestones in the form of primary and secondary legislation that led to the broadening of the scope of rights of third-country nationals in the Union, while examining their legal status in the Union in general and in the Member States in particular. The first part of this master thesis introduces the historical background, outlines the development in context of the European Union and provides the categorisation of legal third-country nationals residing in the territory of the EU, whereas the second part of the thesis deals with transposition of European legislation into national legislation of the selected Member States - Germany and the Czech Republic - while drawing a line of compliance and emphasising local requirements that were introduced in addition to (but not exceeding the scope of limitation provided by) EU legislation.
