The aim of my diploma thesis was to evaluate the effect of different doses of urea and UreaStabil fertilization on yield, tuber size and quality of potato tubers. A field experiment was carried out at the research station Valečov (Valkom Ltd.), the branch of the Potato Research Institute in Havlíčkův Brod during the years 2013 and 2014. In the potato production type, 380 {--} 400 m above sea level, was studied density 40 000, 45 000, 50 000, 55 000 plants per 1 ha on the yield potato, average number of tubers on the plant, proportion and average weight of tubers. The maximum yield of tubers were recorded at density 45 000 plants per 1 ha (varieties Impala, Adéla, Futura). Density grow it was not influence at proportion market tubers. Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the influence of fertilizer with urease inhibitor on filed and quality of potatoes on table potato varieties. Varieties selected for field trials were selected according to the different length of the growing season. In a field experiment was used variety Karin, which is among the early varieties and Red Anna, which is among the semi-early variety. The results were from a two-year field trial, which were established in 2013 and 2014 on the experimental field of station school farm of Mendel university in Žabčice.

The thesis is focused on the application of foliar fertilizers in the cultivation of potatoes. The evaluation was based on one-year small-plot trial plot, which manages Selekta Pacov. An attempt was based on a comparison of revenue, market share tuber size and number of tubers in a bunch of potatoes, which were fertilized solutions bitter mangnesium sulfate and urea. The results obtained in 2015 largely reflected the drought which occurred during potato vegetation. Of backed results showed that foliar fertilization influences crop, size of table potatoes and starch content.
