Abstract:
Sociální sítě v dnešní době působí jako platformy pro volný trh myšlenek. Regulace protiprávního obsahu ovšem není zdaleka dostačující a často dochází k zásahům do základních práv jejich uživatelů. Státy přitom nejsou fakticky schopny protiprávnímu chování čelit a ponechávají odpovědnost na sociálních sítích a jejich vlastních pravidlech. Současný odpovědnostní režim, založený na režimu notice-and-takedown, se ukazuje jako nevhodné řešení pro různé druhy projevů. Nesplňuje požadavky na právní jistotu uživatelů ani transparentnost procesu a umožňuje výrazné zásahy do jejich práv. Proto navrhujeme nastavit nový odpovědnostní režim, založený na principech notice-and-action, které zohledňují odlišnosti jednotlivých projevů i co nejvyšší míru vyvážení základních práv všech dotčených subjektů.

Abstract:
Příspěvek na příkladu YouTube jako typické upload-platformy zkoumá dvě cesty nabízené článkem 17 DSM směrnice, jak zachovat soulad sdílení uživatelského obsahu s právem duševního vlastnictví za podmínek nového režimu odpovědnosti upload-platforem. Jedno z nabízených východisek v důsledku vede k zavedení systémů automatizovaného rozpoznávání obsahu. Nástroj Content ID vyvinutý YouTube má předpoklady stát se určujícím pro stanovení standardu, který musí takové systémy splňovat. Proto lze na jeho příkladu hodnotit, zda je cesta filtrování obsahu vhodná pro spravedlivé vyvážení rozličných zájmů zúčastněných subjektů. V příspěvku bude seznáno, že nástroje automatického rozpoznávání obsahu jsou problematické, a bude diskutována německá cesta imple- mentace, která kreativně využívá druhou možnost, tedy získání svolení nositelů práv, pro zavedení nové výjimky. Závěrem bude nastíněn význam německé výjimky pro budoucí efektivní licencování děl za podmínek odstavců 1 a 2 článku 17 DSM směrnice formou zákonné licence.

Abstract:
Studie se zabývá komunikací ve školní třídě. Konkrétně je zaměřena na používání angličtiny jako cílového jazyka a češtiny jako mateřského jazyka ve výuce angličtiny na základních školách v České republice. Představuje výsledky analýzy 89 vyučovacích hodin anglického jazyka zaměřené na proporci mezi používáním angličtiny a češtiny učiteli a žáky a také na specifické situace, ve kterých jsou oba jazyky míšeny. Analýzy ukázaly, že učitelé ve vyučování vyřkli více českých slov než anglických, zatímco žáci naopak vyřkli více anglických slov než českých. Analýzy využívající časové kódování ukázaly, že angličtina a čeština se ve výuce objevují vyváženě. Alternativní perspektivou na vztah cílového a mateřského jazyka je pohled skrze příležitosti k procvičování jednotlivých jazykových dovedností, jež učitelé ve výuce vytvářejí. V souladu s jinými realizovanými výzkumy byly mezi jednotlivými zkoumanými učiteli pozorovány podstatné rozdíly v tom, do jaké míry využívají ve výuce mateřský jazyk žáků. V závěru studie je představeno pět typických situací, ve kterých ve výuce dochází k míšení jazyků.

Abstract:
Studie usiluje o porovnání aktuálních českých a německých učebnic školní geografie z hlediska zastoupení typů nonverbálních prvků a interpretaci zjištění vzhledem k cílovému zaměření daného vyučovacího předmětu. Nejdříve je v obecné rovině poukazováno na okolnosti, s nimiž se učebnice školní geografie musejí vypořádávat v souvislosti s transformováním stále komplexnějších geografických poznatků. Následně je v teoretické rovině objasňována pozice, již v tomto ohledu zaujímají nonverbální prvky (obrazová složka učebnic). Výklad se opírá o teorii učebnic a koncept reprezentace učiva. Představeny jsou také cílové domény školní geografie, které současně slouží jako interpretační rámec pro výzkumná zjištění. Studie byla realizována jako obsahová analýza 2 českých a 2 německých učebnic školní geografie (ISCED 2), ve kterých bylo analyzováno celkem 1140 nonverbálních prvků. Výsledky studie naznačují, že v českých učebnicích školní geografie stále dominují obrazové typy nonverbálních prvků. Naproti tomu v německých učebnicích školní geografie lze zastoupení typů nonverbálních prvků hodnotit jako vyvážené. Ukazuje se tak, že v aktuálních českých učebnicích, na rozdíl od německých, i nadále převažují především nonverbální prvky, které jako didaktické prostředky odkazují spíše k afektivní cílové doméně. Žáky motivují k emocionálním prožitkům, ale samy o sobě nemusejí vybízet k hlubšímu interagování se vzdělávacími obsahy.

Abstract:
The thesis deals with analysis of balancing of given cranktrain. At the introductory part is solved kinematics of the crank mechanism. Another part of the text occupies with dynamics of the crank mechanism and eventuality of its balancing with using of point-mass model. This simplified model is utilized for analytic solution of given mechanism. Results of analytic solution are compared with results of MBS solution. At the last part is done analysis of minimal distance between the selected parts of the mechanism. Then simple optimization of balancing is done. At the end is considered balancing of the mechanism and simple improvement is proposed, considered are results of minimal distance analysis too.

The main focus of my master thesis is the assessment of effects of the bearing shields stiffness and balance quality on synchronous generator vibration. The incentive of writing the thesis is the problematic situation, which is characterized by synchronous generator vibration. The aim of my thesis is to variate shields stiffness and to find out the dependence of vibration on stiffness during nominal speed. I have used the program ANSYS based on finite element method to solve this problem.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem stavitelného stabilizátoru za účelem vyvažování letounu a zlepšení jeho letových výkonů. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout konstrukční řešení ovládání a zavěšení horizontálního stabilizátoru. Součástí je pevnostní výpočet kritických konstrukčních prvků a návrh letových zkoušek. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny výhody a nevýhody nového řešení a posouzení možnosti sériové výroby. The main aim of this master’s thesis is balancing of the inertia forces of sliding parts of the twin cylinder motorcycle’s engine by dummy connecting rod. There is description of two computing stances to design dummy connecting rod. Then there is comparison of these computing stances. The dummy connecting rod is designed and the strength analysis is done by FEM method (finite element method) to limit the state of material fatigue. Furthermore, a crankshaft is designed while considering rotation parts’ inertia forces balancing. Finally, a strength analysis by FEM method is done to limit state of material fatigue of the crankshaft

Abstract:
This diploma thesis is dedicated to the development of mobile resonance-adhesion tester TriTec. The aim of this thesis is to improve the parameters of the tester in comparison to the previous version of tester, especially to minimize the vibrations of the tester while running without load, and to the make long-distance transportation of tester easier. The first part of thesis was aimed on history of development of TriTec tester, causes of it´s problems and on analysis of vibration minimization possibilities. As a best solution is considered a rotational balance mechanism, which was designed in next part of thesis. After that a new front wheel drive and an user interface conception were designed. The modified tester reaches all the deserved parameters and is able to compete static resonance-adhesion testers by it´s lower price and high mobility.
