Abstract:
Asbāb Al-Nuzūl menjadi instrumen penting untuk memahami maksud ayat sesuai dengan konteksnya. Al-Wahidi menawarkan basis epistemologi yang ketat agar otentisitas asbāb al-nuzūl terjaga, terutama dari sisi sumber (riwayah). Al-Wahidi berpendapat bahwa asbāb al-nuzūl daat diaplikasikan dalam konteks kekinian. Sebab diturunkannya ayat Alquran ini akan memberikan pemahaman, tidak hanya pemahaman yang tekstual tetapi pemahaman kontekstual juga terhadap suatu ayat, terutama untuk mengetahui status hukum pada masa itu, baik berupa peristiwa maupun pertanyaan. Pendapat yang diambil oleh Al-Wahidi ini tidak sembarang mangambil referensi untuk dicantumkan ke dalam kitabnya (Asbāb al-nuzūl). Pada setiap Hadith dan pendapat yang ia tuangkan memiliki landasan yang kuat dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Mengenai pendapat para ulama terhadap konsep Al-Wahidi, apa yang dikatakan Al-Suyuthi bahwa ia mengkritik apa yang dikatakan oleh Al-Wahidi dalam menafsirkan surat al-Fīl yaitu mengenai kisah penyerbuan orang-orang Habasyah. Hal ini sama sekali tidak termasuk sebab turunnya ayat melainkan informasi tentang peristiwa masa lalu.

Abstract:
Tematem artykułu jest album o charakterze kolekcjonerskim złożony z 29 akwafort, przechowywany w Gabinecie Rycin Biblioteki Uniwersyteckiej w Warszawie. Większość rycin wykonał Joseph Wahl (20 sygnowanych prac), autorstwo pozostałych nie jest jednoznaczne. Prace są często datowane – na 1776, 1777 lub 1778 rok. Dedykacja dla króla Stanisława Augusta poprzedzająca ryciny – napisana wierszem w języku francuskim – pozwala traktować całość jako artystyczne portfolio Wahla. Zamysł wydaje się oczywisty: album miał służyć demonstracji postępów w nauce i staraniom o dalszą przychylność protektora. Gdy artysta kompletował ten zbiór akwafort, otrzymywał już skromną pensję od monarchy – pod dedykacją podpisał się jako „Pensionnaire du roi”. Album otwiera rycina przedstawiająca gloryfikację Stanisława Augusta jako wybitnego mecenasa sztuk pięknych. Wśród następnych ilustracji są: studia głów męskich, widoki wiejskie, pejzaże ze sztafażem figuralnym i sceny rodzajowe. Przeważnie nawiązują one – bezpośrednio lub w sposób zapośredniczony – do małych mistrzów holenderskich, lub do grafiki Rembrandta. W tym ostatnim przypadku stanowią najczęściej swobodne imitacje Jana Piotra Norblina – u którego Wahl zapewne terminował – lub wręcz emulacje, czyli własne kompozycje inspirowane malarzami holenderskimi. Omawiany album nie ma wybitnych walorów artystycznych. Jest jednak interesującym świadectwem: prób Josepha Wahla w dziedzinie grafiki, oddziaływania Norblina na jego twórczość, wreszcie zainteresowania Rembrandtem i małymi mistrzami holenderskimi. Jest także, co wydaje mi się szczególnie ciekawe – utrwalonym zwyczajem i konwencją – zapisem starań artysty o awans zawodowy

Abstract: The Greg Barton’s point of view on liberal Islam and Islamic political existence in Indonesia departs from the result of his study on liberal Muslim thinkers in Indonesia, including NurcholishMadjid and Abdurrahman Wahid. Their thoughts are classified as a liberal. Madjid, in most of his methodologies, uses a double movement, while Wahid uses a socio-cultural approach. In addition, MadjidCakNuris also known by his secularization project, while Wahidis famous by his pluralism project. Greg Barton arrived at this conclusion after reading Madjid and Wahid’s opinions in books and articles. In relation to the existence of the political Islam in Indonesia, Greg Barton views that the collapse of the Islamist party of Masjumiwaspartly contributed by Madjid’sliberal thought in understanding Islam. On the other hands, the appearance of religious pluralism in society, which is also a part of a liberal Islamic thought, wasexpedited by Wahid when he was a president of Indonesia.Keywords: Islam liberal, Islamic political existence, Greg Barton Abstrak: Pandangan Greg Barton mengenai Islam liberal dan eksistensi politik Islam di Indonesia berangkat dari hasil penelitiannya terhadap tokoh-tokoh Islam liberal yang ada di Indonesia, di antaranya Nurcholis Madjid dan Abdurrahman Wahid. Kedua tokoh tersebut merupakan sample tokoh Islam liberal yang concern dan konsisten dalam pemikirannya terhadap Islam. Pemikiran kedua tokoh tersebut berada pada jalur liberal. Cak Nur menggunakan metode Double Movement dalam kerangka berpikirnya, sedangkan Gus Dur menggunakan pendekatan sosio kultural. Cak Nur dikenal dengan sekularisasinya, sedangkan Gus Dur dikenal dengan pluralismenya. Pemikiran keduanya oleh Greg Barton digambarkan dengan beberapa karya tulis yang menggambarkan sisi sekularnya bagi Cak Nur, dan sisi pluralnya bagi Gus Dur. Dalam kaitannya terhadap eksistensi politik Islam di Indonesia, Greg Barton memandang bahwa runtuhnya Masyumi era Cak Nur, merupakan dampak dari pemikiran liberal Cak Nur dalam memahami Islam. Selain itu muncul nilai pluralitas yang tinggi di masyarakat, yang juga merupakan bagian dari pemikiran Islam liberal. Abstract: Wahabi is one of a movement group in Islam. The group is famous for its agenda of Islam and Tawheed purification of superstition, bida'ah and khurafat. This article discusses the view of Teungku Seumeubeut against Wahabi suspected of starting and growing in Aceh. Teungku Seumeubeut is an elite level of religion in the village which has a great influence on the community level. The author argues that the view Teungku Semuenebuet against Wahabi strongly depends on the depth of the study, a pattern of academic influence of clients and patrons politicization of religion in the public sphere. This article concludes that Teungku Seumeubeut do simplification against Wahabi due to the knowledge and the experience of interacting with Wahabi is very limited. Abstrak: Wahabi merupakan salah satu kelompok gerakan dalam Islam.Kelompok ini terkenal dengan agenda pemurnian Tauhid dan ajaran Islam dari praktek takhayul, bida’ah dan khurafat.Artikel ini membahas tentang pandangan Teungku Seumeubeut terhadap Wahabi yang dicurigai mulai masuk dan berkembang di Aceh.Teungku Seumeubeut adalah elit agama di tingkat desa yang memiliki pengaruh besar di masyarakat level bawah.Penulis berpendapat bahwa pandangan Teungku Seumeubuet terhadap Wahabi sangat tergantung pada kedalaman kajian, pola keilmuan patron klien dan pengaruh politisasi agama dalam ruang publik.Artikel ini berkesimpulan bahwa Teungku Seumeubeut melakukan simplifikasi terhadap Wahabi dikarenakan pengetahuan dan pengalamannya berinteraksi dengan Wahabi sangat terbatas.

In the past, Maori experiences of research have been described by Jahnke and Taiapa (1999) as follows: "Contemporary Maori society has become increasingly focused on issues of self-sufficiency, self-determination and whanau, hapu and iwi development. Attempts to address these issues have highlighted a lack of satisfactory research in respect of these and other Maori concerns. Much of the research done on Maori in the past has proven to be of little benefit to Maori themselves, tending to emphasise negative statistics without attempting to provide the information necessary to effect positive change. As a consequence, many Maori treat research with a degree of suspicion, questioning both the motives of researches and the methodologies employed" (p.37). A number of tools have been used to define the public health of Maori, including Maori women. This dissertation aims to describe some of the methodologies and methods used in relation to analytical frameworks developed by leading Maori research academics such as Linda Tuhiwai Smith, in critiquing research undertaken defining the key public health issues for Maori women. Maori Health Researchers experiences of research, methodologies and methods used have also been determined based on qualitative interview techniques. There are currently significant gaps in both the information in determining the methodologies and methods used, particularly in research contributing to gains for Maori women.

Abstract:
Throughout the twentieth century, Maori life expectancy for both men and women has increased significantly. For most health conditions however, medical statistics show that the Maori mortality rate remains significantly higher than the rate for the NZ non-Maori population. The results of epidemiological studies show that some of these health conditions may be environmentally induced. There appears to be a high incidence of obesity in the Maori population which has been related to dietary intake, with an associated high incidence of diabetes, heart disease and hypertension. These conditions appear to be particularly prevalent among Maori women. It is thought that the Maori population are gentically susceptible to obesity; a trait which manifests itself when there is a plentiful food supply in the population. At present, there is very little information available about the dietary intake of the Maori population, or the effect of diet upon obesity and associated health disorders in this group. The aim of this survey was to obtain information about the dietary intake of a sample of Dunedin Maori women using the diet history method of assessment. Also to determine the incidence of obesity and other dietry related health conditions in this group. Chapter 2 reviews the change in food habits and health status of the Maori population over the last two centuries, as well as reviewing the different methods by which information for dietary surveys is obtained. After setting out the methods and findings of the survey, Chapter 5 discusses the results in light of information obtained from similar dietary studies of NZ women. The samples intake is compared to recommended nutrient allowances for NZ women and the incidence of dietary related health disorders is also discussed. Overall, Dunedin Maori women�s diet was not deficient in any of the recorded nutrients. Dunedin Maori women, in their middle years, exhibited substantially higher energy intakes than middle years non-Maori women in the 1977 National Dietary Survey. The level of Dunedin Maori women�s carbohydrate intake was the main contributing factor for this higher energy intake. Dunedin Maori women over 50 years of age exhibited substantially higher energy intakes than NZ women aged 50-54 years in the 1985 Timaru Health District Survey, with an overall higher consumption of carbohydrate, protein and fat. Over half of Dunedin Maori were classified as overweight or very overweight. Hypertension and diabetes were reported, and obesity was commonly found among women with these health conditions. Over half of Dunedin Maori women used cigarettes, the majority using between ten and thirty cigarettes per day. Dunedin Maori women are relatively isolated from the more densely populated areas of North Island Maori. As a result, the survey results cannot be interpreted as characteristic of NZ Maori women in general. The significance of these findings is rather the elucidation of a regional situation. Further studies of Maori women in both rural and urban areas of the North and South Island are necessary to determine if an overall pattern of high intake exists with a deleterious impact upon the health of Maori women.

This thesis is a theoretical and empirical exploration of Māori women's knowledges and understandings of Papatūānuku in contemporary Aotearoa. The primary focus of this research is on the complexities, connections, and contradictions of Māori women's embodied relationships with the spaces of Papatūānuku - spaces that are simultaneously material, discursive, symbolic, and spiritual. In doing so, I displace the boundaries between coloniser/colonised, self/other, rational/irrational and scientific/spiritual. I demonstrate that Māori women's colonised realities produce multiple, complex and hybrid understandings of Papatūānuku. This thesis has three main strands. The first is theoretical. I offer mana wahine (Māori feminist discourses) as another perspective for geography that engages with the complex intersections of colonisation, race and gender. A mana wahine geography framework is a useful lens through which to explore the complexities of Māori women's relationships to space and place. This framework contributes to, and draws together, feminist geographies and Māori and indigenous academic scholarship. Autobiographical material is woven with joint and individual semi-structured in-depth interviews conducted with nine Māori women in the Waikato region. The second strand, woven into this thesis, is a critical examination of the colonisation of Māori women's spiritual and embodied relationships to Papatūānuku. The invisibility of Māori women's knowledges in dominant conceptualisations of mythology, tikanga and wairua discourses is not a harmless omission rather it contains a political imperative that maintains the hegemony of colonialism and patriarchy. I argue that to understand further Māori women's relationships to space and place an examination of wairua discourses is necessary. The third strand reconfigures embodied and spatial conceptualisations of Papatūānuku. Māori women's maternal bodies are intimately tied to Papatūānuku in a way that challenges the oppositional distinctions between mind/body and biology/social inscription. Māori women's maternal bodies (and the representation of them in te reo Māori) are constructed by, and in turn, construct Papatūānuku. Furthermore, women's spatial relationship to tūrangawaewae, home space and wider environmental concerns demonstrates the co-constitution of subjectivities, bodies and space/place. My hope is that this thesis will add to geographical literature by addressing previously ignored knowledges and that it will contribute to indigenous scholarship by providing a spatial perspective.

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data kualitatif dan metode analisis komparatif dengan melakukan perhitungan terhadap data-data yang tercatat dalam laporan posisi keuangan dan laporan aktivitas, bahwa pengakuan pendapatan dan biaya secara khusus telah memiliki standar yaitu pernyataan standar akuntansi keuangan PSAK No.23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laporan keuangan Rumah Sakit Wahidin Sudirohusodo sudah sesuai dengan standar akuntansi keuangan (SAK) hal ini dapat dilihat dari Rumah Sakit Wahidin Sudirohusodo dalam prakteknya sudah menerapkan system akuntansi dalam rangka pelaporan keuangan. Laporan keuangan terlampir menyajikan secara wajar, dalam semua hal yang material, posisi keuangan BLU-RSUP Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo tanggal 31 Desember 2017, serta kinerja keuangan dan arus kas untuk tahun yang berakhir pada tanggal tersebut, sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan.

Abstract:
This paper deals with the modeling and analysis of the cutting tool’s global dynamics in the orthogonal cutting process of turning operations considering the effect of state dependency and fly-over in one model. In particular, the one-degree-of-freedom non-smooth model, presented by Wahi and Chatterjee in 2008, is extended by the consideration of vibrations in the direction perpendicular to the feed velocity. This results in the state-dependency of the model and gives an additional direction in which fly-over can occur. The constructed mathematical model consists of a nonlinear PDE, which describes the evolution of the surface height of the workpiece and a two-degree-of-freedom ODE, which governs the motion of the tool. The PDE is connected to the solution of the ODE by a non-local, non-smooth boundary condition. For the case when the tool is within the cut, this model gives the conventional model of turning governed by delay-differential equations with state-dependent delays. In order to study the effect of vibrations in the tangential direction numerical simulations are carried out and their results are compared to the model presented by Wahi and Chatterjee (2008).

Zweifelsohne wirken sich neue Technologien auf die Alltagsmobilität einschließlich der Wahl verfügbarer Verkehrsmitteln aus und implizieren damit verkehrs- umwelt- und raumbezogene Folgen. Der massenhafte Anstieg der individuellen Pkw-Nutzung der zurückliegenden Jahrzehnte wird weitestgehend auf strukturelle Veränderungen zurückgeführt, die sich aus dem Zusammenwirken von technologischer Möglichkeit (hier: der Option „Pkw“) und allgemeinen ökonomischen und sozialen Entwicklungstrends in modernen Industriegesellschaften ergeben (vgl. exemplarisch Kutter 2001; Kutter/Stein 1998). Insbesondere bezogen auf die soziale Akzeptanz von technischen Neuerungen – ökonomisch gesprochen: die Substitutionsbereitschaft zwischen bestehenden und neuen Technologien – muss jedoch die Perspektive des Akteurs und sein individuelles Entscheidungsverhalten stärker in den Blick genommen werden, um die für Verkehr, Umwelt und Raum sich ergebenden Folgen besser abschätzen zu können. Entsprechende Studien, die das individuelle Entscheidungsverhalten im Umgang mit technologischen Neuerungen ins Zentrum der Untersuchung stellen, sind jedoch nach wie vor nur in geringer Zahl vorhanden. So steht beispielsweise außer Frage, dass Neuerungen im Bereich von IuK-Technologien die physische Mobilität nachhaltig beeinträchtigen werden. Gleichwohl sind die vorhandenen theoretischen wie empirischen Befunde der Mobilitätsforschung, wie die Entwicklung von IuK-Technologien die individuelle Mobilitätsnachfrage verändern wird, jedoch unklar oder widersprüchlich. Entsprechend stellt etwa Bamberg (2010) fest: „Die Dynamik dieser Entwicklung ist z.Z. kaum prognostizierbar“. Vor diesem Hintergrund hat unter anderen das Institut für Mobilitätsforschung (ifmo) in Kooperation mit dem Imperial College London jüngst eine Grundlagenstudie gestartet, um den Stand des Wissens zum Einfluss von IuK-Technologien auf das Mobilitätsverhalten aufzuarbeiten. Ein ähnlicher Erkenntnisstand lässt sich für andere verkehrs- und mobilitätsrelevante Technologiebereiche diagnostizieren. Eine der wenigen Ausnahmen hiervon bilden Analysen des Nutzerverhaltens bezogen auf die Akzeptanz neuer Antriebstechnologien im Bereich des motorisierten Individualverkehrs und hier speziell mit Blick auf die Nutzung elektrisch betriebener Fahrzeuge (vgl. stellvertretend Bongard 2014; Fazel 2014; Peters et al. 2013; Haugrund 2013; Pieper et al. 2013; Paternoga et al. 2013; Dudenhöffer et al. 2012; Döring/Aigner 2012; Döring 2012; Ahrend et al. 2011; Peters/Hoffmann 2011; Döring/Aigner 2011). Zu den Elektrofahrzeugen zählen dabeiterminologisch nicht alllein reine batterieelektrisch betriebene Fahrzeuge (BEV), sondern auch solche Elektrofahrzeuge, die entweder über einen Verbrennungsmotor zur Reichweitenverlängerung verfügen (REEV) oder bei denen sowohl ein E-Motor als auch ein Verbrennungsmotor für den Antrieb sorgt, wie dies bei den am Stromnetz aufladbaren Plugin-Hybridfahrzeugen (PHEV) der Fall ist. Schließlich werden zudem Brennstoffzellenfahrzeuge (FCEV), welche die benötigte Energie direkt an Bord des Fahrzeugs erzeugen (z.B. in Form von Wasserstoffbrennstoffzellen), zu den Elektrofahrzeugen gezählt. In Anbetracht dessen sollen nachfolgend exemplarisch die vorhandenen Einsichten zum Nutzerverhalten im Umgang mit der Elektromobilität zusammenfassend dargestellt sowie – wenngleich nur ansatzweise und damit in lediglich rudimentärer Form – einige sich daraus ergebende verkehrs-, umwelt- und raumbezogene Implikationen aufgezeigt werden.
