Abstract:

The article discusses the emergence and development factors of the drama genre in Chinese literature. There is also information about the genre of drama and its development in Uzbek and world literature. In Chinese literature, the first drama genres in the development of the drama genre were called "siven" (戏文) or "nansiven" (南戏). During the Yuan Dynasty in the 13th and 14th centuries, a genre based on strict law, zaju (杂剧), flourished. The composition of rhyme-assigned poetry was a prevalent literary practice during both the Goryeo and Joseon periods in Korea. Although only about twenty examples from Goryeo literati have survived, they exhibit distinct characteristics: the coexistence of individual and collective composition, as well as the parallel use of isolated rhyme characters and entire poetic lines as rhyming elements. Article Abstract: Fen jiaolu 焚椒錄 ( An Account of Burned Pepper ) purports to be an eyewitness biographical account of the life and tragic death of the Liao dynasty empress Xiao Guanyin 蕭觀音 (1040–1075). This paper traces the development of the theory surrounding the Nanxun Hall 南薰殿, which became a widely accepted orthodoxy in East Asia during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, within the broader context of the increasing reverence for Su Shi (蘇軾 1037~1101).
