This article discusses making wax models for precision casting technology. Our chosen method of making these prototypes consists in printing the positive of the model on 3D printer, which is then molded into rubber. The resulting rubber mold is used for casting the wax models. The focus of the article is mainly on the quality, speed, and accuracy of making wax models, while they will be compared with commonly produced wax models.

This short survey discusses some of the uses of wax in ancient medicine: it was a key pharmacological ingredient; it served to create models of surgical tools; and it was a support for the writing of ancient recipes. Wax could be consumed orally, but most commonly entered in the production of salves (cerates).

Absolute and relative wax composition varies between species and organs. Both methods rely on data normalization prior to statistical analysis to identify differentially expressed genes. Physics of wax gel formation during shut-in is analyzed and described over a cross-section of a typical subsea pipeline. Two regions are identified during this process: the liquid and gel regions. Phase transition is assumed to occur at the liquid-gel interface. Unsteady-state heat and mass transfer models are proposed for each region. Two diffusion streams are evaluated: the dissolved wax molecules moving from the pipe center towards the wall due to temperature gradient and subsequently concentration gradient and the wax molecules diffusing from the liquid-gel interface into the gel deposit.

Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated research worldwide and resulted in a large number of computational models and initiatives. Models were mostly aimed at forecast and resulted in different predictions partially since models were based on different assumptions. In fact the idea that a computational model is just an assumption attempting to explain a phenomenon has not been sufficiently explored. Moreover, the ability to combine models has not been fully realized. The Reference Model for disease progression was performing this task for years for diabetes models and recently started modeling C

Abstract:
The fruit of pepper (Capsicum annuum) commonly wilts (or shrivels) during postharvest storage due to rapid water loss, a condition that greatly reduces its shelf life and market value. The fact that pepper fruit are hollow, and thus have limited water content, only exacerbates this problem in pepper. The collaborators on this project completed research whose findings provided new insight into the genetic, physiological, and biochemical basis for water loss from the fruits of pepper (Capsicum annuum and related Capsicum species). Well-defined genetic populations of pepper were used in this stud
