Abstract:
Examination is a form of evaluation of the learning process to measure the achievement of student intelligence in schools. The implementation of conventional exams that are often carried out by schools has the potential for fraud both from students who cheat during the exam or leak exam questions before the exam takes place and also the operational costs that must be incurred by schools to duplicate questions and coupled with teachers needing additional time to check student exam results. In addition to being carried out in writing or orally, exams can also be carried out using computer aids. With the help of this study, teachers will be able to create questions without worrying that they will be leaked to students before the test and share them with other educators teaching the same subject. Students should be able to receive exam results right away after the test is over, and teachers won't have to worry about checking the results because they will be sent to them automatically. For schools, the costs incurred for paper can be reduced with this online exam system. The results of this research are in the form of a web-based application with the concept of client server using the help of a framework that already supports the model, view and controller system. This application has users, where there are several users with differentiators in the form of access rights.

Abstract:
Examinations are an evaluation method in the teaching and learning process in schools. Generally, exams in schools are still carried out conventionally using paper and stationery, and exam assessments are carried out directly by the teacher. However. The process of creating exam questions, duplicating questions, evaluating and filling in answers is still manual using paper and stationery, causing various obstacles such as high costs and long correction times. To solve the problem above, the researcher used the Agile system development method with the Extreme Programming model which involves four stages: planning, designing, coding and testing. The research results show the success of the CBT application that was built. The application was tested using the black box testing method. Test results show that the correction process is faster by 0.9 seconds and more accurate. Apart from that, in terms of costs, using this application is also cheaper. This shows that the CBT application has a positive impact in increasing the efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of testing and reducing the costs of administering the exam.

Abstract:
One way to measure the success of the academic process and achievement of student competence, is giving exams, from the smallest level namely daily tests, semester exams, to the highest level, namely the national exam. In an effort to maintain the security of exam question data, there is a data security method known as cryptography. In this research, a security system was designed that serves to protect exam questions so that data cannot be read by student before its time by using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm. The AES algorithm is a type of symmetric algorithm where the encryption and decryption processes have the same key for the encryption and decryption processes. In the system that will be designed, the Caesar Cipher algorithm is used to form an additional key (seed) that is kept secret from the public. The results of this study indicate that AES encryption method can give results maximum so that the AES method can applied to virtual data storage system to protect the transmitted data.

Interactive Web-based tutorials were developed as a supplement to lectures in an introductory statistics class. A quasi-experimental design compared learning outcomes of students who attended one of two classes that offered the tutorials to students as an extra-credit course option to those who attended a lecture-only class. Analysis of critical items on five course exams revealed that students who attended the classes with tutorials scored higher on four out of five topics covered by the tutorials than students who attended the lecture-only class. Tutorial use leading to mastery of the concepts was associated with exam performance on the critical items. These findings suggest that Web-based tutorials can be an effective supplement to class lectures for enhancing student learning.

Abstract:
Scheduling is a common problem that has been raised for a long time. Many algorithms have been created for this problem. Some algorithms offer flexibility in terms of constraints and complex operations. Because of that complexity, many algorithms will need huge computation resources and execution time. A platform like a web application has many restrictions such as execution time and computation resources. A complex algorithm is not suited for the web application platform. Priority scheduling is a scheduling algorithm based on a priority queue. Every schedule slot will produce a queue based on the constraints. Each constraint will have a different weight. Weight in queue represents their priority. This algorithm provides a light algorithm that only needs a few computations and execution times. The exam schedule is one of many problems in educational institutions. A web application is a popular platform that can be accessed from everywhere. Many educational institutions use web platforms as their main system platform. Web platforms have some restrictions such as execution time. Due to web platform restrictions, priority scheduling is a suitable algorithm for this platform. In this study, the author tries to implement a priority scheduling algorithm in scheduling cases with a website platform and shows that this algorithm solution can be an alternative for solving scheduling cases with low computational resources.

<em>This paper aims to explore the views of stakeholders about the web based learning. Data were collected from 201 students, 124 faculty members, 191 parents and 71 employers. Four separate summative content analyses were used for analyzing the data. Results indicated that students were happy for securing good marks during online exams and were not concerned about the learning opportunities. Whereas, majority of parents were concerned about the learning of their children. However, both parents and students consider online education to be the waste of money but consider it to be a good mechanism for continuing academic activities during the pandemic. Results also indicated that majority of faculty members were concerned about the learning of students. Plagiarism during online exam was the greatest concern of the faculty members. Lastly, it is also found that the potential employers consider online teaching methods to be inefficient and the quality of future labor supply was their biggest concern. Hence, the concept of zone of proximal development cannot be ignored while imparting education.</em>

Additionally, People Counting enhances security by scanning the environment for additional faces, preventing unauthorized assistance. The system also employs Head and Eye Tracking, which monitors the student’s gaze and head movements to ensure their attention remains on the exam screen. Any prolonged distraction is logged and flagged for review. To counter fraudulent attempts, Face Spoofing Detection uses liveness detection techniques to differentiate between a real person and fake representations like photographs, videos, or 3D models, ensuring only authentic users take the exam. Furthermore, Object Recognition identifies and flags unauthorized items such as mobile phones, calculators, and notes, which are typically restricted in exam settings. By integrating object detection algorithms, the system can automatically recognize such items, alert proctors, and even pause the exam if necessary. Together, these features create a comprehensive, AI-driven monitoring solution that closely mimics in-person invigilation, making online exams more secure and fair. This application not only upholds academic integrity but also ensures students are evaluated purely on their knowledge and efforts, providing a virtual invigilation process that is reliable, effective, and as close as possible to traditional exam supervision. Keywords: Web-based exam monitoring, virtual invigilator, AI-powered proctoring, Face Detection, Face Recognition, People Counting, Head Tracking, Eye Tracking, Face Spoofing Detection, Object Recognition, online exam security, automated proctoring, academic integrity, liveness detection, fraud prevention, cheating detection, biometric verification, digital invigilation.

Abstract:
Previously, before the existence of chatbots and websites, for eliciting information like syllabus, fees related details, assessment or exam schedule, or tasks like fees payment, students had to be physically present at the respective place in college. This is a time consuming process. With technological advancement, necessary information is available on the college’s website. However, the process of acquiring information from the website turns out to be tedious when the end user is not able to find the information and therefore leaves the website. To do away with such problems chatbot can be developed to help visitors have a more human-like conversational experience thus easing access for users to required information. The SDA bot can be deployed on the web and integrated with the college’s website. To resolve their queries any end user can use this chatbot to acquire information related to college or student related information. This project is specifically designed to solve end users’ queries and give instant responses to them.

Abstract:
The study is an online, computer aided tool that was designed primarily for the conduct of online examination. The system was created using PHP, a web based scripting language, and MySQL as the database software. The system focuses on the automation of students' examinations; preparation, scheduling, checking and grading. A database is provided for the storage of exam questions, answers to questions and students' records. The system allows instructors to create an exam by entering questions with its corresponding answers into the database. Instructors are provided with three options on the type of exam; these include, True or False, Multiple Choice and Fill in the Blanks. There are three account types based on the intended users. One is the Administrator Account; this can be used to create instructor accounts. It can also be used to delete or suspend other accounts based on activity status. The Instructor Account allows teachers to create student accounts and enroll the same. This account can be used also to create, activate, edit, delete exams and monitor students' performances. The Student Account is for the officially enrolled students where they can take exams and view scores even from previous examinations. This software allows instructors to keep track of students' performances from all exams since the results will be stored in a database linked to an online system. While taking the online exam, students can choose the number of exam questions that will be displayed on the screen at a given time.A student can take the exam only on the specified date and time set by the instructor. Ideally, a particular exam should be taken only once. In cases of retakes due to valid reasons and special exam considerations, the instructor is given the option to administer the previously activated exam, edit or create a new set of questions. One limitation though, this online system is not to be used to compute for the class performance for the final grade since this requires other components such as seat works, graded recitations, laboratory activities, etc. This only computes and shows the scores from previous exams and the average.

Abstract:
Because the COVID-19 epidemic has limited human activities, it has touched almost every sector. Education is one of the most affected areas. To prevent physical touch between students, schools and campuses must adapt their complete learning system to an online environment. The difficulty with this technique arises when the teachers or lecturers administer exams. It is difficult to oversee pupils one by one online. This research proposes the development of a computer program to aid in this effort. By applying deep learning models, this program can detect a person’s activities during an online exam based on a web camera. The reliability of this system is 84.52% based on the parameter F1-score. This study built an Indonesian-language web-based application. Teachers and lecturers in Indonesia can use this tool to evaluate whether students are cheating on online exams. Unquestionably, this application is a tool that may be utilized to develop distance learning educational technology in Indonesia.

Abstract:
The Final Semester Exam at SMK Negeri 2 Praya Tengah still uses a manual exam system, namely using paper and stationery, this requires more time and cost than using a computer/android-based exam system. Currently, SMK Negeri 2 Praya Tengah is in the migration stage from manual semester exams to web/computer-based semester exams, but the quality and signal strength of the internet network at SMK Negeri 2 Praya Tengah is influenced by various kinds of obstacles (interference) and improper location of access point placement. So that the internet network at SMK Negeri 2 Praya Tengah often experiences buffering, disconnected from the internet network and signals with weak strength. From the problems obtained related to the strength and quality of the internet network signal at SMK Negeri 2 Praya Tengah, a wireless signal analysis was carried out using the PPDIOO method to determine the area of the building with a weak or poor signal. The PPDIOO method is a network life cycle consisting of 6 stages: prepare, plan, design, implement, operate and optimize. This study aims to analyze the existing network at SMK Negeri 2 Praya Tengah in order to find out how the signal coverage is from each access point installed in each building at SMK Negeri 2 Praya Tengah.

Abstract:
In recent years, there has been an increase in online education. However, an adequate technique was not developed for online examinations. Some educational facilities have compiled assignments that students may copy and paste from the web, while others use remote proctoring, where a human proctor monitors what the students are doing online. Cheating in online tests remains common despite all the growth that has taken place in this field. This paper proposes an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based system that can assist in the automatic detection of fraud in online tests. This method is both efficient and trustworthy. This system outperformed previous systems in experiments.

Abstract:
Kata kunci: TOEFL, Fisher-Yates, Pengacakan Abstract - Randomizing questions in online exams, such as TOEFL, is crucial for ensuring exam security and fairness. This study focuses on implementing the Fisher-Yates algorithm as a solution for dynamic question randomization in web-based exam platforms. The algorithm was chosen due to its low complexity, O(n), making it efficient even for large numbers of questions. Testing was conducted with various quantities of questions, ranging from 50 to 1000, to evaluate the execution time performance. The results indicate that execution time increases linearly with the number of questions but remains within the millisecond range, demonstrating its suitability for real-time exam scenarios. The randomization performed by the algorithm proved consistent and effective, producing different question sequences for each exam session without altering the overall difficulty level. This implementation helps prevent cheating and enhances fairness among exam participants. Overall, this research underscores that the Fisher-Yates algorithm is an optimal choice for question randomization in large-scale online exams like TOEFL, as it combines speed, efficiency, and security into a stable and easily implementable solution..Keywords: TOEFL, Fisher-Yates, Randomizing
