Abstract:
With the support of various types of media for delivering information, technological developments change over time. To facilitate access to information, one of them can use the media website. With the development of website technology, more and more parties are using it as a supporting medium for information transmission, including educational institutions in Indonesia. However, many administrators do not understand the security of the website created but pay more attention to the appearance and function of the website. As a result, there were cases of hacker attacks on websites that resulted in data leaks and changes in website appearance. Therefore, it is important to realize the importance of website security to prevent leakage of important data. Because there have been cases of hacker attacks that have occurred several times, the researchers conducted a security analysis of the main website of the Universitas Internasional Batam Institute using the ISSAF method.

The application of the User Centered Design (UCD) method is needed to improve the school website by redesigning it. The problems experienced by schools are usually in the form of a static website and an unattractive web appearance. This will be detrimental to the school, because the website is a door for information and school promotion. posting important news and announcements on the website in the hope that students and parents can obtain information more quickly and accurately. The UCD method starts from the plan, design, prototype and review. This step begins with interviews, field observations and distributing questionnaires to website users. Such as teachers, students, parents and the general public. The results provide a lot of input and optimize the appearance of mobile-based websites to attract more interest and better access by users. With the hope that students and parents can get information on news and important announcements more quickly and accurately on the website.

Dalam diskusi ini dilakukan kajian sistematis dengan terlebih dahulu memilih dan menentukan daftar jurnal yang relevan dengan cybercrime. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan tentang studi deface web di beberapa website. deface website yang dilakukan peretas berupa menambahkan ataupun merubah keseluruhan tampilan website, Deface website merupakan tindakan yang dilakukan oleh seorang hacker atau peretas dengan tujuan untuk merusak atau mengubah tampilan homepage sebuah website. These actions are often carried out to tarnish the reputation of organizations or individuals, exploit vulnerabilities in security systems, or convey political or ideological messages. Considering these problems, this article examines the evolution of cybercrimes in the form of degraded websites using a systematic review method. In this discussion, a systematic review is carried out by first selecting and determining a list of journals that are relevant to cybercrime. Based on the results of research conducted on web deface studies on several websites. website defacement by hackers in the form of adding or changing the overall appearance of a website Deface website is an action taken by a hacker or hackers with the aim of damaging or changing the appearance of a website's homepage. Abstract:
Website is a necessity for organizations to enable users worldwide to access their information and gain a competitive edge over others. The diversity of websites makes assessing website quality a difficult task. The aim of this paper is to identify the issues faced in the quality evaluation of university websites, the models and the factors used for evaluating university website quality. Systematic literature review was used to identify and synthesize related scholarly research papers. Findings show that there is a lack of study on university website quality compared to business websites; website designers did not have the appropriate knowledge on the interface design; and the website quality evaluation is complex since there is no specific evaluation model. Webqual 4.0 model was used to evaluate the quality of universities' websites. From 24 studies, initially 79 quality factors were extracted. After performing comparison, filtration and memoing, six quality factors were identified: information quality, specific content, usability, web appearance, service interaction quality, and functionality. This study makes a useful contribution in developing university website quality model by extending the Webqual 4.0 model.

Phishing attack is a cybercrime that can lead to severe financial losses for Internet users and entrepreneurs. Typically, phishers are fond of using fuzzy techniques during the creation of a website. They confuse the victim by imitating the appearance and content of a legitimate website. In addition, many websites are vulnerable to phishing attacks, including financial institutions, social networks, e-commerce, and airline websites. This paper is an extension of our previous work that leverages the favicon with Google image search to reveal the identity of a website. Our identity retrieval technique involves an effective mathematical model that can be used to assist in retrieving the right identity from the many entries of the search results. In this paper, we introduced an enhanced version of the favicon-based phishing attack detection with the introduction of the Domain Name Amplification feature and incorporation of addition features. Additional features are very useful when the website being examined does not have a favicon. We have collected a total of 5,000 phishing websites from PhishTank and 5,000 legitimate websites from Alexa to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. From the experimental results, we achieved a 96.93% true positive rate with only a 4.13% false positive rate.

The research entitled Responses of Unisba Students to the Bandung Law Institute Website (Case Study on the Bandung Legal Aid Institute's Website www.lbhbandung.org) was driven by the development of information media, especially websites. This study aims to determine the responses of Unisba students to the LBH Bandung website by observing the object of research, namely the Bandung Legal Aid Institute Website regarding content quality, content availability, message content consistency and visual appearance of the Bandung Legal Aid Valley website. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method and a collection method with interviews, observation, and literature studies. The results showed that the majority of respondents stated that the information about LBH Bandung organizations displayed on www.lbhbandung.org was in accordance with the needs of visitors. This is because on this website all information related to LBH Bandung from history, organizational profiles, cases that have been resolved, organizational structure and anything related to LBH Bandung's organization has been displayed in full according to the needs of visitors. The results showed that the quality of the message content, the availability of the message content, the consistency of the content and the visual appearance of the website greatly influenced the positive response and attractiveness of website visitors, especially students.

Responsive web design is a website design that can adjust each size on each device. Based on the results of several respondents, 60% of respondents agreed that some websites were not able to adjust the display size on the web, 50% of respondents agreed that design affects the convenience factor, 58% of respondents agreed that the main content and functionality of websites that are difficult to access via mobile devices, 53% of respondents agreed that the appearance of a website that was not attractive had a bad effect on the comfort factor of the respondents, 50% of respondents also agreed that the website was not able to adjust the size on every mobile device. From the results of this review, it can be concluded that an unresponsive website greatly affects the inconvenience of users in accessing information through the website.

<em>Abstract.</em>—The animation of daily composites of sea surface temperatures (SST) from a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite (GOES) provides a new method for the detection of dynamics at the surface of the ocean. By rapidly viewing the daily SST composites of hourly images, it is possible for the human eye to separate the fast moving residual clouds from the slowly moving SST patterns associated with ocean currents, eddies, and upwelling. Although each individual daily composite is still partly cloud covered, the rapid display provides the appearance of continuity of the SST patterns. The GOES SST animations were used during 1998 and 1999 to monitor the time dependent deflection of the Gulf Stream due to a rise in bottom topography southeast of Charleston, South Carolina, locally known as the Charleston Bump. The purpose of this research is to determine the key dimensions of e-retail environment characteristics which affect consumer e-satisfaction and purchase intent and to examine the mediating role of e-satisfaction and the moderating effects of consumers’ previous e-shopping experience on the relationship between e-retail environment characteristics and consumer responses. The study focused on young adults ranging in age from 18 to 25. The results showed that convenience, customization, security/privacy, web appearance and entertainment value were the key characteristics of e-retail environment impacting e-satisfaction. E-satisfaction fully mediated the effects of e-retail environment characteristics on online purchase intent. Prior e-shopping experience was found to moderate the relationships among the key dimensions of e-retail environment, e-satisfaction, and e-purchase intent. The findings of this study add to the existing literature on e-service quality by focusing on e-retail environment characteristics beyond products and prices, and further by providing e-retailers with practical implications as to how they can improve their website environments for successful e-retailing business.

As a new medium for questionnaire delivery, the internet has the potential to revolutionize the survey process. Online (web-based) questionnaires provide several advantages over traditional survey methods in terms of cost, speed, appearance, flexibility, functionality, and usability. Designers of online-questionnaires are faced with a plethora of design tools to assist in the development of their electronic questionnaires. Little, if any, support is incorporated, however, within these tools to guide online-questionnaire designers according to best practice. In essence, an online-questionnaire combines questionnaire-based survey functionality with that of a webpage/site. As such, the design of an online-questionnaire should incorporate principles from both contributing fields. Drawing on existing guidelines for paper-based questionnaire design, website design (paying particular attention to issues of accessibility and usability), and existing but scarce guidelines for electronic surveys, we have derived a comprehensive set of guidelines for the design of online-questionnaires. This article introduces this comprehensive set of guidelines – as a practical reference guide – for the design of online-questionnaires.

Introduction: The communication quality of web resources for patients is unknown. The purpose of this study was to assess prostate cancer websites using the Communication AssessmenT Checklist in Health (CATCH). Methods: CATCH is a theory-based tool consisting of 50 elements nested in 12 concepts. Two raters independently applied it to 35 HON certified websites containing information on prostate cancer treatment. Results: Websites contained a mean 24.1 (SD= 3.6) CATCH items. The concepts Language, Readability, Layout, Typography and Appearance were present in over 80% of sites. Content, Risk Communication, Usefulness, and Scientific Value were present in 50% or less. Discussion: The prostate cancer websites evaluated in this study did not present treatment information in a useful, informative or credible way for patients. The communication quality of these resources could be improved with a clear strategic intent focused on decision-making, using CATCH as a guiding framework.

This study explores the impact of online communicative structures in local government Web disclosure on democratic legitimacy, after the implementation of e-government in Java, Indonesia, as a result of recent bureaucratic decentralization. Being at a very early stage in the e-government initiative, the analysis of 78 local government websites in Indonesia reveals that local government online structures present certain aspects of democratic and interactive appearance. However, the levels of democratized Internet mediated human interactions are restricted. These restrictions reflect the eradication of sensitive information, a low level of responses to citizens’ solicitations, and disclosure of selective information in local government websites. This chapter suggests that restriction on local government online structure is due to the government’s favor of more controlled media interaction influenced by the embedded authoritarian political culture due to many years of institutionalization. In a sense, websites merely function as a symbol of government legitimacy and power over citizens through media technology, which could suggest local government manipulation of democratization processes.

Abstract:
With the growth of product search engines such as pricegrabber.com, web vendors have many more casual visitors. This research examines how web vendors may foster “swift trust” as a means to convert casual visitors to paying customers. We examine whether perceptions of website’s appearance features (normality, social presence and third-party links) and functionality features (security, privacy, effort expectancy and performance expectancy) positively relate to swift trust in a web vendor. Using a quasi-experimental research design, we empirically test the proposed relationships. Based on an analysis of 224 respondents, we found appearance and functionality features explained 61% of the variance in swift trust. The paper concludes with a discussion of findings and implications.

The article discusses the significance of changes in personal preferences and user information perception mechanisms to adjust the requirements for the appearance of information providing objects. The clip thinking phenomenon is considered as one of the main sources of changing the information perception mechanism by people. The article proposes and mathematically describes an information model for assessing the main indicators of the attractiveness of an information object. A method of assessing users’ personal preferences, which has been tested on the target audience of company websites, is considered. A promotion strategy during a pandemic by utilizing communication technology is the right solution. The UPN Yogyakarta Master of Communication Study Program has developed a promotional strategy by improving the website which has not been maximized, both in terms of appearance, menu completeness, data recording, interactive, and the person in charge of management. The research objective is to evaluate communication technology-based promotion programs during the Covid 19 pandemic. This research method uses the Analysis and Evaluation of Website Platform and Infrastructure. The results showed that the media developed by MIKOM Masters such as Instagram, website, and email with the upnyk.ac.id domain had been used by the admin for promotional activities for new student registration, the introduction of the new color of the MIKOM logo for new branding, namely purple. In addition, the response of prospective new students is quite good and wide-reaching. Disseminate registration information outside Java and increase the number of registrants. UPNVYK MIKOM alumni also often use the tag feature on their @mikomupnyk Instagram account to just interact or create engagement with MIKOM. Utilization of technology during a pandemic also requires the development of media to other platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and the strengthening of admin human resources who master IT and have a clear schedule in its management

This paper aims at studying the influence of young people's needs on the number of clicks on "Mukbang", and to understand the characteristics of their audiences. The method is based on the theory of Uses and Gratifications in mass communication theory. The questionnaire is designed and distributed from cognitive needs, emotional needs, personal integration needs, social integration needs, having watched "Mukbang" videos on video websites, and the need to relieve stress. And use statistical software to analyze the results, and empirically test the relationship between the needs of young people and the number of clicks on "Mukbang". The results showed that: ①In the user's physiological needs, being attracted by the appearance of food and the frequency of clicking "Mukbang" showed a significant positive impact; being attracted by the appearance of the anchor showed a significant positive correlation with the degree of necessity to watch "Mukbang"; ② Among the psychological needs of users, the psychology of weight loss, the psychology of recreation and entertainment is significantly positively correlated with the frequency of clicking "Mukbang"; the need to enjoy the companionship of "Mukbang" is significantly positively correlated with the necessity of watching "Mukbang"; it is inferred that the two Large categories of people who watch "Mukbang" have made design innovations in the design practice according to the characteristics of different groups of people.

Customer biometrics such as blood pressure, pulse rate, and eye movement can be recognized as significant indicators engaged with impulse purchasing decision-making in fashion retail websites due to numerous web-based hedonic stimuli. There is an empirical gap that was recognized as relevant to existing studies performed under the respective areas of the research. This resulted in understanding the research problem as “there is a lack of the existing empirical studies relevant to the fashion retail sector on impulse purchasing decisions based on web-based hedonic stimuli addressing customer biometrics” and the conceptual framework has been developed under the S-O-R model to resolve the research problem identified under stimuli – response principle. The research was conducted as a pilot exploratory study to obtain a basic understanding of how customer biometrics indicate impulse purchasing decisions based on different appearances of web-based hedonic stimuli under five (05) participants representing both Generation Y and Z based on judgmental sampling. Participants were tested for 10 minutes each by displaying three (03) websites categorized under three levels of richness and tracked eye movements by using an online eye tracking software. The pulse and blood pressure were measured too before and after the sessions of each participant. The results of eye tracking were thematically analyzed and concluded as different web-based hedonic stimuli lead to impulse purchasing decisions in the fashion retail sector reflecting factors such as image and graphic use, color use representing “perceived enjoyment (PE)” and navigational flexibility of websites representing “perceived ease of use (PEU)” according to the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The study opened the gates to conduct future research to identify reasons why the blood pressure and pulse rate of web visitors decrease in short web surfing periods when into impulse purchasing decision-making.

The importance of nanotechnology standardization is to reach the main topic in developing standards, which is “uniformity in manufacturing and facilitating the commercialization of nano-products.” According to this goal, activities on standardization in nanotechnology have been started in Iran, where development of nanotechnology is assigned to National Nanotechnology Committee of Iran. This committee is working under direct supervision of presidency office. As written in the committee’s official website [http://www.nano.ir], one of the long term goals of this movement, according to the “fourth development program of Iran” is to reach appropriate share of world trade based on nanotechnology. For this purpose standard developing and quality management system is needed for facilitating industrial and technological cooperation and decreasing costs raised from quality unawareness. So our workgroup has selected nanotechnology standardization as one of its research topics. We have studied current state of different active countries in this field and find out that one can categorize these activities into two major groups, General and Specific. The general activities refer to those looking from the regulatory and nomenclature point of view. In the other side specific activities have done according to local contracts signed between manufacturers, organizations and business start-ups. As examples of the activities started in Iran we can mention: 1. Establishing National Laboratory Network for Nanotechnology by National Nanotechnology Committee of Iran. 2. Collaboration of the Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Iran (ISIRI) with, International Standard Organization (ISO) for starting the new Nanotechnology TC (technical committee). Today, Iran is one of the 23 active members of ISO TC 229 on Nanotechnologies. 3. Academic research on standardization of measurement procedures used for nano-scale materials. We have gathered or proposed in our research some opportunities specifically for Iran, which may also be helpful for other developing countries to enhance their market position in the upcoming era of nanotechnology. These proposals can be listed as below: 1. Establishing a national committee for managing and regulating of nanotechnology standards; 2. Starting nanotechnology technical committee in Iranian Standard and Industrial Research Organization; 3. Actively collaborating with other countries and international standard institutes, insisting on the country’s core competencies; 4. Introducing Iran’s specific needs to international standard institutes; 5. Equipping national laboratories; 6. Collaborating with international laboratory networks; 7. Developing specific standards based on casual contracts; 8. Activation of researchers to focus on measurement procedures and methods; 9. Participation in regional seminars and workshops and initiation of such activities. With paying attention to these activities, we can find the opportunity of holding a highly referenced database and information center for nanotechnology related commerce. To organize the “nanotechnology technical committee” inside the ISIRI [http://www.isiri.org/], which is responsible for all standardization activities in Iran, we decided to follow the common inter organizational disciplines of this institute, but we suggested assigning 2 or 3 members of this committee, despite others, as full time members. These members would track international standardization activities, and would be the administrators of such activities within Iran. Actively collaboration with other countries and international standard institutes, insisting on the country’s core competencies, would have lots of benefits for country. Taking into consideration that, there is no comprehensive and global accepted nano-standard in the world, through these efforts we can introduce our main interested topics of standardization to international standard institutes (e.g. during our correspondences with Dr. Hatto from UK committee for standardization in Nanotechnologies, we received an offer to notice them our priorities in Nano-standards). To do so, ISIRI has announced his full support of new ISO TC on Nanostandards. To be able to play an appropriate role in this field, having laboratories with advanced equipments is something essential. Because of the reason that these facilities are costly, we decided to take the advantages of National Laboratory Network for Nanotechnology. The laboratories within this network can support nanostandardization process through measurement at nano scale, identifying characterization of nano structures and materials, and their physical and chemical properties (for more information about this network you can visit the following website http://nanolab.nano.ir). Having a well-known and advanced national laboratory network, Iran can provide services to other countries too, and also can become a member of international laboratory networks to develop it activities. The other activity that Iran is interested in is to take part in joint works with international standard making organizations to develop specific standards (e.g. characterization of nanoparticles in ceramics industry). After developing such standards they could be certified through authority standard making organization. Universities also can play an active role in nanotechnology standardization from different aspects. For instance they can do surveys to study priorities of country in this field, and also can study on measurement at nanoscale, characterization of nanomaterilas, test method subjects and etc. Also, some activities in this field have been done in some first rated universities in the country. Participating in regional seminars and making good connections between scientists who are working at this task is another way to have a good background about nano standardization and developing special standards in nano technology. Scientists can co-work in regional universities and laboratories and they can present their research results in such kind of seminars. The goal of such program is making a new task in science and a good relationship between researchers who are working at laboratories on nano standardization and governments. Developing specific standards based on casual contracts makes our universities, laboratories and industries strong for developing standards for special cases. Being strong in such contracts give our industries and universities a powerful goal for developing standards in special cases. Equipping national laboratories and Collaborating with international laboratory networks gives our industries and universities a wide range of abilities for making precision measurements and being in touch with other institutes. The researchers and engineers can use the results of each laboratory for their researches and measurements. In this way the special contracts can be stronger and appearance of Iran in seminars, workshops and commercial relations will be more effective. One of the most important decisions can be finding a proper industry in Iran which can compete in world trade. For this kind of industry using nano materials as the primary materials or in other steps of process and developing standards will be very helpful. This kind of researches will helpful for developing a long range policy for nanotechnology in Iran.

In the context of product purchases, Customization Services refer to the ability of customers to modify specifications, such as appearance, performance, and configuration, according to their preferences and needs. The commerce sector has also undergone digitalization with the use of tools such as 3D models on websites and apps. This trend extends across various fields, from everyday items to the automotive industry, where Customization Services are gaining considerable attention. A distinctive feature of Customization Services is the capability of users to create a product tailored to their preferences using an extensive array of options. However, a multitude of choices can be a source of stress owing to information overload, leading to indecision during services usage. Therefore, this research aims to investigate whether the way information is presented to users during the customization process influences smooth decision-making and consequently affects Purchase Intention. Initially interviews were conducted to identify factors hindering user choices in the product creation process. These findings suggest that the current User Interface (UI) might contribute to user indecision by presenting only information about the product being created, without facilitating comparisons. Additionally, specific elements that users wished to present during the product creation process were identified. Subsequently, UI samples were created based on the obtained elements and measurements of Decision Fatigue and Purchase Intention were conducted. These results confirmed that providing users with information that enables product comparisons can alleviate decision-making obstacles. Furthermore, Individual Differences in personal experiences and interests related to sneaker purchases were closely associated with the effectiveness of information presentation. This research contributes as a pioneering research endeavour to the increasing landscape of product Customization Services. It aims to help users efficiently discover and make decisions regarding their preferences for more user-friendly services.

User experience (UX) is very contextual, and it's usually understood as an interaction between users and products or services. The term user experience is often used in the context of websites and apps, but also in view of physical use of products. UX encompasses all the effects and experiences, whether physical or emotional, that customers experience before, during and after using products. In an automotive context, UX may begin with the external appearance of cars and continues throughout the entire usage until the driver and passengers leave the cars. If this UX is experienced as positive and satisfying, perception improves leading to increasing recommendation rates and reputation of the specific product and the behind lying manufacturer. Exemplary product characteristics that support good UX include visually appealing design, the joy of using a car, but also whether the drivers and passengers can identify with the product. In addition, the enjoyment of a particular product is not dispensable for a good UX, which is limited to the use of the product, but also has effects beyond that. In many product areas, UX is well described. There are also various definitions of how to achieve a good UX in certain product areas, but these recommendations are not universally applicable and often cannot be directly applied to other products. Looking at UX in the automotive industry, there is no clear definition of which parameters must be considered to achieve a good UX and how these parameters are categorized. In this context, the presented research introduces a methodology for evaluating the UX of modern cars. There are four main research questions underlying this paper: (1) How to define UX in terms of cars. (2) How can these definitions be applied and evaluated? (3) How do car manufacturers try to provide a good UX in modern cars? and (4) How can aspects of UX be included in the development processes of new cars? Through empirical research, key parameters have been identified to provide a definition of UX of modern cars. These parameters are then weighted according to a scientific approach using various methods and empirical studies. Based on the introduced definition, an exemplary modern premium car is evaluated to classify the actual state of UX. Furthermore, the combination of state-of-the-art UX in modern cars and the novel scientific approach to weight the different parameters is applied in exemplary use cases to point out the potential of the method to improve automotive development processes by integration of UX – related aspects even in early vehicle conception sequences.

The challenge of demographic change combined with decreasing numbers of care personal is widely known. To ensure the service of individual care for seniors, researchers work on developing digital devices to support the caregivers in their day-to-day tasks. Especially the Covid-19 pandemic emphasized this need for flexible services. In this context, service robots are not only able to overcome this challenge, but to also support in other use cases such as therapy of children with autism spectrum disorder, or teaching. Regardless of their area of application, their usage and benefits highly depend on the user acceptance. Consequently, many studies on their appearance, behavior as well as their usefulness and acceptance have been undertaken. However, the studies on acceptance measurements are difficult to compare due to different study designs and therefore are hard to build upon. This is the case since traditional acceptance models such as the Technology Acceptance Model by Davis (1989), are not considered as sufficient for the interaction-focused technology of robots. Therefore, it is difficult and time-consuming for researchers to determine the most appropriate model in order to measure the acceptance of the developed service robots. To be able to measure new robot developments in this rapidly evolving research field, an overview on existing models as well as their application options is necessary.To support researchers and developers the aim of this research is to provide an overview on existing models for the acceptance measurements of service robots. To reach the objective, the following main research question is proposed: Which models currently exist to measure the acceptance of different service robots?Following the taxonomy on literature reviews by Cooper (1988), the focus of this literature review is on existing research methods and practices. The goal is to integrate existing literature within a matrix to identify central issues, by having a neutral perspective. The research follows the guidelines of Brocke et al. (2009) including a concept-centric approach of Webster and Watson (2002) for the literature analysis and synthesis. The foundation builds a search based on the search string robot* AND accept* AND (measur* OR method* OR model* OR evaluation*) which was used for Scopus, Science Direct, IEEE Xplore as well as Google Scholar. From the 274 identified research paper duplicates and non-English ones are excluded, which is resulting in 226 unique research paper. Those are further clustered and the 19 identified acceptance models for service robots are brought into relation to the robotic classification of Onnasch et al. (2020). The concept-matrix reveals that most models are highly specific to a certain field of application or target group. In addition, a large number of acceptance models for service robots were found, but most of them are not commonly used. This concept-centric literature review gives a structured overview that can be used by researchers and developers to quickly identify the most suitable model for their research. However, some characteristics are not covered or just covered from different models. Consequently, further research on how to overcome these gaps is required.
