The diploma thesis deals with the observation of the values of selected parameters (especially the static modulus of elasticity) of light-weight concrete in compression before and after multiple cyclic loading. The deformation of test specimens during multiple cyclic loading were measured with resistive strain gauges. Test specimens (cylinders with a diameter of 150 mm and height of a 300 mm) were cyclically loaded and up to 4 500 loading cycles were performed. We prove existence and uniqueness of a 3-fold cover of a 2-(15,7,3) design, and give several constructions. Then we prove that the automorphism group is 3.Alt(7). Kawamata proved that extremal divisorial contraction X->Y which contracts a divisor to a cyclic quotient terminal singularity is unique for threefold case. However, this result may have trouble in higher dimension. In the end of this thesis, we provide some counterexamples and partial results showing that there may be infinitely many choices of the weighted blowups which contracts a divisor to a cyclic quotient terminal singularity in dimension 4.
