There has been increasing concern about the related issues of community museum, yet domestic research of community museum education hasn’t much been found. Through the planning and practicing of education programs of “I-lan Wine Factory Museum” and “Library of I-lan County’s History”, the purpose of this study was to investigate the teaching model of community museum education. This study utilized the methods including literature review, field survey, interviews, on-sight observation and document analysis to develop education programs of “I-lan Wine Factory Museum” and “Library of I-lan County’s History”. The students from the fifth and sixth grade class of Kuang-fu and Ao-hua elementary schools were the subjects to practice teaching. Following the teaching activities, then quantitative and qualitative methods were adopted to evaluate the practice of the education programs. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The development process of “I-lan Wine Factory Museum” education program involved stages of gathering data through field survey, sorting out the data, planning visiting routes, editing manuals, revising, and finishing program design. The contents included visiting routes planning, editing of study manual and interpreter’s manual. 2. The development process of “Library of I-lan County’s History” education program involved stages of organizing a planning group, group discussion, expert forum, constructing basic planning structure, exhibition design, editing manuals, revising, and finishing program design. The contents included exhibition design, editing of study manual and interpreter’s manual. 3. Students showed great interest in the educational activities of “I-lan Wine Factory Museum” and “Library of I-lan County’s History”. The difficulty of the study manual was suitable for them to learn. And most thought that such museum education enhanced their understanding about I-lan Wine Factory Museum and Library of I-lan County’s History. Based on the results, the researcher has made several suggestions on museum educators and possibilities for future research: build school-museum partnership, reinforce the function of study manual and interpreter’s manual, build guidance interpretation system in a systematic way, work on the related studies on community museum, and establish a research group of teaching design.

Aqui iremos descrever todas as atividades desenvolvidas durante o estágio, numa descrição e reflexão cuidada que acompanha todas as etapas do mesmo. Numa perspetiva mais teórica, faremos também uma abordagem ao património da cidade e de todo o concelho e trataremos com mais profundidade o Mosteiro de Santa Maria e o Museu do Vinho de Alcobaça.Ao longo dos cerca de sete séculos de atividade monástica que o Mosteiro de Santa Maria de Alcobaça teve, foi gravando o seu nome, de forma profunda, na História de Portugal. A história desta abadia cisterciense está intimamente relacionada com a história do nosso país. Foi no seguimento das primeiras conquistas cristãs, realizadas por D. Afonso Henriques e que deram origem a Portugal, que foi dada permissão para a construção do majestoso Mosteiro de Alcobaça. Ao longo de toda a vivência dos monges em Alcobaça, estes foram deixando uma impressionante marca na sociedade portuguesa com especial destaque para o facto de este local ter sido um verdadeiro impulsionador da vida cultural portuguesa, bem como muito inovador na área da agricultura.No Museu do Vinho de Alcobaça, podemos encontrar um espólio muito vasto com um enfoque regional, mas também nacional. Ao visitar este espaço fazemos uma viagem aos tempos áureos da vitivinicultura no nosso país e, sobretudo, na zona de Alcobaça, onde é exposto um amplo acervo proveniente da antiga Junta Nacional do Vinho e do atual Instituto da Vinha e do Vinho. Alcobaça Cultural Heritage: Alcobaça Wine Museum This work is the end result of a six-month traineeship in Alcobaça Wine Museum. Here we will describe all the activities developed during the internship, in a careful description and reflection that follows all its stages. From a more theoretical perspective we will also take a look at the city's heritage and the whole municipality addressing in more depth the Santa Maria Monastery and the Alcobaça Wine Museum.Over its nearly seven centuries of monastic activity, the Monastery of Santa Maria of Alcobaça had its name deeply engraved in the history of Portugal. The history of this Cistercian abbey is closely related to the history of our country. It was following the first Christian conquests made by D. Afonso Henriques - which originated Portugal - that permission was given for the construction of the majestic Alcobaça Monastery. Throughout their life in Alcobaça, the monks left an impressive mark on Portuguese society with special emphasis on the fact that this place was a true driver of Portuguese cultural life, as well as very innovative in the field of agriculture.In the Alcobaça Wine Museum we can find a very large collection with a regional but also a national focus. When visiting this space, we take a trip to the golden age of winemaking in our country and especially in the Alcobaça area, where a large collection from the former National Wine Board and the current Institute of the Vine and Wine is exhibited. Full textResumo - A história recente da vitivinicultura em Portugal, passa pelos documentos, objectos e edifícios deixados pela Junta Nacional do Vinho, pois este organismo de coordenação económica conduziu o sector vitivinícola, durante décadas (1937-1986). Quando foi extinta, a JNV deixou um extenso património herdado pelo Instituto da Vinha e do Vinho que urge salvaguardar. Com esse objectivo foi elaborado o presente estudo, abordando as seguintes questões: A justificação para a criação da Junta Nacional do Vinho, cuja função principal era a regularização de mercado, remonta ao início do século XX quando surgiram os problemas no sector vitivinícola, devido ao excesso de produção de vinho, a falta de escoamento e de qualidade do produto, bem como a desorganização de mercados. A acção da JNV desenvolveu-se no âmbito dos vinhos comuns em torno destas vertentes. Ao longo da sua actividade contribuiu para a modernização e organização do sector, para a divulgação e conhecimentos em torno do vinho e para o fomento de adegas cooperativas vitivinícolas, em termos nacionais. Os vestígios das actividades desenvolvidas pela JNV, durante o período de quase meio século, representam o testemunho histórico da actividade vitivinícola durante o Estado Novo, permitindo justificar o interesse na preservação do seu património, constituído, respectivamente pelo espólio museológico e bibliográfico, e pelos edifícios, devidamente apetrechados com equipamento tecnológico representativo da época, dispersos de Norte a Sul do País. Por fim foram sugeridas hipóteses para a salvaguarda deste património permitindo a conservação dos registos e das memórias de um passado recente para as gerações vindouras
Résumé - L'histoire récente de la vitiviniculture au Portugal, passe par les documents, objets et bâtiments laissés par la Junta Nacional do Vinho (JNV), donc cet organisme de coordination économique a conduit le secteur vinicole, pendant des décennies (1937-1986). Quand ce a été éteinte, JNV a laissé un étendu patrimoine hérité par l'Institut de la Vigne et du Vin qui incite à sauvegarder. Avec cet objectif a été élaborée la présente étude, s'abordant les suivantes questions: La justification pour la création de la Junta Nacional do Vinho, dont la fonction principale était la régularisation de marché du vin, retrace au début du siècle XX quand sont apparus les problèmes dans le secteur vinicole, dû à l'excès de production de vin, du manque de vidange et de qualité du produit, ainsi que la désorganisation de marchés. L'action de JNV s'est développée dans le contexte des vins communs dans tour de ces sources. Au long de son activité a contribué à la modernisation et à l'organisation du secteur vitivinicole, pour la divulgation et les connaissances autour du vin et à l'encouragement de caves coopératives vinicoles, dans des termes nationaux. Les vestiges des activités développées par JNV, pendant la période presque à moitié de siècle, représentent l'homologation historique de l'activité vinicole pendant l'État Nouveau, permettant de justifier l'intérêt dans la conservation de leur patrimoine, constitué, respectivement par la dépouille muséologique et bibliographique, et par les bâtiments, dûment équipés avec équipement technologique représentatif du temps, et dispersé du Nord au sud du Pays. Finalement ont été suggérées des hypothèses pour la sauvegarde de ce patrimoine en permettant la conservation des registres et des mémoires d'un passé récent pour les générations future
Abstract - The recent portuguese history of vine and wine sector must pass by documents, objects and buildings left by “Junta Nacional do Vinho (JNV)”,” , because it conducted the wine sector during decades (1937-1986). On this work, we proceeded to the analysis of the vine and wine sector in Portugal, with a particular distinction to the “common wine”, to the action of the “Junta Nacional do Vinho” whereas an economic co-ordination authority and its respective patrimony. In this context, a research was made to identify the causes of the production excess during the XX century, and the enlargement of the vine plantation contributing for the lack of flowing of the Portuguese wine, as well as for the production surplus crisis and the sector disorganisation. In this historical course, we analysed the implementation of the vine and wine economic co-ordination authority, with a special prominence to the actions of the “Junta Nacional do Vinho (JNV)”, whose main mission consisted in the regularisation of the wine sector and its own market. The JNV fulfilled these functions from 1937 till 1986, being replaced by the “Instituto da Vinha e do Vinho (IVV)”, and due to the Portuguese adhesion to the European Economic Community (CEE). Finally, we made a survey of the movable and immovable property, the historic inherited by the IVV, mainly consisting in the museum collect and bibliographic assets, and the warehouses sparse all over the country, from North to South. We also tried to analyse the conditions and motivations for the preservation of this patrimony and formulate hypothesis for its re-utilisation, permitting keep this registrations for future generations
