Abstract:
With the rapid growth of web services on the internet, web service discovery has become a hot topic in services computing. Faced with the heterogeneous and unstructured service descriptions, many service clustering approaches have been proposed to promote web service discovery, and many other approaches leveraged auxiliary features to enhance the classical LDA model to achieve better clustering performance. However, these extended LDA approaches still have limitations in processing data sparsity and noise words. This article proposes a novel web service clustering approach by incorporating LDA with word embedding, which leverages relevant words obtained based on word embedding to improve the performance of web service clustering. Especially, the semantically relevant words of service keywords by Word2vec were used to train the word embeddings and then incorporated into the LDA training process. Finally, experiments conducted on a real-world dataset published on ProgrammableWeb show that the authors' proposed approach can achieve better clustering performance than several classical approaches.

Abstract:
This paper addresses semantic search of Web services using natural language processing. First we survey various existing approaches, focusing on the fact that the expensive costs of current semantic annotation frameworks result in limited use of semantic search for large scale applications. We then propose a service search framework based on the vector space model to combine the traditional frequency weighted term-document matrix, the syntactical information extracted from a lexical database and a dependency grammar parser. In particular, instead of using terms as the rows in a term-document matrix, we propose using synsets from WordNet to distinguish different meanings of a word under different contexts as well as clustering different words with similar meanings. Also based on the characteristics of Web services descriptions, we propose an approach to identifying semantically important terms to adjust weightings. Our experiments show that our approach achieves its goal well.

Abstract:
We live today in a digital world a tremendous amount of data is generated by each digital service we use. This vast amount of data generated is called Big Data. According to Wikipedia, Big Data is a word for large data sets or compositions that the traditional data monitoring application software is pitiful to compress [5]. Extensive data cannot be used to receive data, store data, analyse data, search, share, transfer, view, consult, and update and maintain the confidentiality of information. Google's streaming services, YouTube, are one of the best examples of services that produce a massive amount of data in a brief period. Data extraction of a significant amount of data is done using Hadoop and MapReduce to measure performance. Hadoop is a system that offers consistent memory. Storage is provided by HDFS (Hadoop Distributed File System) and MapReduce analysis. MapReduce is a programming model and a corresponding implementation for processing large data sets. This article presents the analysis of Big Data on YouTube using the Hadoop and MapReduce techniques.

Abstract:
This paper describes a Continuous Speech Understanding System that allows information services to be accessed through the telephone line. It accepts queries within a restricted semantic domain, expressed in free but syntactically correct natural language, with a lexicon of the order of 800 words. In the implementation here described, a user can access an electronic mailbox or a train information service through a PABX telephone line. The architecture of the system is based on two main modules that represent and use different knowledge sources. A speaker independent recognition module generates, for each utterance, a lattice of word hypotheses which is the interface to an understanding module that performs the syntactic and semantic analysis. The recognition module is based on Hidden Markov Models of subword units, and performs the acoustic decoding process according to a beam search strategy. The understanding module finds the most likely sequence of words and represents its meaning in a format which facilitates the access to a database. It makes use of a modified caseframe analysis guided by the word hypotheses scores. Experiments were performed with 600 sentences from 10 speakers on the E-Mail application task. Using 15 Gaussian mixtures per state, a word accuracy of 75.7 was obtained with a test vocabulary of 787 words and no linguistic constraints. Linguistic processing of the corresponding lattices achieved a sentence understanding rate of 82%.

The relationship between visual discomfort (or asthenopia) and different types of work using display units for 10,626 videodisplay terminal operators of the Italian Telecommunication Company was studied. Visual discomfort was evaluated as related to data entry, data checking, word processing, dialogue, enquiry, and various services. Chi-squared indicated that visual discomfort was not significantly related to any particular type of work for subjects with similar amounts of weekly time using videodisplay units. These findings are consistent with earlier results indicating that the main factor determining visual fatigue in VDT operators is the amount of time spent on the display units.

Aims and methodThe level of reading ability required to understand written information about key mental health issues designed for service users is examined. Information was taken from four reputable internet sources and analysed for readability. The relevant literature in relation to psychiatric patients and literacy is reviewed and potential solutions are proposed.ResultsA considerable proportion of the available information has a reading age at or above 14 years. Some organisations appear better than others in providing information at a more appropriate level of reading ability.Clinical implicationsWritten information aimed at users of psychiatric services may not take into account that they are more likely to have impaired reading ability, even though they might not have an identified intellectual disability. Professionals who develop written materials can use tools in word processing software to assist with the appropriate development of these materials. Information technology could in the future provide information directed at users of psychiatric services that does not rely so heavily on written material.

Abstract:
Analyzing and gathering the people’s reactions on product trading, public services, etc. are crucial. Sentiment analysis (also termed as opinion mining) is a usual dialogue preparing act that plans on discovering the sentiments after opinions in texts on changing subjects. This research work adopts a novel sentiment analysis approach that comprises six phases like (i) Pre-processing, (ii) Keyword extraction and its sentiment categorization, (iii) Semantic word extraction, (iv) Semantic similarity checking, (v) Feature extraction, and (vi) Classification. Accordingly, the Mongodb documented tweets initially underwent pre-processing with stop word removal, stemming, and blank space removal. Regarding the extracted keywords, the existing semantic words are derived after categorizing the sentiment of keywords. Additionally, the semantic similarity score is evaluated along with their keywords. The subsequent step is feature extraction, where the Holoentropy features such as cross Holoentropy and joint Holoentropy are formulated. Along with this, the extraction of weighted holoentropy features is the major work, where weight is multiplied with the holoentropy features. Moreover, in order to enhance the performance of classification results, the constant term utilized in evaluating the weight function is optimized. For this optimal tuning, a new, improved algorithm termed as Self Adaptive Moth Flame Optimization (SA-MFO) is introduced, which is the adaptive version of MFO algorithm. For classification, this paper aims to use the Deep Convolutional Neural network (DCNN), where the batch size is fine-tuned using the same SA-MFO algorithm. Finally, the performance of the proposed work is compared over other conventional models with respect to different performance measures.

Abstract:
Buying behavior of consumers in Cement industry is greatly influenced by retailers as they are the last point in the distribution channel and have a direct understanding of consumer’s requirements. The retailers experience firsthand reactions of customers on product, services and quality assessments. In practice, it is very easy for a retailer to impress on the customer with a change in brand even at the very last moment. Because cement retailing is not exclusive and variety of competitive brands is available in the same outlet, it is important that the manufacturing company take great efforts to satisfy the retailers and keep their “support service levels” very high. The research through a field survey explores retailer’s perspective on support services offered by Vembanad White Cement. Suggestions are given to the company on increasing support services to the retailers through efficient complaint handling, credits and processing speed to enable smooth transactions between the retailers and the customers. Retailer’s satisfaction would influence buying behavior of end customers in a positive way. Proactive and personal approach from the company will make the retailers take interest to pass positive feedbacks to the consumers on product and its quality. In the buying process, recommendations from the retailers are the final step in sealing sales with the customers. Hence it is important to understand the retailer’s suggestions for improvements in service levels. Implementing these improvements will not only promote positive attitude of the retailers, in turn, it will also pass on as positive word of mouth to the customers encouraging larger client base and profits to the company.

Abstract:
Libraries are expensive and research libraries are particularly expensive. Even in the United States, few people can afford good access to primary scientific, medical, legal and scholarly information. Members of major universities have excellent library services. So do people who work in teaching hospitals, or for drug companies or rich law firms. Others have access to information only through the tedious, inefficient system of interlibrary lending. In less affluent countries the situation is worse; even the best universities cannot afford good libraries. Must access to scientific and professional information always be expensive, or is it possible that digital libraries might change this sad situation? The costs of a conventional research library fall into three main categories: facilities (which include buildings), library materials and staff. In digital libraries, the facilities costs are small, since digital libraries avoid the need for expensive buildings. Digital libraries require computers and networks, but these are relatively inexpensive, and the costs to users are shared with other services, such as electronic mail and word processing...

Abstract:
<p><strong>Abstract.</strong> In the big data era, real-time log data analysis is becoming the important demands for Internet enterprises, behind these data hiding big value. Map Word, the National Platform for Common GeoSpatial Information Services in China, is a one-stop website providing geospatial information services to personal users, enterprises, professional agencies and governments. After 7 years’ development of the platform, the traffic increased significantly, reaching 200 million service requests per day. But due to the lack of effective analysis and processing technology, the log data did not play its value, which lead to disconnection between the top-level design of national common geospatial information services and the actual demands of the users in a way. Now, the geospatial information service in China is trying to shift from the data production driven to the demand driven actively, and how to understand the demands of users became one imperious issue for research. In addition, the access behaviour of group users to common geospatial information services has a social nature and there is a certain group access behaviour pattern. This mode has high intensity of access aggregation and spontaneity, and determines the demand of common geospatial information services for cloud computing resources. Parts of the above demands can be analysed from the log data. Therefore, how to develop a log analysis system for unified real-time collection, real-time analysis, centralized storage, and graphical display is the key to support the demands. Flume, Kafka, Storm, Redis and HBase have been integrated to design and implement a distributed real-time log analysis system supporting online and offline log analysis. The system is composed of log collection module, asynchronous communication module, real time analysis and calculation module, data cashing and storage module, and visualization module. The system was release and integrated with Map World in June 2017 successfully, and the implementation of the system indicates that it can efficiently solve the problems of real-time log data collection, real-time analysis, real-time storage, real-time query, massive data storage, offline analysis, etc. It played an important role in map data update, policy making, product decisions, online server load prediction, resource allocation optimization, Internet security improvement and operation funs evaluation.</p>

PurposeDespite the fact that prosocial motivation is related to word of mouth (WOM), few studies have been conducted to investigate the psychological and behavioral processes that mediate the two constructs. This study aims to explore customers’ relational interactions, specifically customer-to-employee interaction (via customer participation), customer-to-customer interaction and customer-to-brand interaction (via brand commitment), as mediators of the prosocial motivation–WOM linkage. Specifically, this paper examines the serial mediation model, in which prosocial motivation increases customer participation and customer-to-customer interaction, which in turn increase brand commitment and WOM sequentially.Design/methodology/approachThis study collected survey data from two different samples, including higher degree research education and fitness gym services (highly interactive, people-processing service contexts), and used partial least square method to analyze the multiple serial mediations.FindingsThe results of this study show two serial mediating processes through which prosocial motivation influences WOM: 1. prosocial motivation → customer participation → brand commitment → WOM; and 2. prosocial motivation → customer-to-customer interaction → brand commitment → WOM.Practical implicationsThe findings provide managerial insights into how marketers can foster a more interactive service environment to encourage prosocial customers to engage in WOM more effectively.Originality/valueThis study contributes to the literature on services WOM by illustrating the behavioral and psychological processes that underlie the effect of prosocial motivation on WOM.

Abstract:
Recently, more personalized travel methods have emerged in the tourism industry, such as individual travel and self-guided travel. The service models of traditional tourism limit the diversity of service options and cannot fully meet the individual needs of tourists anymore. The aim is to integrate sparse tourism information on the Internet, thereby providing more convenient, faster, and more personalized tourism services. Based on the shortcomings of the traditional tourism recommendation system, a deep learning-based classification processing method of tourism product information is proposed. This method uses word embedding in the data preprocessing stage. The Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is used to process review information of users and tourism service items. The Deep Neural Network (DNN) is used to process the necessary information of users and tourism service items. Also, factorization machine technology is used to learn the interaction between the extracted features to improve the prediction model. The results show that the proposed model can maintain an excellent precision of 64.2% when generating personalized recommendation lists for users. The sensitivity and accuracy of the recommendation list are better than other algorithms. By adding DNN, the word embedding method, and the factorization machine model, the precision is improved by 30%, 33.3%, and 40%, respectively. The model accuracy is the highest with 40 hidden factors, 100 convolutions, and a 100+50 combination hidden layer. Compared with traditional methods, the proposed algorithm can provide users with personalized travel products more accurately in personalized travel recommendations. The results have enriched and developed the theory of tourism service supply chain, providing a reference for constructing a personalized tourism service system.

Abstract:
The emergence of Twitter in Thailand has given millions of users a platform to express and share their opinions about products and services, among other subjects, and so Twitter is considered to be a rich source of information for companies to understand their customers by extracting and analyzing sentiment from Tweets. This offers companies a fast and effective way to monitor public opinions on their brands, products, services, etc. However, sentiment analysis performed on Thai Tweets has challenges brought about by language-related issues, such as the difference in writing systems between Thai and English, short-length messages, slang words, and word usage variation. This research paper focuses on Tweet classification and on solving data sparsity issues. We propose a mixed method of supervised learning techniques and lexicon-based techniques to filter Thai opinions and to then classify them into positive, negative, or neutral sentiments. The proposed method includes a number of pre-processing steps before the text is fed to the classifier. Experimental results showed that the proposed method overcame previous limitations from other studies and was very effective in most cases. The average accuracy was 84.80 %, with 82.42 % precision, 83.88 % recall, and 82.97 % F-measure.

Currently, sentiment analysis into positive or negative getting more attention from the researchers. With the rapid development of the internet and social media have made people express their views and opinion publicly. Analyzing the sentiment in people views and opinion impact many fields such as services and productions that companies offer. Movie reviewer needs many processing to be prepared to detect emotion, classify them and achieve high accuracy. The difficulties arise due of the structure and grammar of the language and manage the dictionary. We present a system that assigns scores indicating positive or negative opinion to each distinct entity in the text corpus. Propose an innovative formula to compute the polarity score for each word occurring in the text and find it in positive dictionary or negative dictionary we have to remove it from text. After classification, the words are stored in a list that will be used to calculate the accuracy. The results reveal that the system achieved the best results in accuracy of 76.585%.

Abstract:
This report focusses on the planning and realization of an interdisciplinary local area network (LAN) for medical research at the University of Heidelberg. After a detailed requirements analysis, several networks were evaluated by means of a test installation, and a cost-performance analysis was carried out. At present, the LAN connects 45 (IBM-compatible) PCs, several heterogeneous mainframes (IBM, DEC and Siemens) and provides access to the public X.25 network and to wide-area networks for research (EARN, BITNET). The network supports application software that is frequently needed in medical research (word processing, statistics, graphics, literature databases and services, etc.). Compliance with existing “official” (e.g., IEEE 802.3) and “de facto” standards (e.g., PostScript) was considered to be extremely important for the selection of both hardware and software. Customized programs were developed to improve access control, user interface and on-line help. Wide acceptance of the LAN was achieved through extensive education and maintenance facilities, e.g., teaching courses, customized manuals and a hotline service. Since requirements of clinical routine differ substantially from medical research needs, two separate networks (with a gateway in between) are proposed as a solution to optimally satisfy the users’ demands.

Abstract:
A brief review of the UK agricultural industry and the organisations which support it is given. The increasing use of computers, large and small, to assist in all aspects of scientific and technical information (STI) and library work in organiza tions of all kinds and sizes is discussed, with examples. The move beyond on-line bibliographic literature searches to those involving specialist factual databanks and the link with word processing to provide indexes to in-house reports is included. The differing needs of small and large organizations, and those with several office locations are considered. The problem of software packages' (lack of) robustness and comprehensiveness together with their specificity which prevents easy data transfer between computers or over networks is highlighted. The possi bilities of videotex as a bridging device for end-users to bypass computing type problems' are discussed, along with the need to keep data secure from unauthorised users. It is argued that the opportunity for total integration of information services in an organization, beyond traditional STI and library areas, with the help of computers, should now be taken.

Abstract:
Purpose This study aims to discern emerging trends and provide a longitudinal perspective on merchandising research by identifying relationships between merchandising-related subdomains/themes. Design/methodology/approach This study sourced 657 merchandising-related articles published since 1960, from the Scopus database and 425 from Web of Science. After processing and normalizing the data, this study performed co-word and thematic network analyses. Taking a text mining approach, this study used topic modeling to identify a set of coherent topics characterized by the keywords of the articles. Findings This study identified the following merchandising-related themes: branding, retail, consumer, behavior, modeling, textile and clothing industry and visual merchandising. Although visual merchandising was the first type of merchandising to be used in-store, only recently has it become an emerging topic in the academic literature. There has been a further trend over the past decade to understand the adoption of simulation technology, such as computer-aided design, particularly in supply chain management in the clothing industry. These and other findings contribute to the discussion of the merchandising concept, approached from an evolutionary perspective. Research limitations/implications The conclusions of this study hold implications at the intersection of merchandising, sectors, new technologies, research methodologies and merchandising-practitioner education. Research trends suggest that, in the future, virtual reality and augmented reality using neuroscientific methods will be applied to the e-merchandising context. Practical implications The different dimensions of merchandising can be used to leverage store managers’ decision-making process toward an integrated store-management strategy. In particular, by adopting loyalty merchandising tactics, the store can generate emotional attachment among consumers, who will perceive its value and services as unique, thanks to merchandising items designed specifically with that aim in mind. The stimulation of unplanned purchases, the strategic location of products and duration of each merchandising activity in the store, the digitalization of merchandising and the application of findings from neuroscience studies are some of the most relevant practical applications. Originality/value This study provides the first-ever longitudinal review of the state of the art in merchandising research, taking a holistic perspective of this field of knowledge spanning a 60-year period. The work makes a valuable contribution to the development of the marketing discipline.

Abstract:
Background – The restaurant industry is a very competitive industry to attract and retain consumers. Restaurant owners need to understand how consumers want, need and perceptions. Word of mouth (WOM) has an important role in any effective marketing strategy for the restaurant industry. Purpose – This study aims to determine the influence of food quality, the quality of personal interaction, the quality of the physical environment, the perceived value, and the quality of the relationship (satisfaction, trust, and commitment) on the behavior of mouth-to-mouth intention of customers where to eat Javanese specialties in Surabaya. Design / Methodology / Approach – This study uses a sample of 200 respondents. The data processing method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL 8.8 for Window software. The target population in this study is all people who have eaten and drank in one of the 10 places to eat Javanese specialties in Surabaya. The type of sampling in this study is accidental sampling or convenience sampling. Result and Discussion – Food quality, physical environment, personal interactional quality, perceived value have a significant positive effect on satisfaction. Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Word of Mouth and trust. Satisfaction does not have an impact on the customer commitment to eating Javanese specialties in Surabaya. Trust has a significant positive effect on the customers' commitment to eating Javanese specialties in Surabaya. Trust and commitment have no influence on the word of mouth intention of customers to eat Javanese specialties in Surabaya. Conclusion – The results of the study found that customers of Javanese cuisine in Surabaya rated satisfaction as not the main assessment in forming a commitment to return to enjoy the food served. Business actors need to find and develop new things from other aspects such as beautifying interior and exterior buildings or increasing the variety of food and improving services and small things such as cleanliness. In the restaurant business, it is necessary to develop more value which is not owned by competitors. This makes it difficult for customers to find other alternatives. Researh Limitations – In this study, it was found that the Commitment variable alone was not sufficient in measuring the relationship between commitment and word of mouth intention, researchers needed to measure the commitment variable into three parts, namely affective commitment, calculative commitment and normative commitment. By measuring the commitment dimension, further research is expected to see how the results of the impact of the commitment dimension on word of mouth intention in the service industry.

Abstract:
Along with the development of computer and information technology and the arrival of the digital reading wave, more and more users have switched the way they meet their reading needs to digital reading systems, At the same time, a variety of digital reading systems have also been created. However, most digital reading systems focus on how to present a better reading style, but little research has been done on how to use artificial intelligence and big data technology to provide intelligent information services and user behavior analysis. In such a large environment, a digital reading system that can provide reading behavior collection and intelligent analysis, while providing intelligent reading analysis function, will have broad research prospects. The digital reading system studied in this paper can provide reading behavior analysis and intelligent recommendation service for professional users based on artificial intelligence and big data technology. At the same time, the system uses artificial intelligence technology to realize the functions of bilingual learning reading, new word induction records, etc., which can provide users with knowledge efficiency. In addition, the system utilizes big data technology to provide users with information services such as communication content exchange. The main innovations of this digital reading system are computer automatic clauses based on Chinese and English syntax features, data layering processing mechanism that takes into account the speed and quality of book analysis, and book encryption and decryption schemes across computer systems. The system is based on a C/S and B/S fusion architecture and includes a reading system based on PC and Android. It can present customized ePub electronic resources, and collect users’ reading behavior through mobile screen or mouse and other devices, then use artificial intelligence and big data technology to analyze user data, and finally generate user reading reports. At present, the whole system has been applied in many universities, and the reading level of students and the work efficiency of teachers have been greatly improved, which proves that this digital reading system has high practical value.

Abstract:
Child physical abuse is a leading cause of traumatic injury and death in children. In 2017, child abuse was responsible for 1688 fatalities in the United States, of 3.5 million children referred to Child Protection Services and 674,000 substantiated victims. While large referral hospitals maintain teams trained in Child Abuse Pediatrics, smaller community hospitals often do not have such dedicated resources to evaluate patients for potential abuse. Moreover, identification of abuse has a low margin of error, as false positive identifications lead to unwarranted separations, while false negatives allow dangerous situations to continue. This context makes the consistent detection of and response to abuse difficult, particularly given subtle signs in young, non-verbal patients. Here, we describe the development of artificial intelligence algorithms that use unstructured free-text in the electronic medical record—including notes from physicians, nurses, and social workers—to identify children who are suspected victims of physical abuse. Importantly, only the notes from time of first encounter (e.g.: birth, routine visit, sickness) to the last record before child protection team involvement were used. This allowed us to develop an algorithm using only information available prior to referral to the specialized child protection team. The study was performed in a multi-center referral pediatric hospital on patients screened for abuse within five different locations between 2015 and 2019. Of 1123 patients, 867 records were available after data cleaning and processing, and 55% were abuse-positive as determined by a multi-disciplinary team of clinical professionals. These electronic medical records were encoded with three natural language processing (NLP) algorithms—Bag of Words (BOW), Word Embeddings (WE), and Rules-Based (RB)—and used to train multiple neural network architectures. The BOW and WE encodings utilize the full free-text, while RB selects crucial phrases as identified by physicians. The best architecture was selected by average classification accuracy for the best performing model from each train-test split of a cross-validation experiment. Natural language processing coupled with neural networks detected cases of likely child abuse using only information available to clinicians prior to child protection team referral with average accuracy of 0.90±0.02 and average area under the receiver operator characteristic curve (ROC-AUC) 0.93±0.02 for the best performing Bag of Words models. The best performing rules-based models achieved average accuracy of 0.77±0.04 and average ROC-AUC 0.81±0.05, while a Word Embeddings strategy was severely limited by lack of representative embeddings. Importantly, the best performing model had a false positive rate of 8%, as compared to rates of 20% or higher in previously reported studies. This artificial intelligence approach can help screen patients for whom an abuse concern exists and streamline the identification of patients who may benefit from referral to a child protection team. Furthermore, this approach could be applied to develop computer-aided-diagnosis platforms for the challenging and often intractable problem of reliably identifying pediatric patients suffering from physical abuse.

Abstract:
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to develop a model to examine the female consumer’s intention to shop online. The rising number of female online shoppers has compelled the analysts and online vendors to believe that understanding the attitude and behaviour of the female consumers is very crucial for their growth. Design/methodology/approach A conceptual model is proposed that expands the theory of reasoned action (TRA) with three additional constructs, namely, trust, convenience and customer service. The proposed model is examined with the help of questionnaire responses collected from 909 online shoppers from India. Findings The paper empirically shows that there is a significant influence of attitude, convenience, customer service and subjective norm on the female consumer’s intention to buy online. Customer service acts as the most crucial factor in influencing the attitude of female consumers towards online shopping. The paper also points out that trust does not directly affect the female’s intention to shop online but indirectly influences it through attitude. Practical implications The paper has significant implications for practitioners. First, the results advocate that convenience and customer service are the vital antecedents to both behavioural intention and behavioural attitude. Second, the paper also showcases that trust influences behavioural intention indirectly through attitude, stressing the need for the online retailers to develop consumers’ trust in online shopping. Originality/value The paper examines TRA framework in the context of female online shopping, while earlier studies have concentrated completely on efficiency-based software tools like word processing, spreadsheets, etc. The integration of the three constructs – trust, convenience and customer service – in the TRA framework has not been studied in the past. The interaction effect of the different elements of customer services on the female consumer behaviour has never been examined in the previous research works.

The word cloud in cloud computing is used as a symbol for internet since it offers various computing services as well as resources like storage, servers, platforms and applications are provided to devices over the internet. Mobile cloud computing joins the cloud computing with mobile computing and giving the shopper with limitless pool of useful resource from cloud without hampering mobility of consumer. The mobile cloud computing generation is developing rapidly many of the customers and at the equal time it introduces the early protection threats inside. A mobile user storing data on the cloud can be read by the cloud service provider or hacked by man-in-middle attack, thus affecting consumer privateers and integrity. So information saved on the cloud have to be encrypted, disallowing unauthorized user to access saved records. Mobile devices are resource constrained since they are battery powered, have less processing power and have less storage space. Any set of rules or technique used for securing mobile users statistics have to don't forget above constraints for powerful makes use of cloud for portable clients. Most of the mobile devices have nearly equal functionalities, so mobile devices will face some problems associated with security and third parties, by this paper we have given a review of different techniques for secure storage of mobile user’s data in the cloud, their merits and demerits for mobile environment.

Abstract:
Purpose The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which school-age children with speech sound disorder (SSD) exhibit concomitant reading difficulties and examine the extent to which phonological processing and speech production abilities are associated with increased likelihood of reading risks. Method Data were obtained from 120 kindergarten, first-grade, and second-grade children who were in receipt of school-based speech therapy services. Children were categorized as being “at risk” for reading difficulties if standardized scores on a word decoding measure were 1 SD or more from the mean. The selected predictors of reading risk included children's rapid automatized naming ability, phonological awareness (PA), and accuracy of speech sound production. Results Descriptive results indicated that just over 25% of children receiving school-based speech therapy for an SSD exhibited concomitant deficits in word decoding and that those exhibiting risk at the beginning of the school year were likely to continue to be at risk at the end of the school year. Results from a hierarchical logistic regression suggested that, after accounting for children's age, general language abilities, and socioeconomic status, both PA and speech sound production abilities were significantly associated with the likelihood of being classified as at risk. Conclusions School-age children with SSD are at increased risk for reading difficulties that are likely to persist throughout an academic year. The severity of phonological deficits, reflected by PA and speech output, may be important indicators of subsequent reading problems.

Abstract:
Maintenance services of geographically dispersed industrial applications, such as oil transfer systems via pipelines and wastewater treatment plants, are affected by high logistics costs and risks of permanent downtimes. The increasing availability of smart technologies and devices has led to the introduction of advanced prognostic and diagnostic systems to support maintenance activities. In this context, artificial immune systems support the development of industrial applications, where machines and equipment are capable of self-repairing, healing and learning due to their ability to learn from experience. However, the applicability of artificial immune systems has a limited set of contexts along with a low incidence of real-word implementations in the literature, and thus, additional explorative studies are necessary. This article describes a proposed hybrid system conceived by integrating a multi-agent system–based architecture with the main features of artificial immune systems and evaluates its potential applications in two different industrial settings. The flexibility of the behaviour of artificial immune systems methodologies allows for the implementation of a reliable diagnostic and prognostic system, while the choice of multi-agent system architecture enables a mix of autonomy and distributed processing that overcomes the strong limitations of a reduced training dataset.

Methods We first manually classified a sample of 988 requests directed to a involuntary childlessness forum on the German website “Rund ums Baby” (“Everything about Babies”) into one or more of 38 categories belonging to two dimensions (“subject matter” and “expectations”). After creating start and synonym lists, we calculated the average Cramer’s V statistic for the association of each word with each category. We also used principle component analysis and singular value decomposition as further text-mining strategies. With these measures we trained regression models and determined, on the basis of best regression models, for any request the probability of belonging to each of the 38 different categories, with a cutoff of 50%. Recall and precision of a test sample were calculated as a measure of quality for the automatic classification. Results According to the manual classification of 988 documents, 102 (10%) documents fell into the category “in vitro fertilization (IVF),” 81 (8%) into the category “ovulation,” 79 (8%) into “cycle,” and 57 (6%) into “semen analysis.” These were the four most frequent categories in the subject matter dimension (consisting of 32 categories). The expectation dimension comprised six categories; we classified 533 documents (54%) as “general information” and 351 (36%) as a wish for “treatment recommendations.” The generation of indicator variables based on the chi-square analysis and Cramer’s V proved to be the best approach for automatic classification in about half of the categories. In combination with the two other approaches, 100% precision and 100% recall were realized in 18 (47%) out of the 38 categories in the test sample. For 35 (92%) categories, precision and recall were better than 80%. For some categories, the input variables (ie, “words”) also included variables from other categories, most often with a negative sign. For example, absence of words predictive for “menstruation” was a strong indicator for the category “pregnancy test.” Conclusions Our approach suggests a way of automatically classifying and analyzing unstructured information in Internet expert forums. The technique can perform a preliminary categorization of new requests and help Internet medical experts to better handle the mass of information and to give professional feedback.

Abstract:
Many digital preservation scenarios are based on the migration strategy, which itself is heavily tool-dependent. For popular, well-defined and often open file formats – e.g., digital images, such as PNG, GIF, JPEG – a wide range of tools exist. Migration workflows become more difficult with proprietary formats, as used by the several text processing applications becoming available in the last two decades. If a certain file format can not be rendered with actual software, emulation of the original environment remains a valid option. For instance, with the original Lotus AmiPro or Word Perfect, it is not a problem to save an object of this type in ASCII text or Rich Text Format. In specific environments, it is even possible to send the file to a virtual printer, thereby producing a PDF as a migration output. Such manual migration tasks typically involve human interaction, which may be feasible for a small number of objects, but not for larger batches of files. We propose a novel approach using a software-operated VNC abstraction layer in order to replace humans with machine interaction. Emulators or virtualization tools equipped with a VNC interface are very well suited for this approach. But screen, keyboard and mouse interaction is just part of the setup. Furthermore, digital objects need to be transferred into the original environment in order to be extracted after processing. Nevertheless, the complexity of the new generation of migration services is quickly rising; a preservation workflow is now comprised not only of the migration tool itself, but of a complete software and virtual hardware stack with recorded workflows linked to every supported migration scenario. Thus the requirements of OAIS management must include proper software archiving, emulator selection, system image and recording handling. The concept of view-paths could help either to automatically determine the proper pre-configured virtual environment or to set up system images for certain migration workflows. View-paths may rise in demand, as the generation of PDF output files from Word Perfect input could be cached as pre-fabricated emulator system images. The current groundwork provides several possible optimizations, such as using the automation features of the original environments.

Abstract:
Although e-commerce and related technologies are regarded as tourism business' natural partners, opportunities emanating from their use may not be fully realized unless users are equipped with required information and communication technologies (ICT) knowledge. A need for capacity building is thus critical to providing developing countries with opportunities to capitalize on the opportunities offered by ICT. This study was carried in Zanzibar and Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania to investigate ICT training level and current ICT training needs among the micro-small and medium tourism enterprises (MSMTEs). Using snowballing non-probability sampling technique, data was collected from willing 69 MSMTEs. While quantitative data was analyzed using statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS), descriptive answers were contently summarized. Activities identified include tour operating, souvenirs, Tingatinga drawings, Maasi carvings, boutique selling, hotel operation, animal zoos, backpacking and information services provision. Areas that revealed importance and urgency for training include internet usage, purchasing and selling products via the Internet, basic web designing and maintenance and troubleshooting. Others are basic software applications such as Microsoft word, spreadsheet, report processing and presentation. Need for government support in laying out infrastructure, supportive policies that favor sponsored trainings and subsidized investments in ICT was exposed as important ingredients for tourism competitive advantages.

Abstract:
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to introduce the social and scientific rationale for book clubs, whose members read wordless books together, and give examples of storytelling with picture books in libraries and other community settings for people with intellectual disabilities and autism. Design/methodology/approach The authors consider the impact of book clubs reading picture books without words, alongside an understanding of the underlying neuroscience (see Table I for search strategy). The authors compare differences in the neuroscience of information and emotion processing between pictures and words. Accounts from book club facilitators illustrate these differences in practice. Findings Many readers who struggle with reading and comprehending words, find pictures much easier to understand. Book clubs support community inclusion, as for other people in society. A focus on visual rather than word literacy encourages successful shared reading. Research limitations/implications No research has been published about the feasibility and effectiveness of wordless books in community book clubs or shared reading groups. There is very little research on the impact of accessible materials, despite a legal requirement for services to provide reasonable adjustments and the investment of time and resources in developing storylines in pictures, or “translating” information into easy read formats. Practical implications Book clubs whose members read picture books without words are growing in number, especially in public libraries in the UK. Expansion is dependent on funding to pay for training for librarians and volunteer facilitators. Social implications There is a shortage of fully accessible activities for adults with intellectual disabilities in mainstream community settings with a primarily social purpose. Originality/value To the authors’ knowledge, this is the first paper describing the theory and impact of wordless book clubs for people who find pictures easier to understand than words.

Abstract:
The global business community is experiencing a massive shift towards adoption of outsourced 'back office' transaction services.Called 'strategic outsourcing', it is driven by the desire of global companies to focus on core activities, and to outsource non-core business processes to specialist global service organisations. It is a significant new market for these organisations, expected to be worth US$40 billion globally, by the year 2000.While cost reduction is a major benefit, the outsource service provider offers value-added service by its ability to re-engineer business processes to world best practice, its ability to rapidly transition the client organisation to new technology, and by extracting the efficiencies of shared services processing. The global service organisations see strategic outsourcing as a natural evolution of their service offering.Outsourcing extends beyond the cost reduction strategies of their consulting service projects: downsizing organisation structure, re-engineering to introduce world class business processes, and transition management for introduction of new technology.By evolving from these project based assignments, into provision of on-going outsourced transaction services, the service organisations have the opportunity to establish a different strategic relationship with their clients, and add value that a client organisation cannot achieve by itself.Cost savings come from the operational efficiencies of shared services processing, and the lower operational cost achieved by specialising the processing of non-core, 'back-office' transactions, and sharing overheads between several clients.Additional business benefits result from the partnering relationship, which can produce new industry specialist services3 valuable to other clients within the same industry. It is likely that the role of the service organisation will further develop, from the position of strategic outsource business partner, to that of general contractor, where a client selects one major supplier as the single point of contact for all outsourced services. The general contractor becomes responsible for all outsourced outputs, subcontracts the services of all other outsourcing organisations, and remains solely responsible for their service provision.

"Changes in Language Style and Topics in an Online Eating Disorder Community at the Beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic: Observational Study." Journal of Medical Internet Research 23, no. 7 (July 8, 2021): e28346. http://dx.doi.org/10.2196/28346.

Abstract:
Background COVID-19 has affected individuals with lived experience of eating disorders (EDs), with many reporting higher psychological distress, higher prevalence of ED symptoms, and compensatory behaviors. The COVID-19 pandemic and the health and safety measures taken to contain its spread also disrupted routines and reduced access to familiar coping mechanisms, social support networks, and health care services. Social media and the ED communities on social media platforms have been an important source of support for individuals with EDs in the past. So far, it is unknown how discussions in online ED communities changed as offline support networks were disrupted and people spent more time at home in the first months of the COVID-19 pandemic. Objective The aim of this study is to identify changes in language content and style in an online ED community during the initial onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods We extracted posts and their comments from the ED community on the social media website Reddit and concatenated them to comment threads. To analyze these threads, we applied top-down and bottom-up language analysis methods based on topic modeling with latent Dirichlet allocation and 13 indicators from the Linguistic Inquiry and Word Count program, respectively. Threads were split into prepandemic (before March 11, 2020) and midpandemic (after March 11, 2020) groups. Standardized mean differences were calculated to estimate change between pre- and midpandemic threads. Results A total of 17,715 threads (n=8772, 49.5% prepandemic threads; n=8943, 50.5% midpandemic threads) were extracted from the ED community and analyzed. The final topic model contained 21 topics. CIs excluding zero were found for standardized mean differences of 15 topics and 9 Linguistic Inquiry and Word Count categories covering themes such as ED symptoms, mental health, treatment for EDs, cognitive processing, social life, and emotions. Conclusions Although we observed a reduction in discussions about ED symptoms, an increase in mental health and treatment-related topics was observed at the same time. This points to a change in the focus of the ED community from promoting potentially harmful weight loss methods to bringing attention to mental health and treatments for EDs. These results together with heightened cognitive processing, increased social references, and reduced inhibition of negative emotions detected in discussions indicate a shift in the ED community toward a pro-recovery orientation.

Abstract:
Cloud computing technologies although in their early stages, have managed to change the way applications are going to be developed and accessed. These technologies are aimed at running applications as services over the internet on a flexible infrastructure. Microsoft office applications, such as word processing, excel spreadsheet, access database and many more can be accessed through the internet, even though the files and applications are housed in the cloud. Cloud computing provides a low cost solution to academic institutions for their researchers, faculty and students. This setup provides an additional benefit because all these browser-based applications can also be accessed through mobile devices in addition to being available to a variety of laptop and desk top computers, provided internet access is available. In this paper we present a solution that is based on cloud computing and can be used for building a virtual environment both for teaching and learning. We present an interactive tool that can be used for science education; we combined various technologies to achieve this goal. The environment and the design proposed can also be used as a platform for exploring and sharing new ideas as well as for designing, modifying and monitoring educational or course contents. In our design under the same environment we also allow integration of different pedagogical approaches to both learning and teaching.

Abstract:
Natural disasters are events that humans cannot control, and Japan has suffered from many such disasters over its long history. Many of these have caused severe damage to human lives and property. These days, numerous Japanese people have gained considerable experience preparing for disasters and are now striving to predict the effects of disasters using social network services (SNSs) to exchange information in real time. Currently, Twitter is the most popular and powerful SNS tool used for disaster response in Japan because it allows users to exchange and disseminate information quickly. However, since almost all of the Japanese-related content is also written in the Japanese language, which restricts most of its benefits to Japanese people, we feel that it is necessary to create a disaster response system that would help people who do not understand Japanese. Accordingly, this paper presents the framework of a question-answering (QA) system that was developed using a Twitter dataset containing more than nine million tweets compiled during the Osaka North Earthquake that occurred on 18 June 2018. We also studied the structure of the questions posed and developed methods for classifying them into particular categories in order to find answers from the dataset using an ontology, word similarity, keyword frequency, and natural language processing. The experimental results presented herein confirm the accuracy of the answer results generated from our proposed system.

Abstract:
From a cautious start in the use of computers in the early 1970s, the Geological Survey of Greenland has developed complex and varied uses of modern computer facilities for both scientific and administrative tasks. GGU's first computer installation, a noisy TTY connected to the Computing Centre of Copenhagen University by a 110 baud telephone modem, was a selfservice facility which was not easy to use. Over the years, first with use of a PDP-10 with just one Tektronix 4014 graphic terminal and later a succession of increasingly powerful PDP-11s with many terminals, GGU's in-house facilities just kept ahead of the ever increasing demand for computer services. At the same time a number of programs for special tasks were developed on external facilities, because they required larger computers or special facilities. In the 1980s the demands on the computer facilitiesrequiring many different types of programs, including word processing, had grown so large that GGU's in-house system could no longer handle them satisfactorily. A major reorganisation was required, and consequently activities were divided between personal computers (PCs; mainly administrative) and a new central computer (mainly scientific). This development took place in late 1986 with the purchase of 17 new personal computers and a new central computer with accessory peripheral equipment. This has allowed an increasing integration of computer methods into GGU's activities. A brief summary is given below.

Abstract:
The paper presents a linguistic image of Russia as shown by the US printed media. The study was conducted with two interrelated and complementary methods: that of describing associative semantic field and that of investigating qualia-structure of the concept, based on the generative lexicon theory by J. Pusteiovsky. Both methods resulted in building a layered concept structure with a core, a transition zone and periphery. For the purpose of the study, a corpus containing 3636 collocates with "Russia" as the key word was derived from headline complexes of US printed media: The Washington post and the New York Times. The analysis of the structure and composition of the associative semantic field has enabled the author to confirm significant influence of extralinguistic factors on the construction of linguistic images. The study involved processing previously made corpus with corpus management software to provide numeric data on lexemes frequency. Associative semantic field revealed the newsworthy events that put Russia in focus in headlines complexes: President Election of 2016 and investigation of Russia's supposed involvement, intelligence services and related causes celebre, sanctions, armed conflicts, coronavirus spread and oil prices fluctuations. Qualia-structure semantic analysis brought forth the main frames in the Russia concept structure: Russia as an aggressive power, Russia as a counterpart, Russia as a partner, and Russia as a destination.
