Dengan pengetahun dan keterampilan ini Pengurus PAC GP Ansor Ciledug bisa membangun halaman web berbasis CMS WordPress. Luaran dalam program ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengurus PAC GP Ansor tentang website dan CMS WordPress . Metode pelaksanaan pada kegiatan ini terdiri dari tahap persiapan yaitu survei lokasi kegiatan untuk menggali permasalahan yang dihadapi, tahap pelaksanaan yaitu pelatihan pengelolaan WordPress secara hybrid sebanyak 14 peserta dan tahap monitoring dan evaluasi untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan pengurus PAC GP Ansor. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peserta sangat puas dengan pelatihan pengelolaan CMS WordPress .Sebelumnya peserta hanya mengetahui CMS WordPress untuk kegiatan blog, setelah pelatihan mereka kini dapat membuat web berbasis CMS WordPress. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan pengetahun mereka tentang CMS WordPress meningkat awalnya hanya 50% menjadi 80%. Ketetampilan juga meningkat dari 40% menjadi 70%

Abstract:

This study aims to examine Islamic Religious Colleges curriculum information systems based on wordpress CMS. Specifically, this study purposes to explore: 1) the planning of the use of curriculum MIS based on CMS WordPress. 2) the implementation of curriculum MIS which is based on Wordpress CMS, 3) Evaluation of the use of Wordpress CMS-based curriculum MIS. 4) The design concept of the curriculum MIS model based on WordPress CMS. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study of the curriculum Management Information System at the Islamic Education Management (MPI) Study Program of Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Islamic University Sunan Gunung Djati (FTIK UIN SGD) Bandung. The subjects of this study were the Chair of the MPI Study Program UIN SGD Bandung, MPI Study Program Information System Operator and the Word CMS application used by the institution. The results of the study show that the MPI Study Program FTIK UIN SGD Bandung used a Curriculum MIS based on Wordpress CMS, and it has succesfully facilitated the students, lecturers, and stakeholders to access the curriculum of study programs easier.

Abstract:

The topic of this article is about translation in blog, especially WordPress. This research aims at identifying the translation techniques and ideology in translating blog terms which are applied by Google Inc in WordPress. This method is descriptive qualitative. The data of this research is blog terms that exist in WordPress in forms of words, phrases, clauses and sentences. The technique used in this research is writing technique. The result of the research shows that there are 47 words, 12 phrases, 41 sentences blog terms in WordPress in English. There are six techniques found in the data, namely 1) borrowing technique, 2) calque technique,3) literal technique, 4) reduction technique, 5) transpotition`technique, and 6) the comibnation of some techniques. The ideology of the translation mostly found is foreignization. Abstrak Topik dari penelitian ini adalah penerjemahan pada blog, khususnya WordPress. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi teknik penerjemahan istilah blog dalam WordPress dan mendeskripsikan ideologi penerjemahan istilah blog yang digunakan Google Inc. pada Wordpress tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penerjemahan yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian berupa istilah blog berbahasa Inggris yang terdapat dalam WordPress dalam bentuk kata, frasa, klausa, dan kalimat. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simak catat. AbstrakSalah satu aplikasi yang berguna dalam pengoptimalan tampilan suatu website ialah CMS Wordpress. Pada website Pemerintah Kabupaten Magetan belum terdapat pilihan kategori berita, belum menampilkan gambar dalam list berita, urutan berita belum teratur, dan beberapa fitur lain yang belum memadai sehingga menu berita pada website Pemerintah Kabupaten Magetan belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana mengevaluasi laman berita pada website Pemerintah Kabupaten Magetan serta bagaimana mengembangakan laman berita pada website Pemerintah Kabupaten Magetan dengan menggunakan Framework Zachman dan CMS Wordpress. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam perancangan strategis laman berita dengan memanfaatkan CMS Wordpress yaitu metode kualitatif. Metode tersebut untuk membuktikan kenyataanya dan mencapai tujuan penelitian yang bersifat objektif. Pada kesimpulan didapatkan bahwa rancangan telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengelola berdasarkan pada tahap evaluasi akhir, pemanfaatan Zachman Framework dan CMS Wordpress telah membantu peneliti dalam mengevaluasi laman berita berupa rancangan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengelola, serta penggunaan CMS Wordpress pada pengembangan rancangan laman berita website pemerintah Kabupaten Magetan diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mencari informasi dan berita yang ada di seputar kabupaten Magetan, juga dapat mempermudah pengelola untuk menerbitkan berita. Abstract:

Denna rapport beskriver utvecklingen av en webbplats till företaget JR Webbstudio. JR Webbstudio kommer att starta sommaren 2010 och är därför i behov av en webbsida för marknadsföring och information.

Webbplatsen har byggts på cms-systemet Wordpress. Från början var wordpress ett system dedikerat för bloggar. Det har dock genom åren vuxit till och vunnit erkännande som ett fullfjädrat cms. Syftet med detta arbete har varit att utvärdera om wordpress på ett tillfredsställande sätt kan leva upp till de mål som satts för projektet. Om det gör det kan det användas för liknande projekt i framtiden.

De tekniker som använts är i första hand dem som wordpress bygger på, nämligen serverskriptspråket PHP och databashanteraren MySQL. Presentation och design sker med hjälp av XHTML, CSS och till viss del JavaScript. Utvecklingen har till största del skett i NotePad++. Till de grafiska elementen har Gimp 2, Inkscape och Photoshop CS4 använts.

Överlag har arbetet resulterat i en tillfredsställande och funktionell webbplats för vilken de essentiella målen har uppnåtts. Slutsatsen är därför att wordpress fungerar mycket bra för den här typen av företagswebbplatser då möjligheten att anpassa det efter behov bedöms som stora.

Abstract:

Följande examensarbete gick ut på att skapa en ny hemsida åt restaurangen Tapas Bar & Deli. Beställaren Petter Thylin hade en stor önskan av att uppdatera layouten på deras dåvarande hemsida och att få en snyggare och mer användarvänlig webbsida för att presentera sin restaurang. Att på ett tydligt sätt presentera den mest relevanta informationen på sidan var det som ansågs som det mest vesäntliga enligt både beställaren och mig själv. Detta innefattade information om öppettider, adressuppgifter, kontaktuppgifter och de olika menyerna. Ytterligare krav från Petter var bland annat att behålla deras logotyp och även dess gröna färg. En annan viktig aspekt var att hemsidan även skulle fungera bra på mindre skärmar, till exempel smartphones och surfplattor. Webbsidan utvecklades lokalt i publiceringsverktyget WordPress med hjälp av mjukvaran WAMPserver, vilken tillåter den egna datorn att agera likt en webbserver. Detta innebar att webbsidan kunde färdigställas och godkännas av beställaren innan den publicerades på deras publika webbserver. WordPress fungerar idag som ett CMS-system och är därför ett väldigt lätt verktyg att underhålla för användaren. Då beställaren besitter begränsad kunskap inom detta område ansåg jag att WordPress var det bästa alternativet att använda mig av för att skapa deras nya hemsida. Dessutom fick jag i och med detta chansen att ytterligare utveckla mina kunskaper inom WordPress vilket var mitt mål med följande projekt. Samtliga krav från den kravspecifikation som jag och Petter tillsammans kom överens om innan detta projekt drog igång uppfylldes. Logotypen placerades i webbsidans header och större delen av hemsidan gick i olika nyanser av den gröna färg som önskades. Vidare presenterades relevant information på ett tydligt sätt i form av widgets på samtliga sidor. Genom en responsiv layout navigeras webbsidan framgångsrikt även på mindre skärmar.

Goal of my thesis is to design and create a new template for CMS WordPress for online journal or a blog with use of HTML5 and CSS3. The resulting template will be responsive. In the first part I will focus on describing WordPress and its history in general. In the next, second, chapter, I will examine the architecture and technologies used by the system. Third chapter will deal with structure of plugin and theme systems. In the fourth and final chapter I will examine the process of creating template in a greater detail. In the partical demonstration I will show creating a new template from scratch, going over basic conceptions, wireframes, coding and final implementation on a live website.

Abstract:

Denna rapport handlar om ett projekt åtta studenter på Linköpings universitet genomförde våren 2017, inom ramarna för kursen TDDD96: Kandidatprojekt i programvaruutveckling. Fokuset i projektet var att bygga upp en ny webbplats åt en kund, Musikaliska konstföreningen, som ska ersätta deras gamla webbplats. Projektgruppen valde att göra detta med hjälp av verktyget WordPress. Gruppen valde också att göra en alternativ webbplats med programmeringsspråket Python och ramverket Flask, för att sedan jämföra resultatet mot WordPress-resultatet. Det gruppen valde att jämföra är vilket stöd WordPress respektive Flask ger åt utvecklarna, och vilket av dem som ger lämpligast resultat för kunden. Resultatet blev en färdig hemsida uppbyggd med WordPress, och en prototypsida uppbyggd med Python och Flask. Resultatet visar att det är enklare att få en färdig sida med hjälp av WordPress, men att man genom att skriva kod från grunden i Flask kan få ett betydligt mer användaranpassat system. När det kommer till faktorer som driftkostnader och stöd så visade det sig att WordPress har en klar fördel i jämförelse med Flask.

Målet med detta projektet har varit att utveckla en webbplats åt ett företag med webbutveckling och användbarhet som kärnverksamhet. För att knyta designen och layouten till företagets verksamhet, så har projektet valt att titta på vad typografi för webb innebär, och hur det kan implementeras på webbplatsen. Resultatet ska ligga till grund för projektets webbplats samt framtida produkter och tjänster till företaget. Webbplatsen har utvecklats som ett tema för innehållshanteringssystem WordPress, tillsammans med ett eget insticksprogram för att utöka funktionaliteten till att innefatta en kontakt funktion. Det kompletta temat, typografi, layout och dess funktioner har utvecklats genom att använda HTML5, CSS samt PHP, tillsammans med en lokal webbserver och relationsdatabsen MySQL. Rapporten följer projekts utveckling av en webbplats som är både dynamisk och anpassar sin typografi och layout till storleken på användarens enhet, samt presenterar produkten av projektet.

WordPress – найпопулярніша в світі CMS, на якій працюють мільйони веб-сайтів. WordPress – це універсальна маштабована система, структура якої підходить для створення різного роду ресурсів, починаючи з невеликих особистих блогів і закінчуючи багатофункціональними сайтами великих корпорацій. Розробка плагінів для WordPress є досить актуальною темою, кожна CMS WordPress використовує плагіни, тому без плагінів не можлива робота з даною системою управління. Метою роботи є розробка плагінів та WordPress блогу на який будуть встановлені розроблені плагіни. Завдання дослідження:  провести аналіз предметної області та плагінів із схожим функціоналом;  описати структуру плагіну та блогу;  сформулювати вимоги до розроблюваних плагінів;  побудувати діаграми та схеми;  розробити макет головних блоків;  розробити архітектуру WordPress блогу;  реалізувати програмний проект, який би задовольняв поставлені вимоги. Об’єктом дослідження є плагіни та WordPress блог. Предметом дослідження є вивчення існуючих методів та засобів для розробки плагінів та WordPress блогу. У роботі було використано методи дослідження: аналітичний, програмний, порівняльний метод аналізу та синтезу інтерактивної візуалізації об'єкта. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів дослідження полягає у розробленні плагінів, які дозволять користувачу CMS WordPress отримати нові функції та можливості. Практичне значення отриманих результатів. Очікується отримати плагіни, що реалізують нові можливості та додають корисні функції для CMS WordPress.

Abstract:

Syftet med detta arbete är att utvärdera innehållshanteringssystemet WordPress och sättet man utvecklar ytterligare funktionalitet för detta system. Arbetet berör utformning av administreringsverktyg för godkännande av inlägg samt ett verktyg för att hantera de företag som ska kunna länkas in under olika sidor på en portal vid namn ImageTalk. ImageTalk är slutprodukten, och är en webbplats för publicering av digital media på internet.

WordPress är skrivet i PHP och använder sig av css, javascript och databasen mySQL. Eftersom detta innehållshanteringssystem är vida använt kändes det både relevant och intressant att utvärdera, särskilt genom att tillföra ny funktionalitet.

Slutsatsen av detta arbete är att WordPress är ett mycket kompetent innehållshanteringssystem som har mycket goda förutsättningar för att byggas ut och förändras på de flesta sätt. Däremot är det svårt att ge en ordentlig struktur i den ytterligare funktionalitet man tillför, eftersom den ibland blir för utspridd eller ibland inte tillräckligt skingrad.

The purpose of this work is to evaluate the content management system WordPress and the way to develop additional functionality for this system. It will concern the development of a tool to approve published posts and also to manage companies which will be linked on the various pages on a portal called ImageTalk. ImageTalk is the end product, and is a site for publishing digital media over the Internet. WordPress is written in PHP and makes use of css, javascript, and the mySQL database. Since this content management system is widely used, it seemed both relevant and interesting to evaluate WordPress, especially by adding new functionality.

The conclusion of this work is that WordPress is a very competent content management system that has great potential to be expanded and changed in most ways.

However, it is difficult to give a proper structure of the additional functionality you add, as it sometimes gets scattered and sometimes not sufficiently divided.

Abstract:

The goal with this exam project is to take as much knowledge as possible from earlier courses I’ve taken at the webdevelopment program at Mid Sweden University and use this knowledge for a project for a company working with webdevelopment. I’ve chosen to do my exam project for David Törner Web agency who’s main goals are to work with Content Management Systems, (CMS). I’ve developed a custom theme and a webstore in the CMS WordPress with the plugin WooCommerce, a plugin that connects webstores with WordPress sites for easier administration and management of products. The webstore is selling bikes in the categories mountain bikes, enduro and downhill bikes, specially black bikes with high quality and it works as a demonstration of a webstore to show other companies what we are able to offer if they choose us to do a webstore in WordPress. The webstore also offers service on the bikes that the customer can book by themselves through the contact form. The design and foundation for the webstore have been designed and developed in the program Adobe XD in the form of moodboards, wireframes and design sketches and then coded in the program Visual Studio Code, (VSC) with the program language HyperText Preprocessor, (PHP), HyperText Markup Language, (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets, (CSS) and JavaScript. The design and the foundation of the webpages have been connected to WordPress and the webstore plugin WooCommerce and the webstore has been published online through a public webhosting service.
Syftet med detta examensarbete är att ta så mycket som möjligt utav kunskapen från tidigare kurser i webbutvecklingsprogrammet på Mittuniversitetet och applicera denna kunskap i ett arbete åt ett företag som inriktar sig inom webbutveckling. Jag har valt att göra mitt examensarbete åt David Törners Webbyrå som inriktar sig specifikt på webbsidor skapade med Content Management Systems, (CMS). Jag har utvecklat ett tema samt en webbutik i CMS:et WordPress med tillägget WooCommerce, som är ett tillägg som kopplar samman webbutiker med WordPressidor för enklare administrering samt hantering utav webbutiken och varorna. Webbutiken inriktar sig på försäljning utav cyklar inom kategorierna mountainbikes, enduro- samt downhill-cyklar, specifikt svarta och högkvalitativa cyklar samt fungerar som en demonstrations-webbutik att visa upp för företag som exempel på vad de skulle kunna få om de väljer en webbutik gjord i WordPress. Webbutiken erbjuder även service utav cyklar och att kunden via kontaktformulär kan boka sin service. Design och grund för webbutiken har utvecklats först i programmet Adobe XD i form utav moodboard, wireframes samt designskisser och sedan utvecklats och kodats i programmet Visual Studio Code, (VSC), med hjälp utav programspråket Hypertext Preprocessor, (PHP), HyperText Markup Language, (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets, (CSS) samt JavaScript. Introdução: O WordPress é um sistema popular de gerenciamento de conteúdo, conhecido por sua versatilidade e facilidade de uso. Este estudo apresenta a integração do software Tematres, para criação de vocabulários, com o WordPress, visando melhorar a qualidade dos metadados e a integração de sistemas por meio de plugins. Metodologia: Este estudo apresenta uma solução por meio do desenvolvimento de um plugin, seguindo o modelo de pesquisa tradicional, alinhado aos princípios dos softwares e sistemas de informação a serem integrados, considerando complexidades e um modelo conceitual tripartido. Resultados: Como resultado, o estudo apresenta o plugin, que permite a integração entre o WordPress e a API do Tematres, viabilizando a associação de campos em formulários ao plugin para facilitar o preenchimento com termos do tema, por meio da cópia automática. Conclusão: Por fim, a integração do TemaTres e do WordPress por meio de um plugin personalizado melhora a usabilidade e funcionalidade do WordPress, permitindo o gerenciamento transparente de vocabulários controlados e organização eficaz do conteúdo.

The Engineering With Nature (EWN) program is a high-profile effort that aims to deliver cost-effective, broadly beneficial solutions to natural re-source and sustainability challenges across the nation. A portion of this is accomplished through the use of the EWN website, which features news, podcasts, articles, and more. The content on the EWN website serves to educate and inform hundreds of visitors monthly. This content is generated and managed by EWN team members with web development experience, as it requires manually editing the website HTML and staging changes on a development server. With the EWN website 2.0, a new website framework (WordPress) has been implemented that will save content managers time and effort by providing a front-end user interface (UI) to enable the uploading, staging, and approval of new content for the website, along with a visual refresh to herald the impending release of season 2 of the EWN Podcast. This document’s purpose is to demonstrate the functionality of the new EWN website and provide instructional material for those managing content via the new EWN website.
