Peningkatan pengetahuan tentang website dan internet agar mereka memiliki ketrampilan instalasi dan pengelolaan CMS WordPress. Dengan pengetahun dan keterampilan ini Pengurus PAC GP Ansor Ciledug bisa membangun halaman web berbasis CMS WordPress. Luaran dalam program ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengurus PAC GP Ansor tentang website dan CMS WordPress . Metode pelaksanaan pada kegiatan ini terdiri dari tahap persiapan yaitu survei lokasi kegiatan untuk menggali permasalahan yang dihadapi, tahap pelaksanaan yaitu pelatihan pengelolaan WordPress secara hybrid sebanyak 14 peserta dan tahap monitoring dan evaluasi untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan pengurus PAC GP Ansor. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peserta sangat puas dengan pelatihan pengelolaan CMS WordPress .Sebelumnya peserta hanya mengetahui CMS WordPress untuk kegiatan blog, setelah pelatihan mereka kini dapat membuat web berbasis CMS WordPress. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan pengetahun mereka tentang CMS WordPress meningkat awalnya hanya 50% menjadi 80%. Ketetampilan juga meningkat dari 40% menjadi 70%

The study used a qualitative approach with a case study of the curriculum Management Information System at the Islamic Education Management (MPI) Study Program of Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Islamic University Sunan Gunung Djati (FTIK UIN SGD) Bandung. The subjects of this study were the Chair of the MPI Study Program UIN SGD Bandung, MPI Study Program Information System Operator and the Word CMS application used by the institution. The results of the study show that the MPI Study Program FTIK UIN SGD Bandung used a Curriculum MIS based on Wordpress CMS, and it has succesfully facilitated the students, lecturers, and stakeholders to access the curriculum of study programs easier.

The topic of this article is about translation in blog, especially WordPress. This research aims at identifying the translation techniques and ideology in translating blog terms which are applied by Google Inc in WordPress. This method is descriptive qualitative. The data of this research is blog terms that exist in WordPress in forms of words, phrases, clauses and sentences. The technique used in this research is writing technique. The result of the research shows that there are 47 words, 12 phrases, 41 sentences blog terms in WordPress in English. There are six techniques found in the data, namely 1) borrowing technique, 2) calque technique,3) literal technique, 4) reduction technique, 5) transpotition`technique, and 6) the comibnation of some techniques. The ideology of the translation mostly found is foreignization. Abstrak Topik dari penelitian ini adalah penerjemahan pada blog, khususnya WordPress. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi teknik penerjemahan istilah blog dalam WordPress dan mendeskripsikan ideologi penerjemahan istilah blog yang digunakan Google Inc. pada Wordpress tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penerjemahan yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian berupa istilah blog berbahasa Inggris yang terdapat dalam WordPress dalam bentuk kata, frasa, klausa, dan kalimat. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simak catat. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh 47 kata, 12 frasa, dan 41 kalimat yang digunakan dalam blog. Pada website Pemerintah Kabupaten Magetan belum terdapat pilihan kategori berita, belum menampilkan gambar dalam list berita, urutan berita belum teratur, dan beberapa fitur lain yang belum memadai sehingga menu berita pada website Pemerintah Kabupaten Magetan belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana mengevaluasi laman berita pada website Pemerintah Kabupaten Magetan serta bagaimana mengembangakan laman berita pada website Pemerintah Kabupaten Magetan dengan menggunakan Framework Zachman dan CMS Wordpress. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam perancangan strategis laman berita dengan memanfaatkan CMS Wordpress yaitu metode kualitatif. Metode tersebut untuk membuktikan kenyataanya dan mencapai tujuan penelitian yang bersifat objektif. Pada kesimpulan didapatkan bahwa rancangan telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengelola berdasarkan pada tahap evaluasi akhir, pemanfaatan Zachman Framework dan CMS Wordpress telah membantu peneliti dalam mengevaluasi laman berita berupa rancangan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengelola, serta penggunaan CMS Wordpress pada pengembangan rancangan laman berita website pemerintah Kabupaten Magetan diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mencari informasi dan berita yang ada di seputar kabupaten Magetan, juga dapat mempermudah pengelola untuk menerbitkan berita. WordPress adalah platform yang dikenal sebagai sistem manajemen konten (CMS). Karena banyaknya kerentanan yang dapat dieksploitasi, meskipun populer di seluruh dunia, sering menjadi sasaran serangan siber. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kerentanan WordPress menggunakan alat pemindaian keamanan WPScan dan mengevaluasi teknik pertahanan yang efektif untuk memitigasi risiko ini. WPScan digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kerentanan umum dalam instalasi WordPress, seperti plugin dan tema yang rentan, melalui serangkaian pengujian. Analisis tersebut mengungkapkan sejumlah kerentanan kritis, termasuk kerentanan injeksi SQL, XSS (skrip lintas situs), dan kerentanan otentikasi. Berdasarkan temuan ini, berbagai langkah mitigasi direkomendasikan, termasuk pembaruan sistem secara berkala, pengaturan konfigurasi keamanan yang lebih ketat, dan penggunaan plugin keamanan tambahan. Menerapkan teknik mitigasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keamanan situs WordPress Anda secara signifikan, mengurangi kemungkinan serangan, dan melindungi data pengguna Anda. This community service aimed to teach and bring awareness of CMS, a non coding method and system that can help user to create website quite fast. One of the advantages of WordPress is that it can be used for various websites and applications. For example, you can use WordPress to create a simple website, to a business website. For business websites, one of the plugin modules provided by WordPress is Woocommerce. With Woocommerce users can make WordPress display into an online store or online store quite easily. According to the questionnaire the training gave user a new perspective that creating and publishing website is isn’t that complicated after all when using Wordpress.

Ο σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να μελετήσει το κατά πόσο ένα ηλεκτρονικό περιβάλλον εκπαίδευσης για την εξ αποστάσεως διδασκαλία, που δημιουργήσαμε με την χρήση της αυτορρυθμιζόμενης μάθησης σε συνεργατικά περιβάλλοντα μάθησης μπορεί να βοηθήσει τους εκπαιδευτικούς στην εκμάθηση της πλατφόρμας WordPress. Το εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα σχεδιάστηκε και υλοποιήθηκε στην πλατφόρμα διαχείρισης περιεχομένου WordPress. Ο συνολικός αριθμός των εκπαιδευομένων που παρακολούθησαν και διεκπεραίωσαν το σύνολο των δραστηριοτήτων του εργαστηρίου ήταν 81 άτομα. Στην παρούσα έρευνα, η συλλογή των δεδομένων έγινε με τη χρήση των στατιστικών της χρήσης της πλατφόρμας Wordpress, τα αποτελέσματα από τις δραστηριότητες που πραγματοποίησαν οι χρήστες της εκπαιδευτικής πλατφόρμας και τρία ερευνητικά εργαλεία. Τα ευρήματα της έρευνας είναι ότι το ηλεκτρονικό περιβάλλον εκπαίδευσης για την εξ αποστάσεως διδασκαλία που δημιουργήσαμε με την χρήση της αυτορρυθμιζόμενης μάθησης σε συνεργατικά περιβάλλοντα μάθησης με την αξιοποίηση της πλατφόρμας WordPress μπορεί να ενισχύσει τους παράγοντες και τις διαστάσεις της αυτορρυθμιζόμενης μάθησης καθώς και της συνεργατικής μάθησης των εκπαιδευόμενων. Τα μέσα του ηλεκτρονικού περιβάλλοντος της πλατφόρμας WordPress που σχετίζονται με την αυτορρυθμιζόμενη μάθηση και χρησιμοποιούνται από τους εκπαιδευόμενους είναι τα βίντεο, το φόρουμ, οι ομάδες συζητήσεων και το εκπαιδευτικό υλικό. Επιπλέον το ηλεκτρονικό περιβάλλον εκπαίδευσης μπορεί να καλύψει τις εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες των εκπαιδευομένων σε σχέση με την διδασκαλία που γίνεται στην τάξη τους και μπορεί να συνεισφέρει στην καλύτερη κατανομή του διδακτικού χρόνου του μαθήματος. Τέλος διαπιστώθηκε ότι το ηλεκτρονικό περιβάλλον εκπαίδευσης μπορεί να ενισχύσει τα μαθησιακά αποτελέσματα των εκπαιδευομένων.The purpose of the present work is to study whether an online learning environment for distance learning that we have created using self-regulated learning in collaborative learning environments can help teachers in learning the WordPress platform. The tutorial was designed and implemented on the WordPress content management platform. The total number of trainees who attended and completed all the laboratory activities was 81 persons. In the present study, data were collected using Wordpress platform statistics, results from educational platform users' activities, and three research tools. The research findings showed that the e-learning environment we created using self-regulated learning in collaborative learning environments by utilizing the WordPress platform can enhance the factors and dimensions of self-regulated learning as well as collaborative learning. trainees. The tools of the online environment of the WordPress platform related to self-regulated learning and used by trainees are videos, forums, discussion groups and teaching materials. Finally, we found that the online learning environment can meet the educational needs of the learners in relation to the classroom teaching, can contribute to a better distribution of the lesson time and, in addition, enhance the learning outcomes of the learners.

Dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini menggunakan empat tahapan, tahap pertama survei kebutuhan, tahap kedua persiapan, tahap ketiga pelaksanaan dan tahap keempat evaluasi. Untuk hasil evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilakukan adalah pelatihan pengembangan website desa berbasis CMS wordpress pada desa mantingan tersebut mampu menjadikan website desa mantingan lebih baik, lebih modern, serta terwujudnya desa digital. The digital world has seen a significant increase in security threats in recent years, with hacker attacks on websites being a major concern in cybersecurity. One platform that is particularly vulnerable is WordPress, which is widely used and therefore a popular target for hackers. About 95.62% hacked website in 2021 is WordPress based site. Therefore, to improve website security we conducted a vulnerability assessment on a WordPress based website, in order to identify vulnerabilities that may be exploited by hackers. To do the vulnerability assessment, we used the network-based scanner based to detect vulnerabilities on the WordPress website. Our results showed that the website had several vulnerabilities that needed to be addressed and fixed immediately. The conclusion of our research highlights the importance of conducting regular vulnerability assessments on WordPress-based websites to reduce the risk of vulnerabilities being exploited. By taking proactive measures to identify and fix vulnerabilities, website owners can better protect their sites from potential hacker attacks. It is crucial for website owners to be aware of the risks posed by security threats in the digital world and to take steps to mitigate these risks to protect their businesses and their customers.

Bilgi merkezleri açısından bu olanaklar, web ortamında kullanıcılarla etkileşime geçmek; istatistiksel veri elde etmek ve kurumu tanıtmak bakımından önemli fırsatlar sunmaktadır. Bunun yanı sıra WordPress sistemi, kullanıcı etkileşiminin ön planda tutulduğu dinamik blog yapısıyla, bir internet sayfasına sahip olan bilgi merkezleri için de hizmetlerini pazarlama konusunda imkânlar tanımaktadır. Bu çalışmada bilgi merkezlerine kendi hizmetleri ve sistemleri hakkında tanıtım yapma ve kullanıcılarla etkileşim sağlama olanağı sunan Wordpress sisteminin alt alan adı alma yöntemiyle kurulumu ve ana özellikleri ile kullanımı anlatılacaktır.

Dans les organisations, les veilles sont encore souvent diffusées en silos informationnels, via des newsletters adressées par courriels. À la faveur du confinement sanitaire et afin d’initier une veille plus partagée, ouverte et collaborative, une plateforme de diffusion automatisée des veilles, depuis divers outils de surveillance tels que InoReader, KB Crawl et Sindup, a été expérimentée de manière agile avec le logiciel libre WordPress. Accessible sur smartphone, cette plateforme propose des fonctionnalités collaboratives, sémantiques, de recherche et de capitalisation des contenus, et des statistiques détaillées de consultation. Après avoir été expérimentée par une trentaine de veilleurs dans 17 entités différentes, elle a été hébergée, consolidée, mise en forme et sécurisée avec l’aide de l’éditeur de technologies de veille Sindup. Ce modèle de plateforme construit avec WordPress est entièrement reproductible pour un très faible coût. Il pourrait permettre aux veilleurs de rendre plus efficiente la diffusion de leurs veilles et aux éditeurs de plateformes de proposer des offres moins onéreuses, plus centrées sur leur cœur de métier qui reste la mise en surveillance des sources. Il pourrait aussi permettre aux éditeurs de s’adresser à un marché plus large de PME, de TPE et d’associations. Faisant suite à un précédent article à vocation concrète et professionnelle, le présent article résulte d’une analyse plus conceptuelle de cette expérimentation originale.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media berbasis wordpress, melihat tingkat kelayakan dari media pada materi tekanan dan untuk mengetahui media dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop and Dissemination). Media berbasis wordpress dikatakan layak apabila skor rata-rata dari para ahli media pembelajaran pada hasil validasi dan hasil responden siswa adalah 2,56. Skor rata-rata yang diperoleh dari hasil validasi adalah 3,1 dengan kategori valid dan skor rata-rata yang diperoleh dari hasil responden adalah 3,5 dikategorikan sangat setuju pada siswa kelas VIII-c yang berjumlah 18 siswa. Untuk nilai hasil belajar siswa dikatakan tuntas apabila mencapai KKM (kriteria ketuntasan minimal) 75, hasil belajar siswa menggunakan media berbasis wordpress dikatakan tuntas karena nilai rata-rata siswa mencapai 80,8 dan nilai ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 88 %. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media berbasis wordpress yang telah dikembangkan layak dan dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA khususnya pada materi tekanan.

WooCommerce add several features such as ordering, product management, and stock management, but it is still lack proper reporting feature. This research focus on developing a plugin that allows processing transaction data into monthly accounting reports. Pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan pelatihan pembuatan website dengan menggunakan Wordpress bagi siswa/siswi SMA Negeri 6 Palembang. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah pendidikan masyarakat dan pelatihan. Metode ini digunakan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan penyuluhan yang disertai dengan demonstrasi atau praktik bersama dalam pembuatan website menggunakan Wordpress. Kegiatan ini dimulai dengan melakukan survei kebutuhan peserta pelatihan untuk memetakan kebutuhan dan harapan dari peserta pelatihan. Peserta juga memberikan respon terhadap proses pelatihan melalui kuesioner pasca pelatihan. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan dari kuesioner tersebut, sebagian besar peserta menyatakan bahwa materi yang disampaikan dalam pelatihan telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta, disampaikan dengan sangat baik, dan peserta akan menggunakan Wordpress untuk membuat website setelah pelatihan dilaksanakan.

Content Management System (CMS) adalah perangkat lunak yang memungkinkan seseorang untuk menambahkan atau memanipulasi (mengubah) isi dari suatu situs, Wordpress dan Drupal adalah salah satu CMS yang sering digunakan untuk membuat situs sekolah. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengembang situs sekolah menggunakan CMS. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk membandingkan penggunaan CMS Wordpress dan Drupal dalam membuat situs sekolah. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh pembandingan CMS Drupal dan WordPress dengan nilai terbesar 0,65 untuk Drupal dan 0,52 untuk Wordpress. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa CMS Drupal lebih efisien dan efektif untuk digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam perancangan Situs Sekolah.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to describe an academic library’s successful implementation of a WordPress-based learning object repository (LOR) that facilitates widespread sharing of learning objects, allowing librarians to save prep time and to scale up the library instruction program. Both practical and technical implications of using WordPress software as a repository platform are discussed. Design/methodology/approach WordPress is free, open-source software that may be used as a platform for an LOR. By using WordPress software to create a public index of content hosted on a server, the library created an LOR that features a record for each learning object which contains metadata about the object’s format, content and accessibility. The WordPress platform/repository is also expandable, through additional free and paid plug-ins, to function as a simple learning management system that may also issue badges. Findings As a result of implementing an LOR, librarians save time prepping for classes by reusing or adapting their colleagues’ work, librarians are able to offer tutorials to online students and the repository also serves as a showcase for the library instruction program. Originality/value Many academic libraries are feeling increased pressure to scale up library instruction and serve more online students. This paper illustrates a case study of how one library uses an easy-to-implement and low-budget LOR to make progress toward these goals.

Website is a provider for delivering information that can be accessed online. Website creation can be conducted in various ways. Some ways to create a website are writing program code through a series of programming with web programming languages, using a content management system (CMS), and using a website builder. CMS is a method used to create websites for those who are not familiar with programming. One of the widely used CMS is WordPress. Currently 30% of websites in the world use WordPress and WordPress has dominated 60% of CMS users worldwide such as Joomla, Drupal, Magento and Shopify. This Wordpress training are carried out live and online via the MDP TV YouTube channel. This activity begins by conducting a survey of the needs from the training participants, followed by administrative preparations, the creation of training materials and questionnaires, conducted online and started with filling out the pre-training questionnaire, and ending with a post-training evaluation questionnaire. Based on the training and the results of questionnaires that have been filled out by 57 participants, the training went smoothly and received a very good response and was in accordance with the expectations of the participants.

Os repositórios digitais são sistemas de informação que armazenam, preservam, divulgam e dão acesso à produção intelectual de comunidades científicas ou pessoas. São softwares utilizados para construção de repositórios: Eprints, Greeenstone, Nou-Rau, Fedora e DSpace. Este último largamente utilizado no Brasil. O presente trabalho objetiva apresentar um relato de experiência sobre a criação de repositórios digitais utilizando o Wordpress, uma ferramenta gratuita de CMS (Content Management System) escrita na linguagem PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) com o banco de dados MySQL. A ferramenta Wordpress, com algumas customizações, pode ser utilizada para receber metadados de documentos digitais estruturados em textos, imagens, vídeos, animações, áudios, entre outros. Do ponto de vista metodológico, a presente pesquisa pode ser classificada como exploratória e descritiva. Utilizou-se uma abordagem analítica qualitativa para avaliar a customização e adaptação do Wordpress para o contexto dos repositórios digitais. O Wordpress, combinado com um banco de dados MySQL, apresentou funcionalidades e capacidade de customização adequadas para serem utilizados no contexto dos repositórios digitais, facilitando a inserção dos metadados e posterior recuperação dos documentos digitais.

The features implemented include information about study programs, curriculum, lecturers, facilities, and the latest news. In addition, it is equipped with a search feature to make it easier for users to find the specific information they want. Implementing the WordPress CMS as a content management platform provides time and cost efficiency benefits in managing websites. Selanjutnya, hasil Riset Institut Ilmu Al-Qur’an (IIQ) 2018 menyimpulkan 65% Muslim di Indonesia mengalami buta aksara Al-Qur’an. Hasil observasi, wawancara serta pengalaman peneliti di MDTA Mesjid Jami’ Kapalo Baringin menguraikan bahwa proses belajar mengajar di MDTA masih konvensional serta guru belum menggunakan media pembelajaran yang bervariasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam Perancangan Website Eduji Menggunakan WordPress, yaitu jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Waterfall Pressman 2015. Tahapan yang dilakukan, yaitu Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction dan Deployment. Setelah perancangan selesai, pengujian produk yang dilakukan di antaranya validitas produk oleh 2 validator dan validitas konten oleh 1 validator menggunakan rumus Statistik Aiken’s V, uji praktikalitas produk oleh 3 guru MDTA menggunakan rumus Purwanto dan uji efektivitas produk oleh 2 siswi MDTA menggunakan rumus G-Score. Produk diuji oleh beberapa penguji dengan hasil rata-rata validitas produk bernilai 0,83 sehingga produk dikategorikan valid. Hasil validitas konten bernilai 0,71 sehingga konten produk dikategorikan valid. Hasil rata-rata uji praktikalitas produk bernilai 91% sehingga produk dikategorikan sangat praktis. Hasil rata-rata uji efektivitas produk bernilai 0,75 sehingga produk dikategorikan memiliki efektivitas tinggi. Saran yang diberikan guna pengembangan website, yaitu penambahan materi serta audio, terdapat forum diskusi untuk berbagi ilmu baik dari guru ke siswa maupun antar siswa dan pengembangan tipe kuis sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan pengukuran kemampuan siswa. Abstract The research was motivated by data from the 2018 National Socioeconomic Survey (SUSENAS) by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) which stated that 58.57% of Muslims in Indonesia could not read the Koran. Furthermore, the results of the 2018 Research Institute for the Science of the Qur'an (IIQ) concluded that 65% of Muslims in Indonesia are illiterate in the Qur'an. The results of observations, interviews and the experiences of researchers at MDTA Mesjid Jami' Kapalo Baringin describe that the teaching and learning process at MDTA is still conventional and teachers have not used a variety of learning media. The type of research used in Eduji Website Design Using WordPress is Research and Development (R&D) with the Waterfall Pressman 2015 development model. The stages carried out are Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction and Deployment. After the design is complete, product testing is carried out including product validity by 2 validators and content validity by 1 validator using the Aiken's V Statistics formula, product practicality testing by 3 MDTA teachers using the Purwanto formula and product effectiveness testing by 2 MDTA students using the G-Score formula . The product was tested by several examiners with an average product validity value of 0.83 so that the product is categorized as valid. The result of content validity is 0.71 so that the product content is categorized as valid. The average product practicality test result is 91% so that the product is categorized as very practical. The average result of the product effectiveness test is 0.75 so that the product is categorized as having high effectiveness. Suggestions given for website development, namely the addition of material and audio, there are discussion forums for sharing knowledge both from teacher to student and between students and developing quiz types so as to optimize the measurement of student abilities.

An LCD monitor and Raspberry Pi 4 single-board computer were utilized to display various informative content, such as examination date, daily schedule, and other announcements. Two methods were proposed, including Screenly and WordPress on a web server. The WordPress version needs to install PHP, MySQL, and Nginx web server, which can be accessed and updated remotely. Results showed that the free version of Screenly would be adequate for a simple announcement, but the developed WordPress version will be more appropriate and flexible for the primary school purpose.

Web Content Management Using Wordpress, Canva and Photoshop for Teachers of the Jakarta Region
The web is a tool that has been widely used to share information with the public. However, in managing the content, not a few parties who do not know how to do it well, including high school and vocational school teachers. Therefore, WordPress-based web content management training is applied to the teachers to assist them in running and managing the web. The training began with the provision of material on designing logos and banners using Photoshop and Canva, then practice how to register domains and training in making e-commerce with WordPress Content Management System. From the results of the training evaluation questionnaire, as many as 69% of participants were satisfied in delivering the material and 100% stated that web management training was needed to be learned and applied in schools.

This study aims to discuss the development of the French tourism learning media which is based on local wisdom and uses WordPress, as well as to measure the feasibility of the media so that it can be used as a learning medium for students. Based on the results of needs analysis, students need French tourism learning media using WordPress. This media can accommodate various types of multimedia such as text, images, videos, and links. It can also be accessed online and in person. This research is adapted from Dick and Carey’s theory or the ADDIE model (2009), covering analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. To measure the effectiveness of the product, a pre- and post- test was carried out on 12 students taking French tourism courses. The results show that there is a significant increase in student competence after using this learning media. The feasibility of materials and media is indicated by the average validation value of experts. Subject and media validation results show an average score of 96%. The effectiveness of materials and media is indicated by the students’ average score of 55 in the pre-test and 86 in the post-test which means that this score is in “very good” category. Therefore, it was concluded that learning media using WordPress can contribute and improve students' competence in French tourism. Features of ready-made tools suitable for efficient creation of such web applications are considered. The contents of the front end and back end components of the given specification, as well as their connection with AJAX, are determined. The features of the WordPress architecture and the location of JSON files for the transmission of structured information are revealed. An original Student Score plugin for WordPress, that allows managing the contents of the e-register and displaying them for a teacher and students, as well as plugins for managing electronic laboratory reporting and user administration have been created.

The author explores the possibility to update PHP language up to PHP 8 in the library websites. Such upgrade is determined by the need for recommended safety level for web-resources. As exemplified by St. Petersburg library websites, the role of PHP language is demonstrated: 70% library websites are based on this technology. The content management systems (CMS) and PHP language versions are identified. For the three most popular CMS (CMS WordPress, CMS Joomla!, without CMS), technological recommendations are given on how to transfer to the new PHP versions (as for early 2021). About 28% websites do not use CMS. Their compatibility with PHP new version has to be provided individually. Approx. 28% library websites use CMS Joomla!, and 19% – CMS WordPress. Today, these management systems cannot support PHP 8 in full: WordPress is beta-compatible, while with Joomla! the work has been just in progress. The most recent information for IT specialists interested in library website design is given; releases to follow PHP 8 after November 2020, are described.

Wordpress merupakan platform untuk blog yang sangat populer dan mudah digunakan. Para siswa sangat membutuhkan pengetahuan dalam membuat design website e-Commerce dengan tujuan memberikan bekal dalam pembuatan design website e-Commerce. Oleh sebab itu, program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat memberikan solusi berupa Pelatihan Pembuatan Design Website E-Commerce Untuk Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Tambang Kab. Kampar. Capaian dari kegiatan ini adalah web e-commerce siswa SMA N 1 Tambang, Kabupaten Kampar.
