The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between work organisation and the labour market status of employees in Sweden, during the years 2008 to 2012. The main interest is to analyse the probability of staying employed or not, and staying employed after the general retirement age.To assess this relationship three different data sources are combined. This study examined the role of status (i.e., occupational position and gender) in the frequency and experience of workplace incivility. Participants were 89 university students over the age of 20 who currently were employed and completed measures assessing their experiences of incivility at work, the instigator of the incivility, and jobrelated outcomes (i.e., turnover intent, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment). Parallel robots with configurable platform are a class of parallel robots in which the end-effector is a closed-loop flexible chain of rigid links. We have developed a 5-RRR planar mechanism that features a flexible 5-bar chain as end-effector. The angles between adjacent sides of this chain can be controlled through the actuated revolute joints attached to the base of the mechanism.
