Adolescents of working and non-working mothers are assessed for emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and self-efficacy. Developmental features examined a sample of 200. The group was emotionally intelligent, 72–148, M 117.9, SD 15.4. Conflict resolution scores 36 to 54 averaged 45.0 (SD = 3.0), indicating moderate efficacy and low skewness.
