Mit einem semizentralen Ver- und Entsorgungssystem sollen Stoffströme aus dem Bereich Abfallentsorgung, Abwasserentsorgung und Wasserversorgung in räumlich kleinen Kreisläufen genutzt werden, um damit den hierfür erforderlichen Wasser- und Energiebedarf zu minimieren.
