Em culturas descontínuas de Xanthomonas campestres o ácido acético promoveu uma diminuição do crescimento do microrganismo e um aumento na produção de xantano. This thesis entails an ethnographic exploration of the Greek economic crisis. In particular, I address the signification, materialisation, and contestation of the Greek economic crisis in a soup kitchen, a clothing bank, and a social clinic. Drawing from material gathered in the Northern Greek town of Xanthi between March 2014 and 2015, I treat alternative provisioning as an avenue to mutuality, collectivity, and egalitarianism. Commercial soy sauce and tamari sauce as well as model systems of soy protein isolate and whey protein concentrate were the sources of protein used for evaluation with xanthan gum. Myxococcus xanthus, a model organism for studying development and Type IV pili (T4P), harbors three Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats (CRISPR) on its chromosome. CRISPR systems, which function as an adaptive immune system in prokaryotes, are classified into three types based on CRISPR-associated genes. It was proposed that a phase separated system might be utilised to deliver a concentrated polysaccharide mucosal protective coating in gastro oesophageal reflux disease (GORD). In this context the phase behaviour of xanthan gum in combination with sodium alginate and other polymers was studied.
