The article attempts to outline the terminological role of the concept of xing (性) in Xunzi by reconstructing its terminological context. The author establishes that the concepts that make up this context, such as «simplicity» (pu 朴), «raw material» (cai 材), «ability / skill» (cai 才), «manifestations» (qing 情), «substance» (zhi 質), «realia» (shi 實), form a developed system, within which xing can be defined as something that endows living things by sensation’s unity.

Approximately 30% of patients with EGFR mutation (EGFRm) in NSCLC are diagnosed at an early stage and are candidates for curative-intent surgical resection; however, disease recurrence remains a substantial clinical challenge. Aumolertinib is a third-generation EGFR TKI that potently inhibits both sensitizing EGFR mutations (ex19del/L858R) and the resistance mutation T790M. Here we present the efficacy and safety of garsorasib in a pivotal phase 2 study. Methods: In this open-label, multicenter, single-arm phase 2 study, patients received garsorasib 600 mg twice daily in 21-day cycles. Eligible criteria included patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC harboring KRAS G12C mutation, who had disease progression after prior anti-PD-(L)1 therapy and plati

Recently, sulfonamides have been shown to be promising electrolyte components due to their high chemical and electrochemical stability in lithium batteries [1, 2]. The electrolyte stability becomes critical when applying high voltage and/or utilizing Ni-rich layered oxides in high energy density lithium-ion batteries. Another approach to successful Ni-rich cathode performance is to develop a stable and effective cathode electrolyte interphase (CEI). Given the success of sultones and sulfates in this regard [3, 4], it is hypothesized that nitrogen analogs, like sulfonamides, could be tailored t

Nitrogen is a paramount important essential element for all living organisms. It has been found to bea crucial structural component of proteins, nucleic acids, enzymes and other cellular constituents which are inevitable for all forms of life. In the atmosphere, the percentage of nitrogen is very high (N2, 78%) compared to other inorganic gases. However, most organisms have practically no direct access to this nitrogen. While plants can not directly uptake nitrogen from atmosphere, they are capable of assimilating other forms of nitrogen, for example ammonium (NH4+) and nitrate (NO3-). For agr
