Abstract:
This study aims to evaluate the anti-inflammatory activity of Lycopene in mice with ear oedema and in vitro activity. In this study, mice were used and performed in vitro anti-inflammatory tests of Lycopene with the HRBC method and protein denaturation. Moreover, the anti-inflammatory assay of Lycopene was also evaluated in xylene-induced right-ear mice. Diclofenac sodium solution was used as a positive control.
