Abstract:
Introduction Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a physical and mental disorder in which long-term fatigue is the main symptom. CFS patients are often accompanied by functional gastrointestinal diseases (FGIDs), which lead to decreased quality of life and increased fatigue. Prolong-life-with-nine-turn-method (PLWNT) is a kind of physical and mental exercise. Its operation includes adjusting the mind, breathing and cooperating with eight self-rubbing methods and one upper body rocking method. PLWNT was used to improve the digestive function in ancient China and to treat FGIDs such as functional dyspepsia and irritable bowel syndrome in modern times. Previous studies have shown that PLWNT can reduce fatigue in patients with CFS. But it is unclear whether the effect of PLWNT on CFS fatigue is related to gastrointestinal function. The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between PLWNT and fatigue and gastrointestinal function in patients with CFS. Methods This study is a non-inferiority randomized controlled trial (RCT). The whole study period is 38 weeks, including 2 weeks of baseline evaluation, 12 weeks of intervention and 6 months of follow-up. Ninety-six CFS patients will be stratified random assigned to the intervention group (PLWNT) and the control group (cognitive behavior treatment) in the ratio of 1:1 through the random number table generated by SPSS. In the evaluation of results, Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory-20 (MFI-20), Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale (GSRS), Bristol Stool Form Scale (BSFS), and Short Form 36 item health survey (SF-36) will be evaluated at week 0 (baseline), week 6 (midterm), week 12 (endpoint) and month 9 (follow up). The intestinal flora will be evaluated at week 0 (baseline) and week 12 (endpoint). The data results will be processed by statistical experts. The data analysis will be based on the intention to treat principle and per-protocol analysis. In the efficacy evaluation, repeated measurement analysis of variance will be used for data conforming to normal distribution or approximate normal distribution. The data which do not conform to the analysis of repeated measurement variance will be analyzed by the generalized estimation equation Linear discriminant analysis will be used to clarify the difference species of intestinal flora. The significance level sets as 5%. The safety of interventions will be evaluated after each treatment session. Discussion This trial will provide evidence to PLWNT exerting positive effects on fatigue and gastrointestinal function of CFS. It will further explore whether the improvement of PLWNT on CFS fatigue is related to gastrointestinal function. Trial registration The trial was registered at Chinese Clinical Trial Registry http://www.chictr.org.cn/showproj.aspx?proj=151456 (Registration No.: ChiCTR2200056530). Date: 2022-02-07.

Abstract:
First Love short story by Mo Yan tells of the first love story of a 9-year-old male student named Jin Tou to a woman who is older than him. The three previous studies that have discussed this short story all emphasize strong intrinsic elements of the story, namely characters and characterizations. They state that the important characters of the story are Jin Tou, Zhang Ruolan and Du Fenyu, Jin Tou's first love is a mixture of innocence, bitterness and happiness played by the boy who has a strange, lonely and unfortunate character. After being traced, and studied using an intrinsic approach and referring to sources outside the short story, it is revealed that the problem discussed in the short story is about class issues represented by each character in the story. The depiction of social class presented is a representation of the problems that have occurred in China. The short story First Love takes place in the history and social conditions of China in the period after the end of the Cultural Revolution and the reopening of schools in China. This short story also presents how Mo Yan as the author sees the conditions after the Cultural Revolution in China as part of the history conveyed through the love story of Jin Tou's character.

Abstract:

Abstract:
Historically, “Yan-Yun 16 Prefectures (燕雲16州)” were some of the important strategical places in early imperial China. These areas, which started in modern day Datong (大同) and ended in Tianjin (天津), included the capital city, Beijing (北 京) and were just below location of the Great Wall (長城). The main reason why the “Yan-Yun 16 Prefectures” were created by the imperial Chinese government was to better defend the border from threatening nomadic tribes such as the Xiongnu (匈奴), Xianbei (鮮卑), Youran (柔然), Turks (突厥) and Khitans (契丹), who had consistently attempted to break into the economically and culturally prospering Chinese empire. In other words, imperial China installed the prefectures as a major military bases to solidify state security. Although there are many past studies on the “Yan-Yun 16 Prefectures,” there are still many un-answered historical questions, including why the Later Jin (後晉) had ceded this strategic area to the Khitan Empire. More specifically, why the first emperor of the Later Jin agreed to this bad policy decision made by his main political advisor Sang Weihan (桑維翰)? And Why did Sang himself, who was one of the top elites in the Chinese Empire, made such a suggestion to the emperor? Finally, during the cessation of the prefectures to the Khitans, what was the position and role of the military warlords, Liu Zhiyuan (劉知遠) and Zhao Dejun (趙德鈞)? In order to answer these questions, this paper is delved into the historical background of the “Yan-Yun 16 Prefectures” in the first chapter and examines the strategic importance of these areas from the Qin-Han (秦漢) through late Tang (唐後期). Following this, the paper investigates the main reasons as to why the Later Jin ceded the prefectures to the Khitan empire through carefully analyzing the roles of four individuals, specifically emperor Shi Jingtang (石敬塘), Sang Weihan, Liu Zhiyuan and Zhao Dejun. Finally, in the last chapter, the paper discusses the historical significance of the “Yan-Yun 16 Prefectures” through analysis of the Later period of Five Dynasties up to mid Northern Song when the Chinese Empire significantly re-established its diplomatic relations with the Koryo dynasty in 1071. Through the re-examination of the “Yan-Yun 16 Prefectures,” this paper hope to make an academic contribution to the scholarly world and help us to understand the politically / militarily significant areas in imperial Chinese history.

Abstract:
Abstract Though docetaxel plus cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil (TPF) induction chemotherapy becomes the standard care for locoregionally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), some patients could not benefit from this therapy. The underlying mechanisms remain unclear. We found that DCAF7 was highly expressed in TPF resistant NPC patients, and promoted the cisplatin resistance and metastasis of NPC cells. Mechanistically, DCAF7 facilitates the interaction between USP10 and G3BP1, resulting in the removal of K48-linked ubiquitylation of G3BP1 at Lys76 mediated by USP10, thus preventing the degradation of G3BP1 through ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, and facilitates the stress granule (SG)-like structures formation. Moreover, knockdown of G3BP1 successfully reversed the SG-like structures formation and oncogenic effects exerted by DCAF7. Importantly, NPC patients with elevated DCAF7 expression exhibited high risks of metastasis, and is associated with a poor prognosis. This study identifies DCAF7 as a pivotal cisplatin resistance gene, and sheds light on the underlying mechanism of TPF resistance in NPC patients. The DCAF7-USP10-G3BP1 axis provides potential therapeutic targets and biomarker for NPC treatment. Abstract:
This paper compares Jin Ling Shi San Chai, a novel written by the Chinese American writer Yan Geling, and its film adaptation, The Flowers of War, directed by Zhang Yimou, to reveal the internal and external characteristics of each work by looking at the differences of point of view between them, which arose from the process of adaptation. Although there are not many studies on Yan Geling in Korea, there are over 100 studies by Chinese scholars on the novel and film adaptation of Jin Ling Shi San Chai, so many that it is difficult to list them all. This paper attempts to identify the characteristics of the novel by using the theory of narrative to show how the novel embodies its theme. It also investigates how the film embodies the theme of the story to reveal the characteristics of director Zhang Yimou. This study focuses on the fact that Jin Ling Shi San Chai is composed of a first-person observer perspective, narrated by the nephew of the protagonist, Meng Su-Juan. By narrating the story from the nephew’s first-person observer perspective, the author achieves intersubjectivity and freely goes back and forth the realms of subjectivity and objectivity. In this paper, it is analyzed that the intersubjectivity is realized through the point of view shots and voice-over narrations in the film.

Abstract:
The article gives a overview of translations of I.A. Krylov’s fables in China. The first of them appeared more than 120 years ago, but the real acquaintance of Chinese readers with his work took place in the 1950s because of the translations of Meng Hai and Wu Yan. From the late 1970s to the present, the number of translations and editions of Krylov’s fables has been constantly increasing. Now in China there are more than 300 separate editions of his selected fables and 33 complete collections. At various times, at least 64 translators worked on translations of Krylov’s fables into Chinese, and 15 of them translated all nine books of the collection of his fables (these are Wu Yan, He Shiying, Feng Jia, Gu Yu, Xin Weiai, Han Guiliang, He Maozheng, Pei Jiaqin, Qu Hong, Yue Yan, Shi Guoxiong, Ding Lu, Zhu Xiansheng, Qiu Jingjuan and Yang Jianfeng). Some translations are made in prose, but some in poetry. The article summarizes the history of translations of Krylov’s fables in China and provides information about the most important translations and translators.

Abstract:
The brazier-shaped pottery(盧形土器) was mainly excavated from the wooden chamber tomb as one of the major types of the latter soft grayish pottery(後期瓦質土器) in Jin Byeon Han(弁辰韓) area. According to the latter soft grayish pottery study, the shape of brazier-shaped pottery in the Byeon Jin Han area, had changed with time. But the‘ Byeon Jin Han’is a collective expression of a group of small units, the latter period of the Byeon Jin Han was during when the integration between the groups began to actively proceed. It is also meaningful to look at the aspects between unit sites rather than all Yeongnam province as an entire analysis unit. In this article, it’s focused on examining the differences in patterns of brazier-shaped pottery between unit sites. As a result of the analysis of the pottery, the common attributes shared across the Byeon Jin Han area and the characteristic properties of the unit sites were derived. The common attributes are the size and height of the top part, the maximum circumferential position(胴最大部) and shape, the percentage of foot in total size of the pottery etc.. The common attribute had changed in the forward direction, it’s interpreted it as shared the recognition of brazier-shaped pottery in all the Byeon Jin Han area. Meanwhile, the detailed type differences by units, is interpreted it as the result of selecting specific attributes in the region. Therefore it seems the shape of brazier-shaped pottery in the Byeon Jin Han area that common and optional attributes are combined. It’s examined the process of selective combination of attributes through comparison between regions. Considering the common attributes of the brazier-shaped pottery and the a temporal and spatial change of unit site’s property, there were various types of the pottery from the beginning, it develops in the direction of increasing the quantity with the formation according to the flow of time. As the shape difference between unit ruins decreases in the same time, it became flat in the Gyeongju region, the top part of pottery were developed in the upright direction in the Busan·Gimhae region. It’s changed to be hardened, transformed pottery stand(器臺) with the difference between Gyeongju and Busan·Gimhae region.

Abstract:
This paper proposes that the character in the sentence 生乃呼曰 “was born and called out: ‘Jin!’” in the Shanghai Museum manuscript Zi Gao 子羔 should be transcribed as 銫, pronounced jin, and was a special way of writing the word jin 金 “metal.” The myth of Xie in Zi Gao may be related to the virtue of Metal of the Shang dynasty, which can still be seen in a story in the Shiyi ji 拾遺記 in which the divine mother asks Jian Di 簡狄 to give birth to Xie to “succeed the Virtue of Metal.” This paper also traces the myths of Shaohao 少皞 and Xie in order to show that Shaohao and Xie derive from the same mythical source. This paper argues that the association of Shang with the virtue of Metal already existed prior to the time that Zou Yan 鄒衍 systematized the Five Virtues.

Abstract:
This article examines the cases of Murong Bu, Former Yan, and Goguryo's acceptance of Wandering people in the early and mid-4th century, and uses this as a basis to examine the backgrounds and modes of acceptance, and the impact of the Wandering people on both countries. Murong Bu sought to seize hegemony in East Asia through the establishment of a Chinese ruling order that claimed loyalty to Xi Jin, and actively accepted Hanren as one of the measures of the loyalty policy. Murong Bu appointed a number of key Hanren figures to government positions based on their merit and led the country with them, and established the Qiao Jun to keep Hanren migrants in line. Through this loyalty policy and the active acceptance of Koreans, Murong Bu was able to establish the political organization of Western Jin and build the foundation of an agrarian economy. Goguryeo took advantage of the competitive acquisition of Hanren by the states of Huabei in the early fourth century to accommodate them. However, compared to other countries, it was relatively difficult to expect voluntary migration, so it mainly secured Hanren through plunder of Chinese counties (Junxian), and strongly controlled and managed them while locating them near the cities, and mobilized them for Yaoyi. Goguryeo wanted to achieve national development by securing Hanren, but securing Hanren through plundering Chinese counties was limited. Therefore, they sought to secure the people of Murong Bu and Former Yan on behalf of the Hanren to disrupt them internally and increase military power.

Abstract:
Abstract Radiotherapy is the main and preferred treatment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), owing to its high sensitivity to radiation. However, there are ~20% patients suffering from tumor recurrence. Accumulating evidences show that protein ubiquitination plays a vital role in radiation caused DNA damage response. Here, we identified that the deubiquitinase USP18 is highly expressed in NPC tissues, and inversely associated with radiosensitivity of NPC cells. USP18 interacts with TRIM29 and promotes its K27-linked ubiquitination independent of its deubiquitinase activity. Further investigation reveals that USP18 acts as a scaffold to recruit the E3 ubiquitin ligase TRIM21 to directly ubiquitinate TRIM29 at Lys307, thus promoting its oligomerization and nuclear translocation, and thereby facilitates the DNA damage repair of NPC cells after irradiation. Clinically, higher expression of USP18 indicates poor response to radiotherapy and worse prognosis in NPC patients. Our findings reveal the critical role of USP18 in regulating radiosensitivity, and targeting USP18-TRIM21-TRIM29 axis maybe a novel strategy to synergize with radiotherapy for NPC patients. Abstract:
The intermittency of wind and solar electricity limits their penetration into our energy mix. Safe, cost-effective, large-scale electrical energy storage could solve this problem. Redox flow batteries (RFBs) are emerging energy storage technologies that are expected to have an increasing market size due to their scalability, safety, and system flexibility. Aqueous organic-based RFBs have gained attention due to their potential low cost and the possibility of tailoring the redox properties by modifying the organic chemical structure. To date, significant progress has been made in improving the stability and consequently the lifetime of organic-based RFBs [1-4]. Increased energy density is also desirable but is constrained by limited organic solubility. In this work, we discuss strategies for enhancing the energy density of organic-based RFBs by utilizing mixtures of redox-active organic molecules. In particular, we demonstrate an anthraquinone-based flow battery in which utilization of multiple tailor-made anthraquinones yields a 40% increase in the volumetric capacity, from 26.8 Ah/L to 37.5 Ah/L, without sacrificing the capacity fade rate of the system. The required principles for designing a mixed redox-active organic-based RFB and the possible trade-offs and opportunities will be discussed. These findings provide a pathway for enhancing the competitiveness of RFBs for practical applications. [1] Kwabi, David G., Yunlong Ji, and Michael J. Aziz. Abstract:
Introduction. The southern Chinese empire of Eastern Jin, which lost its northern lands in 316, did not lose hope of reclaiming its territories. The East Jin commander Huan Wen undertook three military expeditions to Northern China: the first campaign of 354 (against the northwestern “barbarian” kingdom of the Di clan — Former Qin), the second campaign of 356 (against the rebellious Northern Chinese barbarian general Yao Xiang), and the third campaign of 368 (against the Xianbei kingdom of Former Yan). The purpose of the article was to give a general overview and a brief analysis of the events associated with the three campaigns, as well as to identify the causes and consequences of the victories and defeats of the Chinese side. Materials and methods. The main research methods were historical-genetic, historical-biographical, and historical-geographical analysis of relevant events and personalities. The major source of information about the events associated with Huan Wen’s three campaigns to the North is the official dynastic history “History of the Jin [Dynasty]” (“Jin Shu”), namely the Zaiji section and the Liezhuan biographical section. Results. The unsuccessful outcome of the initially successful campaigns of Huan Wen may be explained by the factional struggle between the capital (Yangzhou) and regional (Jingzhou) groupings of the ruling elite of the Eastern Jin state, as well as the general degradation of the central government apparatus. The crushing defeat of the third northern campaign led to the loss of the territories in Central China previously conquered by the Jin army and the decline of the court career of Huan Wen himself. But his clan remained an influential power in the Jingzhou region.

Abstract:
Late Tang Shi Jing-tang called on Kithan to aid after the rebellion. As a result, Kithan dispatched troops to destroy Late Tang and help Shi Jing-tang to establish Late Jin. Shi Jing-tang gave Yan-yun-shi-liu-zhou to Kithan in return for this support and paid a huge regular payment of property every year. Shi Jing-tang devoted himself to Kithan's Tai-zong through his reign; the provision of supplies was also faithful. Due to this attitude of Shi Jing-tang, no problems occurred between Kithan and Late Jin during his reign. However, change occurred in 942 when Shi Jing-tang died. Late Jin refused to call himself a servant to Kithan. Kithan then angered and decided on the policy of the invasion of Late Jin. Kithan began the invasion in 946 and destroyed Late Jin. In 947, Tai-zong of Kithan entered Kaifeng, the capital of Late Jin. Since then, Tai-zong has also tried to stabilize order immediately. Tai-zong, after stabilizing Kaifeng's situation, performed a ceremony to be crowned emperor. His emperor's ceremony followed thoroughly Chinese conventions. The country's name was also changed to Liao. Tai-zong hoped to be accepted as a Chinese monarch by the people of North China. He was directed toward Chinese domination and Chinese monarchy, but lacked understanding of the principles of Chinese administrative organizations, and thus the domination of Liao caused resentment of the people in various places. In this situation, in March 947, Tai-zong of Kithan abandoned direct rule of North China and returned to the north. The withdrawal of Tai-zong was apparently an arbitrage of failures over North China's rule.

Abstract:
In the 1970s, the great discoveries of Western Zhou bronze vessels were concentrated primarily in the Wei River valley of Shaanxi province, a pattern of distribution that gave rise to certain theories about a geographically reduced Zhou state. Since then, and especially in the 1990s, inscribed bronze vessels of the Western Zhou period have been found throughout northern China, with particularly important discoveries identified with the state of Yan 燕 near Beijing, Ying 應 at Pingdingshan (Henan), Jin 晉 at Houma (Shanxi), and Guo 虢 at Sanmenxia (Henan). This article introduces these discoveries, translating the more important inscriptions. It also reviews recent discoveries in Shaanxi, especially several bronzes bearing fully-dated inscriptions that have come to light in the course of the Xia-Shang-Zhou Chronology Project.

Abstract:
Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) divides fracture treatment into three stages. Many TCM herbs and formulas have been used to treat fractures for thousands of years. However, research regarding the Chinese herbal products (CHPs) that should be used at different periods of treatment is still lacking. This study aims to identify the CHPs that should be used at different periods of treatment as well as confirm the TCM theory of fracture periods medicine. We used prescriptions of TCM outpatients with fracture diagnoses analyzed using the Chang Gung Research Database (CGRD) from 2000 to 2015. According to the number of days between the date of the fracture and the clinic visit date, all patients were assigned to one of three groups. Patients with a date gap of 0-13 days were assigned to the early period group; those with a date gap of 14-82 days were assigned to the middle period group; and those with a date gap of 83-182 days were assigned to the late period group. We observed the average number of herbal formulas prescribed by the TCM doctor at each visit was 2.78, and the average number of single herbs prescribed was 6.47. The top three prescriptions in the early fracture period were Zheng-gu-zi-jin-dang, Shu-jing-huo-xue-tang, and Wu-ling-san. In the middle fracture period, the top three formulas were Zheng-gu-zi-jin-dang, Shu-jing-huo-xue-tang, and Zhi-bai-di-huang-wan. In the late fracture period, the top three formulas were Shu-jing-huo-xue-tang, Gui-lu-er-xian-jiao, and Du-huo-ji-sheng-tang. The main single herbs used in the early fracture period were Yan-hu-suo, Gu-sui-bu, and Dan-shen. From the middle to the late period, the most prescribed single herbs were Xu-duan, Gu-sui-bu, and Yan-hu-suo. We concluded that the results showed that the CGRD utilization pattern roughly meets the TCM theory at different fracture periods.

Abstract:
The Kong-zi jia-yu (“School Sayings of Confucius”) is an important historical source for the study of Confucius’ teachings. The text comprises Confucius’ sayings, records of his conversations with his students and other people, and also information regarding his life and deeds. Regardless of the factual cornucopia, the text remains almost completely unknown to Russian scholars. Equally, it has never been translated into Russian. The necessity to translate this historical source into Russian is obvious, at least because of the information regarding the life of Confucius (551–479 BC) and also the theory of his philosophy and belief system. The article offers the initial stage of the study of the Kong-zi jia-yu and comprises the Russian translation of the first two chapters. One of the tasks of the article is the identification of the sources the Kong-zi jia-yu is based upon. The translation is accompanied by the synopsis of the contents of the first five chapters, their composition and a source critical study about the information found in the Kong-zi jia-yu and the ancient Chinese works, such as Chun-qiu Zuo-zhuan, Xun-zi, Li-ji, Da Dai li-ji, Yi-wen-zi, Shuo-yuan. The study has proven that these texts should not be considered as sources of information for the first and second chapters of the Kong-zi jia-yu due to significant differences in detail description. It has been also established that the texts of the third, fourth and fifth chapters, which are philosophical dialogues to a large extent coincide with the chapters of Li-ji (chapters Ai-gong wen, Ru xing) and Da Dai li-ji (chapters Zhu yan, Ai-gong wen yu Kong-zi). However, regardless of these coincidences these texts still should not be considered as direct sources for the relevant chapters from the Kong-zi jia-yu. Most likely, the authors of all three chapters had recourse to the same source.

Abstract:
Abstract Background: Glycosylation profoundly influences the interactions between cancer cells and microenvironmental stromal cells during the peritoneal disseminated metastasis of ovarian carcinoma (OC), which is the major cause of cancer-related death. Although the characteristic cancer glycoconjugates are widely used as biomarkers for cancer diagnosis, our knowledge about cancer glycome remains quite fragmented due to the technique limitations in analyzing glycan chains with tremendous structural and functional heterogeneity. Method: Given the dysregulated cancer glycome is defined by the altered glycosylation machinery, here we performed a systematic loss-of-function screen on 498 genes involved in glycosylation for key regulators of OC dissemination. We identified neuraminidase 4 (NEU4), an enzyme capable of hydrolyzing terminal sialic acid from glycoconjugates, as a vital peritoneal dissemination-promoting modifier of OC glycome. What’s more, we also identified membrane proteins whose sialylation was able to be modified by NEU4 in OC cells by pull down and mass spectrum to investigate the functional significance of NEU4-mediated desialylation. Results: In human patients with high-grade serous OC (HGSOC), increased NEU4 was detected in the disseminated OC cells when compared with that in the primary tumor cells, which significantly correlated with the worse survival. Among three alternative splice-generated isoforms of human NEU4, we revealed that only the plasma membrane-localized NEU4 isoform 2 (NEU4-iso2) and intracellular isoform 3 promoted the peritoneal dissemination of OC by enhancing the cell motility and epithelial-mesenchymal transition. We also identified NEU4-iso2-regulated cell surface glycoproteome and found that NEU4-iso2 desialylated the epithelial growth factor receptor (EGFR), in particular at N196 residue, for the hyperactivation of EGFR and its downstream tumor-promoting signaling cascades. Conclusion: Our results provide new insights into how the OC glycome is dysregulated by NEU4 during OC progression and reveals a functionally important glycosite on EGFR for its abnormal activation in cancer. Quantitation of alternative splicing variants of lactate dehydrogenase C gene in testes of adult yak, sexually immature yak calf and sterile male hybrid of yak. Can. J. Anim. Sci. 92: 291–296. The main objective of the present study was to analyze quantitatively the alternative splicing of the lactate dehydrogenase C (ldhc) gene in the testes of yak (Bos grunniens) and male sterile yak hybrid. RT-PCR amplification of ldhc cDNA in the testes revealed eight splice variants formed by the deletion of one or more exons in the mRNA transcripts. The deleted exons occur mostly in exons 7 and 4. The deletion of exons caused reading frame shift and formation of stop codon in some variants. Quantitative real-time RT-PCR analysis using ldhc variant-specific primers showed that the mRNA level of full length ldhc decreased dramatically in the testes of sexually immature yak calf (n=6) and male sterile hybrid cattle–yak (n=4) compared with that of adult yak (n=14). The proportions of the ldhc variants assayed differed significantly among adult yak, yak calf and cattle–yak; more ldhc transcripts were spliced in immature or sterile testes. Our results suggest that the alternative splicing could play a role in the regulation of ldhc expression in testes, and could be one factor that plays a role in infertility of yak hybrids.

This research is aimed to determine the exchange rate, money in circulation, and the impact of expansion on the stock cost file in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during the observation period of January 2017 to December 2021. Closing price data obtained from the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) from 2017 to 2021 is the data used as a sample. The method used in this research is a quantitative method using a quantitative approach associative, which aims to determine the effect or relationship between variables. The regression model used in this research is multiple linear regression. This research uses Eviews 9 for data management and purposive sampling for data collection. The results of this research indicate that, partially, inflation does not positively affect the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) stock price index. On the other hand, the amount of money and the exchange rate in circulation partially harm the stock price index in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). In the meantime, the amount of money in circulation, the exchange rate (exchange rate), and simultaneous inflation variables significantly affect the Stock Price Index in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for 2017 to 2020.
