Abstract:
Penelitian ini membahas perbedaan struktur dan makna pada penggunaan verba bersinonim suru dan yaru dalam bahasa Jepang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan juga mencoba mennyulih verba suru dan yaru dalam berbagai macam jenis kalimat untuk mengetahui perbedaan dan persamaannya baik secara struktur maupun semantis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terlepas dari kebersinoniman kedua verba ini dalam makna’ melakukan sebuah perbuatan’, penulis menemukan beberapa ciri khas struktur dari masing – masing verba pada saat mengisi posisi predikat sebuah kalimat yang sama. Selain itu, penulis juga menemukan makna verba yaru yang tidak ditemukan pada kamus-kamus referensi yang ada yaitu ‘mengirimkan seseorang untuk melakukan sesuatu’ yang tidak ditemukan pada penggunaan verba suru. Terlepas dari kebersinoniman kedua verba, hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa baik verba suru maupun yaru memiliki kekhasan secara struktur dan makna sehingga meskipun bersinonim bukan berarti kedua verba tersebut selalu dapat saling menyulih.

Luego de deslindar sobre la relatividad del quechua auténtico, se describen las variedades del supralecto del quechua Yaru-Huánuco y las características fonéticas habladas en Huamalíes, Dos de Mayo, Valle del Pillco, Panao, Pampa de Junín, Chaupihuaranga y Cerro de Pasco, en base a textos recogidos in situ en grabaciones magnetofónicas, en áreas sociolectales indicadas. Se presenta el grado de comprensión de emisiones radiofónicas de siete supralectos del Perú, analizadas por Torero y en base a este modelo, se intenta señalar las diferencias sociolectales del quechua de Ancash-Huaylas y Yaru-Huánuco (Quechua I, estudiado por nuestro amigo y lingüista más importante). Finalmente se anotan las diferencias fonéticas muy especiales con los sonidos [ch], [tr], [ts] y [s].

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Peran Pemerintah Desa Terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa di Desa Romean Kecamatan Yaru Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara Barat. Untuk menjawab permasalahan pokok tersebut dibuat suatu hipotesa sebagai jawaban sementara untuk bertolak dari penelitian ini, yakni Diduga terdapat pengaruh Peran Pemerintah Desa Terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa. Dengan populasi sampel penelitian sebanyak 56 orang. data dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisa regresi linier sederhana diperoleh persamaan y = 9,99 + 0.41x, sedangkan dari hasil analisa korelasi menunjukan bahwa hubungan antara variabel Peran Pemerintah Desa dengan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa sebesar 0,48 yang berada pada nilai interval 0,42 – 0,599 dengan kategori hubungan cukup kuat. serta besarnya kontribusi variabel X terhadap Y yang diperoleh dengan persamaan koefisien determinasi, yakni sebesar 23,04 %. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Peran Pemerintah Desa memberikan kontribusi sebesar 23,04 % terhadap variabel Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa sedangkan sisanya 76,96 % ditentukan oleh faktor lain. Uji signifikansi dengan menggunakan uji t hitung derajad kepekaan 5 %, uji dua pihak dengan dk=56-2=54 diperoleh nilai t hitung lebih besar dari nilai t tabel (3,625>2,005), maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak artinya ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikansi Peran Pemerintah Desa Terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Di Desa Romean Kecamatan Yaru Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara Barat.

Abstract:
Papua Province is one of the regions with the highest tuberculosis cases in Indonesia. Especially in the Dosay Health Center's working area, in 2017 found 34 cases, 24 cases in 2018, and 32 cases in 2019. This study aimed to determine the number of cases of TB at the Dosay Public Health Center in 2017-2019, based on gender, age, location of TB anatomy, and place of residence. This study is a quantitative descriptive study. The data source was collected from the Tb case examination's medical record and then analyzed with a descriptive statistic. The results showed that in 2017 and 2018, TB patients tended to be more dominated by women, namely (59.3%) and (70.8%), respectively. While in 2019, the number of men with TB was (61.7%). The highest number of TB sufferers in 2017 was in the age group 25-34 years, namely (37.5%). Meanwhile, the 0-14-year age group was the highest in 2018 and 2019, namely (33.3%) and (47%). The number of pulmonary tuberculosis cases in 2017-2019 was higher than extrapulmonary tuberculosis. TB cases in 2017 were found mostly in Waibron Village and Maribu Village, namely (31.2%) and (28.8%). In 2018 Maribu Village had the highest, followed by Waibron Village, respectively (41.6%) and (29.1%). As for 2019, the most TB patients were found in Sabron Yaru Village with (32.3%). In conclusion, in 2017 and 2018, there were more female TB cases. While in 2019, the highest TB cases were in men. TB cases in 2017-2019 are mostly found in the age group <15 years. The anatomical location most commonly attacked by TB is the lungs. The areas with relatively high TB cases were Waibron, Maribu, and Sabron Yaru Village.

Abstract:
This study aims to describe the understanding of Japanese language students about the ‘uchi-soto’ concept which is the standard for Japanese people when using the ‘yari-morai’ expression. This also relates to the process of translating speeches containing the verb ‘yari-morai’. Data sources are Japanese manga (Japanese) and a questionnaire that lists structured questions. The method used in data collection is the listening method with tapping technique as the basic technique and the listening-free-engaged-conversation technique as an advanced technique. Whereas in the analysis using contextual and descriptive methods, the sentence is analyzed by explaining the context, the concept of ‘uchi-soto’ in relation to the use of ‘yari-morai’ auxiliary verbs, assessing the results of the translation and relating it to the concept of ‘uchi-soto’ in the linguistic realm. The results of this study indicate 1) in the yaru and ageru verbs, it was found that the respondents' understanding of the uchi-soto concept was the same lack. 2) on the morau verb, the authors found that respondents were able to determine the uchi-soto relationship and 3) in the kureru verb, some respondents can distinguish and determine the uchi-soto relationship well, however, when the kureru verb becomes kudasaru, even though the respondent can still recognize the uchi-soto relationship, some 100% of the translating results of the respondent are incorrect. So, from the students' understanding of the concept of uchi-soto which is associated with the results of translation it is known that it does not significantly correlate with student competence in translating utterances that contain yari-morai verbs and vice versa. Although some respondents answered correctly the uchi-soto relationship of the speakers involved in a conversation, it was not in accordance with the translation that resulted from both accuracy and acceptance. On the other hand, although the respondent is able to translate the fragments from the utterances, it is not able to determine the right relationship between speakers with other parties in the given conversation situation. Después de consultar estudios desde los tiempos de la invasión española, como el tratado Arte, y Vocabulario EN LA LENGUA General del Perv, llamada Quichua, y en la lengua Española, de Fray Domingo de S. Thomas (1560), hasta los diversos estudios lingüísticos y pedagógicos actuales, llegamos a la conclusión que, en esta región, el idioma qichwa ha sufrido interferencias del español de manera distorsionante y discriminadora, como a la misma sociedad peruana. Como conclusión nuestra lengua qichwa está desvalorizada, distorsionada y muy afectada en su estructura, morfología, fonética y, principalmente, en sus sentidos y signifcados

Keberagaman struktur dalam bahasa Jepang membuat bahasa ini menjadi salah satu bahasa yang cukup sulit dipelajari oleh pembelajar asing. Unsur budaya yang sering tercermin dalam berbahasa sehari-hari pun menjadi salah satu sebab mengapa bahasa Jepang menjadi salah satu bahasa yang sulit untuk dipelajari. Misalnya dalam penggunaan struktur kalimat yang menggunakan giving receiving verbs ‘verba memberi menerima’ yang dalam bahasa Jepang dikenal dengan istilah verba yarimorai (juju doushi) yang terdiri dari verba yaru, ageru, kureru, morau, sashiageru, kudasaru, dan itadaku. Penggunaan verba yarimorai dalam suatu situasi ujar tertentu yang disebut dengan juju hyougen ini, digunakan untuk menyatakan adanya perpindahan barang atau jasa dari pembicara atau seseorang kepada orang lain, yang berhubungan erat dengan budaya masyarakat Jepang yang menganut konsep uchi – soto, yang sangat menjaga kehidupan sosialnya supaya tetap harmonis, sehingga dalam berbahasa pun mereka sangat menjaga supaya tidak menyakiti hati lawan bicara, dengan cara meninggikan lawan bicara, dan merendahkan diri sendiri. Selain itu, penggunaan verba yarimorai ini ada yang berkaitan dengan onkeisei ‘kebaikan’ untuk atau dari seseorang. Oleh karena itu, perlu pemahaman yang baik supaya dapat memilih dengan tepat verba yarimorai yang digunakan sehingga aktivitas komunikasi pun dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Verba yarimorai ini dapat digunakan pula sebagai verba bantu yang melekat dengan verba lainnya sebagai hojo doushi, yang menambahkan makna kepada verba intinya, untuk menjelaskan pemberi dan penerima dalam kalimat tersebut.

Abstract:
Effects of creep-related overdrying during sizing on warp characteristics and weaving performance have been studied for a particular warp. During sizing, parameters such as moisture regain, warp stretch, and lease tension were monitored on a yard-to-yard basis at both normal and creep speeds. Yarn type and sizing agent were kept constant. Optimum levels of squeeze role pressure at both normal and creep speeds were determined before investigating the effect of overdrying on weaving performance. The results indicated that there is a critical pressure/speed combination at which yarn characteristics are optimum. The benefits of optimization were limited, however, by the effect of creep speed on the abrasion resistance of yarn. The effect of creep-related overdrying on weaving performance was determined by measuring the frequency of occurrence of warp breakage in both creep and normally sized warps. The rate of warp breakage during weaving was much higher in regions sized at creep speed than at normal speed. Size film degradation and deterioration of warp characteristics were believed to cause the poor weaving performance of creep regions.

ABSTRACT. A study on source and quality of feed and production of Etawah goats was conducted from June to November, 1997. Nine respondents who raise Peranakan Etawah goats were interviewed. The goats were investigated and measured for body size. The respondents were live in three different villages, i.e, three from Ule Lheu, one from Lambung, two from Punge, one from Peulanggahan and two from Rukoh. The result showed that source of fed were obtained from grass in the back yart, native pasture, by product of banana, fruits, vegetables and palatable leaves. The quality of feed was relatively good due a relatively high content of protein. Ratio of male tp female was 1 : 1.65. Kid production was about 190 percent / yard. Body size were better than kids that are raised in villages in Aceh Barat regency.

Purpose In spinning industries, selection of the most appropriate fibre for yarn manufacturing plays an important role for achieving an optimal mix of several yarn characteristics, like maximum tenacity, elasticity and spinning ability; and minimum unevenness and hairiness. Identification of the best suited cotton fibre from a set of available alternatives in presence of different conflicting physical properties is often treated as a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem. The paper aims to discuss this issue. Design/methodology/approach In this paper, the preference ranking organisation method for enrichment of evaluations (PROMETHEE) and geometrical analysis for interactive aid (GAIA) methods are integrated to solve a cotton fibre selection problem. The PROMETHEE II method ranks the alternative cotton fibres based on their net outranking flows, whereas GAIA acts as a visual aid to strongly support the derived selection decision. The weight stability intervals for all the considered fibre properties (criteria) over which the position of the top-ranked cotton fibre remains unchanged are also determined. Findings The clusters of cotton fibres formed in the developed GAIA plane act as a yard stick for their appropriate grading to aid the blending process. The ranking of 17 cotton fibres as achieved applying the combined PROMETHEE-GAIA approach highly corroborates with the observations of the past researchers which proves its immense potentiality and applicability in solving fibre selection problems. Originality/value Two MCDM methods in the form of PROMETHEE II and GAIA are integrated to provide a holistic approach for cotton fibre grading and selection while taking into consideration all the available cotton fibre properties.

Abstract:
Ring-spun cotton yarn and rotor-spun yarn with hard twist factor were manufactured. It shows that yarn breaking strength varies slightly with twist factor, either ring-spun yarn or rotor-spun yarn. Twist factor has little effect on yarn breaking elongation. Yarn number has effect on yarn hairiness for ring-spun yarn and rotor-spun yarn. Coarser yarn has more hairiness than fine yarn. Ring-spun yarn hairiness is higher than rotor-spun yarn. Twist factor has some effect on coarse yarn uniformity while it affects fine yarn uniformity slightly. Ring-spun yarn has higher strength than rotor-spun yarn. Rotor-spun yarn has less elongation and less hairiness than ring-spun yarn and its uniformity is better.

Abstract:
The effect of blending ratio and yarn twist multiplier on Polysulfone /Meta-aramid blended yarn properties is studied. Two-factor analysis of variance shows that yarn twist multiplier and blending ration have a significant effect on yarn breaking strength while yarn breaking elongation is affected by yarn twist multiplier considerably. Yarn evenness varies with blending ration delicately. Blending ratio and yarn twist multiplier have little effect on yarn hairiness. Yarn evenness nearly has no change with yarn twist multiplier and yarn breaking elongation remains consistent under different blending ratios. Yarn breaking strength gets higher with Meta-aramid content increasing. When the yarn twist multiplier is small, it’s easy to increase yarn strength by blending high-strength fibers. Yarn breaking elongation gets higher when yarn twist multiplier is larger. Blended yarn evenness gets better with finer Meta-aramid content increasing.

The yarn tension is a key factor to accurately control carpet pile height, which changes with the yarn path and the path flexing. The purpose of this paper is to find the relationship between yarn path and yarn tension and provide a basis for the yarn tension controller design. Firstly, tufting equipment system components and basic principle of tufting carpet is introduced. Then, the yarn path during weaving tufting carpet including yarn feeding parts, yarn guiders and tufting needle is constructed and yarn flexing in the yarn path is analyzed. After discussing yarn tension change caused by the path flexing, it is concluded that yarn tension changes with the tufting needle position and periodic change with the yarn flexing periodic change.

Purpose In order to develop high shape retention yarn and investigate the effects of spinning process and core yarn contents on the shape retention of yarn, in this paper, three kinds of yarns, JC/T400 18.5tex (55.6dtex) core-spun yarn, JC/T400 18.5tex (44.4dtex) core-spun yarn and JC18.5tex pure cotton yarn were spun by using the complete condensing Siro-spinning technology. The paper aims to discuss these issues. Design/methodology/approach In this paper, the core-spun yarns were spun by using the complete condensing spinning and Siro-spinning technology. Two key spinning processes, yarn twist factor and core yarn pre-draft ratio, were optimized by using the orthogonal test method first. Then, via the variable control method, the position of the core yarn, the position of the bell mouth and the center distance between two bell mouths were optimized, respectively, and corresponding optimal spinning process of the three yarns was determined. Finally, the yarns were spun under the optimal process, and the performance of the spun yarns was tested and compared. Findings Results show that the yarn twist factor affects yarn strength and hairiness, the position of bell mouth affects the evenness and hairiness of the yarn mainly, and the position of the core yarn affects the coverage and hairiness of the yarn. For the Z-twist spinning, the core yarn enters the front roller from the left side of two strands center, which is beneficial to improve the covering effect of core yarn, and reduce the pilling phenomenon of the yarn. The contents of core yarn affect indicators of the yarn shape retention, such as yarn strength, elastic recovery and abrasion resistance. Originality/value The shape retention of yarns affects the shape retention of fabrics, and the production of yarn with high shape retention is a key step in achieving shape retention of fabrics. At present, there are little studies on the shape retention of yarns, most researchers shave focused on shape retention of fabrics. Using the complete condensing Siro-spinning method to spin the core-spun yarn can improve the quality of the yarn. Compared with traditional ring-spinning yarns, the addition of the core yarn can improve the shape retention of the yarn.

Purpose The use and importance of mélange yarn in apparel sector is increasing day by day. With the gradual increase in market share, achieving the desired quality level of mélange yarn remains a challenge for yarn manufacturing industry. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of raw material (dyed fiber percentage in the mixing), important spinning process variable (yarn twist multiplier) and productivity (spindle rpm of ring frame) on properties of cotton mélange spun yarn. Design/methodology/approach Box and Behnken Design of experiment has been used to investigate the important yarn quality parameters like evenness, imperfection, hairiness, breaking strength and breaking elongation of blow room blended cotton mélange yarn. The quadratic regression model is used to derive the statistical inferences about sensitivity of the yarn quality parameters to the different process variables. The response surfaces are constructed for depicting the geometric representation of yarn quality parameters plotted as a function of process variables. Findings The study shows that shade depth and spindle speed have significant effects on the mélange yarn unevenness and imperfections. Mélange yarn strength and hairiness are significantly affected by shade depth and yarn twist multiplier (TM). Yarn elongation at break is only influenced by the spindle speed. A darker shade is responsible for higher yarn unevenness, imperfection, hairiness and lower yarn strength. A higher spindle speed is also liable for deterioration of yarn quality. Practical implications Many spinning industries are planning to convert their existing spindles from normal gray yarn production to mélange yarn manufacturing. The outcome of this study will lead to achieve better mélange yarn quality and productivity by the industry. Originality/value Research on mélange yarn is itself scant. This study is exclusively conducted to analyze the individual and interactive effect of various process parameters on the mélange yarn quality.

Purpose This paper aims to study the yarn cross-section shape which is a very important yarn physical parameter and has a dominant effect on the physical structure of the yarn. Four factors affecting the yarn cross section, i.e. twist multiplier, Roving hank, spinning system and doubling technique, were investigated. Design/methodology/approach In past researches, the yarn cross-sectional area was calculated by considering any one yarn radius giving the approximate yarn cross-sectional area by assuming the yarn as a circular one. Findings In this study, a testing instrument is fabricated as shown in Plates 1 and 2 for yarn cross-section measurement and a novel method for calculating the correct yarn cross-sectional area of the yarn was developed. Originality/value In the past, no such studies have been conducted on the yarn cross-section studies because of the various limitations of the yarn cross-section measuring or testing instruments.

Spinning triangle is a critical region in the spinning process of yarn. Its geometry influences the distribution of fiber tension in the spinning triangle and the properties of spun yarns, such as the yarn breakage and hairiness. In this paper, the relationships between the spinning angle and yarn properties especially the yarn hairiness were investigated under various horizontal offsets. The properties of spun yarns produced by the modified system were evaluated and analyzed. Both left diagonal and right diagonal yarn arrangements were examined. The results indicate that the right diagonal yarn path leads to reduce yarn hairiness but the left diagonal yarn path leads to increase yarn hairiness; the breaking force of yarn changes little; yarn evenness deteriorates slightly with the changes of offset.

The unit yarn-addition technique which can realize net-shape preparation of tapered 3D braided preforms was introduced. Special preform microstructures near the yarn-addition cross-section were studied by observation and modeling, respectively. Results show that a surface or an interior yarn-addition unit is the smallest yarn assembly to be added and the braiding rules should be maintained after unit yarn-addition. Two special yarn groups are formed due to the addition of a surface unit, with longer yarn lengths and larger braiding angles. When an interior unit is added, the yarn length and braiding angle of one yarn group both increase. However, the other yarn group reverses the orientation direction only.

The results show that: to coffee yarn and viscose blended knitted fabrics, along with coffee yarn content increases, the odor removal rate of the fabric has increased significantly, the fabric hygroscopic enhance, better performance of heat accumulation. 40% coffee yarn content of the fabric has a good heat accumulation.

The purpose of the present investigation was to examine the relationship between jumping and sprinting among members of a regionally competitive club-level ultimate team. Twenty-two subjects (mean ± SD; 21.1±2.26 year) volunteered to participate in two testing sessions the week before the team’s regional tournament. Testing sessions included body-composition measurement, a 40-yard sprint (with a 10-yard split time recorded), a standing long jump (LJ) and a vertical jump (VJ). Pearson product-moment correlations revealed a significant negative correlation between LJ and 40-yard sprint time. Significant positive relationships were observed between VJ height and 10-yard power, VJ power and 10-yard power, VJ power and relative 10-yard power, relative VJ power and relative 10-yard power, BJ distance and 10-yard power, VJ height and 40-yard power, VJ power and 40-yard power, and relative VJ power and relative 40-yard power. BJ distance related significantly to 40-yard velocity, 40-yard power and 40-yard relative power. There appears to be a relationship between jumping ability and sprinting in this population, but more studies with this population are needed to confirm these results.

Use of nylon/cotton blend yarn in military uniform is common and due to advantages in its fabric in comparison to 100% cotton fabrics, capabilities of military uniforms have been improved. In this study the effects of navel type on properties of (50%-50%) nylon/cotton blend yarn and wrapper formation were investigated and compared with similar ring spun yarn. Rotor spun yarn was produced on a single head laboratory rotor spinning machine with four navels (smooth, spiral, 3 grooved, and 4 grooved) and ring yarn was produced on a zinser 319 ring spinning machine. Test result showed that navel type has a significant effect on yarn strength and strength of smooth navel yarn was maximum. Elongation of a 100% cotton rotor spun yarn is more than similar ring yarn, but it was not observed in cotton/nylon blend. Yarn irregularity and imperfections varied significantly with navel type and for rotor yarns were more than the ring yarn. Navel type had significant effect on yarn hairiness but it didnot have an effect on yarn abrasion significantly.

In this paper an adaptive median filtering denoising algorithm is proposed to measure yarn diameter and its unevenness. Images of nine different yarn samples were captured using one set of a self-developed yarn image acquisition system. Image separation of the background and yarn sections was conducted using a combination of adaptive median filtering, adaptive threshold segmentation and morphological processing. The noise-free yarn image was used for diameter detection of the subsequent yarn image and the discrimination of the yarn unevenness. Experimental results show that the testing data of yarn unevenness detection based on the adaptive median filter denoising algorithm is very consistent with the data using the traditional method. It is proved that the yarn detection method proposed, based on an adaptive median filter denoising algorithm, is feasible. It can be used to calculate yarn diameter accurately and measure yarn unevenness efficiently, so as to determine the quality of yarn appearance objectively.

We have analyzed the tension distribution along the yarn tail in the yarn-forming zone of a friction spinning machine by considering the effective parameters of the torque applied to the yarn tail. Tension is applied to the yarn tail by suction air pressure and rotation of friction rollers. The yarn tension in the yarn-forming zone is measured for various yarn counts and suction air pressures. The effects of the parameters on yarn tension are considered in a theoretical analysis based on tension distribution along the conical yarn tail. Theoretical results are compared with me experimental data. The results of this research show that yarn tension increases with increasing suction air pressure and yarn size in tex, and yam diameter decreases with increasing suction air pressure for the same yarn size. Therefore, because of the low tension experienced with fine yarns, it is difficult to properly produce such yarns through friction spinning.

The aim of this study was to understand the pull-out properties of E-glass woven fabrics. For this purpose, low yarn linear density E-Glass-F1 and high yarn linear density E-Glass-F2 woven fabrics were used to conduct the pull-out tests. A developed yarn pull-out fixture was used to test short and long fabric sample dimensions. Data generated from the single and multiple yarn pull-out tests using E-Glass-F1 and E-Glass-F2 woven fabrics included fabric pull-out forces, yarn crimp extensions in the fabrics and fabric displacements. Yarn pull-out forces depend on yarn linear density, fabric density, fabric sample dimensions and the number of pulled ends in the fabric. Results showed that multiple yarn pull-out force was higher than single yarn pull-out force. Single and multiple yarn pull-out forces in high yarn linear density E-Glass-F2 were higher than those of low yarn linear density E-Glass-F1 fabric. It was found that the crimp ratio in the fabric and fabric lengths is an important structural parameter for yarn crimp extension. Fabric displacement resulting from the multiple yarn pull-out test was higher than that of the single yarn pull-out test. Fabric displacement generated from single and multiple pull-out tests depended on fabric sample dimensions and the number of pulled yarn ends. Future research will concentrate on the development of the analytical relationship between pull-out and yarn fabric structural parameters which could result in a better fabric structure for use in composite applications.
