Abstract:
Исследована адсорбция аниона серина на гладком Pt и Pt(Pt)-электроде. Методом кривых заряжения получены стационарные и кинетические изотермы адсорбции. Установлено, что как на гладком, так и Pt(Pt)-электроде, кинетика исследуемых процессов подчиняется уравнению Рогинского-Зельдовича, а стационарное заполнение описывается изотермой Темкина. При этом адсорбция аниона серина на Pt(Pt) сопровождается диссоциацией адсорбата. Найдены основные термодинамические характеристики (константа адсорбционного и изменение свободной энергии Гиббса) процесса адсорбции аниона серина на обоих электродах. Abstract:
We experimentally demonstrate a passively Q-switched erbium-doped fiber laser (EDFL) operation by using a saturable absorber (SA) based on tungsten disulfide (WS2). By depositing WS2 thin film layer at the end of optical fiber ferrule, we fabricated a SA device. The SA is incorporated into an Erbium-doped fiber laser (EDFL) cavity to generate a Q-switching pulses train operating at 1559.8 nm. As a result, stable passively Q-switched EDFL pulses with maximum output pulse energy of 123.2 nJ, repetition rate of 104.1 kHz, and pulse width of 9.61 us are achieved when the input pump power is 142.1 mW at the wavelength of 980 nm. 本文主要探討了中文二語教師在跨文化教學中對教師權威的理解和態度。東西方文化的差異在教師權威方面的表現,是彼此對師生間權力距離的認同並不一樣,東方文化中,權力距離較大,教師更為權威;而西方文化則權力距離較小,學生擁有更多的自由。本研究採訪了香港某國際學校的9名中外二語教師,得出結論:中文二語教師還是重視尊師重道的傳統,但對於教師權威已有了與時俱進的理解,面對外國學生,師生互相協商、尊重,從而達到課堂的學習目標才是教師權威的真正意義。受訪者採取1)樹立嚴師形象、運用獎懲機制;2)從學生角度考慮,尊重、幫助學生;3)自我提升,贏得學生尊重的方式,來應對學生挑戰教師權威的行為。影響受訪者形成如上教師權威的理解和態度,并選擇用以上的方式應對學生挑戰教師權威行為的策略,因素为:成長環境和教學經驗;獎懲制度和職位的肯定;個人性格、師生關係;以及網絡時代的挑戰;教師需要通過不斷進修、學習來提升自我。 本文通過分析跨文化教學中,中文教師的教師權威的理解和態度,應對策略和影響因素,引出思考和啓發:1)教師權威需要被重視和理論化;2)教師權威應在跨文化教學中因應學生的需要而轉變;3)區別對待中外學生的原因在于用不同的方法,達到公平、一視同仁的結果,希望學生的需要得到重視和照顧;4)學校教育與社會的關係意味著教師權威被理論化的重要性;5)當代教育學者應著手將教師權威理論化,從而也能使中文二語教師在跨文化教學中有據可循,重建教師權威。

Abstract:
This study focuses on the effectiveness of schema theories to improve the ability of classical Chinese reading comprehension of Hong Kong secondary three students. A classical Chinese reading course is therefore setup to demonstrate the Chinese cultural schema (hereinafter referred to as “the course”). The result will be discussed below. Quasi-experimental research method is used in this study. Students are divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. They are compared in pre-test and post-test to evaluate the effectiveness of the course. In addition, individual interviews and questionnaires are conducted both before and after the course of Chinese cultural schema to experimental group in order to learn more their opinions in Chinese culture, reading classical Chinese and the course. It is shown that both “basic reading comprehension ability” (“understanding of basic / surface meaning”) and “advanced reading comprehension ability” (“understanding of implicit meaning”) are improved, in which “advanced reading comprehension ability” is ameliorated particularly. For the ability of “constructing new knowledge and personal views”, however, the improvement is not outstanding enough. It is also found that students are more interested in Chinese culture and reading classical Chinese after the course. The result of Chinese cultural schema takes time to reflect. Teachers are encouraged to help students by revision and link up to previous schemas. Once students’ knowledge is reinforced, there will be a fundamental change in their way of thinking. It enhances the course’s effectiveness and makes it more long-lasting. 本研究旨在應用圖式理論,設計一個以建構中國文化圖式為主的文言文閱讀課程(下稱:「中國文化圖式課程」),藉以探討該類課程對提升香港中三學生文言文閱讀能力的成效。 研究主要運用準實驗研究的方法,透過比對實驗組學生和對照組學生前、後測的成績,藉以評定中國文化圖式課程的成效。此外,為進一步了解學生對中國文化、古典作品,以及是次實驗課程的看法,研究員亦於實驗前、後,向實驗組學生各進行了一次訪談及問卷調查。 研究結果顯示,中國文化圖式課程對提升香港中三學生文言文的「基本閱讀能力」(理解基本/表層文意) 和「深層閱讀能力」(理解篇章深層意義),均有一定的成效;當中,尤以「深層閱讀能力」的成效最為顯著。至於「讀者層閱讀能力」(建構個人新知識及看法) 方面,於是次研究中,則暫未見顯著成效。此外,研究結果亦發現,學生於課程完結後,對中國文化及古典作品的興趣,亦有一定程度的提升。 圖式建構絕非一朝一夕的,教師在教學的過程中,宜反覆重溫、連繫學生的已有圖式,如是,學生的思維才能出現本質上的改變,而課程的成效也才能變得更加持久。

Abstract:
Henrik Ibsen’s work Nora in A Doll’s House was a timely and influential inspiration to Chinese writers particularly in advocating gender equality and it offered a role model for many a Chinese woman to ‘walk out’ (of household/family bounds) during an era when China looked to the West to reform its society traditionally governed by Confucian principles. ‘To choose the path of Nora’ was a public statement the female singer Zhou Xuan made in 1941 when she announced her ‘walking out’ of her marriage with the famed composer husband Yan Hua. As China’s pop diva with a ‘golden voice’ in the late 1930s and the 40s, Zhou has been credited by cultural historians and musicologists to have popularized a music trend that fused Western jazz and Chinese folk tunes. Her stardom legitimized her role as a cultured, virtuous and sympathized female singer, a profession and public image that was no longer scrutinized as it had been in the 1920s. Highlighting Zhou’s cross-media performance and her ‘walking out’ as a female public figure in this case study, this paper aims to fill the gap between the readings of music and film experts by examining Zhou’s life and career as a performer.
