Two new combinations are established: Asulconotoides asulcata (Zheng, 1988) comb. nov. = Leuconemacris asulcata Zheng, 1988 and Asulconotoides microptera (Zheng, 1988), comb. nov. = Leuconemacris microptera Zheng, 1988. All updated keys to genera and species are given.

AbstractOwing to the raised demands on process operation and product quality, the modern industrial process becomes more complicated when accompanied by the large number of process and quality variables produced. Therefore, quality-related fault detection and diagnosis are extremely necessary for complex industrial processes. Data-driven statistical process monitoring plays an important role in this topic for digging out the useful information from these highly correlated process and quality variables, because the quality variables are measured at a much lower frequency and usually have a sign

ABSTRACT This paper assesses the stages and the field application results of a slope monitoring system developed for continuous long-term monitoring applications using an optical fiber system to decrease the risks associated with slope instabilities. During this study, a system composed of optical fiber cables and a device referred to as the Brillouin Optical Time Domain Analyzer (BOTDA) have been used. The system is a distributed system that measures the strain along an optical fiber cable when slope instability displaces the cable and causes differentiation of the initial location of the cab

ABSTRACT Cement sheath integrity is critical to the safety and efficiency of CO2 capture and storage technology. Radial cracking of cement sheath is one of the pathways leading to CO2 leakage. Cement sheath radial cracking has been little studied, and the models usually ignore the effect of fluid temperature, while it is challenging to achieve fracture tortuosity. In this paper, a fully coupled thermo-mechanical (TM) model is developed to simulate cement sheath radial fracture using the XFEM method.
