Abstract:
The article analyzes tutoring as a pedagogical phenomenon, a particular type of pedagogical activity, which is aimed at supporting and accompanying a young specialist in the process of their work in the first years of their professional activity. Attention is drawn to the fact that tutoring is aimed at a comprehensive, systematic, holistic, comprehensive, and effective study of individual characteristics of young professionals in order to develop and implement an individual educational program of professional and diverse personal development. The effectiveness of organizational and methodological principles of tutoring of young professionals in the institution of general secondary education of Ukraine according to certain criteria (organizational, motivational, pedagogical-procedural, psychological-procedural, information-technological, methodical-procedural, communicative, and cognitive ones) based on analysis, systematization, and summarizing the results of a pedagogical experiment at the national level on the topic: “Tutoring technology as a means of implementing the principle of individualization in education,” which was held in 2015–2020 (orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine as of 15.07.2015 No 764 and as of 04.12.2020 No 1499). It is proved that the tutor (mentoring teacher) does not choose goals for the young specialist but only helps him to see alternative ways to achieve them; assists in the development of necessary personal traits and professional competencies. The results of the research and experimental work showed that a young specialist forms into a professional due to the joint work of a tutor with a young specialist based on the use of tutoring technology and the support of the administration and the psychologist of the educational institution. The tutor creates an educational environment that allows a young specialist to gain new knowledge and skills, helps to solve certain problems in their activities. At the same time, the tutor helps to make the most effective use of various scientific and methodological materials, the Internet, and the practical experience of other young specialists.

The professional development is a multi-stage and multi-level cyclic process as a result of which the programming specialist can turn from a beginner into a highly level professional. At the same time it is nonlinear process, because the programming specialist’s professional development might have its rise and fall. The aim of studies is to substantiate theoretically the programming specialists’ professional development as lifelong self-determination and self-organization process within the context of career development, creating the methodological base for the further studies. The programming specialist’s career could be studied: 1) as a lifelong process (the career going horizontally); 2) as the development up to a high position in an IT company (a career going vertically); 3) as an independent developer’s career, when commencing business at his or her own company and/or within the framework of planned project (start up). The programming specialist’s professionalism is an integral entirety of his/her many qualities, where competency is important in several spheres, not only in programming.

Abstract:
Background: Professional activity is an important component of self-realization. Career and job satisfaction contribute to greater productivity and a sense of success. The initial stage of professional self-determination is occupational choice. Therefore, it is important to understand how to choose a profession and experience a higher level of career and job satisfaction. Aim: the paper aims to study the parameters of occupational choice among young specialists associated with career and job satisfaction in the future. Materials and methods. The sample consisted of 48 respondents, both females and males, young specialists from various professional fields with work experience from 1 year to 3 years. The study was conducted by means of a structured interview followed by content analysis of the data obtained. Career and job satisfaction were studied through self-reporting of subjects. Statistical processing of the data was carried out using the Spearman rank correlation coefficient and the Mann–Whitney U-test in the SPSS Statistics program. Results. The parameters of occupational choice among young specialists were studied such as information saturation, emotional attractiveness, motives of choice, as well as their components. It was found that the “information saturation” parameter includes such elements as “information about the profession”, “knowledge of oneself”, “personal experience of acquaintance with the profession”. The “emotional attractiveness” parameter includes “professional interest” and “emotional attitude”. It was found that personal experience and emotional attractiveness are most closely associated with career and job satisfaction among young specialists. Reliance on motives from the “activity content” category is associated with greater career and job satisfaction, and reliance on motives from the “personal security” category is associated with less pronounced satisfaction in the future. Conclusion. Thus, it was possible to prove the relationship between occupational choice and the subsequent career and job satisfaction among young specialists.

Abstract:
AbstractThe investigation of the aetiology of sudden cardiac arrest or death in a young person combines features of a traditional clinical medical examination with those of forensic medicine. Nuances of the immediate peri-event history, when available, can be paramount. New genetic tools have greatly improved the yield of such investigations, but they must be carefully interpreted by genetic specialists. The approach to surviving patients, their family members, and to family members of non-survivors is best achieved in a structured programme that includes all appropriate specialists and support personnel. As an example, this may include all appropriate paediatric and internal medicine specialists, a geneticist, a genetic counsellor, a clinical psychologist, nurse specialist(s), and a programme coordinator. This family-centred strategy affords the patient, if surviving, and all family members the necessary emotional and medical support while at the same time providing the necessary diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.

Abstract:
This study deals with archaic ideas associated with Russian ritual specialists (sorcerers) in Karelia, their initiation, and the sources of their sacred knowledge and power. The author identifies the following signs of different types of “the knowledgeable”: strength, knowledge, the ability to enter altered states of consciousness, as well as to find a source of strength. Particular attention is paid to the specific means that neophytes employed to obtain sacred knowledge — through the teacher’s saliva and urine. Features of the everyday life of Russian ritual specialists in Karelia are also analyzed. It is believed that the main function of sorcerers is to perform maleficium (porcha). The sorcerer causes harm through a mediator who takes possession of a victim and “steals” her vital force, after which the victim becomes weak and dies. In the Russian tradition in Karelia, notions about wedding maleficium persisted throughout the twentieth century, and the study shows that many of its elements go back to archaic rites of passage that were rethought in the 19th and 20th centuries. The wedding is perceived as the symbolic “temporary death” of a person in one status — as an unmarried young fellow or an unmarried girl — and the “birth” of a person in a different status — as a married man or a married woman. The author argues that actions performed by a sorcerer at a wedding, while perceived as harmful to the young couple, are aimed at “introducing” the bride and groom into the state of “temporary death”. Since the “secret knowledge” of the healer is primarily based on the knowledge of incantations (zagovor), the article analyzes the process of passage and circulation of magical incantations in Karelia. The author concludes that the Russian sorcerer of Karelia is a complex figure. On the one hand, the image of the sorcerer retains the archaic features of the demiurge, who, during the wedding ceremony, creates new members of society — a young couple, capable of procreation. The sorcerer also controls the behavior of members of society. On the other hand, his image contains the features of a trickster, who “overturns” the foundations of the world, thus ushering its renewal. The functioning of the “secret knowledge” of the healer is aimed at restoring order out of chaos, restoring the integrity of the body, which the sorcerer has violated by “sending” sickness to a person. The mythological features of the image of the healer who heals at the cost of his own health, often through adoption of sickness from the patient, can be compared with the features of heroes-demiurges who sacrifice themselves.

Abstract:
Germany is facing a shortage of young family doctors. In search of possible reasons the aim of this study was to explore the perception of specialists on family doctors. Within a qualitative study 16 medical specialists from different fields in hospital and outpatient care setting were interviewed. Interviews were analysed using qualitative content analysis according to Mayring. Most of the interviewed specialists have a positive view on family doctors although a certain depreciative assumption is resonated in a number of statements. According to the specialists, family doctors enjoy a high status in public, even if social processes of change may have a negative influence on their rather old-fashioned image. Specialists find that family medicine is underrepresented in university education suffering from an upgrading of specialized disciplines. Altogether the majority of the interviewed specialists certify family doctors in Germany a positive image. Lecturer in medical education and training should be aware of their key role in the career choices of young trainees and avoid degradation or upgrading of certain medical disciplines. Interlinked measures on different levels focusing on the improvement of working conditions and representation at the universities would be needed to regain attractiveness for the family doctor's profession as a career choice for young doctors.

In psychiatric assessment it is noted that the patient presents fever, slight and language impairment: Medical and Neurological assessment are requested. The steps followed to rule out other disorders are presented. SPECT and the detection of specific anti-NMDA-receptor antibodies in serum were necessary for an accurate diagnose.ResultsThe detection of specific antibodies is necessary for the diagnose of Anti-NMDA-receptor encephalitis. NMDA receptors are ligand-gated cation channels with crucial roles in synaptic transmission and plasticity. Their alteration could be a pathogenic mechanism in disorders such as epilepsy, dementia and schizophrenia.ConclusionsAnti-NMDA-receptor encephalitis is a recently described clinical entity that should be taken in consideration to rule out other causes of subacute onset psychiatric symptoms in young women and girls. Its well-defined set of clinical characteristics should become familiar to the specialists in Psychiatry.
