Full textBecause of the global migrant crisis, the immigration to Sweden has increased markedly (SCB, 2017). The Establishment Reform was implemented in 2010 to handle the social challenges that were identified and its main purpose was to accelerate the newly arrived's establishment in the job market (lag 2010:197). The responsibility for handling the establishment of the newly arrived was allocated among different actors, were Arbetsförmedlingen was assigned the main responsibility. The primary task of Arbetsförmedlingen is to support the newly arrived to establish themselves in the job market, which entailed that the family perspective and children perspective, as well as the health perspective ended up in the background of the integration work. The Establishment Reform also meant that each municipality is responsible for the integration work, which may look different depending on interest and preconditions. Furthermore, authorities work in what is called "vertical coordination", meaning, among other things, that the assignment of responsibility between delimited assignment may become a challenge (Bolman & Deal, 2012). It may also mean challenges for the newly arrived, which is often in contact with numerous authorities and other operations. For the municipality were the aforementioned study was carried out, a need was identified for a function which bridged the gap between operations and the newly arrived, hence personel was hired to carry out this function. The municipality choose to denominate these personel as Community Guidance workers with bridging capabilities. The objective of the study was to examine the municipality's integration work preconditions, as well as the Community Guidance worker's profession and the development of professional knowledge for their health promotional integration work. The study was carried out using a quality method, were inspiration was drawn from the hermeneutic approach. Semi-structured interviews and documents constitutes the empirics were thematic analysis were performed. The result of the study shows that the Community Guidance worker's job mainly is carried out as meetings between individuals that they follow in their matters. The work of the Social Guidance worker demands a great ability to adapt and a broad knowledge, as it is distinctively based on the needs of the newly arrived individual. This is possible within the scope of the establishment's guidelines and that the Community Guidance worker works between the operations and the newly arrived. The development of the Community Guidance worker's professional knowledge is formed in the everyday integration work. They will for instance happen upon challenges that will bring about learning possibilities through conversations with the newly arrived. The Community Guidance worker is in contact with the operations in the municipality and will gain knowledge regarding how they work, which in turn will facilitate their own work when the meet newly arrived with similar needs. The Community Guidance worker's own life experiences and cultural understanding constitutes a different prerequisite for the integration work. Further, this work may be seen as health promotional efforts, as the Community Guidance worker clarifies social functions such as explaining how Arbetsförmedlingen works or refer them to Försäkringskassan. The newly arrived will be put I contact with the correct operation based on their need, via the Community Guidance worker, which may accelerate their establishment process. The profession is new and relatively unexplored, which makes this study a valuable contribution to integration work, what expertise will support integrationwork and how the professions that are part of this work may be developed.

Skapas det någon form av stress mellan yrkes- och familjeliv för människan som leder till sjukskrivning?
Genom problemformuleringen ville författaren utgå ifrån en djupare inblick i hur intervjupersonerna påverkas av och hur de upplevde sin livssituation. Därför valdes en kvalitativ ansats för studien. Intervjuer genomfördes med fem kvinnor och en man ifrån Utbildningsförvaltningen i Halmstad kommun. Intervjuerna visade att alla intervjupersonerna i undersökningen känner stressrelationer mellan arbetsliv och hem- och familjeliv. Några av intervjupersonerna har blivit sjukskrivna i omgångar på grund av stress och psykisk press.

Full textThe non-commissioned officer (NCO) is the competence bearer in the Swedish Armed Forces (SAF) and manages activities in all SAF tasks. In order to be a competence bearer the NCO has to develop deep knowledge within his or hers field of expertise. The SAF has, during the last 40 years, implemented a large number of changes in its command system. The latest change made in 2008, when the NCOs Corps was reinstated, has not been fully implemented which has led to difficulties for an NCO to acquire opportunities to develop the abilities required and proficiency needed to be a viable competence bearer. The SAF and the army have realized that the implementation process has stalled and therefore have issued new guidelines to restart the process, of which the latest was issued in 2019. The study’s aim was to acquire knowledge about the prerequisites, hindrances, possibilities and expectations regarding acquirement of competence for NCOs in two strategical important units, Lv6 and P18. The study’s data was collected from active NCOs serving in the two units. During the execution of the study, prerequisites in the form of old structures emerged that, in spite of the changes in the command system, still lives on and is a hindrance to the NCOs acquisition of skills. An example is the old command system not being dismantled in conjunction with the implementation of the new system. Another example is that today’s NCOs lack incentives for the acquirement of deeper knowledge. They still possess a strong will to enhance themselves, even when they lack formal requirements. The expectations of the SAF guidelines are high, since they highlight what needs to be addressed at different levels for the NCOs acquisition of skills to be successful. The study’s primary conclusion is that the transition to the new command system must be completed to allow the NCOs the opportunity to develop their skillsets to the required levels that the guidelines stipulate and the organization needs to evolve and manage its activities.

Introduction: It has during the latest years occurred several large business scandals both abroad and in Sweden where auditors have been involved. The need for stabile conditions and well functioning professional codes of ethics for companies, especially auditing firms have been growing during the latest years. FAR has seen it as their task to define the meaning of the Swedish term ”god revisorssed”. This is specified through FAR’s nine professional codes of ethics, which came out in a new edition in 2003. The opinions about what is considered as high moral and ethical reasoning often goes apart. In previous studies it has been shown that these opinions have been affected by different factors, such as age, gender and size of the auditing firm. With this background it is interesting to examine auditor’s ethical reasoning with help of the FAR professional codes of ethics.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine and explain auditors’ ethical reasoning, and also investigate which factors that affect ethical reasoning.
Method: In this study a quantitative method is used to get a broad study where general connections can be found. The data used is primary data from a survey. The survey consists of three ethical dilemmas which the respondents have to take a standpoint to and grade. The respondents also answered some general short questions about their background. The results are presented with help of mean calculations and other methods of descriptive statistics, and an interpretation of the respondents’ comments.
Results: From the means that have been calculated for the three dilemmas, it is possible to draw the conclusion that the auditors in this study are relatively ethical. It is not enough to only study the mean values to determine if the auditors are ethical or not. To get a fairer point of view it is better to read the comments given by the respondents. It is by these comments that it is possible to examine how the auditors reason about ethical dilemmas. The results also show that the auditors reason different about the different professional codes of ethics. In comparison with the factors: gender, age, ethical education, experience and size of the firm with ability to ethical reasoning, a statistical connection could not be found.
Sammanfattning
Inledning: Det har under de senaste åren förekommit flera stora företagsskandaler både utomlands och i Sverige där revisorer varit inblandade. För företag och då särskilt för revisionsbyråer är behovet stort av stabila förutsätt-ningar för väl fungerande och allmänt accepterade yrkesetik. FAR har sett det som sin uppgift att precisera innebörden av den lagstadgade termen god revisorssed. Detta preciseras genom FARs nio yrkesetiska regler som utkom i ny utgåva 2003. Åsikterna går ofta isär om vad som an-ses vara god etik och moral. Det har visat sig i tidigare studier att dessa åsikter kan påverkas av faktorer som till exempel kön, ålder och storlek på byrån. Med bakgrund av detta uppkom intresset för att med hjälp av FARs yrkesetiska regler undersöka revisorers förmåga till etiskt resone-mang.
Syfte: Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att undersöka och förklara hur revisorer resonerar kring etik samt att utreda vilka faktorer som påverkar det etiska resonemanget.
Metod: I den här studien används en kvantitativ metod för att få en bred studie där generella samband kan hittas. Den data som använts är primärdata i form av en enkätundersökning. Enkäten består av tre etiska dilemman som respondenterna ska ta ställning till och poängsätta, samt kortfrågor av generell karaktär. Resultaten presenteras med hjälp av uträkning av medelvärden och andra beskrivande statistiska instrument samt tolkning av respondenternas kommentarer.
Resultat: Utifrån de medelvärden som räknats fram för de tre dilemmana går det att dra slutsatsen att revisorerna som deltagit i enkätundersökningen är relativt etiska. Det är dock inte tillräckligt att bara titta på medelvärdena för att kunna avgöra ifall revisorer är etiska. Det kan ge en mer rättvisande bild att också titta på de kommentarer som revisorerna i vissa fall har givit. Det är först då, som det är möjligt att se hur revisorn verkligen tänker kring dilemmana. Resultaten visar också att revisorerna resonerar olika kring de olika yrkesetiska reglerna. Vid en jämförelse mellan etiskt re-sonemang och faktorerna kön, ålder, etikutbildning, erfarenhet samt storlek på byrån går det inte att finna några statistiskt säkerställda sam-band.
