Modelová interpretace výsledků měření mísící zóny v Labi pod vypouštěním z ČOV Hradec Králové Ve shodě se Směrnicí 2008/105/ES mohou členské státy vymezit regulační mísící zóny přilehlé k místu vypouštění. Koncentrace jedné nebo více látek uvedené v seznamu v části A přílohy 1 této směrnice smějí překračovat významné normy environmentální kvality uvnitř takových regulačních mísících zón, pokud nebudou mít vliv na dodržení těchto norem ve zbývající části vodního útvaru. Jako základ pro vymezení regulační mísící zóny přilehlé k existujícímu bodovému zdroji znečištění je velmi důležitá co nejlepší znalost skutečné hydrodynamické zóny. To je důvod, proč byla v Labi pod čistírnou odpadních vod (ČOV) Hradec Králové měřena konduktivita. V tomto článku je popsána modelová interpretace výsledků měření. ČOV Hradec Králové se nachází na levém břehu Labe a patří mezi jednu z největších ČOV v České republice s kapacitou přesahující 100 000 EO. Studie se zajímá o oblast po kompletním vertikálním promísení. Je použito modelování dvoudimenzionálního (2D) šíření vlečky znečištění z bodového zdroje v řece, založené na metodě, kterou uvádí Fischer et al. (1979) s korekcí pro účinný začátek vypouštění. Porovnání numerických výsledků s výsledky z terénního měření ukazují, že metoda je použitelná pro predikci hydrodynamické mísící zóny přilehlé k ČOV Hradec Králové v případě, že odpadní vody jsou v recipientu positivně nadlehčovány.

Abstract:
Předmětem studie je uměnovědná deskripce, analýza a interpretace Tizianova plátna Toaleta mladé ženy (1512−1515) z Obrazárny Pražského hradu. Ve studii je uplatněn ikonografický přístup k výkladu konkrétních motivů, včetně postižení historických, výtvarných i literárních předloh a vlivů. Pozornost je kladena zejména na motiv zrcadla, zrcadlení a renesanční ideál ženy v kontextu dobové módy, péče o tělo a tělesný půvab. V této souvislosti je popsán a analyzován také vznik ženského polovičního portrétu jako výtvarné inovace v dílech benátských mistrů první třetiny 16. století. Studie neopomíjí ani další verze a variace tohoto plátna z okruhu dílny Tiziana nebo malíře, kteří ve své umělecké tvorbě navázali na obraz Toaleta mladé ženy. V závěru studie je prezentován akviziční osud plátna a jeho výskyt ve sbírce Rudolfa II. na Pražském hradě.

Nondestructive testing methods are employed as a tool for evaluation of parameters of building materials, especially to ascertain strength properties and to determine alteration occured during durability tests. An ultrasonic pulse velocity method is one of the most used nondestructive methods. A resonance method is employed among the nondestructive methods less. The aim of this work is to establish the calibration relationships between parameters of nondestructive testing and compressive strength value and flexural tensile strength value, respectively. Moreover, applicability of the calibration relationships is also discussed.

The Diploma thesis with the possible implementations of Aesthetic education from 6th to 9th grades of primary school. The subject matter concerns all fields befalling into the educational area of Arts and Culture, as defined by the Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education; music, art, drama education, film/audiovisual education, and dance and movement education. In an educational approach Aesthetic education as a subject is based on artephiletics. In addition to giving the theoretical grounds for creating the subject, the dissertation also offers an account of the preparatory phase of its implementation at a specific primary school, including inspirational materials for teaching the subject from 6th to 9th grade at this school.

Abstract:
This thesis examines gambling as one of the causes of poverty in households. Gambling is very widespread in Czech republic because of outdated legislation governing gambling. Higher availability of gambling causes higher incidence of pathological gambling, which is the worst type of gambling. Negative impacts of pathological gambling on society are described based on results of foreign empirical studies and statistics from the Czech gambling market. The following topic is the legislative regulation of gambling in Czech republic and abroad. Two approachs of regulation are described in detail and compared to each other. These are liberal approach and strict approach to the regulation of gambling. The practical part analyzes economic indicators of the Czech gambling market, approach of Czech municipalities to the regulation and upcoming drafts of mendments to the Lottery Act which should be valid in 2016 and 2017. The results of the analysis indicate that the current drafts of the new regulation do not effectively address the sissues of pathological gambling in Czech republic. In the conclusion of the thesis there are some recommendations which should be included in a new regulation. In this thesis, data published by the Ministry of Finance and the Department of Health Information from the period 2003 - 2013, is used. There are also used data published by various international bodies.

Abstract:
This Master´s thesis deals with the impact of legislative changes in the realm of lotteries on the funding of sports by municipalities. This issue is explored in the practical part and the town of Jindřichův Hradec was used as an example. The aim of the thesis is to characterize the system of the funding of sports. Also, the thesis compares and contrasts the legislative state of the Act No 202/1990 Coll. of lotteries and similar games before and after its amendment which came into force on 1st January 2012. Finally, the thesis describes and assesses the support of sport clubs and sport associations by the town of Jindřichův Hradec, including practical calculations of the effects the law amendment had on the local handball club and its financial resources. It was found out that, in comparison with similar-scale cities, the town of Jindřichův Hradec provided above-average financial resources into the field of sport. The comparison of subsidy rules revealed that the new subsidy program presents the improvement, especially with the following aspects. First, there is the introduction of the preferred sport clubs institution. Second, there is the cancellation of the initial division into categories. Third, there is the establishment of the independence of the grant committee members. After an initial hesitation, the town approached the division of the money gained from lotteries very transparently and it usually tied up the allocation of the revenues to a current subsidy system. As far as the local handball club is concerned, there was palpable a positive change between the periods before and after the amendment.

The thesis focuses on the life of gentlewomen at the turn of the 16th and 17th century. An example of the wives of last Lords of Hradec shows how they were enabled to realize in the "men' s world" of the early modern age and familiarizes the life of the last Lords of Hradec at the same time. The first chapter called "World of gentlewomen in the Renaissance and baroque times" is a brief introduction into the daily women' s life of the early modern age. It emphasizes the main fatal moments of the life of every woman. Marriage and birth of a descendant were very important landmarks as the family was a place where the woman should be of use. The husband' s death was crucial for both low- or high-born women. The position of every women relied on the position of her husband, therefore the social situation of each widow was treated by this. Following chapter describes briefly the history of the Family of Lords of Hradec, who, since the middle Ages, had been ranked among the most significant noblemen in the Czech Kingdom and whose power and position was based on a faithful service to the ruler. The third chapter is dedicated to Anna Hradecká of Rožmberk (1530-1580). Anna came from an important old Czech Lord' s Kin and her step-brothers were Vilém of Rožmberk and Petr Vok of Rožmberk. In my diploma thesis I deal with the family of the lords of Hradec, who in the 15th century strongly opposed George of Poděbrady and at the same time worked in important diplomatic circles, mostly alongside the rulers of the Czech kingdom. The main point of my work is Menhart II. from Hradec, an important diplomat and nobleman who was an important figure in the Hussite era. I also focus on Oldřich V. of Hradec, who fought in the affairs of his father and Henry IV. from Hradec, appearing in a unity armed against George of Poděbrady. The work is supplemented by the Strakonice and Zelenohorský units, which arose during individual disputes.

Abstract:
This dissertation deals with the life story of the medieval nobleman Ulrich III. of Neuhaus. The goal of the dissertation is to portray his life and work and put them in a larger context of the period in which he lived, that is the first half of the fourteenth century. Despite the fact that Ulrich III. did not hold any important office but devoted his life to administering his large dominion instead, he is one of the most important persons of the Neuhaus family. He contributed significantly to the structural changes of Jindřichův Hradec, for example by issuing an order to complete the Saint John the Baptist Church and inviting the Order of Friars Minor Conventual to live there. A confirmed Catholic, he lead the first Crusade against the Waldensians, who settled on his dominion. He also had a chamber in the Jindřichův Hradec castle decorated with a wall painting based on the legend of Saint George, the patron saint of the Teutonic Order, an order that had settled in Jindřichův Hradec alongside the Knights Templar. Due to the fact that he belonged to the Neuhaus family, he acquired the Castle of Telč in Moravia. The castle in Telc is one of the few buildings in the Czech republic whose interiors from the second half of the 16th century have been preserved almost unaltered. Owner dominion Zacharias of Hradec had the castle enlarged and its interiors splendidly decorated. The decorations reflect the personal taste of the castle lord. The early designs were taken from a production of Nurnberg workshops. Later the Dutch influence prevailed. The inspiration by the Dutch engravers Cornelis Cort, Frans Huys and Swiss Rudolf Wyssenbach can be traced. Later, but not less important source of inspiration, is book Imagines gentis austriacae by the Italian painter and draughtsman Francesco Terzio. Various crypto-portraits, mainly in the Rooms that were opened to the public, may be attributed to personal representation as well. Another very specific form of representation are the bears who support the coat of arms of the castle lord and his first wife Kateřina of Wallenstain. The bears point out to a legend, according to which the castle lord's family descends from house Ursini, an ancient Italian family. The imperial chamber served for family representation as well. Abstract:
The presented diploma thesis is dealing with the life of Katerina Hradecká of Montfort, noble foreigner, married to Adam II. of Hradec. The author is using older as well as more recent literature, written, tangible and iconographic sources to analyze, based on historical-anthropological methods, transformation of the inner world of the noblewoman. She is firstly introduced as a maid of honor in the hofstadt of archduchess Maria of Bavaria in Graz. Author also looks into her marriage to Adam II. of Hradec, investigating it within political and religious context of that period, as it was associated with the connections of the lords of Hradec to the House of Habsburg. Author also pays attention to the noblewoman as a wife, a mother, a Jesuit confidant, a widow and a strict catholic, that had a substantial influence on the social life of Hradec and its surroundings due to her religious views. Author does not omit the tangible cultural aspects connected with the activities of Katerina Hradecka of Montfort and her impact on the ecclesiastical and secular architecture in Jindřichův Hradec.

Abstract:
Različne tehnike obdelave tal različno učinkujejo na ekosistemske storitve tal, med drugimi tudi na biodiverziteto in življenjske procese v tleh s tem, da vplivajo na regulacijo vode, zraka, toplote in razporeditev hranil v tleh. V kmetijstvu je cilj razviti sistem pridelavo hrane, ki je trajnosten ter ekonomičen iz vidika potrošnika in pridelovalca, hkrati pa naj ne bi dopuščal nadaljnje degradacije tal. Z namenom omiliti globalno segrevanje in izboljšati kakovost zraka in vode ter ohranjati kakovost (kmetijskih) tal, je danes pri obdelavi tal pomembno upoštevati tudi sekvestracijo oz. zadrževanje ogljika v tleh. Zaloga talnega ogljika je namreč zelo dovzetna za različne obdelave tal oz. za sisteme pridelave hrane. Takšne cilje si je zastavila ohranitvena obdelava tal, ki se je po svetu opazno razširila v devetdesetih letih prejšnjega stoletja. V Sloveniji (kot tudi v večini evropskih držav), kjer še vedno prevladuje tradicionalni način obdelave tal z oranjem (konvencionalna obdelava tal), se ohranitvena obdelava tal počasi uveljavlja tudi v zadnjih nekaj letih. Oba načina obdelave tal se razlikujeta predvsem v intenzivnosti in številu mehanskih posegov, v deležu pokritosti tal z rastlinskimi ostanki in v raznovrstnosti vegetacije.

Teritorialne kolektivne blagovne znamke so vedno pogosteje orodje razvoja in trženja podeželskih upravljanih destinacij z jasno vizijo prihodnosti, podkrepljeno s strateškimi razvojnimi in trženjskimi cilji, ukrepi in aktivnostmi. Celovito povezani deležniki z namenom ustvarjanja visokokakovostne ponudbe območja gradijo prepoznavno lokalno dodano vrednost gastronomije destinacije. Mnogi avtorji izpostavljajo, da ciljne skupine domačih in mednarodnih obiskovalcev, predvsem sodobni ljubitelji hrane, tako imenovani foodies, vedno bolj iščejo in cenijo tovrstna prizadevanja. Centri kakovosti z organiziranimi kratkimi lokalnimi dobavnimi verigami, usposabljanji in svetovanji strokovnih institucij ter z digitalno trženjsko-prodajno-logistično tehnologijo prinašajo sinergične učinke vsem vključenim deležnikom destinacije. Pomembno je, da se vsak deležnik na poti od njive do krožnika in še dlje, vse do vodenega gastronomskega doživetja in prireditve ter doživetega bivanja v avtentičnih nastanitvenih kapacitetah, posveča le delu celovitega doživetja – lastnemu prispevku v verigi destinacijske zgodbe – in prispeva k visoki kakovosti lokalno dodane vrednosti končnemu gastronomskemu doživetju. Več kot deset teritorialnih kolektivnih blagovnih znamk, vzpostavljenih po modelu 'Izvorno slovensko', sledi opisanemu pristopu in s tem prispeva k vedno večji prepoznavnosti Slovenije kot zelene, aktivne in zdrave destinacije, ki pritegne z raznovrstno gastronomsko ponudbo tudi zahtevne raziskovalce gastronomije.

Povečanje proizvodnje hrane v obdobju zelene revolucije je posledica znanstvenega napredka, novih tehnologij in mehanizacije, razvoja novih sort poljščin, uporabe pesticidov in gnojil ter gradnje velikih namakalnih sistemov; rezultat tega pa znatno povečanje proizvedenih kalorij na hektar. Višja proizvodnja nujno ne pomeni tudi povezovanja vseh prednosti intenzivnega kmetijstva. Danes so kritike zelene revolucije številne: pregled številnih študij je pokazal, da je le-ta povzročila neuravnotežene koristi in povečala neenakost dohodka. Zato sedanji kmetijski sistemi potrebujejo temeljito preobrazbo z vidika okoljskega, socialno-ekonomskega in tudi zdravstvenega stanja ljudi. Sedanja družba je torej pred pomembno nalogo: združiti najnovejše tehnologije, omogočiti participativne modele odločanja in obravnavati kmetijske sisteme kot kmetijske ekosisteme.

Abstract:
Gastronomski turizem je lahko pomembno orodje sonaravnega razvoja in trženja podeželskih destinacij. Sistematičen razvoj podeželja temelji na dolgoročni usmeritvi in sliki prihodnosti destinacije, ki vključuje in s katero se istovetijo vsi deležniki. Samo povezani lahko doprinesejo k celovito usklajeni ponudbi, ki s sodobnimi trženjskimi orodji nagovarja prepoznane ciljne skupine gostov. Ključno vlogo igra koordinator mreženja ponudnikov in trženja atraktivne, visokokakovostne ponudbe z veliko lokalno dodane vrednosti. Ta temelji na prepoznanih živilih, gradivih, postopkih pridelave in predelave ter odličnih chefih, ki v kratkih dobavnih verigah zagotavljajo prvinske okuse na poti od njive do krožnika. Pomreženi strokovno usposobljeni in inovativni ponudniki lahko sistematično gradijo celovito kakovost destinacije, izpostavljajo gastronomske značilnosti in poreklo prostora ter vzpostavljajo specializirano okolje, prijazno za gastronomski oddih daleč od stresnega sveta. Mir, tišina, čist zrak in voda, lepa krajina, ohranjena narava, ponudba z zeleno zgodbo, prijazni domačini, narečja, šege in navade, ki se kažejo tudi skozi odlično gastronomijo, kreativne delavnice, druženja in gastronomske prireditve, omogočajo ob programih dobrega počutja v naravi in podeželskem velnesu neponovljiva doživetja ljubiteljem hrane in vsem, ki si vzamejo čas in so tovrstna gastronomska doživetja pripravljeni tudi plačati. To je smer, ki jo je izbrala Slovenija, ki bo v letu 2021 gastronomska regija Evrope.

Abstract:
Slovenija se na agroživilskem področju sooča z izrazito negativno bilanco lastno pridelane hrane, povečuje se zunanje trgovinska izmenjava, lokalno proizvedenih živil na slovenskem trgu pa je še bistveno manj. Dodaten izziv predstavljajo podnebne in okoljske razmere na svetovni ravni, kako v najkrajšem času povečati lokalno pridelavo/uporabo hrane, zmanjšati zavržke in negativne vplive na okolje. Ob strukturnih spremembah, sektorskih vlaganjih, izboljšanju proizvodnih procesov, povezovanju in vzpostavljanju lokalnih prehranskih verig brez konkretnih naporov v smeri ozaveščanja domačih kupcev teh ciljev ne bo mogoče doseči. Zagotavljanje kakovosti lokalnih pridelkov, večje vključevanje lokalnih živil v gostinstvo, ponudba tradicionalnih jedi in osebna izkušnja pridelave hrane lahko dodatno vzpodbudijo povečanje pridelave in povpraševanje ter prispevajo k zmanjševanju zavržkov hrane v prehrambni verigi. Kupci v okviru raziskave izkazujejo interes po kakovostnih živilih s slovenskim poreklom, žal pa lahko obstoječe stanje prinaša tveganje za upad zaupanja, kar se odraža v razkoraku med pričakovanim in dejanskim stanjem. Okrepitev gostinske ponudbe s tradicionalnimi jedmi lahko pripomore k povečanemu povpraševanju lokalno pridelane hrane s potrebo po večji izbiri raznolikih in ustrezno prezentiranih sezonskih tradicionalnih jedi. Osebna izkušnja lastne pridelave prispeva k boljši ozaveščenosti. Izboljšanje ukrepov na teh področjih pozitivno vpliva tudi na odnos do lokalne hrane oziroma na zmanjšanje njenih zavržkov.
