Cílem této teoretické studie je vymezit různé přístupy k vymezení vzdělávací politiky, rozebrat předpoklady, na kterých jsou postaveny, a ukázat implikace těchto přístupů. V první části studie je ukázána trojdimenzionálnost pojmu politika. Ve druhé části jsou diskutovány různé definice vzdělávací politiky. Ve třetí části, která je strukturována do pěti samostatných kapitol, jsou postupně rozebrány klíčové dimenze různých přístupů ke vzdělávací politice. Studie je zakončena implikacemi pro výzkum i praxi. Podle autora je vhodné odlišit pět aspektů, ve kterých se definice vzdělávací politiky nejvíce rozcházejí. Za prvé, má-li se vzdělávací politika chápat spíše jako sada konkrétních událostí, nebo jako proces. Za druhé, nakolik je politika explicitně vyjádřená v dokumentech versus nakolik je třeba ji odkrývat na základě analýzy jednání aktérů. Za třetí, kdo politiku tvoří. Za čtvrté, zdali je politika spojena s nějakým záměrem, nebo jde o jakékoli, i nezáměrné, jednání. Za páté, zdali mají přednost struktury, které politika vytváří, nebo aktéři, kteří v rámci těchto struktur jednají. Studie dochází k závěru, že vymezení vzdělávací politiky jako oblasti studia je třeba podstatně rozšířit a překonat některé nerealistické předpoklady i umělé hranice, v rámci kterých se vzdělávací politika analyzuje. V rámci jednotlivých výzkumů je ovšem třeba vždy pečlivě vymezit a zpřesnit, jaký aspekt vzdělávací politiky máme na mysli.

Literární kritika vědeckou fantastiku většinou ostentativně přehlíží, přitom H. G. Wellse, Isaaca Asimova, Roberta A. Heinleina, Raye Bradburyho či Arthura C. Clarka aj. lze jen stěží označit za bezvýznamné pisálky ... Na konci šedesátých let minulého století, konkrétně v roce 1968, publikovala Zhang Xiaofeng 張曉風v deníku Zhongguo Shibao《中國時報》China Times povídku Panduna《潘渡娜》Pandora. Ta je považována za první dílo taiwanské vědecko-fantastické prózy. V sedmdesátých a osmdesátých letech 20. století pak vědecko-fantastická literatura na Taiwanu zaznamenala bouřlivý rozvoj: byla uveřejňována v denících a časopisech, publikována ve vydavatelstvích, byly zakládány vědecko-fantastické časopisy, vyhlašovány první literární soutěže pro autory vědecké fantastiky a udělovány první ceny. Současně vznikaly první kritické práce a objevili se i první významní autoři vědecko-fantastické literatury, například Huang Hai 黄海 či Zhang Xiguo 張系國aj. Dvacet let vývoje taiwanské vědecké fantastiky ukončila na počátku devadesátých let 20. století vlna amerických vědecko-fantastických filmů. Počátky, rozvoj a úpadek vědecko-fantastické literatury na Taiwanu je proto jako ukončený jev možno popsat i analyzovat. Její historie je téměř u konce, a tak můžeme nejen hodnotit její význam, ale zároveň ji i srovnat s vývojem nejvlivnější vědecko-fantastické literatury na světě – americké vědecké fantastiky. Popis vývoje a toto srovnání jsou hlavním záměrem tohoto příspěvku.

V textu představuji dva přístupy k argumentační analýze: neformálně-logickou analýzu založenou na práci Ralpha H. Johnsona a J. Anthonyho Blaira a argumentační schémata od Douglase Waltona. V první části definuji oba dva přístupy a vysvětluji jejich vzájemný vztah. Dále vysvětluji základní pojmy obou přístupů – definuji argument, interní argument, implicitní premisu a PZ-strukturu, argumentační schéma a kritické otázky. Věnuji se i popisu jejich výhod a nevýhod. V druhé, praktické části textu aplikuji definované nástroje na video Přemluv bábu. Formuluji tři výzkumné otázky, na které odpovídám. V rámci odpovědi na první předkládám PZ-strukturu argumentace z videa. Záměrem druhé otázky je identifikace argumentačních schémat v analyzované struktuře, kde považuji za nejdůležitější argument apelující na strach. Účelem poslední otázky je hledání odpovědí na kritické otázky související s identifikovaným schématem. Docházím k závěru, že protagonisté argumentu neodpovídají na otázky uspokojivě. Záměrem textu je předložit případovou studii, na které ukážu, jak analyzovat argumentační text pomocí zvolených přístupů.

UP Zavody Bucovice was a an important furniture company in Czechoslovakia. At the end of the 20th century, production in Bucovice was terminated and the abandoned site became the largest brownfield area in the city. In early 2018, the city bought the land and began demolition of the existing production facilities and buildings. The new city district will be created after demolition. The new area will offer significant urban development potential of the city of Bucovice.

The content of the thesis is a study of the new use of brownfield, which was created by the termination of the UP Závody furniture company in Bučovice. The subject of the study is the urban design of a new residential area, with additional, required and related functions. The design of the site, including the newly subsumed buildings, is only created at the urban level. In the form of an architectural study, one selected (reference) residential block of an urban complex is then solved. An important aspect is the reaction to the nearby presence of the renaissance castle by observing the preconditions for the monument care.

My thesis deals with the buildings of the castle and the church of Saint John of Nepomuk in Vyklantice which was built between 1722 and 1729 by Jan Jáchym Harrach. Firstly, the work presents the history of the Vyklantice manor and the history of both buildings. Description of the present state of the castle and the church is confronted with photographs from the 1970s. Finally, the work focuses on the genealogy of the Harrachs family and other estates owned by Jan Jáchym and his brother Ferdinand Markvart Harrach. The core of the thesis is in the following chapters which deal with a question of authorship of the Vyklantice constructions. The first criticism has been made on actual addition of researchers who attribute these objects to K. I. Dientzenhofer or J. B. Santini-Aichl and J. L. von Hildebrandt. The survey shows that the buildings in Vyklantice are probably the work of a local builder, as objects do not show the quality of the artistic creation of the architects mentioned above.

Diploma thesis "Neo-Gothic rebuilding of chateau Hluboká nad Vltavou" first provides a brief summary of basic literary and archival sources, followed by description of terminology in the field of 19th century architecture together with the explanation used by the author. After that there is mentioned a situation in Czech architecture at the end of 18th and in the 19th century. Next point is the Gothic Revival phenomenon - its establishment, ways of its spreading and its influence in middle Europe including Czech countries. Own topic of this thesis is introduced by a general and building history of chateau Hluboká nad Vltavou. After that there are introduced prince Jan Adolf II. of Schwarzenberg and his wife, who managed the rebuilding of the chateau. There is also a description of their personal contacts with British culture and architecture. Main part of the thesis is dedicated to Neo-Gothic rebuilding of chateau Hluboká nad Vltavou. This chapter is divided into several subchapters, where are described changes in the chateau interior and exterior including the effort of document the direct influence of Gothic Revival, and also the adaptation of the close surroundings of the chateau. This master thesis deals with the affair Spiegel from 1962 and the Czech Television-Crisis from the turn 2000 and 2001. Both cases are compared by the conceptual approach of democratic consolidation from the Juan Linz's and Alfred Stepan's work The Problems of Democratic Transition and Consolidation (Baltimore, 1996). The analysis aims to find out whether German Federal Republic in 1962 and the Czech Republic on the start of the third millennium fulfilled the first three Linz's and Stepan's criteria of a consolidated democracy. The theoretical chapter highlights some of alternative approaches and discussions about democratic consolidation as an analytical tool in comparative politics.
