Abstract:
The objection of this dissertation is to examine effects of stowed cargo on safety driving of a vehicle. Based on general experience of weighing trucks and monitoring of cargo fixture, my attempt was to summarize related legislative conditions of the operation of trucks in terms of payload, weighing and stowing of cargo. In the first part I worked on consistent methodology of stowing and fastening of cargo on trucks. I've included various methods of loading cargo and different ways of fastening and their calculations. The main body of the second part is a practical methodology of inspectional weighing of trucks on the road. In this section I took into account the current method and procedure of inspectional weighing and measuring of trucks. During my trial weighing of different types of trucks I proved that the key factor for safe seating and lashing of load on a vehicle is determining center of gravity of the vehicle. I solve this problem in detail in the last part of my work.

This thesis discusses project funding in the public sector. Basic concepts concerning a project and a public project are briefly defined in the theoretical part of this text. Subsequent parts then focus on the options of funding a public project as well as project evaluation using the CBA method. The case study focuses on evaluating and choosing the mean of funding for specific implemented project and its socioeconomic evaluation.

Abstract:
Pojišťovnictví představuje specifické odvětví podnikání se specifickým zachycením jednotlivých účetních operací. Náklady a výnosy jsou jejich nejdůležitější složkou. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na náklady a výnosy komerčních pojišťoven. Sledují se na Technickém účtu životního, neživotního pojištění a na Netechnickém účtu. Pro pojišťovnu představují uzavřené pojistné smlouvy pohledávky za pojistníky z přímého pojištění ? předepsané hrubé pojistné. Při zániku pojištění pak pojišťovny účtují o závazcích z přímého pojištění. Pojišťovny na úhradu svých závazků tvoří rezervy, nejvýznamnější z nich jsou např. rezerva na nezasloužené pojistné, rezerva na pojistná plnění či rezerva pojistného životních pojištění apod.. Všechny rezervy jsou na straně aktiv kryty finančním umístěním, které slouží k dalšímu zhodnocení peněžních prostředků. Pro plnění závazků z pojistných smluv se pojišťovny také zajišťují.

This diploma thesis address to a contractual ensuring of an international transportation from the business and the legal points of view as a part of intenrational business operations. It describes the clasification of freight transports and its economic significance in the world an in the case of the Czech Republic, as well. The thesis also characterizes the different types of transport contracts from the points of view of the Czech legislation as well as international treaties that is the Czech Republic a part of, including the ways of ensuring the customs declaration of transported goods. The thesis also includes a practical part focused on specifics of a dangerous goods transportation and the analysis of the related risks.

Abstract:
This diploma thesis is based upon a study of processes in a subdivision of fischer systems, a company in the automotive industry. These processes are studied with reference to lean manufacturing and Kaizen products. The first part of this thesis is a general introduction to the company. It is followed by a description of the subdivision in question, and a discussion of various theoretical approaches. An analysis of the current state of manufacturing and processes is also made. Finally, a proposal is made towards solving imperfections uncovered in the analysis stage, and getting the company closer to lean manufacturing.

The aim of my thesis was to clarify the basic concepts and calculations in the area of reliability of power distribution, as an important element for increase the quality of supplied electric power, this issue we examined in Chapter 3. In the previous chapter, we explained the fundamental solution of MV networks in the Czech Republic and Germany. In Chapter 4 we explained the difficulties in evaluating their values and comparisons between distributional companies, which follows that there should be a uniform procedure for the storage and collection of data for power outages. And the individual distribution companies should follow this standard.

Abstract:
The graduation thesis aims to specify and define, with respect to the Czech legislation, the profit and loss statement of the insurance companies and those items of revenues and expenses that are specific for the insurance companies. The thesis deals with the principal characteristics of the revenues and the expenses of the insurance companies as well as with the matter whether insurance companies can in any means influence their management result. It also focuses on the field of the insurance security -- what is the insurance security in the Czech Republic in relation to the European Union, and on the quantity limits of the profit and loss statement, in the Czech insurance sector. It also assesses the efficiency of the local insurance companies in relation to this, what is the share of the earned premium when taking in account the insurance claims, the operating costs and the management result. The graduation thesis came to the conclusion that an insurance company can quite easily influence its accounting management result and therefore it is necessary for the company to respect the relevant accounting measures. Furthermore, the Czech Republic in comparison to the other EU countries indicates relatively low level of insurance security. With respect to the efficiency it is possible to conclude (in relation to the year 2012 and the local insurance companies) that the earned premium comprises of more that 60% of the claimed damages, 30% of the operating costs and 10% of the earned premium represents the net profit.

Thesis deals with restoration measures at two selected locations. They were processed technological procedures recommended by the equipment used for laying down the operating costs. These figures were calculated minimum and maximum costs for implementing each variants. Compared with similar calculations showed that the results are real and can have practical use.

Abstract:
The submitted theses deals with a process of optimization of personal costs connected with a change of an entrepreneur of a dialysis centre. Specifically it deals with creation of a proposal and an accomplishment of changes which relate directly with the said proposal and which will be introduced into practice. The first theoretical part deals with a concept of strategic planning, from which management of human resources arises and which defines a theroretical frame of human resources management in the organization. Next part describes the initial state at the change of an entrepreneur of a dialysis centre and analysis of personel procuration that is needed for the dialysis centre operation. The outcome of this work is a proposal on an optimization of an organization of a schedule of patients'shifts and saving of personal costs resulting from this. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to identify the problem areas of trading in euro, while focusing on search for options of reducing costs related to euro account management and business transactions in an exporting company. In the theoretical part, various risks of international business are explained. The next chapter focuses on the foreign exchange risk management, followed by a chapter dedicated to hedging against the exchange rate risk, especially forwards, futures, swaps and options. In the conclusion of the literary review, the accounting of financial derivates and foreign exchange differences is listed. In the practical part of the thesis, data from a specific company with object in sewing textile products are used. This company exports its products in the European Union countries; therefore, the invoiced currency is euro. The company is assessed from a general point of view, with remarking the descending trend in the number of its employees, and using data from income statements. Further assessment of the company was done using benchmark, when the company was compared to four other companies with the same object, located in South Bohemia. The company placed fourth. Furthermore, the risks connected to the international business of the company ABC, a.s., are identified, with measures being suggested which could eliminate these risks and reduce costs related to the fact that the company is export-oriented. The next chapter is focused on the survey of bank institutions and exchange rate companies and, as a consequence, on analysis which options could be offered to the ABC, a.s., company and what are the costs related to these products. To reduce the payment costs in the ABC, a.s., company, two alternatives are suggested. In case the company manager is risk-aversive, the option of a well-established bank institution is offered. In the second case, when the manager is a risk-taker and would opt for a more profitable exchange rate, the foreign currency company would probably be the choice. Since the company does not hedge against the foreign exchange risk, the currency forward is suggested as the hedging instrument. In conclusion, the way how to account such currency forward is stated. This means that this thesis will in fact serve as an internal directive draft for accounting forward, to be used in practice.

Abstract:
In the thesis was elaborated an overview of the main operations related to the cultivation of the MASP. A model agrotechnical procedure was developed for the cultivation of two selected species MASP - peppermint (Mentha x piperita) and marigold (Calendula officinalis). In addition, machine operating costs, material costs and manual operations were determined. From these data, the total cost of the crop was calculated in CZK.ha-1 and CZK.t-1. Comparison with similar calculations has shown that the results are real and can be used in practice.

Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate economically the efficiency of wine grape acquiring possibilities together with the presentation of a suitable proposal for the wine grape acquiring in view of the findings. The diploma thesis has two basic parts. The literary research introduces the problems of winery and viticulture with a focus on the issue of obtaining raw materials for wine production. The actual work consists of quantification of capital expenditures and operating costs associated with grape acquiring and harvesting. In connection with the above objective, the costs, the return on investment, the net present value of the investment, and the internal rate of return to the differ-ent possibilities of wine grape acquiring are also evaluated. Part of the thesis is also a preview of the impacts of the individual wine grape acquiring possibilities on the liquidity of the wine producer.
