Abstract:

Článek se zabývá analýzou čistoty potrubí vzduchotechniky v různých fázích výstavby. Na základě odběru vzorků je provedeno hodnocení odlišně skladovaných potrubí na stavbě. Jsou porovnány rozdíly mezi "správně" skladovaným potrubím a nechráněným potrubím. V závěru článku je shrnut dopad přenosu nečistot z potrubí na provoz vzduchotechnického systému.

Abstract:

Problematika efektívneho riadenia stavebného projektu zhotoviteľom, patrí v stavebníctve k špecifickým prioritám každej stavebnej spoločnosti. Na efektívne riadenie osobitne prípravy a realizácie výstavbov.ho procesu vplýva celý rad faktorov, z ktorých treba rozhodujúce identifikovať a na základe ich dôslednej analýzy, zvýšiť ich pozitívne účinky na zvýšenie výnosovej a finančnej sily stavebnej spoločnosti. Práve táto požiadavka by mala byť jadrom zamerania pozornosti manažmentu stavebnej spoločnosti, manažmentu stavby automatizovať riadiace procesy stavebného projektu zhotoviteľom s využívaním informačného systému riadenia. Automatizácia riadiacich procesov sa stane prínosom v oblastiach podrobnejšieho vykazovania ziskovosti zákazky, podrobných analýz predikovaných nákladov a výnosov v porovnaní so skutočnými.

Sensual images of death in short stories by Richard Weiner selected examplesThe author of the article analyzes a selection of stories by Richard Weiner with regard to the leading theme — a sensual image of death. Attention is drawn to polisensuality of expression and the construction of the world depicted on the basis of sensual antinomies, e.g. silence/sound, movement/stillness, dead/alive, visible/invisible. The author refers to selected short stories from Weiner’s collections: Netečný divák 1917, Lítice 1918, Škleb 1919, and Lazebník 1929.Smyslná tvář smrti v povídkách Richarda Weinera ve vybraných příkladechAutorka článku analyzuje vybrané povídky Richarda Weinera z pohledu úvodního motivu, jímž je smyslná tvář smrti. Věnuje pozornost mnohasmyslnosti výpovědi a stavbě světa představeného na základu smyslových antinomií jako například: ticho–zvuk, pohyb–klid, mrtvé–živé, viditelné–neviditelné. Autorka se odvolává na vybrané povídky Weinera ze sbírek: Netečný divák 1917, Lítice 1918, Škleb 1919 i Lazebník 1929.

Abstract:

Primárnym cieľom výskumnej štúdie bola kvalitatívna analýza pokračujúcich väzieb u žien po strate partnera. Ďalšími cieľmi bola analýza kvality vzťahu s partnerom pred stratou a analýza rituálov využívaných po strate. Výskumný súbor tvorilo 10 žien po strate partnera v období neskorej dospelosti až staroby. Vek participantiek sa pohyboval v rozmedzí od 56 do 83 rokov (M = 71,4 rokov; SD = 3,07), dĺžka vzťahu s partnerom sa pohybovala od 32 do 59 rokov (M = 46,9 rokov; SD = 8,6) a uplynulý čas od straty partnera sa pohyboval v rozmedzí od 9 mesiacov do 10 rokov, 4 mesiacov (M = 47,5 mesiaca; SD = 11,26). Údaje boli získané pološtrukturovanými rozhovormi, ktorých cieľom bolo hlbšie preskúmanie prežívania ovdovených participantiek. Na analýzu dát bola použitá metóda konsenzuálneho kvalitatívneho výskumu. Výsledkom analýzy údajov boli 3 domény: Formy pokračujúcich väzieb u vdov po strate partnera, Formy rituálov u vdov po strate partnera, Pozitívne a negatívne vnímané aspekty kvality vzťahu. Na základe získaných dát bol popísaný typický prípad prežívania väzieb k partnerovi u ovdovených žien. Formy pokračujúcich väzieb sú rôznorodé, môžu mať charakter pozitívnych, ambivalentných, ale aj negatívne prežívaných väzieb. Môžu byť pokračovaním rôznych aspektov vzťahu, ktorý existoval pred stratou, pričom ponúkajú nové možnosti, ktorými sa vzťah môže meniť alebo napredovať. Výsledky sú interpretované a diskutované s predchádzajúcimi výskumnými zisteniami.

Abstract:

The subject of this diploma thesis is civil technical project of an administrative building in Brno. The work includes a technical report, a construction technology study, technological prescriptions, proposal of suitable machines and mechanisms required for construction and wider relationships of transport routes to construction site. It also includes control and test plans, a detailed timetable for the main building object, deployment plans for workers, major work machinery and mechanisms, an item budget and a construction site equipment project. Finally, there are drawings of boarding foundations and ceiling structures and a comparison of the two variants of the ceiling structures.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of quality, environmental and safety risks in the design process of the designing the foundations of building. The calculation procedure is shown in the model example. Subsequently, the risk analysis according to DIN EN 31010: 2011 Risk Management - Risk Assessment Techniques is performed. The risk assessment was made by following methods: analysis of the causes and consequences (Ishikawa diagram), the risk matrix and Analysis Failure Modes and Effects (FMEA). Using these methods, the risk were identified and assessed. There are also proposed appropriate measures to reduce the risk value. Comparisons with publications with a similar theme is performed in the final summary.

Abstract:

Objects are designed on the edge of the designed park, in it’s southern part near the Ostravice river. Object, in which the elementary school is located, lyceum and the sports hall are located on the edge of this park. The kindergarden object is located separately few meters south. The school is rated for 270 children attending the elementary school and for 120 students of the high school. The kindergarden can be attended by up to 75 children.

Abstract:

The aim and assignment of this thesis is to find appropriate design, layout and functional relations with regard to present trends and needs in education. Thesis should find an appropriate type of school which will fit in the specific environment and solve the problems in this enviroment. In order to enhance the overall ring character, the school is supposed to be a detached building. The idea of positioning school in the city center as well as the need of securing the school and especially psychological convenience lead to the idea of monoblock building which is getting more closed and concentrated inwards. The school acts as integrated architectonical organism and due to this idea it appears simply and austerely from outside and as it opens up it shows secure and interesting school life. The green meadow should spread into the school. The building is situated between two different environments which aren’t separated but rather connected as much as possible on the parterre. The school doesn’t obstruct but rather offers the opportunity of passing to different parts. Public space and vegatation which were located in this place were shifted to the upper level of green roof of the school parterre. Original open public space is replaced by closed school parterre which creates a common base – platform. This base serves as common semi-public space which facilitates free movement, encounters of different people of different age and so it is a kind of melting pot for all schools. The parterre is visually opened to the surrounding green vegetation which enhances the continuity of space. This idea is supported by glass façade with wood shades. Scale of parterre depends on the dimension of vegetation in order to make the shades appear as tree trunks and fade away when looking out of the building. In contrast to the light base, the heavy concrete matter represents particular units of schools which are situated on the social platform of building which levitates above green vegetation of “Černá louka”.

Diploma thesis was to design a complex of school buildings near the historic city center of Ostrava, which includes three levels of education, from preschool age to high school students. The main goal is to find a suitable form of functional and operational design of the building in relation to the modern forms of education with regards to the different mental and physical development of these three age groups of children.
