Der Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit der lexikalischen Ebene der Hexenverhörprotokolle aus dem 17. Jahrhundert, die aus Grünberg in Niederschlesien, dem heutigen Zielona Góra Polen stammen. Der Untersuchungsschwerpunkt liegt auf den miteinander konkurrierenden Wortbildungen auf hex- und zauber-, die im analysierten Schriftstück parallel auftreten und deren Verwendung sich oft sogar überlappt. Es handelt sich dabei sowohl um Bezeichnungen des beschriebenen Schadenzaubers als auch um die Benennung von Personen, die eines solchen Delikts bezichtigt werden. Die Analyse zeigt an konkreten Beispielen auf, bei welchen Bildungen das Stammmorphem hex- und in welchen das Stammmorphem zauber- dominieren.About witches and sorceresses in the early modernwitchcraft trial records from Grünberg in Lower Silesia 1663–1665This paper is a systematic linguistic analysis at the lexical level of 17th century witch trial protocols from Grünberg in Lower Silesia, today Zielona Góra in Poland. The focus of this investigation is the analysis of word formations with the word stems hex- and zauber-. Both formations occur in parallel and their usage frequently even overlaps. The aim of this paper is both the analysis of the denominations of wizardry crime as well as the designations of people who were accused of such crimes. The analysis presents in which word formations and contexts the word stems hex- and zauber- dominate.

Abstract:
Mit dem vorliegenden Aufsatz leistet der Autor der unüberschaubaren Thomas- Mann-Forschung einen ergänzenden Beitrag. Einleitend wird Thomas Manns komplizierte Beziehung zu Italien und seiner Kultur skizziert und im Anschluss werden in einigen Abschnitten wesentliche Informationen über Stoff, Entstehungsgeschichte, Inhalt und Rezeption der Novelle Mario und der Zauberer zusammengefasst. Die analysierte Novelle ist vielschichtig und lässt sich infolgedessen unterschiedlich erschließen: Abgeraten wird davon, sie lediglich als Urlaubsbericht oder als Abbildung des faschistischen Italien zu deuten. Im vorliegenden Aufsatz geht der Autor vielmehr den bisher weniger erforschten dekadenten Aspekten der Erzählung nach, analysiert die von Cipolla verwendeten Strategien der Macht und deutet kurz die konfliktvolle Kommunikation zwischen dem Zauber und dem Publikum an.

Abstract:
Die Erforschung der modernen Literatur nicht-aschkenasischer jüdischer Autoren – sefardischer und orientalischer Herkunft – steht erst in den Anfängen. Das Ghetto als Thema der west- und osteuropäischen Literatur wurde zwar lange vernachlässigt, doch ist es vor einigen Jahren zum Gegenstand der Literaturwissenschaft geworden. Zögerlich wächst nun auch das Interesse für die reiche doch oft tragische Geschichte und Kultur der nicht-aschkenasischen Juden, zumal die lange vergessenen jüdischen Flüchtlinge aus den arabischen Ländern ins allgemeine Bewusstsein vorrücken. Einen großen Anteil daran haben neu entstandene Filme, vor allem aber zeitgenössische literarische Werke, die sich diesem Thema widmen. Im Folgenden werden die Bücher über das keineswegs sorglose Leben in den Judenvierteln der Türkei (Istanbul), Marokkos (Marrakesch), Persiens und Iraks (Bagdads) vorgestellt. Berücksichtigung findet hierbei die Sicht der sich bis heute als unterprivilegiert fühlenden orientalischen Juden in den israelischen Einwandererstädten, die als Ghettos empfunden werden. Weder in den Ghettos ihrer Herkunftsländer noch in der neuen Heimat fühlten sich diese Menschen wirklich geborgen, so dass dort wenig vom Zauber des Orients zu finden ist.
The research on modern Jewish literature written by not ashkenasi authors is still in its beginnings. Whereas the topic of the ghetto in European countries has been researched on by literary historians, the rich, long and often tragic history of the Jews in Islamic countries, including the destiny of Jewish refugees from Arabia – both the sephardi and the mizrakhi – has long been ignored and forgotten, being overshadowed by the more successful Palestinian propaganda about the “nakbah”. Recently, due to a growing number of films but above all to books about Jewish history and culture in these countries written by contemporary Jewish authors, which are discussed here, we now know more about the only periodically tranquil life in the Jewish quarters of Turkey (Istanbul), Morocco (Marrakesh), Persia and Iraq where splendor of the Orient was not easily to be found. But even in Israel, the not ashkenasi immigrants did not experience equal treatment and find a haven as the descriptions of their situation in the neglected immigrant centers of the country show.

Abstract:
Izborni sistem Bosne i Hercegovine (dalje: BiH) zasniva se na pozitivnim ustavnopravnim rješenjima koja u svom izvornom obliku, kako je poznato, ne omogućavaju konsekventno ostvarenje opšte-prihvaćenih međunarodnih demokratskih standarda u pogledu jednakosti biračkog prava građana. O tome je, u pojedinačnim slučajevima, Evropski sud za ljudska prava u Strazburu već zauzeo stav. Konstantno ignorisanje obaveza u vezi sa usaglašavanjem unutrašnjeg pravnog poretka BiH sa međunarodnim demokratskim standardima i presudama Evropskog suda za ljudska prava koje predstavljaju obaveze ustavno-pravne naravi dovelo je, ne samo do daljeg kršenja biračkih prava građana po etničkoj osnovi, nego i do daljeg razvoja nedemokratskih političkih koncepata koji teže za uvođenjem novih oblika diskriminacije u fazi izbora. Pri tome se pojmovni instrumentarij tumači i obrazlaže na do sada nepoznat i suštinski pogrešan način u teoriji i praksi ustavnog i javnog prava – poput „legitimnog predstavljanja konstitutivnih naroda”, „autentičnih predstavnika konstitutivnih naroda”, kao i nastojanja na „nacionalizaciji” konstitutivnih naroda i sl., a u namjeri bilo kakvog teorijskog utemeljenja nekonsekventnih političkih stavova. Pored toga, u uvjetima nedemokratskih ustavnih rješenja i uzimajući u obzir stvarnu moć donošenja odluka unutar institucija, izbornog pobjednika presudno ne određuju građani na izborima, što su pokazali i posljednji opšti izbori 2018. godine nego je, između ostalog, apsolutni izborni pobjednik u smislu formiranja vlasti i mogućnosti blokade implementacije izbornih rezultata promovisan odlukom/Uputstvom Centralne izborne komisije BiH u pogledu raspodjele delegatskih mjesta u Domu naroda Parlamenta Federacije BiH, te je tako (gotovo unaprijed!) određen nekonsekventnim ustavnim rješenjima i izbornom geometrijom – što dodatno diskvalificira poziciju građanina i opšte-prihvaćene međunarodne demokratske standarde bez kojih demokratsko društvo ne može da postoji i da se razvija. Sve to ozbiljno dovodi u pitanje demokratski legitimitet i kapacitet institucija javne vlasti i princip vladavine prava, te izvršavanje obaveza pravne i političke naravi na putu evropskih integracija. Suprotno tome, pravne obaveze BiH u pravcu reforme izbornog prava, ma koliko različitih modaliteta mogu da imaju, prilično su jasne i podrazumijevaju, na prvom mjestu, jednakost aktivnog i pasivnog biračkog prava građana bez obzira na etničku pripadnost ili kakvu drugu okolnost, što je i predmet razmatranja ovim povodom.

Üzeyir Hacıbəyli haqqında bir neçə sənədli film də çəkilib. Bu filmlərin hər birində Üzeyir bəyin canlı obrazı ilə qarşılaşmaq mümkündür. Onlarda dahi sənətkarın həyat və yaradıcılıq yolunun ən qiymətli anları əbədiləşdirilib. Üzeyir Hacıbəyov haqqında çəkilmiş “Üzeyir ömrü” adlı film, Üzeyir şəxsiyyətinə, sənətkarlığına qoyulmuş bir bədii heykəldir. Film Üzeyir Hacıbəylinin uşaqlıq çağlarından olan epizodlarla başlayır. Çoxşaxəli ömür həyat yolu keçən, Üzeyir Hacıbəylinin haqqında çəkilən bu Üzeyir ömrü adlı film sənətkar sənətinə verilən bədii bir görüntü olmaqla qalmayıb, böyük bəstəkarın lentlərdə əbədiləşən heykəlidir. Bəstəkarlıq sahəsində Fikrət Əmirov, Qara Qarayev, Arif Məlikov, Müslüm Maqomayev,Niyazi kimi bəstəkarlar və rejissorlar Üzeyir xeyirxahlığını, böyüklüyünü, üstadlığını öz söhbət və xatirələrində səmimiyyətlə göstərmiş, Üzeyir Hacıbəyli adını hörmətlə, ehtiramla anmışlar. Belə yanaşmanın başqa bir adı da qədirşünaslıqdır. Üzeyir Hacıbəyli ilə eyni yolun yolçusu, eyni sənətin təmsilçiləri bu böyük sənətkarı qiymətləndirməklə, öz şəxsiyyətlərinin, insanlıqlarının ucalığını təsdiqləyən amildir. Dahi bəstəkar Üzeyir Hacıbəyliyə həsr olunan “Üzeyir ömrü” və ya “Uzun ömrün akkordları” bədii filmində sənədli film elemetlərindən böyük ustalıqla istifadə olunmuşdur.
