Abstract:

Abstract:
Research on sufism and female spirituality has centered on framing narratives of sufi women within individualized practices, constructing thereby sufi women as mere individual and assisting players in historical accounts of more famous male scholars. In recent years, academic interest has geared towards the investigation of sufi women’s collective and ritualistic performance within structured sufi circles. Henceforth, this paper explores ways in which the gathering of sufi women of Boutchichiyya, a Morocco-based sufi order, in a zawiya mediates not only ritual performances but also promotes the rehearsal of sociability and social relations. The point is made that within a horizon that is viewed as a nexus where the ritualistic performance is what matters in a zawiya, sufi women’s gathering is characterized by a sense of community, and interconnections between spiritual, social capital and socialization. In this pri-blic (private and public) space, namely the zawiya, sufi women of Boutchichiyya enjoy privacy and communal life. Knowing that the zawiya is a segregated space, since men and women disciples perform rituals separately, one might surmise that the spatial division sparks gender inequality. However, this spatial segregation is an ideal of emancipation, which subsumes a spatial segregation of rituals, and constructs a realm of privacy, intimacy, and fervent ambiance women aspire to. This paper builds on findings of a qualitative ethnographic research, in which the researcher assumed a participant-observer role to generate a more focused discussion on whether the gender division of space highlights women’s spirituality or undermines it. More precisely, this paper approaches the interactive relationship, which engages women’s sufi experience with prevalent spatial politics in Moroccan society. In such a space where women come to learn and imbibe spiritual knowledge, social relationships are important assets for women’s spiritual, social, and personal growth.

Abstract:
Species composition and distribution of ciliated protozoa obtained from the forestomach of 20 dromedary camels living in Zawiya, Libya were examined. Nineteen species and 10 morphotypes belonging to eight genera were identified. The mean number of ciliates was 54.2 ± 32.9 × 104 cells ml−1 in the forestomach contents, and the mean number of ciliate species per host was 6.5 ± 2.9. Entodinium and Epidinium were the main genera, as these ciliates were found consistently at higher proportions than those of the other genera. In contrast, Ophryoscolex and Polyplastron were only observed at low frequencies. Diplodinium rangiferi, Entodinium ellipsoideum, E. simulans, and Polyplastron multivesiculatum were new endosymbionts recorded from camels.

Abstract:
This study aims to test the influence of the senior management’s support as a moderating variable on the relationship between the independent factors (Training, Empowerment, Motivation and Communication) and the dependent variable (Performance of Employees). (SEM-AMOS) is used to test the impact of the moderating variable. Where it is depended on the method of sampling or analysis of what is known as multiple-groups analysis. The paragraphs of the senior management’s support variable are collected and divided into two groups according to the mean of the total paragraphs. In addition, according to the relative weights given to the paragraphs of the questionnaire, using a five- point’s Likert scale: 1= strongly disagree to 5 = strongly agree. The first group consisted of the grades less than the mean and it is considered as the group which is non-supporters of the existence of support. While the second group consisted of the grades higher than the mean and considered as the group which is a supporter of the existence of support. The study found that the model of study in the presence of the support of the senior management’s is appropriate for the second group and inappropriate in light of the lack of support by the senior management’s support for the first group.

Abstract:
AbstractThis article endeavours to shed new light on the meaning of the ten Muslim male figures depicted in the central vault of the Hall of Justice in the Alhambra. First, new chronologies are attempted for the hall and the painting according to historical evidence contained in chronicles and literary sources. The study of the architectural frame of the paintings, interpreted as a madrasa-zawiya, suggests a relationship between the painting and the books intended to be kept below it. Therefore, an analysis of the emir's literary entourage is basic for the interpretation of the ceiling. Finally, the question of armouries and shields to be found in the vault is taken into account to demonstrate that some of this work may have been re-elaborated by Christians after taking possession of the palaces. The shields and the concept of the Order of the Band are too far from Islamic tradition as to belong to the original design of this painting, as critical examination of the Order's internal code shows.

Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate the present situation of the Libyan accounting research by assessing the availability of appropriate characteristics in its three components (research - researcher - research environment). To achieve this, the descriptive method was followed, and (75) questionnaires were distributed in electronic and paper form to a random sample of faculty members in the accounting departments of the Faculties of Economics in the universities of Tripoli, Zawiya and Sabratha, but (57) questionnaires were valid for statistical analysis using the (SPSS) program. Major findings revealed the availability of the characteristics of research in the published Libyan accounting research, as well as the availability of the characteristics of researchers in the Libyan accounting researcher with means of (3.126) and (3.175) respectively. Further, findings showed lack of appropriate research environment characteristics in the Libyan accounting research environment. The study recommended improving the characteristics of accounting research by setting conditions for writing and publishing accounting research, coordinating lists of scientific journals in which it can be published, and supporting the accounting researcher by reducing their teaching burden, activating sabbaticals and preparing specialized training programs to develop their research skills. In addition, independent and sufficient budgets for accounting research should be allocated to create an environment for scientific accounting research. Abstract:
<p>The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of educational supervision as an independent variable on English language teachers’ teaching performance as a dependent variable as well as the role of training programs as a mediator variable. The investigation reported in the study was carried out among Libyan school teachers of English in the city of Zawiya in Libya. Reaching an overall number (N=3036) of teachers as reported by the Ministry of Education, the study sample was (N=351) teachers who were chosen using a random sampling technique. In order to achieve this, the study used a quantitative analysis, specifically a confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to test the validity of the assumed relationships among these variables as well as structural equation modeling (SEM) through AMOS. The study obtained several results, most important of which indicated that educational supervision was positively correlated with teachers’ performance in teaching English. In addition, the results showed that training programs played an important role as a mediator variable in a making a higher indirect positive impact of educational supervision on teachers’ teaching performance. Based on these results, in order to enable the Libyan school teachers of English address their weaknesses and identify their strengths, educational supervisors should organize more effective activities related to teacher training. Their interests should not be exclusive to teachers’ imperfections, but they should interact and communicate with teachers for better identifications of their strengths and weaknesses. By so doing, teachers can promote their professional knowledge, skills and experiences.</p>

Abstract:
In this modern era, even though advances in technology are increasingly advanced and communication tools are increasingly sophisticated, there is something missing that is forgotten by most humans. In fact, what is even more sad is the loss of specialties in performing prayer services, which are carried out by Muslims today. As the barometer is so very simple, the majority of Muslims today Al-Qur'an illiteracy reaches 65% more and both Muslims are still under ignorance and poverty, which shows that Muslims are not united in solving the problems of the people. Each of them prioritizes their personal and group interests, compared to resolving common interests. One very important effort to build a people, in order to achieve success in performing prayer services, is able to build the people's economy in eradicating poverty and ignorance, then start building relationships with Allah SWT above Zawiyah. This is a means of control which at the same time begs for guidance to Allah SWT, so that every problem faced by Muslims and the public is given a solution to the solution.

Abstract:
To achieve the objectives of the study, a field experiment was conducted in the area of Judaim 5 km east of the city of Zawiya - Libya at the farm of citizen Juma Al-Marhoon 2018. The experiment was designed with the design of randomized complete block design (RCBD Factorial) of three replicates, two varieties of bean crop (Viciafaba.L) (Cyprus and Aquadulcy), and two types of irrigation water (magnetic water Mw and non-magnetic water (N Mw). Soil samples from were collected at different depths over three time periods (after one and a half months and three months after harvesting). Some chemical properties of the samples were analyzed and measured. The results of statistical analysis of experiment data showed that the irrigation of the two varieties of bean crops (Cyprus and Aquadulcy) with magnetized water Mw compared to the non-magnetized water N Mw increased significantly in the number of plant branches and plant height. The increase was high significant in germination rate. The increase in productivity was significant in the weight of dry pods, the weight of dry seeds and the total weight of the plant and very high significant in the weight of 100 seeds (g). The other characteristics of the plant, such as vitality, weight, number of root nodes and harvesting index, were not affected by magnetic water. The results of the statistical analysis of soil collected in the first and third stage showed no significant differences between soil irrigated with magnetic water and irrigated soil with untreated water in most of the chemical properties of the soil, except for the dissolved potassium K and pH, the differences were highly significant in the soils collected in the third stage. The results of the statistical analysis of soil data collected in the second stage showed significant and high significant differences between soil irrigated with magnetic water and soil irrigated with untreated water in most of the chemical properties of the soil.

Abstract:
This article discusses the motives of members to join the tarekat of Zawiyah Naqsabandiyah Haqqani Yogyakarta. Information on the members’ motives explains how the spirit of religiosity influences and changes someone’s life. This study also examines Karl Marx’s view of religion. According to him, the worship of God causes someone alienated from himself. This qualitative research collected the data by doing observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that there are four motives for members to join the tarekat. They are looking for a mursyid, studying Sufism to learn Islam, looking for inspiration to get to know God, and to get comfort in religion. The members decided to join the tarekat because there was anxiety in religion. Anxiety is what drives a person to take the Sufistic path. The Sufistic path provides peace and comfort in religion. It even strengthens belief in the existence of God and the Prophet Muhammad and leads someone to recognize his identity. The concept of mursyid in the tarekat also becomes a model to be followed in education in the current era since it is believed that he not only transfers knowledge but also shares love to his students.

Abstract:

The unfinished dramas by the poet, dating from the late, mystical phase of his literature, opens awide field of research. It appears advisable to place the thesis of apossible inspiration Słowacki „Don Quixote” by Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra when writing drama „Zawisza the Black” and „Beniowski” drama. Spanish novel, which is amockery of chivalric romances and epics, perhaps, has become for author of „Kordian” point of reference for the creation of the world presented these works. Exemplification of these claims is to analyse „Zawisza the Black”, whose title character is seen as knight-errant possessed by madness and unhappy love, like the character of „Don Quixote”. Reinterpretation of the conditions of polish culture made by Słowacki based on demythologization the most famous knight.

Abstract:
Hepatitis B (HBV) is a significant liver disease that affects roughly 400 million individuals globally with chronic infection, leading to liver cirrhosis or carcinoma. The virus can spread through blood transfusion, sexual contact, or the use of contaminated needles. HBV is more prevalent in developing countries than developed ones. However, it is estimated that 5% to 10% of the global population carry the virus, whereas, in North America and western Europe, only 1% of the people have a chronic infection. Our objective is to determine the prevalence of HBV and identify the disease’s risk factors. We conducted a statistical study, and data were collected through the Al Zzawia street hospital from November 1, 2010, to January 1, 2011. Our results concluded that the prevalence of HbsAg was higher in 2005 than in 2010. HBV was also found to be more prevalent in males than in females. As a result, more attention and guidance, especially for young people, could reduce the spread drastically.

Abstract:
What is ”A Dictionary of oral Polish language of the north-eastern borderland” and what does it include?A regional variety of the Polish language of the north-eastern borderland in both oral and written forms has been functioning in Belarus, Lithuania and Latvia (former Polish Livonia) for several centuries. In 2000, The Team for Research on the Polish Language of the North-Eastern Borderland of the Institute of Slavic Studies of PAS came up with an idea of creating A Dictionary of oral Polish language of the north-eastern borderland. First, publications containing patterns of the Polish language, credibly recorded, were collected. There were more and more new studies, and the material was enriched with many new lexemes as well as their new variants or better exemplifications. Therefore, the lexical collection continued and was completed in 2012. At the same time the team researchers carried out excerpting from earlier texts, choosing examples, searching for parallel forms of lexemes, blending the material in dictionary units, i.e. establishing the form of a dictionary entry. In this way the corpus of the dictionary was written, following a formula created by the team. The article presents methodology of creating the Dictionary, its material basis, short description of lexical items included and the content of an entry. Równolegle z uzupełnieniami pochodzącymi z nowo pojawiających się prac prowadzono ekscerpcję z tekstów wcześniejszych, dobór przykładów, wyszukiwanie paralelnych postaci leksemów i scalanie materiałów w jednostki słownikowe, czyli ustalanie postaci hasła.

Abstract:
Table eggs are consumed worldwide and are considered the most nutritious inexpensive source of protein that makes part of a healthy diet. Mistreated eggs have the ability to carry microorganisms or microbial toxins causing disease. The objective of this study is to determine how safe eggs are by identifying the bacterial load and pathogens resident on eggshells. Method: This study was conducted in the Microbiology Laboratory, Department of Biotechnology, Faculty of Medical Technology Sabratha. Shells of One hundred and fifty of chicken eggs collected from different poultry farms in region of Alzawia-Libya. Each egg shell membrane was swabbed and immediately transferred to appropriate broth media and incubated at 37°C° for 18 hours. After incubation period a loop-full of broth media was transferred to agar media and incubated at 37°C for 48 hrs. Results: The result obtained showed microbial contamination was present on 135 (90%) of all eggshells. Of the microorganisms present 43% was bacteria and 47% was fungi. Conclusion: It can be concluded that eggs got from the Libyan farm-hens can be contaminated and need for optimum hygienic conditions at the farm level to decrease the bacterial load.

Abstract:
In this life, humans have their own property in their lifetime, but after the man passes away, the property will belong to his heirs. The jurists agree that ashabul Furud is prioritized in taking inheritance, if there is a remnant, it is given for heirs of asabah. The jurists also agree that if someone dies and has the heirs of ashabul furudh or asabah, the relatives of the zawil arham will not have right to inherit. They have differents arguments about who will has the right to inherit, if the heir does not leave ashabul furudh or ashabah relatives. The Hanafiyah School argues that the zawil arham group has the right to inherit, if the heir does not leave ashabul furudh relatives and asabah. On the other hand, the Syafi'iyah school argues that the zawil arham group does not have right to inherit, but the property should be given to the Baitul Mal. The results of the study concluded that according to the Hanafiyah School, zawil arham is more rightful to get inheritance than others, because they have a kinship relationship with the heir, and they are more prioritized than baitul mall. Otherwise, the school of Syafi'yah stated that zawil arham does not have right to inherit the property from the heir because zawil arham is not classified as relatives of ashabul furudh or asabah, so that the property must be handed to baitul mal. The Legal terms used by the Hanafiyah school is based on the Koran in Surah al-Anfal (75), and hadith. Meanwhile, the Shafi'iyah school is based on Surah maryam (64), and hadith.

Abstract:
Background: Coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) is a pandemic infectious disease caused by the novel coronavirus. Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). It is an aggressive virus that spread worldwide and is a systemic disease involving multiple systems, including respiratory, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, hematopoietic, neurological, immune, and urinogenital systems. Objectives: The present study aimed to evaluate the alteration in fasting blood glucose, serum urea, creatinine, Na+, K+, and Cl- levels among COVID-19 patients in the Zawia region, Western Libya. Materials and Methods: 416 confirmed COVID-19 patients hospitalized in the Isolation Centre located in Zawia city, Libya. From the 1st May 2020 to the 30th March 2021, were enrolled in this prospective study. Covid-19 patients were defined as positive cases after the detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNA in oro-nasopharyngeal swab samples. Demographic data were extracted from electronic medical records and patient files. Also, 30 healthy individuals without any chronic disease or respiratory symptoms were recruited for the control group. Blood samples were collected via vein puncture for estimating biochemical parameters (fasting blood glucose, serum urea, creatinine, Na+, K+, and Cl- concentrations). The statistical significance of differences between groups was evaluated with the Mann- Whitney (U test). Associations between different parameters were evaluated with the Spearman's test. Results: The results showed that coronavirus infection induced a significant increase in fasting blood glucose, serum urea, and creatinine concentrations. Infections also induced a decrease in serum sodium ion concentration, compared with healthy individuals. Seventy-six percent of corona virus-infected patients had hyperglycemia. Similarly, high levels of serum urea, creatinine, Cl-, Na+, and K+ were found in 40.9%, 39.9%, 27.9%, 8.9% and 6.5% of patients, respectively. Hyponatraemia, hypokalaemia, and hypochloremia were found in 35.5%, 13.7%, and 12.9% of patients. There were recorded a significant positive association between fasting blood glucose and serum urea, creatinine, and K+ concentration, between serum urea concentration and serum creatinine, K+, and Cl- concentrations, between serum creatinine and K+, and Cl- concentrations, and between serum Na+ and Cl- concentration, and a significant negative association between fasting blood glucose and serum Na+ and Cl- concentrations and between serum K+ and Na+ concentrations. Conclusion: It can be concluded that coronavirus infections induced increases in fasting blood glucose, serum urea, and creatinine, and a decrease in Na+ concentrations. There was a significant association between different parameters. These biochemical changes may help the clinicians to understand COVID-19 better and provide more clinical treatment options and prevent the serious complications of the disease. Thus, clinicians should pay special attention to fasting blood glucose, kidney function and electrolyte status of COVID-19 patients. Changes in fasting blood glucose, kidney function, and electrolyte levels can be a good indicator of disease progression.

Abstract:
This study aims to uncover the relationship between Sufism and religious tourism. In other words, it attempts to shed light on the standards that make people, from different parts of the world, travel in precise times for religious reasons. In addition, this study tries to highlight the effects of that kind of travels on people’s daily demeanours. Thus, this study was conducted in Fez city, Morocco, at zawya of Sidi Ahmed Tijani. The relevant data was collected qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that tourists who come to the zawya of Sidi Ahmed Tijani are practitioners of religious tourism since they travel from their homelands to Morocco, more precisely in Fez in order to fulfil their religious needs. Also it is shown that Tijani tourists experience a sort of cathartic process during their visits.

Abstract:
Niniejszy artykuł, oparty na analizie nauczania papieża Franciszka, dotyczy sytuacji starszych kapłanów i osób zakonnych w dzisiejszym świecie. Zawiera pastoralno-teologiczne propozycje względem nich. Papież mówił o nich w wielu swoich przemówieniach i innych dokumentach. Czynił to, analizując trzy ewangeliczne cnoty: ubóstwo, bezżeństwo i posłuszeństwo.
