Abstract:
Příspěvek si klade za cíl představit možnosti open source software pro implementaci prostorového rozhraní informačního systému malé obce.Zabývá se návrhem projektu po jednotlivých částech: identifikace požadavků zastupitelského úřadu (uživatele systému), popis obecné architektury systému a volba vhodných (nekomerčních) technologií pro jeho implementaci. Součástí projektu je i popis vyvinuté technologie pro import nejdůležitějších datových vrstev (informací o vlastnictví) do systému.Článek je doplněn výčtem využitelných datových zdrojů pro informační systém malé obce v České republice.

Abstract:
Text se zabývá otázkou, zda datum u závěti by mělo být jeho obligatorní, nebo fakultativní náležitostí. Tuto otázku ve vztahu k OZ 2012 zkoumá z pohledu historického, kdy srovnává starší platnou právní úpravu na našem území, zároveň však ale poukazuje na její inspirační zdroje, zejména právo německé, rakouské, polské a uherské. Rovněž se zabývá některými otázkami, jež plynou z toho, jak je požadavek na dataci závěti v právní právě kodifikován, zejména jako podobu může ona datace mít.

Abstract:
Infrastruktury pro výzkum a vývoj podpořené z Operačního programu Výzkum a vývoj pro inovace - udržitelnost z hlediska lidských zdrojůKvalita výzkumné infrastruktury v Česku byla zatím hodnocena v porovnání s vyspělými "západními" ekonomikami jako spíše podprůměrná. Zároveň je ale zřejmé, že dostupnost špičkové výzkumné infrastruktury je významným faktorem nejen pro kvalitní výzkum, ale i pro mezinárodní spolupráci či spolupráci s aplikačním sektorem. Dosavadní deficit ve sféře výzkumné infrastruktury by měly pomoci řešit současné operační programy a jejich prostřednictvím budovaná nová výzkumná centra. Jaký však bude efekt těchto nových výzkumných infrastruktur, závisí především na schopnostech či možnostech přivést do těchto center kvalitní výzkumné týmy a pracovníky. Příspěvek proto hodnotí z několika hledisek vývoj lidských zdrojů ve výzkumu a vývoji a dílčí trendy dává do souvislosti s indikovanými požadavky vznikajících center. Analýza ukazuje, že v dílčích oborech se může objevit potřeba počtu nových pracovníků, která překračuje nárůst zaměstnanosti odpovídající současným trendům, a tím ohrozit stávající či nová výzkumná centra, potažmo očekávané dopady spojené s jejich výstavbou.

Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the design of a small family house, which construction uses alternative building materials. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the world, European and Czech legislation related to sustainable development. The concept of ecological construction, which focuses on the possibilities of reducing the negative impacts of construction production on the environment at various stages of construction and on energy, material, water and waste management, is also presented. The thesis also describes advantages and disadvantages of particular solutions. In the second part of the thesis, which based on theoretical knowledge, is the design of a family house from alternative materials worked out. The design of the study in the scale of 1:100 consists of measured floor plan drawings of all storeys, characteristic measured section drawings, layout plans with displayed furniture and equipment, elevation drawings of particular facades, roof drawings and situation design. The drawing part is accompanied by a text part. The processed design is compared to the reference building and then evaluated from the point of view of functional, economic, environmental and social requirements.

Abstract:
The master’s thesis solves models of queueing systems, which use the property of Markov chains. The queueing system is a system, where the objects enter into this system in random moments and require the service. This thesis solves specifically such models of queueing systems, in which the intervals between the objects incomings and service time have exponential distribution. In the theoretical part of the master’s thesis I deal with the topics stochastic process, queueing theory, classification of models and description of the models having Markovian property. In the practical part I describe realization and function of the program, which solves simulation of chosen model M/M/m. At the end I compare results which were calculated in analytic way and by simulation of the model M/M/m.

Abstract:
The study at hand aims at understanding the "twisted fate" of the EU's initiative to provide transparency of payments in oil, gas, and mining deals. The European Commission in October 2011 followed the lead of the US Dodd-Frank Act in establishing strict disclosure requirements for businesses in the extractive industries. Its initiative demanded annual reporting of any payments made by such enterprises to public authorities of commodity exporting countries, in order to mitigate corruption of public officials via transparency of payments. Praised by NGOs, the initiative was heavily opposed by the German government and experienced efforts by the very same to water its efficacy down. Germany's uncompromising position prolonged the search for an agreement between Council of Ministers and European Parliament until April 2013. It is hypothesized that the German opposition originates in highly effective interest representation of influential domestic actors, dismissive of a tight transparency regime. To validate this, Moravcsik's Liberal Intergovernmentalism is the theoretical framework of choice. At its core lies a genuine two-step of domestic societal actors, upgrading their particular interests to "national preferences" and the subsequent agency of their governments in rational bargaining with others. However, in order for this to apply in European everyday politics, theoretical amendments have to be made. Namely, the originally disregarded influence of supranational institutions as well as a shift of bargaining arenas has to be sufficiently respected by the theoretical frame.

Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the relation between the requirements of the European Union for the increase of the share of renewable sources in the energy mix with an emphasis on electricity and the available potential on the territory of the Czech Republic. The energy of water, wind, biomass, solar and geothermal was analyzed in detail. The technological, natural and legislative aspects were assessed. For each of the renewable sources (RES) studied the maximum achievable RES potential was set. On the basis of the facts, the Czech Republic's potential for RES is evaluated, the EU policy in this area is evaluated and several recommendations are made on how to better integrate renewable sources not only in the electricity sector but also in the energy mix in general.

The main goal of the theoretical part of this thesis is to describe the possible sources of funding, extra forms of funding, operation of financial markets and define financial intermediary. Further depict the banking business and its principles. This thesis analyses confrontational relations between financial institutions and companies in the sphere of foreign funds. The main aim of the practical part of this thesis is to use initiate analysis of selected accounting entity. In the first part I concentrate on the details of the project, which it will be carry out and the details of the funding options. In the second part I analyse the different perspective of clients and financial providers.
