A presente pesquisa teve como objetivo investigar como a retirada de Manuel Zelaya da Presidência de Honduras em 2009 foi narrada pelos jornais brasileiros O Estado de S. Paulo e O Globo e pelo jornal hondurenho La Tribuna. O objetivo foi verificar se os relatos dos veículos selecionados sobre a crise em Honduras conseguiram construir uma compreensão do acontecimento por meio da produção de reportagens que contivessem as quatro vertentes do Jornalismo Interpretativo: o aprofundamento do contexto, a humanização do fato, o resgate das raízes históricas e o diagnóstico/prognóstico das fontes especializadas. O episódio em Honduras é representativo como estudo de caso por ajudar a revelar e compreender as limitações com que o Brasil, em geral, e o Jornalismo brasileiro, em especial, lidam com temáticas da América Latina. Empregamos como metodologia a pesquisa exploratória e o método histórico, especialmente por meio de fontes primárias e secundárias de pesquisa relacionadas à história de Honduras. Também foram utilizadas como instrumentos de pesquisa entrevistas com especialistas e cidadãos hondurenhos, a partir das quais foram produzidos ensaios-reportagens condizentes com a narrativa da contemporaneidade. Além de recorrer às técnicas de leitura cultural, a pesquisa usou, de modo complementar, a Análise do Discurso. A pesquisa revelou como a abordagem objetiva dos veículos de comunicação é insuficiente para retratar a realidade política de um país, o que mostra a necessidade de se buscar outros paradigmas para construir uma narrativa verdadeiramente dialógica.Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo estudiar cómo la retirada de Manuel Zelaya de la presidencia de Honduras en 2009 fue narrada por los periódicos brasileños O Estado de S. Paulo y O Globo, y por el periódico hondureño La Tribuna. El objetivo ha sido verificar si los relatos de los vehículos de prensa seleccionados sobre la crisis en Honduras han logrado construir una comprensión de lo ocurrido a través de la producción de reportajes que contuviesen las cuatro vertientes del Periodismo Interpretativo: la profundización del contexto, la humanización del hecho, el rescate de las raíces históricas y el diagnóstico/pronósticos de las fuentes especializadas. El episodio en Honduras es representativo como caso de estudio por ayudar a revelar y comprender las limitaciones con las que Brasil, en general, y el Periodismo brasileño en especial, tratan las temáticas de América Latina. Empleamos como metodología la investigación exploratoria y el método histórico, principalmente a través de fuentes primarias y secundarias de investigación relacionadas a la historia de Honduras. También utilizamos como instrumentos de investigación entrevistas con especialistas y ciudadanos hondureños, a partir de los cuales se han producido ensayos-reportajes consonantes con la narrativa de la contemporaneidad. Además de recurrir a las técnicas de lectura cultural, la investigación ha utilizado, de manera complementar, la Análisis del Discurso. La investigación reveló como el abordaje objetivo de los vehículos de comunicación es insuficiente para retratar la realidad política de un país, lo que evidencia la necesidad de buscar otros paradigmas para construir una narrativa verdaderamente dialógica.

Approved for public release; distribution is unlimitedThe removal of presidents from office in Latin America has generally occurred under delineated constitutional procedures since the military governments of the mid-twentieth century returned to their barracks. Many theories on presidential removal have been tested among numerous cases, yet none alone can explain the Honduran political crisis of 2009 that led to the ouster of constitutionally elected President Manuel Zelaya. The situation harkened back to the days when military coups were prevalent as the armed forces, acting under the authority of a court order, arrested the president, and illegally expatriated him to Costa Rica. Honduran elites feared Zelayas shift to the new radical left in Latin America and his alleged desire for reelection through his proposal for a referendum calling for the election of a constituent assembly. Responding to this fear, the Congress and Supreme Court acted to remove the president while the militarys decision to expatriate Zelaya stemmed from a legacy of leftist hatred. This thesis tests several elements of presidential removal theories against the Zelaya incident and argues that not one theory on its own can thoroughly answer the question; rather, it is necessary to incorporate several elements of each theory while examining the actions of the military and the courts to arrive at the answer. From a comparative analysis of past presidents, it argues that Zelayas new ideology and desire for reelection ultimately were the needed factors to initiate his removal.

A pesquisa elaborou um estudo de caso do golpe de Estado contra o presidente Manuel Zelaya em Honduras (2009), analisando de que modo o evento expressa um reordenamento das influências hegemônicas neoliberais na região, reconfigurando as correlações de força e influenciando o jogo geopolítico. Como referencial teórico, apresentamos nossa leitura sobre a teoria imperialista, tentando caracterizar a atual configuração política e econômica mundial na qual se insere o nosso objeto de estudo. Em seguida, se pretendeu elaborar um histórico da formação social-econômica e política de Honduras, marcando os momentos que possam ter relação histórica com o golpe de Estado de 2009. Para além da realidade estritamente hondurenha, buscamos entender qual é o papel que a região do Gran Caribe cumpriu e cumpre no tabuleiro geopolítico atual. No terceiro capítulo, analisamos o governo do presidente Manuel Zelaya e mergulhamos nos acontecimentos da crise institucional que culminou na quebra da ordem democrática no país. Finalmente, avaliamos as consequências imediatas do golpe para a sociedade hondurenha, no período que abrange o governo interino de Roberto Micheletti e os primeiros anos do governo de Porfírio Lobo Sosa, a partir de parâmetros de análise que compreendem aspectos da movimentação do capital estrangeiro (financeiro e industrial), violação de direitos humanos, mobilização popular em resistência ao golpe e âmbito internacional da crise. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT
The research produced a case study of the coup against President Manuel Zelaya in Honduras (2009), analyzing how the event expresses a reordering of neoliberal hegemonic influences in the region, reconfiguring the power correlations and influencing the geopolitical game. As a theoretical framework, we present our reading of the imperialist theory, trying to characterize the current political and economic world setting in which to insert the object of our study. Then, it was intended to develop a history of social-economic and policy formation of Honduras, marking the moments that may have historical relationship with the coup in 2009. Besides strictly Honduran reality, we seek to understand what is the role that the region Gran Caribe fulfilled and fulfills the current geopolitical chessboard. In the third chapter, we analyze the government of President Manuel Zelaya and dive into the events of the institutional crisis that culminated in the breakdown of the democratic order in the country. Finally, we assess the immediate consequences of the blow to the Honduran society, the period covered by the interim government of Roberto Micheletti and the first years of the government of Porfirio Lobo Sosa, from analysis of parameters that include aspects of foreign capital movement (financial and industrial), violation of human rights, popular mobilization in resistance to the coup and international influence.

O presente esforço intelectual se empenha em direcionar um olhar dedicado à história da líder religiosa da comunidade do Vale do Amanhecer: a médium que ficou nacionalmente conhecida como Tia Neiva. Migrante nordestina, Neiva Chaves Zelaya, após se estabelecer provisoriamente em muitas cidades em busca de estabilidade, em 1957, radica-se na Cidade Livre, Núcleo Bandeirante, e se envolve diretamente com os esforços que resultariam na edificação da nova capital federal. Informada pelas imagens de predestinação que qualificavam Brasília como uma Terra Prometida e dotada de vigorosa religiosidade, nesse período, dá início a sua vida mística, a sua trajetória hierofânica, na esteira da qual estabelece a Doutrina do Amanhecer. Diante desse objeto de estudo, nossa proposta se associa ao esforço de compreender como a imagem de Tia Neiva, por meio das representações a que deu vida e das que se viram consignadas por atores outros e permanecem a se constituir em torno de suas apresentações temporal e espiritual, autorizam a concepção, a solidificação e garantem a preservação de sua comunidade religiosa. Considerado, ainda, o centralismo carismático que fez perseverar a sua liderança, reconhecemos que a inspiração e a materialização dos saberes e dos fazeres religiosos que têm lugar na doutrina do Amanhecer passavam no mais das vezes pela enunciação de Tia Neiva ou então decorriam de sua legitimação. Isso porque atuava a Clarividente (como a nomeiam os entusiastas de suas revelações) na condição de canal de comunicação privilegiado com a dimensão transcendente, uma vez que se fazia reconhecer entre os da comunidade como detentora de poderes sobre-humanos. Temos, portanto, que a sistematização dos ritos, a narração dos mitos e a distribuição das competências de interação com a esfera espiritual, operações que no campo religioso, afiançamos, têm relevância ímpar, germinaram de sua palavra sagrada. __________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT
The present research focuses on the history of the religious leader of the community known as “Vale do Amanhecer”, the world famous medium Aunt Neiva. After dwelling temporarily in several different cities, searching for stability, the migrant from the north eastern region of the country, Neiva Chaves Zelaya, would get directly involved in the construction of the federal capital. Following the fore visions which showed Brasília as the promised land and endowed with vigorous religiosity, she started her mystical hierophantic trajectory establishing the Doctrine of “Amanhecer”. Face the study subject, our proposition consists of explaining how, the image built by Aunt Neiva, through the representations she developed and the ones consigned by other actors, perpetuates around its temporal and spiritual representations, authorizes the conceptions, solidify and grant the maintenance of the religious community. The consideration that the charismatic centralism contributed to maintain her leadership, confirms the recognition of the inspiration and materialization involved in the knowledge and the spiritual work, all dependent of her speech or her legitimating clairvoyance, that acted as a privileged communication channel with the transcending dimension, once she was recognized by the ones of the community as a vessel of super human powers. The findings points that the systematization of the rites, the narration of the myths and the distribution of competences concerning the interactions with the spiritual sphere, the operations that in the religious field, are supported as having strong relevance, germinated from her sacred words. __________________________________________________________________________________________ RÉSUMÉ
La présente recherche se concentre sur l'histoire du chef religieux de la communauté connue sous le nom de "Vale do Amanhecer", le célèbre moyen “Tia Neiva”. Après logement temporaire dans plusieurs différentes villes, à la recherche de la stabilité, les migrants de la région nord-est de la pays, Neiva Chaves Zelaya, seraient directement impliqués dans la construction du Fédéral Capital. A la suite de la vision avant Brasília, qui a montré que la terre promise et dotée de vigoureuse religiosité, elle a commencé sa trajectoire mystique hierophant instituant la Doctrine de "Amanhecer". Face sujet de l'étude, notre proposition consiste en expliquant comment, à l'image construit par la Tia Neiva, à travers les représentations elle a développé et ceux expédiés par d'autres acteurs, perpétue autour de son temporel et spirituel des représentations, autorise la conceptions, solidifier et accorder à l'entretien de la communauté religieuse. L'examen que le centralisme charismatique contribué à maintenir son leadership, confirme la reconnaissance de l'inspiration et la matérialisation impliqués dans la connaissance et le spirituel de travail, tous les dépendant de son discours ou sa légitimation clairvoyance, qui a agi comme un privilégié canal de communication avec la dimension transcendant, une fois qu'elle a été reconnue par ceux de la communauté comme un navire de super pouvoirs de l'homme. Les conclusions de points que la systématisation de la rites, le récit de mythes et de la répartition des compétences concernant la interactions avec la sphère spirituelle, les opérations que dans le domaine religieux, sont pris en charge comme ayant une forte pertinence, de son germé sacré mots.

Estos memoristas desarrollaron un registro sistemático, anotado y concordado de las clases del profesor Pedro Zelaya Etchegaray sobre Responsabilidad Civil Extracontractual. Para ello, se usaron como referente dichas clases, particularmente las dictadas en el primer semestre de 2003 en la Escuela de Derecho de la Universidad de Chile, además de publicaciones del mismo profesor debidamente individualizadas. Luego, la estructura básica de este trabajo consiste en aquel registro fidedigno, lo que llamaremos el aspecto interno. De otro lado, se hace hincapié en el aspecto externo del contenido, esto es, su necesario parangón comparativo con el estado de las mismas cuestiones a decir de otros autores, principalmente aquellos que se ha dado en considerar referentes. Así, en cada punto tratado por en particular por el profesor Zelaya Etchegaray, se hace un debido cotejo con el tratamiento que al mismo tema han dado otros profesores de renombre del foro nacional, como los señores Abeliuk Manasevich, Alessandri Rodríguez, Barros Bourie, Corral Talciani, Fiamma Olivares, Meza Barros, Pierry Arrau, Ramos Pazos, Rodríguez Grez y Soto Kloss, entre muchos otros. Asimismo, en aquellos puntos en que la escasa legislación al respecto es interpretada y aplicada por la jurisprudencia judicial, se ofrece la debida referencia a sentencias de nuestros tribunales superiores de justicia.

Objective. To estimate cause of death and to identify factors associated with risk of inhospital mortality among patients with T2D. Methods. Prospective cohort study performed in a referral public hospital in Lima, Peru. The outcome was time until event, elapsed from hospital admission to discharge or death, and the exposure was the cause of hospital admission. Cox regression was used to evaluate associations of interest reporting Hazard Ratios (HR) and 95% confidence intervals. Results. 499 patients were enrolled. Main causes of death were exacerbation of chronic renal failure (38.1%), respiratory infections (35.7%), and stroke (16.7%). During hospital stay, 42 (8.4%) patients died. In multivariable models, respiratory infections (HR = 6.55, ), stroke (HR = 7.05, ), and acute renal failure (HR = 16.9, ) increased the risk of death. In addition, having 2+ (HR = 7.75, ) and 3+ (HR = 21.1, ) conditions increased the risk of dying. Conclusion. Respiratory infections, stroke, and acute renal disease increased the risk of inhospital mortality among hospitalized patients with T2D. Infections are not the only cause of inhospital mortality. Certain causes of hospitalization require standardized and aggressive management to decrease mortality.

Il lago craterico, che sormonta la cima del Ruapehu, è un lago vulcanico attivo, in cui vi è il rischio di eruzioni freatiche. Queste eruzioni sono violente e occorrono spesso senza nessun preavviso, a volte risultando fatali per escursionisti e sciatori che visitano la cima e i pendii del Ruapehu, nota meta turistica. Risulta importante studiare i laghi craterici per cercare di comprendere i meccanismi scatenanti le eruzioni freatiche, in modo da mitigare gli effetti di questi pericolosi eventi vulcanici.
Il lago craterico del Ruapehu rappresenta una finestra sul vulcano e, quindi, un valido strumento per il monitoraggio. Il vulcano Ruapehu è stato studiato attraverso: l’analisi delle dinamiche di degassamento del lago (rilevando determinate specie gassose magmatiche, è possibile tracciare i cambiamenti a breve termine nei laghi craterici); la caratterizzazione isotopica 13C/12C delle emissioni vulcaniche di CO2 (concerne la capacità di riconoscere l’origine dei gas vulcanici); lo studio delle sferule di zolfo arrivate in superficie dalle profondità del lago (dà informazione sull’attività vulcanica).

This thesis is based upon ethnographic field research conducted in and around the predominantly Māori-populated town of Ruatoria; a small rural settlement situated in the sparsely inhabited heartland of the iwi (tribe), Ngāti Porou, on the east coast of Aotearoa-New Zealand’s North Island. The thesis investigates the apparent paradox concerning how and why the Jamaican Rastafari movement appeals to, and has invigorated, rather than obliterated the Māoritanga (Māori culture) of a group of Ngāti Porou who self-identify as ‘The Dread’. Thus far, anthropological analyses of the Rastafari movement have tended to characterise its manifestation as a religion of protest, a religion of resistance or a religion of the post-colonially oppressed. In this thesis I destabilise such interpretations by demonstrating that we can best understand The Dread’s assimilation of Rastafari through their articulation of aspects of Māori cosmology charged with promoting communion with God, gods and ancestors. Theoretically, this thesis combines traditional ethnographic explorations of hierarchy, identity, myth and comparative Rastafari, with more recent approaches to the anthropological study of ontology, cosmology, human-ancestor and human-environment relations. I also consider key methodological implications that attention to the latter analytical approaches ensue. By situating my analysis of The Dread’s articulation of cosmology and mythic narrative at the interface of ontology and agency, I tease out what I term the ‘divergent mono-ontological perspectives’ that emanate from disagreements between the primordial siblings over whether to instigate the creation of the cosmos and individuation through an act of rupture, or to remain united within the original cosmogonic whole. As the first ethnographic study to locate an occurrence of Rastafari discourse within an ontological context, this thesis contributes to the literature on Māori cosmology by elucidating the mediation of tensions between autonomy and unity thatcontinues to inform intra-tribal relational dynamics in the Māori present.

Det analyserade stycket är Title Theme från The Legend of Zelda (1988). Bakgrundskapitlet tar upp de verktyg kompositörerna hade att arbeta med som NES:s ljudkort och loopar. Plankning och transkription diskuteras och tidigare forskning i området tv-spel synliggörs. Syftet är att skapa en visuell analys som kan användas för att arrangera om originalmusiken från spelen. Genom plankning och analys har jag producerat ett nytt arrangemang. Resultatet presenteras som noter på min plankning, analys och arrangemang med förklaringar över originalets uppbyggnad. Arbetet har gett insikt i hur min skolning i musik kan vara hämmande för att arrangera som programmerarna gjorde förr, men också vilka verktyg de hade att arbeta med. Med arbetet har jag insett hur hjälpsam en tydlig analys av ett verk kan vara för arrangering.

En nuestro trabajo nos planteamos conocer los posibles efectos de los flavonoides apigenina y naringenina potásicas sobre un modelo experimental de osteoporosis inducida mediante ovariectomía en conejas albinas Nueva Zelanda. El estudio “in vitro” demostró que los flavonoides ensayados, no afectaban de forma negativa a la viabilidad celular. En el “in vivo”, la deprivación estrogénica mediante la ovariectomía, fue suficiente en un plazo de ocho meses, para provocar la osteoporosis. Los estudios: bioquímico, de microCT, anatomopatológico (óptico y MEB) e ionómico (icp-oes), confirmaron la eficacia, tanto de la apigenina como de la naringenina potásicas, como agentes protectores frente a la pérdida ósea inducida por la ovariectomía, constituyéndose así, en una medida complementaria frente a la osteoporosis, a la vez que abre nuevas vías de investigación para la utilización de terapias preventivas minimizando los problemas de los efectos secundarios que caracterizan a otros tratamientos.The effects of the flavonoids potassium apigenin and naringenin were studied in an experimental model of osteoporosis induced by ovariectomy in New Zealand albino/white rabbits. The in vitro study showed that cell viability was unaffected by either flavonoid, while in vivo experiments showed that estrogenic deprivation caused by ovariectomy provoked osteoporosis after eight months. Biochemical, microCT, anatomical-pathological (optical and SEM) and ionomic (icp-oes) studies confirmed the effectiveness of both potassium apigenin and naringenin as protective agents against bone loss induced by ovariectomy, representing a complementary measure against osteoporosis, while opening up new research pathways into using preventative therapies that minimise the secondary effects associated with other treatments.

Orientador: Cleide Antonia RapucciResumo: O presente trabalho propõe uma análise do romance publicado pela estadunidense Zelda Fitzgerald (1900 – 1948), intitulado Save Me the Waltz (1932), segundo o olhar da crítica feminista. A análise contempla como os papeis de gênero aparecem incutidos nas personagens, reproduzidos por meio de padrões de masculinidade e feminilidade nos quais são construídos. Também discute sobre a vida e obra de Zelda Fitzgerald, junto ao contexto em que a obra foi publicada (mesmo contexto em que a trama se passa), tendo em vista tratar-se de uma narrativa de autoria feminina com suas particularidades. Por fim, atrelado tanto à crítica feminista quanto à escrita de autoria feminina, foi feita a análise sobre o gênero da obra levando-se em conta a ficcionalidade, o autobiográfico, a literatura sulista e a literatura de formação e de artista. O método de análise do corpus orienta-se pela crítica feminista e tem o trabalho de Showalter (1977 e 1994) como base. Os gêneros textuais abordados alinham-se com as ideias de Lejeune (2008), Jones (2002), Nanney (1993) e Pinto (1990).
Abstract: The present work analyses the only novel published by the American writer Zelda Fitzgerald (1900 - 1948), named Save Me the Waltz (1932), according to the feminist criticism. The analysis takes into consideration how the gender roles appears engrained in the characters behavior, reproducing the patterns of masculinity and femininity in which they are constructed. It also discusses Zelda Fitzgerald's life and work along with the context the novel was published (same as the story), considering as a narrative of female authorship with its specific aspects. At last, related to the feminist criticism and the female authorship, the genre of the novel is going to be discussed, taking into account the fictional, the autobiography, the Southern Literature and literature of formation or the artist. The method of analysis is guided by the feminist criticism, Showalter's work (1977 and 1994) is our methodology model. Lejeune (2008), Jones (2002), Nanney (1993) and Pinto (1990) are aligned with the ideas of the textual genres mentioned.

The purpose of this study was to determine, by means of a review of literature and an
empirical investigation, the influence of a learning strategies pro!:,rramme on low
achieving Black Secondary School students' academic achievement.
From the review ofliterature and the empirical study it was concluded that the effective
use of learning strategies have an influence on academic achievement defined as Grade
Point Average (GPA). It was also concluded that the effective use ofleaming strategies
can make learning more etTicient and effective.
It was concluded from the literature review that variables such as self-efficacy, intrinsic
values, test anxiety, strategy use and self-regulation have an influence on cO!:,TJlitive
development and a subsequent influence on the efficient use ofleaming strate!:,ries, which
in turn influence academic achievement. The literature review indicated that learning
strategies involve three types of strategies, namely cognitive (such as elaboration and
organisation); metacognitive (strategies used to monitor learning) and resource
management strategies (such as time management, management of one's environment,
exertion of effort and help seeking).
Motivation is also important for effective learning. Motivation processes such as
expectancy, self-efficacy and attributions affect the learner's thoughts positively (when
a learner is highly motivated) or negatively (when the learner lacks motivation). Expectancy (the individual's belief that what he/she desires will follow his/her
involvement in a particular task) motivates the learner to participate in learning tasks
when it is at a high level. A low expectancy level, on the other hand, causes less
involvement as a learner will opt tor non-participation rather than being labelled a
failure. The more successful a learner is, the higher his/her self-efficacy becomes.
Self-eflicacy is a learner's personal beliefs relating to his/her capability ofperfonning
a learning task successfully. High self:efficacy stimulates etTort and persistence when
problems are encountered and is thus a determinant of learning involvement and high
achievement. Learners become involved in particular learning activities because they
regard themselves capable of performing such activities and they tend to avoid activities
perceived as beyond their capabilities. High achievement level associated with high self:
efficacy, is characterised by learning strategy use as the learner will do everything
possible to aid his/her learning so that success is achieved. High achievers develop a
positive outlook in their learning experiences and this affects their attributions.
Attributions, which are defined as the learner's interpretation of the causes of his/her
successes or failures, determine future perfonnance. A highly motivated learner
attributes his/her failures to controllable, internal and unstable causes such as effort,
which enable the learner to work towards improvement. A less motivated learner
attributes his/her failures to stable causes such as aptitude and thus limits the learner's
chances for improvement as aptitude is fixed.
The empirical study indicated that learning strategies influence academic achievement.
The learning strategies (memory, summary and test-taking) which were taught to the

El presente estudio se realizó en El Peñón, municipio de Temascaltepec, México con el objetivo de evaluar la respuesta reproductiva de ovejas Dorset importadas de Nueva Zelanda tratadas con dos niveles de Gonadotropina coriónica equina (eCG), inseminadas por vía laparoscópica. Se utilizaron 19 ovejas Dorset con una edad promedio de 20 meses ± 3 y un peso promedio de 50 kg ± 4, Las cuales se trataron con esponjas intravaginales impregnadas con 20 mg de Cronolona micronizada durante 14 días. En el día 14 las ovejas se distribuyeron al azar en dos grupos, se les retiró la esponja y a cada oveja del grupo uno se les administró 400 UI de eCG (TI) y a cada oveja del grupo dos se le administró 600 UI de eCG (TII) vía intramuscular. Las ovejas fueron inseminadas vía laparoscópica 53 horas post retiro de las esponjas. Los variables porcentaje de parición, porcentaje de partos simples, porcentaje de partos dobles, prolificidad fueron obtenidas una vez concluido los partos. La variable peso al nacimiento se obtuvo 24 horas post parto. El análisis de datos se realizó mediante la prueba de Chi-cuadrada y la Prueba de Two-Simple-T- Test con un α=0.05. Los resultados del porcentaje de parición mostraron diferencias significativas entre tratamientos TI: 22.22% vs TII: 50%, (P<0.05). La prolificidad no fue afectada por los tratamientos (P>0.05) TI: 1.5±0.71 y TII: 1.6±0.55. El porcentaje de partos simples y los pesos al nacimiento de los corderos no mostraron diferencias significativas en ambos tratamientos (P>0.05). El porcentaje de partos dobles presentó diferencia estadística TI: 50% VS TII: 60%, (P<0.05). Se concluye que las ovejas Dorset tratadas con los niveles: 400 UI o 600 UI de eCG, inseminadas por laparoscopia, presentaron resultados similares en la prolificidad, porcentaje de partos simples y pesos al nacimiento de los corderos. Las ovejas Dorset tratadas con el nivel de 600 UI de eCG inseminadas por laparoscopia presentaron valores más altos en la respuesta reproductiva debido a que obtuvieron mayor porcentaje de parición y porcentajes de partos dobles.

Research has unearthed an abundance of objectification and hypersexualization of female characters within video games. However, the recurring element of the damsel in distress trope is also harmful to the medium. This cliché of a helpless princess in need of a man to save her is a recurring element of The Legend of Zelda series. This experimental design tested the effects of a prototypical <&hyphen>œsave the princess<&hyphen> mission on players<'> agreement to sexist statements on gender roles, objectification, and female dependency, and examined the factors of self-efficacy and gamer status as potential mediators. Participants played a modified version of a classic Legend of Zelda game, where the genders of the hero protagonist and damsel are manipulated. This 2 x 2 study included male and female heroes rescuing male and female victims in the four different cells. Immediately following the experiment, participants then took a post-test survey to gauge if there was any difference on their agreement to sexist statements. These results were also compared to their previous responses on their self-efficacy scores and their gamer status.

Analisaram-se a estrutura e o funcionamento institucionais no período compreendido entre 1988 e 1996, por meio de levantamento documental, acompanhamento de demandas e entrevistas. O primeiro capítulo procura justificar a escolha e importância do tema e enuncia os conceitos adotados de eficácia, função institucional e relevância pública, alicerces da pesquisa. O segundo capítulo descreve a execução da coleta de dados, independentemente da análise de seu conteúdo, apresentada no terceiro capítulo. Conclui-se pelo avanço institucional em direção ao cumprimento da norma enfocada, cuja eficácia, entretanto, ainda não se alcançou integralmente.The purpose of this study was to analyse and verify, in the scope of São Paulo City, the effectiveness of art.129, II, of the Federal Constitution, which, combined with art.197, assigns to Public Attorneys the institutional function of ensuring the proper application of health laws by the Public Powers and services of public relevance. The institutional structure and functioning in the period between 1988 and 1996 were analysed through documental survey, follow-up of demands and personal interviews. The first chapter aims at justifying the importance of the theme, defining such concepts of efficacy, institutional role and public relevance as underlie the research. In the second chapter, the process of data collection is described, irrespective of content analysis, which will be the object of the third chapter. The conclusion is that some institutional advancement has been achieved towards better application of the rule at issue, without, however, having attained its entire effectiveness.

Inuti spelen såväl som ikring demförmedlas kunskaper och färdigheter. Detta inkluderar färdigheten att spela spelet i sig, ochkunskaper om spelets regler, karaktärer, berättelser och miljöer. Det kan också inkluderabredare och mer grundläggande mänskliga färdigheter som tolkning av visuella intryck,reaktionsförmåga, hand-öga-koordination och kreativt tänkande. De faktamässiga kunskapersom tränas genom spel tycks kunna innefatta vad än spelet väljer att behandla som tema.Spel och deras design har intressanta likheter med skoluppgifter. El presente estudio de investigación basado en la metodología científica busca determinar los factores relevantes en la importación de grasa anhidra durante el periodo 2010- 2018. Para ello, a lo largo del proceso, se reconoce como indispensable trazar como objetivo principal el de identificar los factores que influyeron en las importaciones de grasa anhidra láctea (GAL) con partida arancelaria 0405902000 desde Nueva Zelanda durante el periodo 2010-2018.
La elaboración del estudio, se basó en una metodología de tipo descriptiva, con diseño no experimental, y un corte transversal descriptivo que cuenta con un enfoque mixto.
Por un lado, los pasos para el manejo de la información secundaria fueron papers, revistas indexadas, tesis de grado, bases de datos especializadas como Euromonitor y Trademap; así mismo, la búsqueda de bases teóricas que respalden el tema de investigación; Del mismo modo, el descubrimiento de una realidad problemática que demuestre el problema principal y problemas específicos; además, el planteamiento de argumentos válidos que justifiquen la tesis en cuestión; y finalmente, el análisis de documentos que contengan información numérica y datos estadísticos del sector objeto de estudio. Por otro lado, para la obtención de información primaria se estableció una población de estudio de 10 especialistas conformada por 6 Gerentes y Jefes de las empresas Gloria, Laive y Nestlé, un especialista de aduanas, un experto en ingeniería de industria alimentaria, el gerente de ventas de Fonterra y por ultimo un representante del gremio de ganaderos; a quienes aplicamos entrevistas semi estructuradas. Para el procesamiento de dicha información, se utilizó el software Atlas.ti® que permitió realizar un análisis detallado de los objetivos.
Finalmente, las principales variables que intervinieron en la importación de la grasa anhidra láctea durante el periodo 2010 – 2018, fueron: la tecnología, la calidad, el PBI y el bajo volumen de producción de leche fresca. Con los resultados del estudio, explicaremos los factores que impactan en el comportamiento de la importación de la GAL y contribuir a futuras investigaciones que pretendan abordar el tema de investigación.The present research work, based on scientific methodology seeks to determine the relevant factors in the import of AMF during the period 2010 - 2018. For this, throughout the process, it essential to recognized and establish as the main objective to identify the relevant factors in the importation of anhydrous milk fat (AMF) from New Zealand with tariff heading 405902000, during the period 2010 - 2018. The methodology used for the development of this work is descriptive, with a non-experimental design, with a descriptive cross-section and a mixed approach. On the one hand, the steps for managing secondary information were papers, indexed journals, graduate theses, specialized databases such as Euromonitor and Trademap. Likewise, the search for theoretical bases that support the research topic; Similarly, the discovery of a problematic reality that demonstrates the main problem and specific problems; in addition, the proposal of valid arguments that justify the thesis in question; and finally, the analysis of documents that contain numerical information and statistical data of the sector under study. On the other hand, to obtain primary information, we stablished a study population of 10 specialists, made up of six Managers and Heads of the principal companies of the industry: Gloria, Laive and Nestlé, a customs specialist, an expert in food industry engineering, the sales manager of Fonterra and a member of the cattle ranchers guild. We apply semi-structured interviews. For the processing of this information, we used the Atlas.ti® software, which allowed us to carry out a detailed analysis of the objectives. Finally, the main variables that intervened in the importation of anhydrous milk fat during the period 2010 - 2018 were technology, quality, GDP and the low volume of fresh milk production. With the results of the study, we will explain the factors that affect in the import behavior of the anhydrous milk fat and hope to contribute to future research that seeks to address the research topic.

El conejo es un animal herbívoro que podría ser alimentado con diversos ingredientes y que además a comparación con otras especies de animales no rumiantes consume grandes cantidades de fibra que pueden ser digeridas el ciego y en el intestino grueso (NRC, 1977). Existe poca información con respecto a la nutrición del conejo comparado con estudios realizados en otras especies como: cerdos, aves, bovinos y ovinos; sin embargo, es un reto para la investigación y la industria cunicola realizar estudios acerca de la nutrición del conejo.
Una de las fases más importantes en la producción cunicola es la etapa de gestación y maternidad, ya que se obtendrán los gazapos para la producción de carne. Como consecuencia de la intensificación de la producción, las conejas tienen elevadas necesidades nutritivas y de consumo por unidad de peso vivo, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que en la cría intensiva se produce la lactación y la gestación (Amy et al., 2010).
Actualmente, para la formulación de raciones en la alimentación de las conejas se basa principalmente en el requerimiento de proteína cruda de dietas (RNC, 1977; de Blas et al., 2003), sin embargo, al realizar formulaciones de esta manera no se toma en cuenta el requerimiento de aminoácidos que requieren las conejas para realizar sus funciones biológicas vitales, gestación y producción de leche.
Existen 20 aminoácidos que se pueden clasificar en esenciales y no esenciales; su esencialidad se basa principalmente en la capacidad del organismo para sintetizarlos a partir de otros compuestos; los aminoácidos esenciales no pueden ser sintetizados o son sintetizados en cantidades menores al requerimiento del animal; los aminoácidos no esenciales el organismo es capaz de sintetizarlos inclusive a niveles mayores a los requeridos por el animal.
Lisina es un aminoácido esencial y específicamente este aminoácido no puede ser sintetizado por el organismo por lo tanto debe ser incluido en la dieta de conejas para un buen desempeño productivo y reproductivo.
Debido al escaso conocimiento de requerimiento de proteína cruda y aminoácidos en conejas reproductoras existen diversas recomendaciones de inclusión de lisina en dietas para conejas (de Blas et al., 2003; NRC, 1977; Monteiro et al., 2013) por lo cual es de suma importancia realizar investigaciones en este tema.

OBJETIVOS 1- : Valoración histologica del comportamiento del B-TCP + HA + colágeno tipo I a distintas concentraciones vs control en defectos óseos alveolares en tibias de conejo a los 30, 60 y 90 días 2-Valoración radiografica del comportamiento del B-TCP + HA + colágeno tipo I vs control en defectos óseos alveolares en las tibias de conejo a los 30, 60 y 90 días. 3-Comprobar si los implantes del biomaterial cumplen los criterios de: biocompatibilidad, degradación, osteointegracion y estabilidad de volumen durante el tiempo de estudio. MATERIALES 1- Cómo animal de experimentación hemos utilizado 30 conejos de Nueva Zelanda, con peso 3000 a 4000 gramos y 15-18 semanas de vida, de ambos sexos 2- Los compuestos utilizados han sido: Hidroxiapatita, B-fosato Tricálcico y Colágeno, en distintos porcenajes de cada compuesto. MÉTODOS Utilizamos las tibias traseras de los conejos, dichas muestras fueron elegidas de forma aleatoria utilizando un programa informático, randomization. Se hicieron perforaciones de 4mm de diámetro, siendo un total de 240.Esas 240 perforaciones se dividieron en grupo control sin ningún biomaterial, y en test A, test B, test C, todas estas rellenas con los distintos porcentajes de cada uno de ellos. Para llevar a cabo el experimento, lo primero que hicimos fue sedar a los animales y darles una profilaxis antibiótica, Seguidamente se anestesiaron Una vez anestesiado el animal procedimos a la cirugía. Tras la incisión y despegamiento total, se hicieron las distintas perforaciones con fresas de 2.8 y 4.0 mm montadas en un micromotor de baja revolución.Tras la cirugía los animales fueron devueltos a sus jaulas. Todos ellos iban identificados con una numeración permanente en la oreja. Tras pasar el tiempo de estudio, se sacrificaron a los animales con una sobredosis endovenosa de Tiopental Sódico. Tras obtener las muestras, las tibias, se almacenaron en formol. El estudio radiológico se realizo con radiovisografía. El método histológico se llevó a cabo con la hematoxilina-eosina (H-E), el método histomorfométrico se realizó con un microscopio Leica Z6APO, Una vez obtenidas los datos de las imágenes eston fueron recogidos en una hoja de cáculo (Excel, Microsoft) para llevar a cabo el estudio estadístico, para ello se realizó una estadística descriptiva básica y una estadística inferencial. Tras la investigación, las conclusiones que obtuvimos fueron: 1. El biomaterial de origen sintñetico HA 60 % B-Tcp 20% Y Colageno 20%, puede ser considerado como un material, biodegradable, biocompatible y osteoconductor para la regeneración de defectos óseos a los 60 dias del estudio comparado con los demás materiales testados. 2. Todos los materiales testeados se reabsorben debido a sus propiedades osteogénicas en el examen radiologico comparados con el control a os 60 dias de seguimiento. 3. Todos los materiales testeados presentan criterios de biocompatibilidad, degradación, osteointegración y estabilidad de volumen durante el tiempo de estudioTHESIS OBJECTIVES 1. Check biomaterial implants meet the criteria for biocompatibility, degradation, stability osteointegration volume during the study period. MATERIALS 1. As animal experimentation have used 30 New Zealand rabbits, weighing 3000-4000 g and 15-18 weeks of age, of both sexes. 2. Compounds have been used: hydroxyapatite, B- tricalcium phosphate and collagen, with different percentages of each compound. METHODS We use rear warms of rabbits. These samples were selected randomly using a computer program, randomization. 4 mm in diameter, a total number of 240 perforations were made. Those 240 perforations were divided into groups control without any biomaterial, and test A, test B, test C, all these stuffed with different percentages of each other. In order to perform the experiment, the first thing we did was to sedate the animals and give them an antibiotic prophylaxis. Once anesthetized animal we proceeded to surgery. After the incision and total detachment, made different drillings with 2.8 and 4.0 mm Burs mounted on a low revolution micromotor. After surgery the animals were returned to their cages. They were identified by a permanent numbering in the ear. After passing the time of study, the animals were sacrificed with an intravenous overdose of Triopental Sodic. After obtaining the samples, the tibiae were stored in formaldehyde. The radiological study was carried out with radiovisograph. The histological method took place with hematoxylin-eosin (H-E), the histomorphometric method was carried out with a Leica Z6APO microscope. Once obtained the image data, these were collected in a spreadsheet (Excel, MIcrosoft) to carry out the study statistic, this was a basic descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Following the investigation, the conclusions that we obtained were. 1. The biomaterial of synthetic HA-Tcp 60% B 20% and 20% collagen, could be considered as a biodegradable material, biocompatible and osteoconductive desires for regeneration of defects to 60 days the study compared to the tested materials. 2. All tested materials are reabsorbed because of their osteogenics properties in the radiological examination compared to control at 60 days. 3. All materials have tested criteria for biocompatibility, degradation, stability osteointegration volume during the study period.

For many people, a good game is synonymous with good graphics. One thing that is often forgotten, is that the graphics only makes up one part of the games. An aspect of the games that is far to often forgotten, is the game’s content and ability to tell stories. Through analyses of the games of the Zelda series, the development of content and storytelling aspects of computer- and video games, since the later half of the 1980:s and up till today, are examined.
Bra spel är för många synonymt med bra grafik. Något som allt för ofta glöms bort är att grafiken bara är en del av det hela. En aspekt av spelen som ofta glöms bort, är dess innehåll och möjligheter att berätta historier. Genom grundliga analyser av spelen i Zelda-serien undersöks hur berättandet inom TV-spelen sett ut, och förändrats sedan andra halvan av 1980-talet och fram tills idag.

Spelbranschen är en av de snabbast växande marknader men den är också kritiserad för att vara mansdominerad och sexistisk. Tidigare forskning om genus inom spel, visar att en majoritet av spelutvecklare är män och en effekt av detta är att spelen många gånger är gjorda för just män. Forskningen visar också att kvinnor är underrepresenterade i spelen och när de är med framställs de ofta som hjälplösa och svaga. Den forskning som är gjord kollar nästan uteslutande på spel som riktar sig mot en vuxen publik, men väldigt få studier har gjorts om genus i spel som är riktade mot barn. Därför undersöker denna studie hurvida kvinnliga karaktärer framställs i spelserien The Legend of Zelda, som är riktad mot barn. Genom att göra en semiotisk bildanalys har kvinnliga karaktärer i spelet analyserats. Analysen har gjorts med teorier som berör stereotyper, kroppslig mångald och The male gaze. Studien har även undersökt om hurvida framställningen förändrats över tid. Resultatet visar att spelserien nästan uteslutande framställer kvinnor, och deras kroppar, på ett stereotypsitk sätt. Analysen visar även att spelserien är riktad mot män och faller inom ramen för The male gaze. Analysen visar dock att framställningen av kvinnor har föränmdrats över tid, men att det fortfarande är en bit kvar innan de stereotypiska porträtteringarna inte längre en del av The Legend of Zelda.Even tough the game industry is one of the fastest growing markets it´s still critized for being sexist and dominated by men. Previous research, about gender in video games, has shown that a majority of game developers are men, and due to that alot of the games are created to please men. Research also show that women are rarely portrayed and in the instances they are, they are often described as helpless and weak. The studys prior to this one are focused on games that are marketed for an adult audience but very few enlighten gender in games made for children. Therefor this study are focused on the portraying of women in the video games series, The Legend of Zelda, wich is a game targeted to children. With the use of a semiotic method women in the game serie have been looked upon, to answer the question with the help of various gender theorys. This study also tries to answer if the portraitation has change over a time period. The study shows that the game serie almost every time portray women, and their bodies, in a stereotypical way. The analysis also show that the games are made for a male audience, and therefor falls into the theory of The male gaze. Furthermore the portrating of women has changed over time but it´s still a long way to go until the stereotyped woman is no longer a part of The Legend of Zelda.

A nova configura??o da fam?lia brasileira, com a moderniza??o da sociedade, que incluiu a inser??o da mulher no mercado de trabalho, o uso de contraceptivos, a redu??o do tamanho das fam?lias e a falta de tempo na vida atual vem modificando a rela??o do cuidado ao idoso, que estava relacionado ao contexto familiar. Em decorr?ncia disso, a institucionaliza??o ? um fen?meno irrevers?vel, a qual boa parte da popula??o idosa dever? se submeter, nas pr?ximas d?cadas, tendo em vista o aumento expressivo dessa popula??o e as mudan?as nas rela??es sociais de g?nero, que desobrigaram a mulher do ?nus do cuidado dos idosos e enalteceram a figura do cuidador de idosos. Diante dessa realidade, realizamos uma pesquisa qualitativa visando compreender, na viv?ncia de idosos institucionalizados, os significados atribu?dos ao bom cuidador, a fim de subsidiar estrat?gias para a qualidade do cuidado prestado a essa popula??o. O local da pesquisa foi uma Institui??o de Longa Perman?ncia de car?ter filantr?pico, localizado em Natal/RN. Como estrat?gia metodol?gica para o acesso ?s narrativas dos colaboradores, utilizou-se a entrevista narrativa mediada pelo ?ba? de recorda??es?, assim como o di?rio de campo. Para an?lise e interpreta??o das narrativas suscitadas, recorremos ? Hermen?utica Gadameriana. A partir do di?logo com as narrativas chegamos a tr?s cenas (cap?tulos): 1)?Envelheci: e agora?? 2)?Estou em um abrigo? e 3) Cuidar ? zelar: dialogando sobre o Cuidado e cuidador. Na primeira cena, as idosas trazem os significados de ser idoso, que v?o desde a compara??o com o ser crian?a ?s dores e alegrias, tendo como quest?o central a autonomia, que pode ser uma alegria quando mantida ou um dor quanto ela est? tolhida. E assim a busca pelo envelhecimento ativo foi evidenciado nas vozes das idosas. A segunda cena traz a realidade dos abrigos para as nossas colaboradoras, ressaltando que essa alternativa foi uma decis?o do outro, al?m de trazer os ganhos, como um lugar para se viver e ser cuidado e as perdas, evidenciadas nas dificuldades da rela??o em um ambiente coletivo com outras idosas. Na ?ltima cena, o zelar foi o significado atribu?do ao cuidar pelas idosas. Sobre o cuidador, narraram as dificuldades da delimita??o do seu lugar profissional, a sobrecarga de trabalho e, por fim, sobre a rela??o do bom cuidador, descreveram atributos do Cuidado humanizado, integral, presente em suas viv?ncias com seus cuidadores, em uma constante inter-rela??o dos aspectos instrumentais e os aspectos humanistas, configurando a denomina??o de Zela-a-dor como aquele que Cuida zelando todas as dores. Espera-se agregar reflex?es aos conhecimentos j? existentes para que juntos vislumbremos novos scripts, O Zela-a-dor pede mais cenas, mais protagonistas e mais enredo para que possamos fomentar estrat?gias de Cuidado que (re)conhe?a o idoso institucionalizado em suas necessidades visando um envelhecimento saud?vel, ativo e amoroso em uma ILPI.
The new configuration of the Brazilian family, with the modernization of society, which included the insertion of women in the labor market, the use of contraceptives, reducing the size of families and the lack of time in current life is changing the care relationship to the elderly, who was related to the family context. As a result, the institutionalization is an irreversible phenomenon, which much of the elderly population is expected to be submited in the coming decades, given the significant increase of this population and the changes in social relations of gender, that absolved the woman from the burden of elderly care and praised the figure of the caregiver of the elderly. Given this reality, we conducted a qualitative research aimed at understanding, in the experience of institutionalized elderly, the meanings attributed to a good caregiver, in order to support strategies for the quality of care provided to this population. The research site was a philanthropic long-stay institution. As methodological strategies for access to narratives of collaborators, it was used the narrative interview mediated by the "chest of memories." For analysis and interpretation of narratives raised, we turn to Gadamer's Hermeneutics. From the dialogue with the narratives we come to three scenes (chapters): 1) "I grow old: and now?" 2) "I'm in a shelter" and 3) Caring is being zealous: dialoguing about the care and the caregiver. In the first scene, the elderly bring the meanings of being old, ranging from the comparison with being a child to the pains and joys, with the central question the autonomy, which can be a joy when held or a pain when she is dwarfed. And so the search for active aging was evidenced in the voices of the elderly. The second scene brings the reality of shelters for our collaborators, pointing out that this alternative was a decision of the other, and bring the gains, as a place to live and be careful and the losses, highlighted on the difficulties of the relationship in a collective environment with other elderly. In the last scene, the act of being zealous was the meaning assigned to care by the elderly. About the caregiver, they recounted the difficulties of delimitation of their professional work place, the work overload and, finally, about the relationship of a good caregiver, they described attributes of Humanized care, full, present in their experiences with their caregivers in a constant interrelation of the instrumental aspects to humanistic aspects, setting the name of "Zela-a-dor" as the one who takes care taking care of all pain. We expect to add reflections to the existing knowledge so that together we glimpse new scripts,the ?Zela-a-dor? asks for more scenes, more players and more plot that can foster care strategies that know the institutionalized elderly in their needs aiming a healthy, active and loving aging in an ILPI.

Resumo: A pesquisa propõe uma reflexão sobre a moradia popular na cidade de São Paulo, por meio de duas experiências localizadas no bairro Belenzinho: a Vila Maria Zélia (uma vila operária do início do século XX) e o Mutirão do Casarão (um mutirão habitacional construído na década de 1990 por moradores de cortiços pertencentes ao movimento de moradia). Se por um lado, são experiências que se aproximam: localizam-se na parte mais degradada do bairro, estão confinadas espacialmente, buscaram assegurar o controle sobre o seu território, lutam pela preservação e restauro de seus espaços de memória, por outro, apresentam um conjunto de disparidades: o espaço foi produzido por sujeitos em oposição na cadeia produtiva ¿ industrial e trabalhadores ¿, as imagens construídas sobre o espaço são diferenciadas, bem como suas relações com o bairro. Para perceber os mecanismos que asseguraram o distanciamento entre os grupos sociais no espaço, recorreu-se ao entendimento do conceito de segregação urbana e aos processos que a desencadearam no bairro, por meio da recomposição da memória dos moradores dessas duas experiências, entrelaçou-se a história individual a história coletiva, olhando o bairro de múltiplas formas. Na análise da separação entre as classes sociais foi fundamental a compreensão dos ¿lugares¿ de cada grupo e como as relações desenvolvidas se organizaram em torno do conceito estabelecidos-outsiders, sem, no entanto, os sujeitos desempenharem papéis fixos
Abstract: This dissertation proposes a reflection about the low-income housing in the city of São Paulo, considering two experiences located in the Belenzinho neighborhood: the Vila Maria Zélia (a workers village from the beginning of the 20th century) and the Mutirão do Casarão (collaborative self building village constructed in the 1990's by tenement house inhabitants participating in the housing movement). If, on the one hand, these are similar experiences ¿ located in the most run-down areas of the same neighborhood, spatially confined, aiming at guaranteeing control over their territory, fighting for the preservation and restoration of their memory spaces ¿ on the other hand, they present several differences ¿ the spaces were produced by actors on opposing sides of the productive chain (the industrialist and the workers), the images built upon the space are different, as well as their relations to the neighborhood. In order to visualize the mechanisms that maintain the two social groups apart in space, we took advantage of the understanding of the urban segregation concept, and also of the processes that triggered this separation in the neighborhood, by means of the recomposition of the inhabitant¿s memories. The individual and the collective histories were then woven together, making it possible for us to see that neighborhood from multiple points of view. The comprehension of the ¿places¿ each group belonged in was fundamental in the analysis of the separation between the social classes, as was the visualizing of how the relationships that developed there got organized around the concept of ¿established-outsiders¿, although these were not fixed roles

This thesis is concerned with the prosocial effects and social psychological pleasures of computer game play. It argues that much of the research on this area has focused on the search for negative effects, ignoring possibilities of the positive. Based on both email and face to face interviews with players of Nintendo’s The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, the thesis considers their testimony alongside Abraham Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs to reveal numerous benefits that engagement with the computer game may bring. These benefits include not only the prosocial - the strengthening of relationships within families and between friends - but also the more deeply psychological, helping to satisfy needs for development and growth. The thesis argues that such findings not only reveal a great deal about those studied but are also suggestive in relation to the wider computer game audience. Furthermore, such findings draw attention to the fact that if the computer game - a cultural form becoming ever more ubiquitous - is to be understood in its entirety, then there is a need for further research on its prosocial and positive psychological effects. Finally, the thesis critically demonstrates the value of Maslow’s theory for Computer Game Studies and offers a methodology through which future research may be undertaken.

El objetivo de este trabajo es utilizar los elementos de hecho del caso Estados Unidos –
Carne de cordero para determinar los estándares OMC en tres aspectos principales de los
procedimientos de salvaguardias: la determinación de la RPN, la evolución imprevista de
las circunstancias y la amenaza de daño. Para ello, se evaluará nuestro caso de análisis a
partir de la jurisprudencia OMC en esto temas, determinando así los nuevos elementos de
análisis que se han desarrollado después de veinte años de resuelta esta controversia.
Además, a partir de la definición de estos estándares OMC actualizados, también se
revisará la práctica del Indecopi en casos emblemáticos de defensa comercial, con el fin
de evaluar si esta autoridad investigadora efectivamente cumple con dichos estándares, y
si se enfrenta a aspectos de carácter estructural que le impiden cumplirlos. Finalmente,
este trabajo propondrá ciertas recomendaciones para solucionar los problemas
identificados, evitando así el cuestionamiento a nivel internacional.

L’objet de ce travail est l’étude des spatialités construites et représentées dans le jeu vidéo. En testant l’hypothèse d’une forme de « langage » du level design, nous mettons en lumière le caractère structurel de l’espace vidéoludique, identifiable d’un jeu sur l’autre au sein d’une « grammaire partagée », mais également sa valeur communicationnelle, comme instance de médiation entre le jeu et le joueur ou la joueuse. À partir d’une analyse précise et détaillée de la manière dont l’espace se construit et évolue dans la série The Legend of Zelda (1986- 2017), nous formalisons, classons et hiérarchisons les différentes structures qui forment le répertoire de la spatialité vidéoludique, puis nous mettons en évidence les stratégies de médiation mises en place par les jeux pour faciliter le décodage de l’information navigatoire. Nous terminons en brossant un portrait diachronique de la façon dont ce langage se transforme, en particulier concernant la question du contrôle de la navigation, en mobilisant la notion-outil de « parcours critique » et ses implications dans une histoire formelle et communicationnelle du jeu vidéoThe aim of this work is the study of the constructed and represented spaces of video games. By testing the hypothesis of a form of “language” of level design, we shed light on the structural aspect of video game space, identifiable from one game to another within a “shared grammar”, but also its communicative value, as an instance of mediation between the game and the player. From a precise and detailed analysis of the way space is constructed and evolves in the series The Legend of Zelda (1986-2017), we formalize, classify and prioritize the different structures that make the repertoire of video game spatiality; then we highlight the mediation strategies implemented by games to facilitate the decoding of navigational information. We end up painting a diachronic portrait of the way this language is transformed, in particular concerning the question of navigation control, by mobilizing the notion-tool of “critical path” and its implications in a formal and communicative history of video games

This thesis examines Zelda Sayre Fitzgerald’s writing published between 1920 and 1932. To date, biographers and scholars have largely failed to carefully examine and understand Zelda’s publications. During this period Zelda critiques the materialism and generational lack of respect she finds in the North in her articles, while using her imagination to discuss the possibilities of the South in her short stories. All of her works during these years culminate in her novel, Save Me the Waltz, in which much of her life and return to the South is mirrored by her heroine, Alabama Knight. This thesis examines Zelda’s publications in this 1920 to 1932 period in order to reveal her perception of the society she had become a part of when she married F. Scott Fitzgerald and to understand the transition in her desire to at first fit in to the Northern society that expected her to be the flapper and celebrity wife, and then later to find success and self-expression in a return to the South.
