Abstract:
Cilj. U članku se o hrvatskim „zelenim knjižnicama“ govori u značenju knjižničnih programa i usluga usmjerenih na informiranost korisnika o održivom razvoju društva i nužnosti zaštite okoliša te stjecanje znanja i vještina potrebnih za poboljšanje kvalitete vlastitoga života, a time i života čitave zajednice. Cilj je teksta da omogući uvid u raspon ideja i mogućnosti koje su hrvatske knjižnice dosad ostvarile u svojim nastojanjima da učinkovito spoje knjižničarstvo i ekologiju. Metodologija. Kronološkim slijedom prikazani su primjeri počevši od 2011. godine, kada je Društvo bibliotekara Istre pokrenulo projekt Zelena knjižnica, koji je bio pokretač razvoja sustavnih knjižničnih zelenih programa u različitim vrstama knjižnica diljem Hrvatske. Odabrani su oni primjeri o kojima se izlagalo na stručnim skupovima te o kojima je pronađen izvor u obliku objavljenog članka ili obavijesti na mrežnim stranicama knjižnice. Rezultati. Među rezultatima ističe se važnost suradnje knjižnica s različitim ustanovama, udrugama i pojedincima koji se bave održivim razvojem, zaštitom biljnoga i životinjskoga svijeta te očuvanjem okoliša. Mnogi su programi realizirani u neposrednoj suradnji knjižnice i lokalne zajednice, potvrđujući važnost knjižnice pri osluškivanju potreba svojih korisnika. Društveni značaj. U IFLA-inoj „Izjavi o knjižnicama i razvitku“ (2013.) donositelji odluka pozvani su da prepoznaju knjižnice kao pouzdane ustanove za provedbu programa kojima se može dati znatan doprinos rješavanju problema održivosti na razini cijele zajednice. Originalnost. Prvi ovakav prikaz dosadašnjih hrvatskih praksi i iskustava to zorno potvrđuje, dok knjižničarima može poslužiti kao putokaz i motivacija za daljnji rad.

Cilj. Cilj je članka projekt Zelena knjižnica za zeleni Zagreb Knjižnica grada Zagreba prikazati u svjetlu suradnje s udrugama, kroz prizmu sudioničkog upravljanja u kulturi. Metodologija. U članku se daje pregled suradnje knjižnica s udrugama u kontekstu programa namijenjenih zaštiti okoliša i poticanju održivoga razvoja društva, od pilot-projekta Zelena knjižnica, koji se provodio 2016. godine u jednoj knjižnici mreže, do projekta Zelena knjižnica za zeleni Zagreb, koji se aktualno provodi u dvadeset jednoj knjižnici. Pojam „zelena knjižnica“ u radu se upotrebljava isključivo u značenju knjižničnih programa i usluga usmjerenih na informiranost korisnika o održivom razvoju društva i nužnosti zaštite okoliša te stjecanja znanja i vještina u svrhu poboljšanja kvalitete života. Prikaz „zelenih“ programa koji su dosad ostvareni suradnjom knjižnica mreže Knjižnica grada Zagreba i udruga dan je na osnovi objavljenih radova te knjižničnih izvještaja o provedbi projekta. Projekt se provodi od 2017. godine, a s obzirom na to da je izvještajno razdoblje projekta polugodišnje, u članku se daje pregled za razdoblje od siječnja 2017. do lipnja 2019. godine. Rezultati. Pregled dosadašnje suradnje s brojnim udrugama koje se bave zaštitom okoliša i promicanjem vrijednosti održivog razvoja društva pokazuje da se suradnja ostvarila u svim vrstama programskih sadržaja koji se provode u sklopu projekta, a razvidno je također da je suradnja s organizacijama civilnog društva, ugrađena u temelje projekta, jamstvo kvalitete i raznovrsnosti programskih sadržaja te osiguranje mogućnosti da u provedbi projekta aktivno sudjeluje što veći broj sugrađana. Originalnost/Vrijednost. Osim što donosi prvi prikaz suradnje hrvatskih „zelenih“ knjižničnih programa s organizacijama civilnog društva, članak upućuje i na važnost poticanja i razvoja javno-civilnog partnerstva u smjeru sudioničkog upravljanja, čime se knjižnice uključuju u provedbu aktualnih nacionalnih, europskih i globalnih kulturnih politika, koje sudioničko upravljanje ističu kao temelj održivog razvoja u kulturi.

Rad se sastoji iz teorijskog i praktčnog dela. U teorijskom delu su opisane zelene fasade i zeleni krovovi. U praktičnom delu je urađena procena stanja višespratne garaže u Novom Sadu. Kako bi se utvrdio stepen oštećenja i dao predlog sanacionih radova, spro­veden je makroskopski pregled svih dostupnih elemenata Konstrukcije. Zaključeno je da na AB elementima postoje brojni defekti i oštećenja. Na osnovu analize registro­vanih defekata i oštećenja i rezultata nedestruktivnih metoda dat je predlog sanacionih mera u cilju povećanja trajnosti AB konstrukcije.

Abstract:
U velikim gradovima raste potreba za suvremenim urbanim planiranjem. Urbano planiranje uključuje krajobrazno oblikovanje, krajobraznu ekologiju i inovativna rješenja. „Zelena tehnologija“ i veća biološka raznolikost čini „zeleni servis“ grada koji omogućava zdraviji i jeftiniji život građana. Ekološko uređivanje javnih površina i privatnih vrtova treba biti u skladu s globalnim projektom o urbanoj biološkoj raznolikosti kojem je primjerice grad Zagreb pristupio još 2007. godine. Osnovni cilj tog projekta sastoji se u osmišljavanju koridora kojim se povezuju javne površine i privatni vrtovi u središtu grada s prirodnim okolišem u njegovoj okolici.

Abstract:
Abstract Based on the relationship between probability operators and curve/surface modeling, a new kind of surface modeling method is introduced in this paper. According to a kind of bivariate Meyer-König-Zeller operator, we study the corresponding basis functions called triangular Meyer-König-Zeller basis functions which are defined over a triangular domain. The main properties of the basis functions are studied, which guarantee that the basis functions are suitable for surface modeling. Then, the corresponding triangular surface patch called a triangular Meyer-König-Zeller surface patch is constructed. We prove that the new surface patch has the important properties of surface modeling, such as affine invariance, convex hull property and so on. Finally, based on given control vertices, whose number is finite, a truncated triangular Meyer-König-Zeller surface and a redistributed triangular Meyer-König-Zeller surface are constructed and studied.

Abstract:
Drveće i grmlje u sustavu gradskog zelenila ima niz različitih uloga: funkcionalnih, estetskih, društvenih, ekoloških i gospodarskih te su značajni element svakog grada. Prema podacima o bilansu namjene u obuhvatu Urbanističkog plana grada Bihaća, planirane i postojeće zelene površine zauzimaju oko 553 ha urbanog područja. Cilj rada je bio analiza i istraživanje stavova o društvenoj funkciji i općem stanju zelenila u Bihaću. Anketno istraživanje je provedeno tijekom mjeseca siječnja 2018. godine na različitim lokacijama grada Bihaća. Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da je ispitanicima Gradski park najomiljenija zelena površina. Preferiraju povećanje zelenih površina u gradu i daju na značaju edukaciji građana o važnosti istih. Smatraju da bi održavanje zelenila Gradskog parka trebali obavljati i građani. Posebno su istaknuli problem loše osvijetljenosti u navedenom parku, kao i nedostatak klupa te koševa za smeće, pojavu vandalizama itd.

Im Briefwechsel zwischen Johann Wolfgang von Goethe und Carl Friedrich Zelter nimmt die Diskussion um die sogenannte Nachahmungsästhetik einerseits und das Problem des „Durchkomponierens" andererseits einen breiten Raum ein. Am Beispiel der Ballade Johanna Sebus und ihrer Vertonung durch Zelter kann gezeigt werden, wie Goethe die Moglichkeiten der „musikalischen Malerey" einschatzte. Außerdem wird deutlich, daß der Dichter bei Balladen durchaus bereit war, vom strophischen Schema der Liedvertonung abzusehen und die individuelle Behandlung der einzelnen Abschnitte des Textes zuzulassen, hier sogar in einer der Kantate nahestehenden Form mit Vokalensemble. Mehrere Takte aus dem Eingangschor der Matthauspassion von Johann Sebastian Bach, die Zelter in seine Vertonung eingebaut hat, geben einen zusätzlichen Einblick in die ästhetischen Vorstellungen des Komponisten und belegen darüber hinaus, daß sich Zelter weitaus früher mit dem Werk Bachs befaßt hat als bisher angenommen wurde

Abstract:
In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird eine Übersicht zur Psychidenfauna Albaniens gegeben und die entsprechende Literatur ausgewertet. Die ersten Nachweise stammen aus den frühen Jahren des 20. Jahrhunderts. Bereits 1931 wurde eine zusammenfassende faunistische Arbeit veröffentlicht. Die Albanienexpedition des Deutschen Entomologischen Institutes in Eberswalde im Jahre 1961 erbrachte weitere Nachweise. Ab 2006 war der Verfasser mehrmals zu Psychidenstudien in Albanien. Gegenwärtig liegen Nachweise von Psychiden für insgesamt 77 Fundorte aus 24 Provinzen vor. Bis zum Jahre 1931 und durch die Albanienexpedition 1961 waren insgesamt 16 Arten bekannt geworden. Der Verfasser konnte im Beobachtungszeitraum fünf weitere Psychidenarten im Land entdecken. Neben der Erstbeschreibung von Epichnopterix hellenidensis sind dies Pseudobankesia sp., Luffia lapidella (Goeze, 1783), Stichobasis helicinoides (Heylaerts, 1879) und Oiketicoides lutea (Staudinger, 1871). Bis zum heutigen Zeitpunkt sind somit 21 Psychidenarten nachgewiesen worden. Taleporia politella (Ochsenheimer, 1816) und Acanthopsyche zelleri (Mann, 1855) müssen aus zoogeographischen Gesichtspunkten heraus als Faunenbestandteil gestrichen werden, weitere Taxa werden diskutiert. Die bisherigen Literaturangaben für Albanien von Proutia betulina (Zeller, 1839), Psyche casta (Pallas, 1767) und Sterrhopterix fusca (Haworth, 1809) müssen revidiert werden, da sie von Fundorten stammen, die jetzt zu den Nachbarländern Kosovo und Mazedonien gehören. Five species of the tribe Anerastiini from Ukraine are reviewed. Coenochroa ablutella (Zeller, 1839) is reported from Ukraine for the first time. Hypsotropa limbella Zeller, 1848 is removed from the list of Pyralidae of Ukraine as it was based on a misidentification. Five new synonyms are established: Hafisia Amsel, 1950 syn. nov. of Zophodiodes Ragonot, 1887; Hafisia lundbladi Amsel, 1950 syn. nov. of Zophodiodes leucocostella Ragonot, 1887; Anerastia korbi Caradja, 1910 syn. nov. of Coenochroa ablutella (Zeller, 1839), Anerastia dubia Gerasimov, 1928 syn. nov. of Anerastia lotella (Hübner, [1813]), Peoria palaearctella (Turati, 1917) syn. nov. of Peoria incarnata (Staudinger, 1879) comb. nov. Scythris sinensis (Felder & Rogenhofer, 1775) - the first record in Poland, and some new regional records of Scythrididae (Lepidoptera) Scythris sinensis (Felder & Rogenhofer, 1775) is recorded in Poland for the first time. Three other rarely encountered scythridid moths Scythris potentillella (Zeller), Scythris knochella (Fabricius), Scythris cicadella (Zeller) are given as new regional records. Comments on the distribution, biology and habitats of the moths are added.

Abstract:
Mezi významné stavby středověké islámské Káhiry, kde se objevují staroegyptská spolia, patří mešita a chanqa s hrobkou Sajf ad-Dína Šajchú al-‛Umarího, nejvlivnějšího emíra za vlády sultána an-Násira Hasana (1347–1351, 1354–1361). Zvlášť významné je spolium umístěné nad vchodem do Šajchúovy chanqy. Jedná se o opracovaný monolitický kamenný blok (286 x 77 x 57 cm), který zde byl sekundárně použit jako dveřní překlad (obr. 1–3). Jeho materiálem je siltovec z lomů ve Wádí Hammámátu. Původ bloku prozrazují písemná svědectví středověkých arabských učenců, historiků a geografů, především ‛Abd al-Latífa (1162–1231), al-Qalqašandího (1355–1418) a al-Maqrízího (1364–1442). Je jím obdivovaná Zelená svatyně v Menneferu, která se při převozu do Káhiry rozlomila a její kvalitní zelený kámen byl znovu použit při stavbě mešity a chanqy emíra Šajchú. Došlo k tomu někdy těsně po roce 1350, přičemž stavba Šajchúovy chanqy byla dokončena v roce 1355. Dotyčný blok pochází z čelního horního zakončení svatyně (řecky naos), což prokazuje na něm vyznačená konkávní římsa v kombinaci se zaoblenou římsou (oblounkem) (obr. 4). Do rovné plochy pod zaoblenou římsou je v hlubokém reliéfu pečlivě vytesán po celé délce bloku (286 cm) hieroglyfický nápis (obr. 5) zaznamenaný v jednom vodorovném řádku zprava doleva (výška 10 cm), který obsahuje titulaturu Ahmose II., což umožňuje datování Zelené svatyně do doby jeho vlády (569–526 př. n. l.). V textu bylo úmyslně zahlazeno panovníkovo jméno (Chenemibre Ahmose Saneit), což má na svědomí perský král Kambýsés, který v roce 525 př. n. l. obsadil Egypt. Přibližně po 1900 letech byl blok z Ahmosovy svatyně znovu použit jako dveřní překlad nad vchodem do Šajchúovy chanqy. Vedle ryze praktického důvodu využít dostupný, již opracovaný blok z kvalitního kamene tu byl i druhý, který vycházel z tradiční lidové víry v magickou moc prastarých, jak zdobených, tak zvláště zdobených a popsaných kamenů. Taková spolia použitá jako dveřní překlady a prahy na viditelných místech při vstupech do středověkých (a raně novověkých) islámských sakrálních i profánních staveb v Káhiře měla apotropaickou a ochrannou moc. Jejich účelem bylo odvrátit od budov působení zlých sil v podobě bouří, lijáků, zemětřesení, nilské záplavy či epidemií a zamezit proniknutí myším, krysám, hadům, štírům, mouchám, komárům i ptákům. Tím také měla být samozřejmě zajištěna ochrana jejich četných návštěvníků a obyvatel.

AbstractThe advancing glaciers of the last glacial maximum either eroded or deeply buried older sediments in the Swiss Alpine Foreland. However, part of the Swiss Plateau was not covered by ice and is therefore an excellent area for investigating climate and environmental change during the Upper Pleistocene. Repeated fluvial sequences can be studied in several pits along the Luthern Valley. The chronological framework is based on lithostratigraphy, pollen analysis, U/Th dating, and recently, heavy mineral analysis and luminescence dating. The oldest unit, the Untere Zeller Schotter braided river deposit, represents cold climate conditions and presumably a glaciation prior to the Eemian Interglaciation. The last interglacial period and the very beginning of the last glacial cycle is represented by the Mittlere Zeller Schotter, sediments of a meandering fluvial system. Younger braided river sediments, the Obere Zeller Schotter, seem to correlate with the cold climate of oxygen isotope stage (OIS) 4. Weathering of the top of the Obere Zeller Schotter is likely to represent the OIS 3. The advancing Reuss glacier caused erosion of the recent Luthern Valley, cutting into older sediments, with local loess accumulation during the last glacial maximum as indicated by cover sediments on top of the fluvial sequence.

A new eastern-palaearctic monotypic genus of the gelechioid moths, Paralypusa gen. nov., is established for the Chinese species Paralypusa chinensis (Lvovsky, 2010), comb. nov. This genus is considered closely related to Lypusa Zeller, 1852 on the base of several synapomorphies. However Paralypusa also shares some features with the genera Pseudatemelia Rebel, 1910 and Amphisbatis Zeller, 1870. Its transitional state confirms the belonging of all the aforementioned genera to one family and synonymy of the Lypusidae Herrich-Schäffer, 1857 and Amphisbatidae Spuler, 1910 (Nieukerken et al., 2011).

1 bis 5 % der T-Zellen im Blut des Menschen exprimieren einen γδ-T-Zellrezeptor anstelle des αβ-T-Zellrezeptors von „konventionellen“ CD4- bzw. CD8-T-Zellen. Im Unterschied zu αβ-T-Zellen erkennen γδ-T-Zellen ihre Liganden unabhängig von HLA-Molekülen. Die im Blut vorherrschende γδ-T-Zell-Population (Vγ9Vδ2-T-Zellen) wird von Pyrophosphaten aktiviert, die von vielen Mikroben sezerniert, aber auch von transformierten (Tumor-)Zellen produziert werden können. Hierdurch werden Tumorzellen im Unterschied zu gesunden Zellen für den Angriff durch γδ-T-Zellen sensibilisiert. Die starke zytotoxische Aktivität verbunden mit der HLA-unabhängigen Erkennung vieler unterschiedlicher Tumoren und der einfachen in vitro Expansion machen γδ-T-Zellen zu attraktiven Effektorzellen für die zelluläre Immuntherapie.

Während Antikörper schon vor der Pandemie den meisten bekannt waren und jetzt erst recht, ist das Wissen um die T-Zellen bisher noch wenig verbreitet. Dabei sind es die T-Zellen, die es erst ermöglichen, dass unsere B-Zellen hochwirksame Antikörper herstellen können, und außerdem können T-Zellen einige Infektionen – auch ohne Antikörper – eliminieren. In diesem kurzen Artikel wird angeregt, darüber nachzudenken, Impfstoffe zu entwickeln, die zunächst nur T-Zellen induzieren, die im Falle einer Infektion dann schnell zu einer effizienten Antikörperantwort beitragen können müssten.

Somit sind Tfh-Zellen entscheidend am Schutz vor Infektionen und deren Bekämpfung beteiligt. Butyrophiline (BTN) sind Verwandte der als Immunmodulatoren bekannten B7-Molekülfamilie (z. B. CD80, PD-L1). Sie steuern die Entwicklung und Aktivierung von γδ-T-Zellen. Manche ihrer Mitglieder binden direkt an γδ-T-Zellantigenrezeptoren (γδTZR), andere aber auch an intrazelluläre Liganden wie die Phosphoantigene (PAg), die als Metabolite in Tumorzellen oder infizierten Zellen angereichert werden. Diese PAg-anreichernden Zellen werden schließlich von PAg-reaktiven γδ-T-Zellen (Vγ9Vδ2-T-Zellen) erkannt und eliminiert.
