Chrysophyte cyst fossils were widely pyritized and preserved in black shales from the seventh member (Ch7 Mbr) of the Yanchang Formation in the Ordos Basin. The age, pyritization, and preservation model of these fossils have not been studied previously. There were seven reaction pathways which form seven products including CH4 + (CH3)2COH, CH4 + (CH3)2CHO, CH4 + CH3CHOHCH2, CH3OH + CH3CHCH3, C2H6 + CH3CHOH, (CH3)2CH-O-CH3 + H and (CH3)3CH + OH. This study uses an in silico screening docking model to evaluate the ACE2 inhibitory activity of natural compounds and drugs. The study collected 49 compounds and evaluated the ACE2 inhibitory effect in silico. The study results show that 11 out of the 49 compounds had stronger inhibitory activity on ACE2 than MLN-4760.
