Abstract:
Výuka tělesné výchovy je zkoumána z různých úhlů pohledu od poloviny minulého století. Pozornost je nejvíce věnována fyzickému zatížení žáků ve výuce, využití času vyučovací hodiny k aktivnímu pohybu žáků a didaktické interakci učitel–žák (žáci). Významnou roli ve zkoumání výuky tělesné výchovy hrají především interakční výzkumy, které se zabývají nejen kvantitativní, ale i kvalitativní charakteristikou výuky tělesné výchovy. Pro tato zkoumání byly vytvořeny četné metody založené především na pozorování. Mezi nimi hraje významnou roli metoda s názvem Analýza didaktické interakce (ADI), umožňující zdůvodňovat vztahy mezi interakcemi učitel–žák (žáci) a výsledky učení žáků. Zjednodušením metody ADI vznikla metoda Modifikovaná analýza didaktické interakce (MADI), která nachází uplatnění především v přípravě budoucích učitelů tělesné výchovy. Tato metoda poskytuje studentům objektivní zpětné informace o tom, jak učivo žákům předkládali a jak se ve výuce tělesné výchovy chovali. Metody ADI a MADI jsou tedy nejen vhodným nástrojem ke zkoumání výuky tělesné výchovy, ale i prostředkem k jejímu ovlivňování a zkvalitňování.

Shrnutí Motor vozidla pracuje během jizdy v různych bodech jeho charakteristiky v zavislosti na měnicich se požadavcich na jeho moment a otačky. Zatiženi hnaciho ustroji může byt popsano prostřednictvim zatěžne mapy, nazyvane spektrum zatiženi. Članek popisuje různe formy spektra zatiženi, metody jeho ziskani (přime měřeni, simulace jizdy vozidla na počitači a zjednodušeny smluvni vypočet), analyzuje jejich vyhody a nevyhody a je ukazana aplikace spektra zatiženi pro vypočty namahani a životnosti současti hnaciho ustroji.

Abstract:
Shrnutí Tato prace se zabyva numerickou simulaci kompletniho systemu chlazeni spalovaciho motoru (GT-SUITE), ktera zahrnuje i simulaci prouděni v motorovem prostoru pomoci vypočetně nenaročne simulace. Podrobny model spalovaciho motoru je rozšiřen o model chladiciho okruhu a ten je pote spojen se zjednodušenym modelem motoroveho prostoru, ktery je pomoci aplikace GT-COOL vytvořen jako 3-D model a pote přeložen do 1-D podoby. Ve dvou ustalenych režimech odpovidajicich různe rychlosti jizdy vozidla a zatiženi motoru byly zkoumany přistupy pomoci 1-D řešeni řazeni tepelnych vyměniků a zminěneho 3-D přistupu využivajici model motoroveho prostoru. Tyto simulace prokazaly nevhodnost 1-D přistupu při řešeni prouděni na tepelnych vyměnicich v motorovem prostoru a pomohly prozkoumat relativně nenaročnou metodu simulace prouděni v motorovem prostoru, ktera umožňuje podchytit vzajemnou interakci mezi modely chladiciho systemu a spalovaciho motoru a problematiku řazeni tepelnych vyměniku v motorovem prostoru.

The aim of diploma thesis is comparison prices for fruit trees found yield way and prices found simplified way. Comparison wil be made with selected fruit trees lokated in different areas in the distrikt Hodonín. In the three (four) lokations will be changed the age of trees and there will be monitored effect on price. The first part of thesis defines neceessary concepts and the basic knowledge about fruit trees. In the second part there is making valuation, comparison values in differrent lokations and there is making an assessment of individual methoods.

This Master's thesis deals with the evaluation of a current state of two-generation villa and its following proposal of the optimization. Evaluation includes calculation of heat loss of a current state. Optimization is based on the reduction of heat loss in the building, pressure balance of the system, change of heat source and installation of balanced ventilation. Chapter describing regulation of technology follows and in conclusion indicative price for the whole suggested technology is calculated.

Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to compare prices of ornamental plants founded by simplified and cost method of valuation. Comparison was made on a sample of garden situated in the functional unit with a terraced house and the land built over by this building. Based on the obtained results the influence of different location and age of the trees on their price is evaluated. The thesis also defines basic terms and explains issues which are closely related with valuation of ornamental plants.

Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to assess the influence of the exterior finish works on the total price of a house. The total price of the house consists of the interior price valuated by the cost method and the price of the exterior finishes which were valuated with the help of two methods: the cost method and the simplified method based on the Property Valuation Act. The valuation also covers several periods of time: a new building and 11-, 25-, 50-, 75- and 100-years-old buildings. The thesis focuses on the lifetime of individual parts of the exterior finishes—especially the time after which it is necessary to replace or reconstruct a part. A significant focus was placed on the percents listed in the Act and their correspondence to the actual state. The thesis also deals with the various methods of valuation and their appropriateness in each case. It also mentions the influence of other factors on the price of an estate (the use of different exterior finishes, or a selection of a building location) but these factors were not examined in detail.

This diploma thesis deals with the comparing prices of external work on an estate in detached house as a whole functional complex set by cost method to prices of simplified method situated in a village with no more than 1000 inhabitants. The theoretical part is concerned with explanation of basic terms commonly used in evaluation real estate such as a detached house or external work. This part also describes methods and technique used during the valuation. The practical part of my diploma thesis is focused on the valuation of the external work what make accessories of a detached house, by the cost and simplified method and their subsequent comparison.

In 2013 OECD has reviewed Section E on Safe Harbors in Chapter IV of the Transfer Pricing Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and Tax Authorities, and offered set of simplification measures that, if implemented, would ease transfer pricing processes for specific transaction or tax payer groups. Main focus of this thesis are possible simplification methods or safe harbors that could be used to ease the administrative burden for SME's and propose recommendations on use of such measures in the Czech Republic.
