Abstract:
Politická emancipace Československa po roce 1989 otevřela prostor pro zásadní restrukturalizaci politických, společenských a ekonomických poměrů. Politická transformace v Československu společně s novým geopolitickým diskursem po skončení studené války a změnou charakteru mezinárodního systému vytvořily podmínky pro (re)konstrukci českého národního zájmu a povahy české zahraniční politiky. Zdrojem této (re)konstrukce se staly zejména vliv českého disentu na tvorbu zahraniční politiky, již zmíněná domácí politická, společenská a ekonomická transformace, změna hodnotových preferencí, idejí a identity společnosti, zejména tvůrců zahraniční politiky, a změna referenční skupiny České republiky či jinými slovy společenství, do něhož je ČR socializována. Tento text se zaměřuje na analýzu jednoho ze zdrojů (re)konstrukce českého národního zájmu a povahy české zahraniční politiky, a to na hodnotové preference, ideje a identitu společnosti a tvůrců zahraniční politiky. Takový přístup nám samozřejmě poskytne jen dílčí odpověď na otázku, jak se mění český národní zájem a povaha české zahraniční politiky a jaké jsou zdroje této změny, nicméně tento text nechce a – s ohledem na svůj rozsah – ani nemůže nabídnout více.

Abstract:
Sociologie musí v principu odpovědět na Simmelovu otázku: „Jak je společnost vůbec možná“. Kazdou sociologickou – empirickou či teoretickou - výpověď je možno považovat za jeden z elementu možné odpovědi. Sociologické teorie nabízejí modely, kterými empirická zjištění získávají systematickou souvislost. Tyto modely musí ovšem zohlednit fakt, ze jimi prezentované souvislosti nejsou pouze vědeckými konstrukty, nýbrž i konstrukcemi každodenních aktérů, tedy konstrukty řídícími společnost již před vstupem vědy do ní. Sociologická teorie, jakož i sociologie v celku, si tedy musí být vědoma toho, ze vždy zůstává částí svého předmětu. To představuje jeden z jejích hlavních metodologických problémů. Sociologické teorie musí tedy odpovídat na základní otázky, týkající se konstrukce/konstituce sociálního řádu: 1. jak se orientuje sociální jednání; 2. v jakých procesech tato orientace vznikla, 3. jakými institucemi je tato orientace stabilizována a reprodukována; 4. co jsou faktory změny těchto struktur. To, kterou z těchto otázek sociologické teorie považují za výchozí, představuje jejich základní teoretické rozhodnutí, ovlivňující jejich další výstavbu a modelování společenských souvislostí. To, zdali sociologické výpovědi vůbec odpovídají na některé z těchto otázek s úmyslem ukázat jejich vzájemné propojeni a systematickou souvislost, pak odlišuje teorie od ostatních sociologických narativů.

Abstract:
Klimatický skepticismus se stává stále zřetelnějším a zjevně narůstajícím sociálním fenoménem. Západní teoretici doposud popsali různé formy, kterých skepticismus nabývá, i faktory, které jeho nárůst podporují. V posledních čtyřech až pěti letech pozorujeme v Česku známky podobného trendu, kdy se snižuje množství lidí, kteří antropogenní změny klimatu považují za závažné a postupně se zvětšuje podíl „skeptické populace“. První část studie shrnuje dostupná kvantitativní data týkající se obecně percepce změn klimatu a zvláště veřejné klimaskepse. Druhá část se zaměřuje na skeptické kontrahnutí v ČR a popisuje jeho rámovací strategie, kterými konstruuje „neproblematičnost“ daného jevu. Na základě kvalitativního výzkumu českých klimaskeptiků představuji zejména tři okruhy témat, která se v rozhovorech s nimi vynořila jako specificky česká: recepce české veřejnosti jako „švejkovsky skeptické“ a ideologicky imunní (díky historické zkušenosti komunismu), výrazná (i ambivalentní) role Václava Klause a „přirozený“ překryv euro- a klimaskepticismu. V závěru nastiňuji směry, kterými by se výzkum české klimaskepse mohl dále ubírat.

Abstract:
Tento článek se zabývá problematikou řešení tmelení spojů materiálů, u kterých může docházet k porušení tmelené spáry vlivem teplotních změn. Jako základní podkladní materiál je v tomto případě vybrán sklocement. Spolu s vybranými tmely z něj jsou vyrobeny zkušební vzorky, které jsou testovány podle platné evropské normy ČSN EN ISO 9047 Stavební konstrukce – Těsnící hmoty – Stanovení přilnavosti a soudržnosti tmelů při proměnlivé teplotě. Výsledky tohoto testování jsou hodnoceny vizuální kontrolou a přeměřením případných porušení posuvných měřítkem. Na základě vyhodnocení daných výsledků testování není možné ani jeden z testovaných tmelů doporučit ke tmelení sklocementových podkladních materiálů.

Abstract:
Studie se zaobírá problematikou možností výzkumu náboženské konverze, především jejím neudržitelným retrospektivním přístupem. V rámci něho se badatelé snaží o rekonstrukci uplynulého procesu afiliace prostřednictvím výpovědí konvertitů a následně, na jeich základě, o vytvoření všeobecného modelu náboženské konverze aplikovatelného napříč různými náboženskými i nenáboženskými skupinami. Výpovědi konvertitů jsou z tohoto pohledu vnímány převážně jako nezaujaté a neproblematické záznamy minulého procesu začlenění se či změny jedince. Tento trend byl široce kritizovaný a v dalším výzkumu konverze převládlo v rámci sociologie a antropologie biograficko-narativní paradigma uchopující konverzi jako proměnlivou a situační narativní konštrukci identity jedince – konvertity. Tento přístup umožňuje překlenout neudržitelný retrospektivní charakter výzkumu konverze, ale chybí mu propojení s psychologickým výzkumem. Společnou platformou či ukotvením konverze je relativně flexibilní individuální autobiografická paměť a její sociální či skupinový charakter. Právě poznatky o fungování autobiografické paměti jsou pro studium konverze, resp. všeobecného procesu afiliace klíčové, jelikož její výzkum je založený na autobiografických vzpomínkách jedince v narativní podobě. Konverzi ve studii chápeu jako soubor pro skupinu specifických narativních zdrojů sloužících ke konstrukci individuální autobiografie, které si jedinec v procesu afiliace osvojuje a dále komunikuje. Konverze, jako osvojená abstraktnější sémantická struktura, je tak prostředkem a vyjádřením změny, ale i nástrojem fungování jedince ve skupině. Toto se budu snažit ilustrovat a doložit na základě probíhajícího antropologického výzkumu křesťanské denominace v ČR. Toto propojení navíc zpřístupňuje výzkum konverze i sociopsychologickému experimentálnímu přístupu a umožňuje jeho začlenění do obecnějšího sociovědního teoretizování.

Abstract:
This master thesis deals with creation computional model of specific door leaf which was researched and now is provided by company named IFE-CR, a.s. Finite element method analysis is performed within the standards for load conditions during the operation. Stress-strain response should be the main factor to comparing results with experiment on real door. Based on acquired knowledge from the original model we can evaluate credibility of mechanical behavior of newly designed model which has lower profil tapered from the original 42 mm to 25,4 mm. From the results of FEM analysis of the modified profile is evaluated applicability to the real operational state. At the end is quantified material and financial savings achieved by reducing the height of profile.

The thesis analyses the impact of building renovation on the market price of a property. The analysis uses a particular type of property - a flat in a prefabricated house. A database of offered market prices before and after the building renovation was created. The price of the building renovation was made by an itemized budget. The data, which were obtain in this way, were then submitted to s detail analysis and statistical testing. The result of the analysis was to determine whether the cost of the building renovation impacted the market value of the property and whether it was evaluated

Abstract:
This master thesis deals with a durability of concrete, which has become the centre of the interests of international scientific insitutes during the last years. The resistence of reinforced concrete depends on the covercrete which the aggresive liquids and gases penetrate through from the environment to reinforcement. According to the ability of the covercrete to penetrate degradative species is possible to tell the durability of concrete constructions. In experimental part we look for the actual state of covercrete, ordinary and high strength, by combination of various experiments. We can find here the test´s results of water and gas permeability and absorbability and sorption of concrete which complete the permeability tests. In final part the impact of different concrete types on durability of reinforced concrete is discussed.

Abstract:
This project deals with increasing efficiency of one phase induction motor with permanent split capacitor. We can whole thesis divide into two parts, the first one is basic and the second is interested in analysis and measurement. First part handles with construction of single phase induction motor, explanation of function principle, start and run of motor. Calculating of efficiency including type of losses, which reduce efficiency. Second part concerns analysis losses including moment load characteristic, motor measurement while rotor is locked, with no load operation, measuring mechanical and additional losses. Further there will be measured useful values for creation model for simulation (reactance of windings etc.). Than will be the model created in ANSYS Maxwell with module RMxprt. After analytic calculation in RMxprt and using Finite Element Method (FEM) load characteristics will be compared together. This comparison gives us information about accuracy of model for simulation. Simulation and measurement will be carried out on another engine with high quality ferromagnetic material used for magnetic circuit of motor. Further will be done simulation of motor with modifications shown in previous chapter for high efficiency.

The diploma thesis deals with labour market issues in relation to a selected group of self- employed persons during the coronavirus crisis of 2020. The main goal of the thesis deals with mapping and comparing the change of approach to self-employment during the coronavirus crisis from perspective of the theory of social construction of target populations by Ingram and Schneider. The main goal of the thesis was supplemented by four research questions that deal with the transformation of the social structure of the self-employed during a pandemic, the resulting policy, the tools used in employment policy and the variability of topics that appeared in the media in relation to self-employment. In the introduction, the reader gets acquainted with the development of the researched issues, statistics and the main theories and concepts that have been used. The second part describes the methodology of the work, such as research methods and data analysis. Following this, the work presents the results of the analysis of events, where was created a timeline of the development of selected measures. The analysis is supplemented by transcripts of stenographic records from the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic and also by a closer insight into the compensation bonus periods and costs that...
